You Are a Rockstar! But Your Brain Is Damaged

1. Awakening to the Truth of Who You Are

You are a rockstar, but your brain is damaged.
You are a rockstar. Hope lives inside you. But what does being a rockstar truly mean?

Rockstar means you are born with unlimited potential to create your life. Every cell of your being carries a blueprint of vast possibilities. Yet right now, your condition is this: your brain is damaged. It is no longer functioning at its optimum capacity.

What led to the brain damage? How did it get damaged? What is the origin point of that damage?
If you are willing to know, and if you are ready to face the reality, then this discourse is for you. It will compel you to think about your life in a new way.

2. Mediocrity and the Loss of Potential

What is your suffering? What is your pain? What is the reason that you — and most men today — have become mediocre?

Mediocre men are those who are not living up to their full potential. They are not living the life they were born for. Every male body, every human birth, is an opportunity for a bigger purpose. And that big purpose was never about merely making money.

Understand this clearly: being rich and being wealthy are two different aspects.
You may be rich in the world, but are you wealthy in your energy? Wealth is all-encompassing: it connects with your money, your health, your relationships, and your life energy itself.

You were born a rockstar. You were born like a seed that can create a jungle — the entire earth in miniature form. But you planted this seed in the wrong place. You never realized the importance of that seed, nor the sacredness of the soil in which it must grow.

3. Living Like a Robot

Ninety percent of your life is ruled by other people. You have become a robot in their hands. Look at yourself one day at a time, and you will realize: from morning till night, whose orders are you following? Who is leading you? Who has transformed you into a robot?

And a robot is not a rockstar.
A rockstar is one who creates his own rock, his own music, his own song. He is unlimited in his expression.

Who compelled you to become limited and remain limited — like a donkey that from morning till night carries the same load? If you give no instruction to the donkey, it will keep doing the same thing throughout its life. That is why donkeys are led by other people.

4. The Blind Leading the Blind

And the people who lead the donkey? They are not highly conscious. They are only slightly more evolved than the donkey. If you are a donkey being led by such people — being ordered, being transformed into a robot — then understand: they are just a little smarter and a little more cunning than you. And you are being dumb.

You are a stupid one who does not use his brain to live his own life.

Your life was given to you to live the way you want — to create the life energy that is given to every human being. Every species lives its own life. The dog is not living your life. The birds are not living your life. The lion is living his life.

Then whose life are you living?

5. A Tale of Two Men

Let me share with you an event. One of my students transformed his life. He came out of the matrix. He became powerful. He became free. He became a full-time traveler. He ran his business as an entrepreneur from different places, working from anywhere in the world.

After many years of success as a traveler, he went to his hometown and met an old friend.

That old friend was a man of the matrix: stale, dull, whose brain did not work — it was damaged. Look at the difference in these two people.

The man of the matrix is stressed out. He is anxious. He is depressed. He drinks to cope.

And this man, my student, is full and complete. He is vegetarian. He eats only healthy food. He takes care of his brain health, his physical health, his mental and emotional health — everything. Because he is independent.

He knows: if I get sick, nobody is there to take care of me. I am alone and yet independent. That is why his foremost priority is his health. He is fit and healthy in a natural way. He walks ten miles a day.

He sleeps at night, practices good healthy habits, and works on his passion — which gives him pleasure.

This is what it means to be a rockstar.

6. The Damaged Brain

Now look at the other man — the mediocre, below-average person whose brain does not work. He drinks out of stress and anxiety. He is a drunkard. And a drunkard cannot live the life of freedom.

He is already a rotting stain. His brain is permanently damaged.

When this man meets the rockstar, the rockstar proposes:
“Let’s meet over a cup of coffee or tea, or maybe a brunch.”

The drunkard takes him to a restaurant. The healthy man eats and drinks coffee or juice — maybe a sandwich filled with vegetables and salad. The drunkard, in the daytime, takes a beer.

And then, in his drunken state, he says to the rockstar:
“You are living my life.”

No. The rockstar says,
“I am not living your life. I am living my life. I am living the life that was given to me. I have valued it and that is why I live it fully. I do not know whose life you are living.”

7. Ask Yourself

Ask yourself: whose life are you living?

You may be living the life of criminals, the life of the mud, the lower quality of people, the demons within you. You could not practice self-discipline. You are still in the rat race in your fifties, with wife, children, and the turtle-matrix dragging behind you, living a mediocre life because your brain is damaged.

This drunkard man’s brain is damaged — and so is yours if you drink, if you eat non-vegetarian food, if you are a drug addict, an alcohol addict, a smoke addict, addicted to social media. You are wasting your life force.

You are wasting your semen.

If you are addicted to porn, masturbation, uncontrolled lust energy leading you to multiple sex partners — not a single person is contributing to your brain health.

8. The Rockstar’s Secret

Contrary to this, the rockstar — the independent man — is not trapped in the matrix. He is not trapped by any female. His brain gives him enough dopamine when he works on his mission, on his vision, on his passion, which gives him ultimate pleasure.

The real dopamine is released in this rockstar man. That is why he is living the best life.
And you are living the worst life if you have no control over your desires and addictions.

Desires still drive you into addiction. You cannot complete your desires because you are living an unconscious life. Completion happens only when you are present to life with all your attention — when you experience life as it comes.

