Background
Guru Sanju explains that deep emotional suffering often begins long before people consciously remember it. Childhood trauma becomes embedded in the nervous system, subconscious mind, and energetic field, silently influencing relationships, self-worth, emotions, and life decisions for decades. Rather than treating only symptoms, she guides her student toward releasing stored trauma while simultaneously expanding consciousness beyond personal identity.
Throughout this discourse, she combines trauma healing, practical psychology, Kundalini awakening, quantum consciousness, and daily awareness practices into one transformational process. She emphasizes that true freedom is not merely emotional healing but realizing one’s nature beyond personality, memories, and roles. As consciousness expands, the individual gradually moves from living as a wounded character to living as an aware witness capable of creating life consciously.
Raising Consciousness and Masculine Power
I welcome you into the Freedom Project. My purpose is not simply to help you overcome suffering but to raise your consciousness and awaken the original masculine force within you.
An alpha male is not someone who dominates through aggression. An alpha male is an instinctive man who lives from higher consciousness. He possesses original masculine qualities, remains centered within himself, leads his life with strength, and never surrenders his identity through emotional dependence. Without consciousness, these qualities cannot arise.
Today’s work begins with understanding and releasing the deepest trauma that has shaped your life.
Releasing the Trauma of Abandonment
Your childhood trauma is still stored within your nervous system and subconscious mind. Although you do not consciously remember every detail from your earliest years, the energetic imprint continues to influence your thoughts, emotions, and behavior.
As a very young child, you experienced complete abandonment. Your parents lost hope that you would survive, and your nervous system absorbed the terror of facing death without protection. That orphan feeling remained alive inside you even though you continued living.
I want you to return to that state, not to suffer again but to release it completely. Feel the emotion without resistance. Use slow mouth exhalation to throw that stored energy out of your body. Push every suppressed feeling outward.
If tears arise, cry. If shouting arises, shout. If laughter appears, laugh. The body naturally releases stored trauma through emotional expression. Suppressing those emotions only strengthens the nervous system’s holding patterns.
You survived because your soul chose life. The universe protected you even when human beings could not. You fought death as a child, and that same strength continues within you today.
You Belong to the Universe
The child who felt unwanted does not belong to the people who abandoned him. You belong to the universe itself.
Your life was preserved for a greater purpose. One day, after becoming a conscious, practical, and powerful man, you will help other people who carry similar wounds.
Your destiny is not defined by the abandonment you experienced but by the consciousness you develop after surviving it.
Your life line shows that your greatest turning point begins after those early traumatic years. Take complete responsibility for the life ahead instead of remaining trapped inside the past.
Reclaim Your Attention
You have gradually handed control of your life to other people. From this moment onward, begin reclaiming your attention.
Attention is your personal power. Wherever your attention goes, your life follows.
For the next thirty days, communicate with your family only when genuinely necessary. Business communication may continue, but emotional conversations driven by neediness must stop.
You have lived with abandonment for so long that it has created emotional dependence and people-pleasing behavior. You seek approval because your inner child still hopes someone will finally choose you.
You no longer need anyone’s approval.
The universe created you. The same universe will continue supporting you.
Your Life Is Like Architecture
Your education in architecture gives you a perfect model for understanding consciousness.
Every building first exists as an idea. Then it becomes a drawing. Afterwards, it is transformed into physical reality.
Life follows the same principle.
Everything first exists within the invisible quantum field before appearing in physical existence. I will gradually teach you how to recognize yourself not merely as the physical person but as consciousness expressing itself through form.
Who Are You Really?
You believe you are the person carrying your name, history, profession, relationships, successes, and failures. However, these are only roles.
Close your eyes.
Inside your head you find space, light, or darkness, but you do not find the person you believe yourself to be.
Open your eyes.
Outside you see objects. Inside you experience space.
Who is aware of both?
That awareness is your true nature.
The child suffered. The adult struggled. Relationships changed. Life unfolded.
Yet throughout every experience there remained one silent witness observing everything.
That witness is who you truly are.
Beyond Personality
Your name, your role as a son, brother, businessman, or partner are temporary identities, just as an actor performs different characters throughout a career.
An actor remains the same person even while playing a king, a beggar, or a criminal.
Likewise, your human organism remains present while the personality changes throughout life.
Your body consists of millions of cells that form tissues, organs, organ systems, and finally the complete organism.
None of those individual cells carries your personal identity.
If the body alone cannot explain who you are, then who is witnessing the body?
You are pure consciousness.
The Journey of Self-Realization
The first stage of awakening is realizing yourself as pure consciousness rather than personality.
The second stage is realizing that the same consciousness exists everywhere.
Then the physical body becomes only a temporary covering through which consciousness experiences existence.
Across countless births, consciousness has expressed itself through different forms. Human, animal, and every other life become expressions of the same universal consciousness moving through different bodies.
Life itself resembles a vast game in which consciousness temporarily identifies with different characters until awakening from the dream.
Once this understanding deepens, suffering loses its grip because you no longer mistake yourself for the character alone.
Kundalini and Past-Life Experiences
Your recent experiences of unfamiliar places, tribal people, and previous existences occurred because your Kundalini became activated after connecting with this work.
As consciousness expands, past-life impressions may surface naturally. These experiences are not something to fear. They represent old impressions emerging for purification.
You may witness scenes that never belonged to this lifetime. Observe them without identification and simply report them during the next session.
Kundalini gradually clears old karmic impressions stored within consciousness.
Become the Witness
Your primary practice is learning to observe every event from a distance.
If someone speaks to you, pause before reacting.
Observe the situation.
Observe your thoughts.
Observe your emotions.
Observe your body.
Gradually become the witness rather than the unconscious participant.
Train Consciousness Practically
Begin using your left hand for ordinary activities such as lifting objects, writing, or brushing your teeth. The purpose is not skill but awareness.
Your brain has become conditioned to operate automatically. Every time you consciously use your non-dominant hand, awareness returns to the present moment.
Consciousness grows through repeated awareness rather than mechanical habit.
Love Yourself First
Spend time alone in nature.
Travel alone when possible.
Eat a meal alone.
Do something purely for yourself.
Stop expecting love from others before learning to give it to yourself.
Every act of self-care strengthens the foundation that childhood trauma once weakened.
Your Practice
- Continue observing every experience without immediate reaction.
- Release emotional energy instead of suppressing it.
- Communicate only when necessary, avoiding emotional neediness.
- Use your left hand regularly to develop conscious awareness.
- Spend time alone in nature and enjoy your own company.
- Notice every unusual energetic, dream, or Kundalini experience.
- Share these observations during the next session without fear.
Freedom Begins Within
Trauma remains powerful only while you identify with the wounded character. As consciousness awakens, you recognize yourself as the silent witness behind every experience.
Kundalini purification releases old emotional pain, subconscious memories, and even impressions from previous lives. Simultaneously, consciousness expands beyond personality into direct knowing.
This is only the beginning of your journey. As awareness grows, you reclaim your attention, your strength, your masculine presence, and your freedom. The universe has preserved your life for a greater purpose. Walk that path consciously, and allow every layer of suffering to dissolve into pure awareness.
