Background
Guru Sanju teaches that severe insomnia, addiction, mental instability, and Kundalini imbalance are not isolated disorders but interconnected disturbances affecting the brain, nervous system, consciousness, and life force. Through her Energetic Mastery Method, she diagnoses the energetic condition of each seeker before prescribing individualized practices. She combines breathwork, energy transmission, Kundalini management, nervous system regulation, lifestyle correction, nature therapy, and disciplined spiritual practice to restore balance. In this discourse, she explains how long-term insomnia, tobacco addiction, Kundalini psychosis, depleted vitality, and accumulated karma can gradually be transformed through patience, surrender, conscious breathing, and consistent practice.
Diagnosis Comes Before Healing
I never begin by assuming what your problem is. Before giving any practice, I first diagnose your energy, nervous system, breath, consciousness, and Kundalini movement. Your body reveals far more than your words. Once I understand the energetic condition, I know where transformation must begin.
Healing is successful only when the right practice is given for the right condition. Every seeker requires a different path according to the state of the brain, nervous system, and Kundalini.
Insomnia Is Destroying the Nervous System
If you have lived for decades without proper sleep, your greatest problem is no longer fatigue alone. The brain loses its capacity to recover, the nervous system becomes damaged, and the body remains trapped in continuous alertness. This condition gradually weakens memory, emotional stability, attention, and the ability to experience peace.
Without restoring sleep, no other area of life can fully heal. Therefore, the first stage of transformation is rebuilding the brain and nervous system through conscious practice.
Addiction Is a Sign of Lost Vitality
Addictions do not merely arise from habit. They often appear because the body has lost its natural vitality and constantly seeks artificial stimulation. Tobacco, alcohol, or any compulsive behavior temporarily masks inner emptiness but gradually destroys the very energy needed for recovery.
If you truly wish to heal, you must become stronger than your cravings. Every urge becomes an opportunity to choose consciousness instead of unconscious habit.
Build Ojas Before Seeking Higher States
Your greatest wealth is not money but Ojas, the subtle vitality that nourishes the brain, nervous system, immunity, and consciousness. Years of poor sleep, addiction, stress, and energetic imbalance gradually deplete this essential life force.
Healing therefore begins by rebuilding Ojas through proper food, rest, breath, nature, discipline, and Kundalini management. As vitality returns, the entire system becomes capable of transformation.
The Healing Breath
One of the first practices is conscious OM exhalation. Allow the body to inhale naturally through the nose without force. Then exhale slowly through the mouth while extending the sound of A-U-M until the breath becomes completely empty.
Let the sound begin deep within the abdomen, move through the chest, and finally leave through the throat. This prolonged exhalation relaxes the nervous system, reduces mental agitation, clears stagnant energy, and prepares the brain for restful sleep.
Practice with complete awareness rather than mechanical repetition. Every breath teaches the nervous system how to relax again.
Calm the Mind Through Chandra Bhedi
To reduce excessive mental activity, practice Chandra Bhedi. Inhale gently through the left nostril, comfortably close both nostrils for a brief moment if natural, and exhale slowly through the right nostril.
This breathing pattern activates the parasympathetic nervous system, reduces internal agitation, and prepares the brain for deep relaxation. Practice slowly without rushing, allowing every breath to become quieter than the previous one.
When practiced consistently before sleep, the mind gradually learns how to return to silence.
Kundalini Requires a Pure Channel
Kundalini is an intelligent force, but it requires a purified body and balanced nervous system. When the channels remain blocked by addiction, accumulated karma, stress, and unhealthy living, the energy may move irregularly and produce psychological disturbances instead of spiritual stability.
The solution is not suppressing Kundalini but preparing the body through purification, conscious breathing, disciplined living, and gradual energetic balancing.
Nature Restores the Nervous System
The body heals faster when surrounded by natural prana. Spend long periods walking slowly in parks, forests, riversides, or mountains. Breathe deeply, drink sufficient water, and allow nature to calm the overstimulated nervous system.
If possible, spend extended time in spiritually vibrant environments with pure air, flowing rivers, and peaceful surroundings. Nature continuously replenishes what urban life silently depletes.
Food Must Support Consciousness
Eat simple nourishing food that the body digests comfortably. Hydrate well throughout the day and gradually replace addictive substances with healthier alternatives whenever cravings arise.
Every conscious meal becomes part of your healing. The body cannot build higher consciousness while continuously receiving substances that weaken its vitality.
Karma Must Be Burned Through Practice
Many difficulties during Kundalini awakening are intensified by accumulated karmic impressions. These cannot be removed merely by intellectual understanding. They dissolve gradually through sincere sadhana, disciplined living, conscious action, and higher awareness.
Every day of practice burns another layer of old conditioning. The path requires patience because deep transformation unfolds over time.
Patience Is Spiritual Strength
Do not expect decades of imbalance to disappear in a few days. If the nervous system has suffered for many years, rebuilding it requires commitment. Every conscious breath, every healthy choice, and every day of disciplined practice strengthens the foundation for lasting recovery.
Healing is not measured by speed but by direction. Continue moving toward health regardless of temporary setbacks.
Consciousness Is the Real Medicine
Fear, panic, addiction, and mental instability grow stronger when consciousness becomes weak. The purpose of every technique I teach is to strengthen awareness so that the mind gradually loses its control over you.
As consciousness increases, the nervous system relaxes, the breath deepens, sleep improves, and life begins moving toward stability instead of chaos.
From Survival to Freedom
You are not meant to spend your life trapped between insomnia, addiction, fear, and suffering. The same nervous system that has learned chronic tension can learn deep peace again. The same brain that has forgotten rest can rediscover natural sleep. The same Kundalini that appears chaotic can become the greatest force of healing.
Commit yourself to practice. Protect your vitality. Build Ojas patiently. Walk in nature. Breathe consciously. Burn karma through disciplined living. As consciousness grows stronger, health returns, Kundalini begins flowing harmoniously, and life gradually transforms from survival into freedom.
