Background
In this discourse, Guru Sanju reveals the deeper stage of Kundalini transformation where the student becomes eligible to understand how the guru works, how Kundalini moves, and how consciousness gradually replaces ego. She explains that the journey is not about spiritual information, but about purification, surrender, energy transmission, and practical integration.
The transformation offered is from matrix functioning to Kundalini living. Guru Sanju teaches that once Kundalini rises beyond the lower chakras, the disciple begins longing for freedom, detaching from the world, and learning how to live moment by moment as consciousness.
She gives practical instinctive activities such as cooking, cleaning dishes, brooming, mopping, washing clothes by hand, using stairs, walking, and mouth exhalation. These are not ordinary chores; they are methods to integrate electrified Kundalini into the body.
This discourse matters because it shows the real next stage after awakening: not escaping life, but learning to live Kundalini’s life through the body, breath, work, action, and nothingness.
The Guru of Krishna Quality
You need to know what kind of guru I am. I am not like ordinary masters, babas, or enlightened beings who belong to a different category of spiritual functioning.
I am a guru of Krishna quality. Krishna consciousness means the consciousness that empowers Arjuna to reach his highest potential.
Krishna did not simply give information to Arjuna. Krishna worked on Arjuna in such a way that Arjuna became capable of doing what he was born to do.
This is how I work with my students. If you remain dedicated, you will reach your highest potential.
The Beginning of a Real Disciple
This is only the beginning of your journey with me. You have just met the guru, but if you remain with me and receive what I am giving, Kundalini in you will purify everything.
Eventually, Kundalini will reach your Shiva. This means she will reach the consciousness at your center.
The first stage is when Kundalini meets your individual consciousness. That is the stage of self-realization.
A point comes when you know energetically that you are no longer the ego. This does not happen intellectually; it happens through real energy transformation.
The Movement Through the Chakras
Kundalini is working in your throat chakra now, and she has also been moving from the solar plexus region. Earlier, she was stuck lower, and gradually she has moved upward.
The lower three chakras belong to the world. The root, sacral, and solar plexus govern most matrix activities.
When Kundalini is in the sacral chakra in a balanced way, artistic flow, dance, painting, celebration, and creative life become available. When it is imbalanced, relationships, creativity, and emotional flow become problematic.
The solar plexus governs worldly action, confidence, power, and functioning. Once Kundalini crosses the solar plexus, she reaches the heart, where freedom begins calling.
The Heart Chakra and Mumukshutvam
The heart chakra is the state of the disciple. When Kundalini reaches this level, mumukshutvam begins developing.
Mumukshutvam means the highest desire for freedom. It is the state where freedom becomes the only thing worth living for.
At this stage, the calling for the guru increases. The soul begins asking, “Please free me. Do whatever is required, but free me.”
This is not drama. This is the real cry of the soul after suffering enough in the matrix.
The Death That Only the Guru Can Give
The soul has lived millions of lives in the same matrix pattern: taking birth, doing activities, marrying, giving birth to children, working for them, dying, and repeating the same cycle.
Death does not happen beautifully in ordinary life. Only the guru can bring death to the student in a beautiful way.
This is the death of ego, identity, conditioning, and the false person who has been functioning for lifetimes.
When the final freedom begins approaching, sometimes I tell students to do nothing for months or even years. That dedication is required because the suffering of the old life becomes unbearable.
The Oxford of Energy Science
This journey is like taking admission into Oxford University for a PhD in energy science and freedom. The quality of execution required is very high.
There is so much depth in this energy science that you will realize you know almost nothing about life. You may know only the tip of the iceberg.
The real iceberg is under the water. That hidden dimension is where life is actually lived.
This is the depth I bring to my students when they are ready to receive.
The Powers of the Guru
I have different powers. When you communicate with me, you receive my energy transmission.
When I give dedicated Shaktipat, you receive energy transmission. When you simply look at me, you receive Netra Deeksha.
There are hundreds of powers I have, and you receive them when you are in one hundred percent recipient mode like a child.
There must be no ego and no identity standing in front of the guru. Slowly, I dissolve your ego, clean your field, and wipe away the false data you carry about yourself.
From Nothingness to Phoenix
When all your information about yourself is wiped away, you feel nothing. That nothingness is the highest freedom.
From that nothingness, I create you as an integrated being. That is the Phoenix.
You can become Phoenix only when you become nothing first. Phoenix means an integrated person who stops operating as ego and starts functioning as consciousness.
Freedom does not mean you become a saint and disappear from life. Freedom means you can live as consciousness.
The Brain Must Learn Freedom
Your brain and nervous system do not yet know freedom. They know only how to operate as the old personality that has been repeating certain tasks again and again.
This new energy is electrified in nature. You must teach your brain and nervous system how to function in life with this electrified energy.
Gradually, millions of cells in the body produce energy, and that energy converts into ojas. Ojas burns into tejas, heat is produced, and pranic movement begins.
You will feel energy channels moving, Kundalini moving in the spine, head, and chakras. Prana is required to push Kundalini upward.
Kundalini Takes Everything
Whatever you eat, breathe, drink, and receive through sleep will now be taken by Kundalini. She will use everything for her movement.
You may begin feeling detached from the world. Materialistic things will no longer give you the same joy they once gave.
You may still go to office and do your work, but at some point you will feel that you are not really involved. You are doing the work because you trained yourself to do it, not because your consciousness is fully participating in it.
This detachment is not depression. It is Kundalini withdrawing your energy from the matrix.
The Joy of Ordinary Life
Slowly, you will begin feeling joy in things that society considers unimportant. Cooking, cleaning, washing, walking, and using your hands will become sacred.
These activities are ridiculed by the matrix, but they are gateways to instinctive living. They bring Kundalini into the body.
