Pune, India Announcement: Kundalini Coaching and Energy Transmission Program

How Kundalini Rewires the Traumatized Brain

Background

Guru Sanju teaches that trauma is not merely a painful memory but an energetic imprint stored in the brain, nervous system, fascia, muscles, and consciousness. Through her Energetic Mastery Method, she guides seekers beyond temporary relief into complete transformation by combining clairvoyant diagnosis, Kundalini guidance, breathwork, energy transmission, nervous system regulation, and practical life actions. In this discourse, she explains how childhood injuries, emotional neglect, broken relationships, distrust, divorce, and decades of suppressed emotions shape personality and prevent the soul from expressing its true potential. She reveals that healing is not about forgetting the past but about releasing its energetic charge so consciousness can finally become free.

Your Energy Tells the Real Story

When you come to me, I do not begin by listening only to your story. I first observe your energy. Your face, eyes, hands, posture, breath, chakras, and nervous system reveal where life has become blocked. Long before the conscious mind understands the problem, the energy body has already recorded it.

I guide your attention through the third eye, crown, spine, heart, abdomen, pelvis, and every major energy center because the body remembers everything the mind has forgotten. Every sensation, vibration, coolness, resistance, or constriction becomes part of the diagnosis.

Trauma Lives in the Nervous System

Trauma is not simply a memory stored in the brain. It becomes an energetic contraction that remains trapped in the nervous system for years. Childhood injuries, emotional neglect, bullying, betrayal, divorce, accidents, fear, and rejection gradually teach the body that the world is unsafe.

As this protective state continues, the nervous system remains on constant alert. The body survives, but it no longer knows how to relax completely. Every new situation is unconsciously compared with old pain, and life becomes a repetition of the past instead of a fresh experience.

The Throat Holds Unspoken Truth

Many people carry blockages in the jaw, throat, and mouth because they repeatedly suppressed what they wanted to express. Every sentence that remained unspoken, every emotion that was swallowed, and every truth that was hidden gradually created energetic tension.

The throat chakra does not only govern speech. It governs authentic expression. Healing begins when the voice is finally allowed to express what the heart has carried silently for decades.

Return to the Original Event

Healing cannot happen by discussing trauma only intellectually. You must return to the original emotional experience consciously. Go back to the childhood event, feel the fear, anger, sadness, helplessness, or grief exactly as it was stored, and allow the body to release it completely.

Do not suppress tears, shaking, deep exhalation, spontaneous movement, or emotional expression. The body knows how to heal itself when it is finally allowed to complete what remained unfinished.

Release Instead of Suppressing

Stretch the jaw, open the mouth fully, exhale deeply, and allow the emotions to leave without judgment. Cry if tears arise. Shout if suppressed anger needs expression. Breathe until the emotional charge gradually dissolves.

Healing is not becoming stronger by hiding emotions. Healing is becoming free because the nervous system no longer carries them.

The Freeze Response Creates Neurosis

When the body cannot fight or escape during overwhelming situations, it enters freeze mode. This survival response may continue for years after the original event has ended. Muscles tighten, fascia contracts, breathing becomes shallow, and the nervous system remains trapped in protective patterns.

This accumulated state gradually becomes what appears as personality. In reality, much of what people call their personality is simply unprocessed survival energy.

Distrust Becomes a Prison

One painful betrayal can teach the nervous system to distrust everyone. The original event may involve only one person, but the emotional pattern expands to every future relationship. The world begins appearing unsafe because the nervous system continues protecting itself from the past.

You do not need to trust every individual blindly. You need to learn how to trust energy. Feel the vibration of the present person instead of reacting through yesterday’s wound.

When consciousness replaces fear, discernment naturally becomes stronger than suspicion.

The Ego Is Conditioning

The personality you defend so strongly is largely a collection of conditioning. Parents, teachers, relationships, culture, painful experiences, and repeated emotional reactions have shaped the nervous system into automatic behavior.

Kundalini does not awaken the conditioned personality. Kundalini gradually dissolves it. As conditioning falls away, the original consciousness hidden beneath it begins expressing itself naturally.

Thinking Versus Feeling

Modern life trains people to think continuously but rarely teaches them how to feel consciously. The mind analyzes every experience while the body silently stores unresolved emotions.

Real transformation begins when you shift from thinking about trauma to feeling the stored energy directly. Feeling allows completion. Endless thinking only repeats the suffering.

Lie Down and Surrender

One of the deepest healing practices begins by lying on a firm surface, allowing the body to become completely supported by the earth. Let every unnecessary muscular effort dissolve. Feel as though the body no longer needs to protect itself.

The ego constantly attempts to control experience. During healing, your only responsibility is surrender. As control relaxes, the nervous system slowly recalibrates itself.

The Body Knows How to Heal

Place both hands gently over the navel and begin slow diaphragmatic breathing. Allow the belly to expand completely during inhalation and move inward fully during exhalation. During exhalation, extend the sound of Om until the lungs feel empty.

The vibration of Om massages the diaphragm, jaw, throat, chest, and nervous system. Every long exhalation releases stale air, emotional tension, and energetic contraction while inviting deeper relaxation.

Healing is not forced into the body. Healing is allowed to emerge naturally.

Trauma Changes Relationships

Long relationships leave energetic imprints upon each other. Habits, emotional reactions, fears, expectations, and defensive patterns become shared through years of living together. After separation, these patterns often remain active long after the relationship has ended.

Freedom requires recognizing which behaviors genuinely belong to you and which were unconsciously adopted from others. Awareness begins separating your true nature from conditioned identity.

The Nervous System Must Learn Safety Again

Every conscious breath teaches the brain that the present moment is different from the past. Every relaxed exhalation tells the nervous system that survival is no longer required. Every conscious movement reminds the body that life has changed.

Gradually, the body begins trusting existence again. Safety becomes an inner experience rather than something dependent upon external circumstances.

Kundalini Awakening Is the Beginning

Kundalini awakening is not the destination. It is the beginning of conscious evolution. Once the energy begins processing old trauma, every area of life must also transform. Relationships, career, purpose, health, emotional expression, and daily actions gradually align with higher consciousness.

As the past dissolves, your real nature begins emerging. The healer hidden beneath years of fear slowly becomes visible.

Your Purpose Awakens After Healing

Many souls who carry deep trauma also carry the destiny of becoming healers. The same experiences that once created suffering eventually become the source of compassion, wisdom, and service.

As your nervous system becomes free, Kundalini naturally activates dormant healing abilities already present within you. Universal intelligence begins working through your presence rather than through personal effort alone.

Transformation Requires Commitment

Trauma accumulated over decades cannot disappear through one inspiring experience. It requires sustained practice, conscious actions, nervous system retraining, breathwork, energetic healing, and disciplined observation over time.

Every session removes another layer. Every conscious breath rewires the brain. Every surrender allows Kundalini to work more deeply. Eventually, the person once defined by trauma becomes defined by freedom, presence, compassion, and purpose.
