How I Pulled Her Out of Depression Through Kundalini Healing

Background

Guru Sanju teaches that depression, anxiety, and emotional heaviness are not merely psychological conditions but also manifestations of stagnant life force within the energetic body. According to her, many seekers undergoing Kundalini awakening unknowingly become trapped in repetitive cycles of hope and despair because their nervous system repeatedly returns to old energetic patterns. Rather than treating these states as permanent illnesses, she approaches them as energetic imbalances that can be transformed through disciplined consciousness, practical action, and systematic purification.

In this discourse, she explains how genuine transformation requires commitment, discipline, and continuous application rather than occasional spiritual inspiration. Through energetic diagnosis, conscious breathing, detoxification techniques, movement, interaction with life, and consistent homework, she guides the seeker from chronic emotional density toward vitality and conscious living. The journey is not about escaping depression but about dissolving the energetic stagnation that continuously recreates it.

Transformation Begins with Commitment

Before I teach any technique, I first observe whether a seeker is truly ready for transformation. Spiritual growth cannot happen when commitment changes according to mood. If you continuously postpone your own healing, miss opportunities, or fail to honour your commitments, you are unknowingly strengthening the same unconscious patterns that created your suffering.

When I reserve time for you, I am reserving a space for your transformation. That space carries value. Discipline is therefore not merely a matter of punctuality. It reflects how seriously you value your own evolution. If you are unwilling to show up for yourself, Kundalini cannot perform her deepest work through you.

I am always willing to guide sincere seekers, but sincerity must express itself through action. Spirituality is not built upon promises. It is built upon disciplined participation.

Depression Is an Energetic Pattern

Many people believe depression appears without reason. In reality, there is often a repeating energetic pattern hidden beneath it. You may experience moments of hope, joy, or inspiration, only to find yourself suddenly pulled back into anxiety, heaviness, negative thinking, and emotional darkness.

This repetitive movement is not your true nature. It is the result of stagnant energy accumulated within the nervous system. Every time your consciousness begins expanding, these lower energetic patterns attempt to pull you back toward familiarity. Until they are dissolved, the cycle continues repeating itself.

The objective is therefore not to fight depression but to transform the energetic foundation that continually recreates it.

Raise Consciousness Instead of Fighting Thoughts

Most people spend enormous energy arguing with their negative thoughts. The more they resist them, the stronger those thoughts become. I do not teach you to fight the mind. I teach you to raise your level of consciousness.

When consciousness rises, lower patterns naturally lose their influence. Just as darkness disappears automatically when light enters a room, stagnant thoughts weaken when greater awareness begins flowing through the nervous system.

This transformation requires consistency. You cannot expect years of unconscious conditioning to disappear after one inspiring experience. Every conscious practice gradually strengthens the higher state until it becomes your new normal.

Healing Requires Daily Practice

Miracles rarely happen through isolated moments of motivation. They happen through continuous application of simple practices. Many seekers become enthusiastic for one day, then abandon the process, then return again during periods of suffering. This pattern creates temporary highs followed by equally deep lows.

True transformation is steady. It develops through daily repetition. Every practice strengthens the nervous system a little more. Every day of consistency weakens old conditioning and builds a healthier energetic foundation.

The purpose of homework is not to keep you busy. It is to establish new patterns that eventually become effortless ways of living.

I First Diagnose the Energy Body

Before deciding which practice is appropriate, I observe the energetic body. Every seeker carries different blockages, different emotional histories, and different nervous system patterns. Healing becomes effective only when the practice matches the actual energetic condition.

The hands, face, eyes, posture, breathing pattern, emotional expression, and energetic field all reveal important information. They show where life force is flowing naturally and where it has become restricted through fear, trauma, or prolonged emotional suppression.

Diagnosis allows me to work with the real cause rather than only the visible symptoms.

Isolation Feeds Depression

One of the strongest patterns I observe in depressed individuals is prolonged isolation. The more they remain inside their homes, the heavier their inner world becomes. Their attention repeatedly circles around the same thoughts until those thoughts begin feeling like reality.

Healing requires movement toward life. Go outside every day. Spend several hours walking through nature, parks, streets, or any environment where life is actively unfolding. You do not need a destination. The purpose is to reconnect your nervous system with movement, sunlight, fresh air, changing environments, and human activity.

Simply remaining indoors while expecting transformation is rarely enough. The body must experience life directly again.

Reconnect with the Human World

Depression often creates emotional withdrawal. People begin avoiding conversations, public places, eye contact, and simple interactions. Every avoided interaction quietly reinforces the belief that isolation is safer than connection.

Break this pattern gently. Speak to the person serving you in a café. Thank someone sincerely. Smile naturally. Exchange a few simple words without expectation. These small interactions gradually remind the nervous system that the world is not your enemy.

Transformation begins through ordinary actions repeated consistently. Great healing is often built upon very small moments of courage.

Mouth Exhalation Releases Emotional Density

One of the most powerful practices for releasing accumulated heaviness is slow mouth exhalation. Inhale gently through the nose and exhale slowly through the mouth until the abdomen naturally contracts and the lungs comfortably empty. Allow every exhalation to become slightly longer than the previous one.

Do not force the body beyond its capacity. Instead, gradually increase the duration of the exhalation while maintaining complete relaxation. Each exhalation releases physical tension, emotional pressure, and stagnant energy held within the nervous system.

As this practice continues during walking, the body begins shifting from chronic contraction toward openness. The mind becomes quieter because attention gradually moves out of repetitive thinking and back into the living body.