The first activity is cooking your own food. Cook consciously, not from old patterns.
Keep doing mouth exhalation throughout the activity and observe how the experience changes.
Cooking as Consciousness Practice
When you cut vegetables with old patterns, nothing changes. But when you cut vegetables with mouth exhalation and full presence, you come to the present moment.
One day you will suddenly feel that you are seeing a potato for the first time. The vegetable will not feel like the same vegetable you cut yesterday.
You will realize that yesterday’s vegetable is gone, converted into energy, and this one is new. This is the prana you are experiencing right now.
First, ten such moments may come in a day. Then twenty, thirty, forty, and eventually hundreds of moments of present living will open.
The Rhythm of Life
Life is lived moment by moment. The same tree is not breathing the same breath it took a moment ago.
Every breath is new. Every moment is new. Every experience is new.
This is the rhythm of life. This is the highest quality of life.
If you live this way, you are free forever. This is the essence of the journey.
Activate the Instinctive Brain
I am activating your instinctive brain, the lower brain, the brainstem, and the parts of the body connected to crawling, walking, climbing, moving, and survival intelligence.
Instead of taking the elevator every time, use the staircase whenever possible. If it is ten floors, you do not need to force it, but for two or three floors, use the stairs.
If you can walk, walk. If you can park your car farther and walk a little, do that.
Slowly, take modernization as the second option. The first option should be the body, hands, legs, breath, and movement.
Integrating Kundalini Into the Body
The most challenging thing after a certain stage is integrating Kundalini into the body. Kundalini does not remain in the body easily after she becomes intense.
You may feel levitated, as if you are somewhere else in the world. The state you feel during Shaktipat may begin remaining for longer periods.
If that state remains without integration, you cannot function practically in life. That is why I am exclusive.
I teach the practical way to move Kundalini, integrate Kundalini, and live with Kundalini.
Living Kundalini’s Life
Kundalini is life. When you live with Kundalini, you live the life for which you are born.
You may not continue working as a program manager for much longer. Maybe one year, maybe two years, maybe less or more, but a time may come when you cannot do that work in the same way.
You must prepare beforehand. If you have savings, start protecting them for the coming period of exploration.
You may become a healer. Your energy will guide you, and I am there as the guru to teach you.
Prepare for the Transition
During a transition period of two to three years, you may not be able to function in the world the way you have been functioning so far.
You may do part-time work or other practical things, but your life will begin orienting toward Kundalini.
This is a total life dedicated to Kundalini. If you understand this beforehand, you will start preparing for it.
You will not be shocked when the matrix begins falling away.
The Four Instinctive Activities
I am giving you four instinctive activities. The first is cooking your own food.
The second is cleaning dishes and doing kitchen work. Dedicate at least one to two hours daily to kitchen activity.
The third is brooming, grooming, and mopping the house. You can mop the floor twice a week or as practically possible, but do it regularly.
The fourth is washing clothes by hand once in a while. Even if you use the washing machine regularly, wash by hand twice a week when possible.
How These Activities Move Kundalini
These activities must be taken as prime activities of life. While doing them, observe what happens energetically inside you.
Sometimes you may be washing clothes and Kundalini may shoot up in the spine. This means she is clearing blockages and activating certain chakras and energy channels.
When you move the hands, ribs, spine, and body in ways modern life has forgotten, prana begins moving differently.
Prana is the fuel of Kundalini. Without pranic movement, Kundalini cannot move properly.
The Mercury-Like Movement
Kundalini movement can feel like mercury. It is liquid and solid at the same time, moving, travelling, shifting through the body.
As you become conscious of her presence, you will also begin receiving guidance from her.
Sometimes guidance may come suddenly as a phrase, such as “leave the matrix.” Then you may not know what to do with that guidance.
I know how to leave the matrix. That is what I teach.
In the Matrix, Not of the Matrix
Leaving the matrix does not mean you must live in a cave or jungle. You can live in an apartment and still not belong to the matrix.
The real meaning is: use everything, own nothing. Use the body, but do not own it.
When you own something, you become identified with it. Then you become the personality again.
This body has been given to you after millions of years for one purpose: freedom.
The Purpose of the Body
Kundalini is not concerned with your specialness as a person. She needs the body to become free.
This human body is the instrument through which freedom becomes possible. The body must be used, purified, trained, and offered.
When you understand this, you stop wasting the body in unconscious habits.
You begin living through the body as a vehicle of liberation.
Reduce Breathwork, Increase Life Practice
The breathwork will now be reduced and made specific. You do not need to do too much breathwork.
Do external Kumbhak for fifteen minutes in the morning and fifteen minutes at night. Also do thirty minutes of Kund Breathing before sleep.
For Kund Breathing, lie down and place both hands on the navel. Allow the body to breathe naturally on its own.
Focus on the third eye and face region. Do not put effort into breathing. Just let the body receive and process.
The Final Shaktipat
Place both hands on the navel and relax completely. Close your eyes and let go of the body.
Do not put effort into anything, not even breathing. Let the attention remain on the third eye and face region.
Observe whatever is happening. If sleep comes, allow the energy to infuse into you and sleep.
Enjoy the bliss. Let Kundalini integrate everything that has been guided today.
The Core Teaching
The core teaching is that Kundalini awakening must be integrated through ordinary life. Cooking, cleaning dishes, mopping, washing clothes, walking, using stairs, and mouth exhalation become sacred tools for Kundalini integration.
Freedom is not escaping the world. Freedom is becoming nothing, dissolving ego, using everything, owning nothing, and living moment by moment as consciousness.
The guru gives energy transmission, Shaktipat, Netra Deeksha, and practical intelligence. But the student must become a child, receive fully, and live the teachings through the body.
This is how Kundalini stops being an experience and becomes the life you were born to live.
