Every session, I will give you one instinctive activity to do. You will do that activity in my presence because my presence has power.
In my presence, whatever you do, your brain and nervous system learn. This is the presence of the master.
My power is such that even dogs, monkeys, and other animals learn in my presence. You will also learn if you remain available.
The Sanju Frequency
The movie on Sanju Frequency will help you understand my teaching style and the highest quality of life I am showing. If you want to live life, you have to tune into this frequency.
This frequency is the new life frequency. I am teaching it through the sessions, through actions, through the body, and through instinctive living.
To live that life, I will work on you for the next one hundred days. But the way to change your life is only the way I am doing it.
The Daily Session Structure
Every time you take a thirty-minute session, I will speak only for one or two minutes. After that, you will start the action.
You will do one activity in my presence. If any change is needed, I will guide you while you are doing it.
For the next nine days, every day from 8:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., this session will happen. Only if there is travel or unavoidable absence, there may be a gap.
No Updates Outside the Session
The rest of the time, what you do or do not do is not my concern. Do not give me updates unnecessarily.
Live your life and allow yourself to experience whatever is happening. Do not give too much importance to your father, mother, doctors, or anyone else more than yourself.
Read books, watch your movie, sing songs, dance, and do activities that involve only yourself.
Three Hours in Nature
From tomorrow onward, wake up at 6 a.m. and spend three hours in nature. If sunrise is around 7 a.m., then go from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Take water, fruit, or food if needed. Walk, sit, and ground yourself barefoot on grass.
Even if you can only remove your shoes for one or two minutes at first, do it. Barefoot contact with the Earth is important.
Instinctive Life, Nature, and Sanju
You are suffering from inflammation, neuroinflammation, neurosis, schizophrenia-like symptoms, and severe nervous system disturbance. I have the solution, and the solution is natural.
Medicine is not going to transform this. Instinctive life, nature, and Sanju are the three things that can help you.
Slowly commit to one hundred days of complete healing. If this process goes well, a Himalayan project may be possible in the future.
I Work Only With Top Students

The First Activity: Clean the Toilet
Today’s activity is to clean the toilet. Go to the toilet area, keep the phone where I can see you, and begin cleaning.
Even if the toilet is already clean, do the complete process again. Be fully involved in the activity.
Use all your senses, involve your whole body, use both hands, and keep doing mouth exhalation while cleaning.
The Brain Learns Through Action
Your nervous system and brain are still learning how to clean the toilet. Right now, your brain is dead in that area, and that is why you may not feel much.
But a day will come when the nervous system starts responding. You do not have to expect anything immediately.
Just keep doing what I ask you to do. The body learns through repetition, action, pressure, and presence.
Clean the Toilet Every Day
Every day, clean the toilet the way you did today. If it starts making you feel good, continue it daily.
This is not punishment. This is instinctive training for a brain that has disconnected from real life.
When you clean, the body acts, the senses awaken, and the nervous system receives new input.
Release the Suffering
If you feel like crying, cry completely. Do not hold it.
Release that energy, but do not act. It should be real crying, not drama.
You are suffering, and now that suffering has started coming to the surface. Without feeling it, you cannot dissolve it.
Surrender or Resistance
Every time you connect to me, you receive healing if you are surrendered. If you resist, no healing will happen.
If you resist, you waste your life and you waste my time. This is your last chance with me.
You did well today. This is how you need to be available every day for the task.
The Nine-Day Instinctive Process
The first day is cleaning the toilet. The second day is mopping the floor.
The third day is brooming the house. The fourth day is washing dishes.
The fifth day is washing clothes and drying them. The sixth day is cooking a meal.
The seventh day is making tea and drinking tea. The eighth day is eating a meal consciously.
The ninth day is working continuously for thirty minutes, along with spending three hours in nature every day.
After Nine Days
If you do these nine days properly, then I will plan your further healing sessions. If not, this can end here.
For the next three months, I can guide you daily if you prove that you are serious. You will keep taking sessions, and I will keep working on you.
