Background
In this discourse, Guru Sanju guides a student whose Kundalini awakening has become disturbed after psychedelic drug use, sympathetic overactivation, panic, light and sound sensitivity, racing thoughts, low energy, and sleeplessness. She identifies that the student’s nervous system is trapped in fight, flight, and freeze mode.
The transformation offered is from sympathetic panic to parasympathetic calm. Guru Sanju teaches Chandra Bhedi, left-nostril activation, nose tapping, mouth exhalation, walking, and Kund Breathing to bring the student back into the present moment.
She explains that Kundalini is uprooting the student from robotic matrix life, an uninspiring job, masculine imbalance, and emotional uncertainty. The goal is not sudden escape, but smooth transition through discipline, oxygenation, vagus nerve activation, and surrender.
This teaching matters because it gives a seven-day protocol for stabilizing Kundalini symptoms and restoring the brain, breath, sleep, nervous system, and life direction.
The First Diagnosis
When you come to me, I first ask what is troubling you right now. I want clarity whether the problem is connected to thinking, energy, anxiety, or the deeper Kundalini process.
You are working in a truck parts store, sitting for long hours, and doing the same work for many years. You are not inspired to go to work in the morning.
This is not only boredom. Kundalini is beginning to show you that your present life has become robotic.
The Body Is Not Getting Enough Oxygen
Your brain is not receiving enough oxygen. That is one of the prime reasons behind your anxiety, stress, obsessive thoughts, and lack of inspiration.
You need to take breaks from work every hour. Walk for five minutes and practice mouth exhalation during those breaks.
When vasodilation begins and the brain receives better oxygen, many things will start improving in your life.
Kundalini Will Uproot the Robotic Life
You are going through spiritual awakening and Kundalini awakening. Kundalini is going to uproot you from your present life.
A time may come in three months, six months, or one year when you will no longer feel like going to the same job. Even if money is coming, the energy of that work will feel hopeless and uninspiring.
This transition must not be abrupt. Slowly, gradually, and consciously, your life will change so your brain can adapt.
The Missing Father Energy
You did not experience the father figure properly in your life. This affects the way you feel as a man.
When masculine energy is not supported, challenges can feel heavy. Responsibility for mother, sister, family, and security can become a silent pressure inside you.
This is why I asked you to check your testosterone level. If testosterone is low, certain symptoms of low drive, low masculine energy, anxiety, and fear may become stronger.
Checking the Breath
To understand your state, first check which nostril is more active. Place both hands under the nostrils and breathe normally for three to five breaths.
When the right nostril is more active, it means sympathetic breathing is activated. This creates anxiety, stress, hyperactivity, tension, and too much mind activity.
To balance this, the left nostril must be activated. The left nostril is connected to parasympathetic breathing, lunar energy, vagus nerve activation, and calmness.
Chandra Bhedi for Calmness
Use the left hand and close the right nostril. Inhale slowly through the left nostril.
After inhalation is complete, hold the breath for one second. Then close the left nostril and exhale slowly through the right nostril.
Repeat this for ten rounds. This is Chandra Bhedi, the lunar breath, and it activates parasympathetic breathing.
The Shift Into the Present
After the practice, keep the eyes closed and relax. Then check the nostrils again and see whether the left nostril has opened better.
If the left nostril is still blocked, close the right nostril and do fast inhalation and exhalation through the left nostril, as if flushing the nostril.
Then tap and massage the nose, eye socket, and nostril cavity. This helps open the nasal passage and improve breathing.
When Thoughts Disappear
After the left nostril opens, you will feel calmer. You may notice that thoughts have reduced or vanished.
Whenever there are no thoughts, your vagus nerve has activated and you have come to the center.
Any technique done in my presence and energized by me can bring you into the present moment. This is the power of the guru’s energy transmission.
Mouth Exhalation While Walking
The next technique is mouth exhalation. Hold the phone, walk in the room, and exhale through the mouth as you move.
The exhalation must be complete. As you exhale, the belly should go inside fully.
Be conscious of the breath. Feel the breath leaving the body, and let the body come into the present moment through movement.
Kund Breathing on the Bed
Lie down on the bed and cover your eyes with an eye mask or cloth. Place both hands on your navel.
Become aware of inhalation and exhalation. As you inhale, inflate the belly. As you exhale, deflate the belly.
Let the breath become like a swing. Inhalation, navel up. Exhalation, navel down.
Surrender to Kundalini
Drop everything that is bothering you. There is nothing to worry about the future or the present.
You are in an evolutionary journey, a spiritual awakening journey, a Kundalini awakening journey. Kundalini is doing her work.
You do not need to do anything as ego or personality. You only need to provide the required condition for Kundalini to process.
The Seven-Day Protocol
For the next seven days, do Kund Breathing for thirty minutes twice a day. Do it once after getting up from bed and once before going to sleep.
Throughout the day, keep doing mouth exhalation while sitting, walking, and moving. Every hour, take a five-minute break and practice Chandra Bhedi.
Inhale from the left nostril, hold for one second, and exhale from the right nostril. This will activate the vagus nerve and bring you into the present.
The Symptoms Will Settle
With this protocol, anxiety, stress, obsessive thoughts, panic, sensitivity to light and sound, tiredness, low energy, and racing thoughts will begin settling.
Your sleep will become better because the overactivated sympathetic breathing will calm down.
Once your body becomes ready, I will introduce external Kumbhak in the next session.
The Case Behind the Teaching
This teaching came through a student whose symptoms increased after psychedelic drug use. His sympathetic breathing became overactivated, and fight, flight, and freeze mode began controlling his system.
He experienced sensitivity to light and sound, compulsive thoughts, panic, low energy, tiredness, restless sleep, and emotional overwhelm.
This is part of a disturbed Kundalini journey. When Kundalini begins uprooting a person from the matrix, the person may feel disoriented and uninspired by old life.
The Core Teaching
The core teaching is that Kundalini anxiety must be stabilized through breath, body, and nervous system regulation. Chandra Bhedi activates the parasympathetic system, mouth exhalation brings oxygen and presence, and Kund Breathing dissolves mental disturbance.
You do not need to fight your thoughts. You need to activate the vagus nerve and come to the center.
For seven days, follow the protocol with discipline. When the nervous system becomes calmer, Kundalini will process better and the next stage of life will open smoothly.