Movement Dissolves Stagnation

Depression convinces you to remain still. It tells you that staying in bed is safer than stepping into life. The longer you obey that voice, the denser your energy becomes. The body slowly loses vitality because life force is no longer circulating through movement.

I therefore ask you to move your body every single day. Spend at least three to four hours outside. Walk through nature, parks, streets, or your city without waiting for a reason. If you own a bicycle, ride it. If you have a car, drive somewhere new and continue walking. The destination is not important. What matters is that life force begins flowing again.

Movement interrupts the cycle of obsessive thinking. As your body starts moving, your attention gradually leaves the prison of the mind and reconnects with the present moment. The nervous system begins remembering that life exists beyond the walls of your home and beyond the stories created by your thoughts.

Breathing Changes Your Emotional State

Your emotional state is inseparable from your breathing pattern. A depressed mind almost always carries restricted breathing. The chest becomes tight, the diaphragm loses its natural movement, and every breath becomes shallow. The body silently communicates danger even when no danger exists.

To reverse this pattern, begin practicing slow mouth exhalation while walking. Inhale gently through the nose and exhale through the mouth as though you are slowly blowing out a candle. Let the abdomen contract naturally as the breath leaves the body.

Gradually extend each exhalation. Do not rush it. Count silently if necessary and allow every breath to become slightly longer than the previous one. Every complete exhalation teaches the nervous system that it is safe to relax. Every breath releases another layer of emotional pressure stored within the body.

Release the Garbage Stored Within

Many people attempt to think positively while carrying years of accumulated emotional toxicity inside the body. Positive thinking alone cannot dissolve energetic stagnation. The stored heaviness must first be released.

During mouth exhalation, imagine that every breath carries old fear, suppressed emotions, anxiety, and psychological heaviness out of the body. Do not perform the practice mechanically. Feel as though you are emptying yourself completely with every exhalation.

As the lungs empty, the body also begins emptying accumulated tension. Fresh life force naturally enters with the next inhalation because the organism has finally created space to receive it.

Detoxification Builds New Energy

After establishing the breathing practice, strengthen the body further through conscious detoxification movements. Stand comfortably with your spine upright and your feet grounded. As you inhale through the nose, raise both arms overhead with open hands. As you exhale forcefully through the mouth, bring the arms down while gently closing both hands into fists.

Synchronize movement with breath until the entire body begins working as one integrated system. Complete the movement with alertness, strength, and complete awareness. The objective is not speed but energetic intensity.

Practice in sets until one hundred repetitions are completed. Throughout the day, gradually increase the total according to your capacity. Repetition awakens circulation, activates the nervous system, and replaces heaviness with vitality.

Feel the Shift Instead of Rushing Forward

Immediately after completing the detoxification practice, do nothing for a few moments. Keep your eyes closed. Allow the body to remain completely still. Observe the changes taking place within you without analysing them.

You may notice greater lightness, deeper breathing, increased warmth, clearer vision, improved attention, or a profound sense of inner silence. These changes are not imagined. They are the result of life force moving through channels that moments earlier had been restricted.

The body always tells you whether a practice is working. Learn to experience these changes directly instead of constantly asking the mind for confirmation.

Attention Must Move from the Head to the Body

Depression traps awareness inside repetitive thinking. The body remains alive, yet almost all attention becomes imprisoned inside the head. Healing requires reversing this pattern.

Every conscious breath, every step you take, every movement of the arms, and every sensation you observe gradually returns awareness to the body. Once attention begins inhabiting the body again, obsessive thinking naturally loses its intensity.

The goal is not to stop thinking by force. The goal is to become so present within your physical existence that unnecessary thinking simply fades into the background.

Transformation Requires Discipline

Simple techniques become extraordinary only when practiced consistently. Many seekers search endlessly for new methods while never applying the practices they already know. Knowledge without repetition never transforms consciousness.

Commit yourself completely to the process. Walk every day. Practice mouth exhalation continuously while moving. Complete your detoxification repetitions honestly. Follow the guidance exactly as instructed without modifying it according to convenience.

Discipline is an expression of self-respect. Every day you honour your practice, you strengthen your ability to honour yourself.

The Root of Your Suffering Must Be Released

Every persistent emotional struggle has a deeper energetic origin. Depression rarely appears without an underlying wound. Fear, rejection, abandonment, humiliation, loss, or prolonged emotional suppression often become locked within specific regions of the body.

As I observe your energetic field, I can see that your trauma has accumulated within the solar plexus. This centre governs confidence, personal power, emotional stability, and the ability to participate fully in life. Until this trauma is gradually released, the same emotional cycles will continue repeating.

Kundalini never reveals trauma to punish you. She reveals it because you have finally reached the stage where healing has become possible.

Your Healing Has Already Begun

Do not measure your progress only by how you feel today. Measure it by your willingness to continue walking the path. Every conscious breath, every hour spent outdoors, every interaction with life, and every disciplined practice weakens the old identity built upon fear and strengthens the new one rooted in awareness.

Healing is not an event. It is a relationship that you develop with yourself through consistent conscious action. The more sincerely you participate, the more completely Kundalini supports your transformation.

Leave behind the habit of waiting for motivation before taking action. Take action first, and motivation will follow. Continue moving, continue breathing, continue detoxifying your body, and continue trusting the intelligence that is already guiding your evolution. One day you will look back and realize that the person who once felt trapped in darkness no longer exists.
