How Kundalini Turns Trauma Into Healing by Shifting Brainwaves

Background

In this discourse, Guru Sanju guides her student from anxiety, trauma, and nervous system disconnection toward the possibility of becoming a powerful healer. She recognizes that the student’s years of nursing work, compassion, patient care, and practical experience are not wasted; they are the foundation for her future healing work. :contentReference[oaicite:0]{index=0}

The transformation offered is from restless survival to surrendered healing. Guru Sanju shows that the old identity cannot become the healer; the old self must die so that a new, healthier, more conscious, more energetic being can take birth.

Through child pose, reverse resting posture, Shavasana, vagus nerve activation, Kumbhak, navel relaxation, and slow living, Guru Sanju teaches the student how to release trauma stored in the body and nervous system.

This discourse matters because it reveals that true healing begins with complete surrender. When the body learns to do nothing, the nervous system begins repairing itself, and the future healer first becomes healed within herself.

The Healer Hidden Inside the Nurse

You have worked in nursing for many years, and I want to understand your nursing work in detail because your healing is connected to that nervous system memory. You have worked with old people, cancer patients, and many kinds of patients. You have seen the human body, human pain, and human suffering from very close.

You have all the skills required to become a great healer. What you do not have right now is energy, and that energy will come through me and through the process of your freedom. Once your brain and nervous system begin functioning well, you will realize that all your old skills support your new healing work.

You have always been a people’s person. You know how to interact with people, how to care for them, and how to remain practical in difficult situations. This is not easy for everyone, but you have already lived it through your nursing life.

Your Anxiety Is a Disconnection

You are anxious because something in your energy field is disconnected from your physical body’s deeper knowing. You have a future calling, but your present body does not yet feel connected to that calling. That gap creates restlessness.

Once your brain and nervous system know that healing is your future, your anxiety will reduce automatically. The body relaxes when it knows where life is taking it. The nervous system calms down when the future is no longer a threat.

I am taking you to a dimension where everything is possible for you to become a healer. First, I talk to you and prepare your understanding. Then I shift you energetically so that the old identity begins loosening.

The First Healing Posture

The first stage is child pose. Come to the floor on a yoga mat, sit back, fold forward, and stretch both arms in front of you. Remove your spectacles if possible and keep your attention on the breath.

Stay in this posture for two, three, or five minutes, depending on what the body allows. Feel the buttocks, legs, spine, belly, and breath. Do not rush out of the posture; simply experience what is happening in the body.

This is not only a yoga posture. This is the return to the womb-like state where the body remembers safety. When the nervous system feels protected, healing begins.

Return to the Womb

Slowly bring your hands closer to the body while remaining in the same folded posture. Fold the arms in front and let the body feel cozy, covered, and inward. Remain there like a baby resting in the womb.

After some time, change the position of the hands and move them toward the back if the body allows. Do not force anything. The purpose is not flexibility; the purpose is surrender.

In this position, the body begins learning that it does not have to control life. It can be held. It can be protected. It can soften without fear.

The Reverse Resting Posture

After child pose, relax the legs and lie down on the floor in the reverse posture, on the belly. Let the body loosen completely and place the hands in front of the head. Press the belly gently into the floor while inhaling and allow gravity to pull the body downward.

This posture is powerful for spine health. Stay there and feel the spine, legs, belly, and breath. Check whether the nasal breathing has improved and whether the body feels more relaxed.

You should practice this posture daily. Over time, remain in it for twenty minutes as part of the full sequence. It helps the body release stored tension and prepares the nervous system for deeper relaxation.

Shavasana and the Death of the Old Self

Now turn and lie down on your back in Shavasana without a pillow. Let the whole body become loose. Do nothing for some time.

Feel that you are dead. Whatever is happening, remain a witness. The brain has the intelligence to run the body, and when you stop interfering, it shifts naturally toward vagus nerve activation.

Do not put effort into breathing. Do not put effort into any part of the body. Let the body, organs, muscles, breath, and nervous system become loose and released.

Let Go of Every Attachment

Let go of all attachments. Let go of energetic attachments, material attachments, emotional attachments, and the restless holding that has kept you trapped in anxiety. You are dying to take a new birth.

Only when the old self dies can the new birth happen. If you remain attached to the old self, the new healer cannot be born. The old version of you cannot do this work.

The new you must be more powerful, more healthy, more conscious, and more energetic. That new you has the power to heal. That new you is born through surrender.

Kundalini Is the Greatest Healer

The energy in you is Kundalini, and Kundalini herself is the greatest healer. When she gives someone power, she gives the power of healing energy. But this happens only when you surrender to the process completely.

Your ego is not letting it happen. You do not surrender to life, and you do not surrender to energy. You still try to control life, control the body, control the outcome, and control the unknown.

You have to learn the habit of letting go completely. Do nothing for some time. Allow life to flow through you without trying to manage every moment.

The Body Stores Trauma

Your trauma is stored in your body and nervous system. It must be released from the physical body, not only from the mind. Holding has created the problem.

The hold creates energetic blockages in the energy channels and nervous system. It remains in the subconscious mind, subconscious brain, and subconscious nervous system. Then it keeps playing the same cassette again and again until it is healed completely.

When you allow the body to do nothing, healing begins. Your vagus nerve activates, deep breathing happens naturally, and the body remembers how to repair itself.

The One-Hour Healing Sequence

Practice this sequence daily. Begin with ten minutes of child pose. Then do twenty minutes of the reverse belly-down posture.

After that, do thirty to forty minutes of Shavasana. Let the body lie down, do nothing, and allow the ground to take away negativity from you.

After completing the floor sequence, go to the bed and give yourself the comforting presence of the bed. Lie down like a child whose only work is to eat, play, sleep, and heal.

The Left-Side Baby Posture

Lie down on your left side and fold the body like a baby in the womb. Remain in this position for some time and feel the difference. Keep breathing naturally.

This posture calms the nervous system and brings down the restless beta wave activity that creates mental tension. It helps activate alpha waves connected to rest, digest, relaxation, and healing.

You may suddenly feel that there is no need to hurry so much. There is no need to remain anxious. You simply need to relax more deeply.

Relaxation Is the Healing

This relaxing is the healing that people are not able to do by themselves. That is why I have come into the picture for you. Later, this is how you will come into the picture for people who need healing.

People need the comforting presence of a powerful person who can make them relax. The rest of the work the nervous system can do. But the energetic presence is missing in them.

When you become a healer, you will execute that presence. You will help people relax, surrender, and allow their own nervous system to heal.

Thirty Days of Freedom

Give yourself thirty dedicated days to come out of this stage of anxiety. Become committed to freedom. With continuous sessions and the right process, I can free you from this anxiety state.

You will heal yourself first. Then you will heal your husband, who needs healing from anger and dryness. Your children also need healing from their own trauma.

Slowly, you will begin from your own surroundings. You will heal your family, friends, and people around you. I will guide you and remain there for you.

Kumbhak From the Bed

From the bed itself, practice Kumbhak. Inhale and inflate the belly. Exhale and deflate the belly completely.

After exhalation, hold the breath for three to five seconds. Then continue the process gently. Do not force the body.

You can do this for fifty counts when guided, but if the body enters deep relaxation earlier, simply stop and relax. The aim is not mechanical completion; the aim is nervous system transformation.

Navel Relaxation and OM

After the breath practice, place both hands on your navel and let go of everything. Let the body relax completely while the sound of OM vibrates through the field.

Do not get up immediately. Remain like this for twenty to thirty minutes and let the energy settle into the body. Allow the healing to continue without interference.

After that, start your day in slow motion. For the next twenty-four hours, do everything slowly. Slow motion itself becomes a healing practice.

The Core Teaching

The core teaching is that the healer is born when the old self dies. Your nursing experience, compassion, patient care, and practical strength are already present, but your nervous system must be healed first.

Through child pose, reverse resting posture, Shavasana, left-side baby posture, Kumbhak, navel relaxation, and surrender, the body learns to release trauma. The vagus nerve activates, beta waves calm down, and the body enters repair mode.

You must become the healer first to yourself. Once you heal, your presence will become medicine for others.