9. The Simplicity of Human Needs

If you are born in a human body, the needs of the human body are very few. Let me tell you — as a guru, as a master, as the fittest person in the world with the highest energy — I can vouch that if you take care of your body, nothing else is required.

The body will throw away what it doesn’t need.
I have no addictions. My students have no addictions. They are powerful. They are rockstars.

Why are you not?
Because you are a loser. You are a failure.

You have lost the semen that is responsible for your manliness. You have lost the ojas that is responsible for your willpower, which strengthens your aura, which strengthens your electromagnetic field.

You have lost it because you do not love yourself.
I love myself. My students love themselves. That is why they are rockstars and their brains work at the highest level. My brain works at the highest level.

I have the secret to repair and rejuvenate your brain — which nobody else has — because of my powers to heal the brain from its origin.

10. Responsibility for Your Healing

But if you have abused your life, your brain, your nervous system, then it is not my responsibility to heal or transform you.

I can heal only those who have realized their mistakes, their wrong decisions — those who have understood the irrelevance of the matrix.

The matrix can never give you pleasure. Real pleasure is personal.

The pleasure you get from the mind is not real pleasure — it is addiction. You repeat it because you cannot stay away. Then it becomes chronic and ruins your life.

Look at yourself. List down what addictions you have. You will understand that your addictions are uncontrollable for you. That is why you cannot come out of them.

You are addicted to getting attention from other people.
How many hours of truly productive work do you do at your job? If you are highly concentrated, then eight hours is enough. But your attention is scattered.

11. Loss of Vital Energy

You have lost your cerebral fluid through semen release. Your brain has become sensitive. Your nerve cells do not work. You have lost the prana stored in your nerve cells. The bioelectricity in your body is weak.

You have damaged yourself through alcoholism, through addictions. Even gossiping for hours drains your bioelectricity.

Your nervous system is permanently damaged.

You need to understand that there are two aspects of recovery:

  1. Realize the mistakes you have made and promise not to repeat them.
  2. Work on your recovery towards a transformed version of yourself with a guru.

Alone, it is not possible. You are too weak. Your cognitive functions have gone. You have memory loss, maybe Alzheimer’s, many brain-related health issues — because your brain is damaged.

If you want to recover, you must work with me relentlessly in all directions of your life.

12. Creating a Sacred Environment

You must throw away toxic people. You must eat healthy. You must live in a healthy environment. You must work on your internal environment as well as your external environment.

You cannot ignore that your body is a temple. It was given to you to preserve and to ascend to the highest energetic electricity — the cosmic electricity flowing in you.

It should have ascended by now.

But that electricity, which makes you radiate at a higher frequency, needs fuel — and the fuel you get from food, water, breath, prana, oxygen.

And most important is your semen — your life force.

When you retain your semen, it is reabsorbed by the body. It strengthens your nerve cells. It increases the bioelectricity in your nervous system and in your brain.

When your brain is healthy, your entire body is healthy.

13. The Engine of Your Life

Your brain is your engine.
When you are addicted, you can never tap into your real potential.

How can you bet on a god whose engine doesn’t work?
If your engine is good, you can travel miles. But if your engine is not good, on what basis will you travel?

This body is the vehicle to travel from one birth to another, so that the evolution of your energy happens, so that your spirit grows into a powerful being. Every birth gives you the opportunity to rectify mistakes, to burn karmas, to burn wrongdoings.

But you waste and abuse your body.

14. Living Consciously

If you want to work on yourself, start living a conscious life.

A conscious life means every moment you are present. The first thing is to have full intention to live life.

When you drink water, be present with drinking water. Say to yourself, “I am drinking water. I am thirsty.”

Take one sip, then the next sip. Give gratitude.
When you were thirsty, you had the opportunity to drink water. That water is so valuable.

What is real success? When you are thirsty and you can drink water. That is success — moment-to-moment living.

Moment-to-moment living makes you a rockstar because your brain functions best when it is never in stress mode.

15. The Physiology of Presence

If you are thirsty and do not give yourself water, the brain goes into sympathetic mode. It activates your fight-flight-freeze system. The brain takes it as danger: “Why am I not getting water?” Then it starts using the body’s water reserves, damaging other organs.

Dehydration follows.

This one aspect of water is enough to make you realize the importance of living in the moment. Be present. Start with drinking water. Each time you drink water, pay attention to it. Enjoy it.

When you do this with full awareness, your parasympathetic system is activated. Your vagus nerve turns on.

If you want your brain to be healthy, you must keep your body in vagus nerve mode.

Anything unnatural — toxic people, low-energy environments — switches on stress hormones like cortisol.

To get back to your system, come to the present.

16. The Breath Practice

How to come to the present?

The best technique to save yourself from brain damage is to move with your breath.

Moving with your breath means you are one with your inhalation and exhalation. As you inhale, keep your attention on the breath moving in. Make it extremely slow. As you exhale, keep your attention on the breath going out until your belly is completely deflated.

Do this for ten to fifteen minutes with your eyes closed.
Breathing in, your attention is on the breath coming in, touching your nose, going inside completely.

Breathing out, your attention is on the breath going out. Each moment is like a stop in a journey; you are aware of each stop. You are one with the breath going out, coming in, going out, coming in.

Do this continuously for ten minutes.
You will realize your attention has shifted to the present moment. You are completely in control of your life.

This is the first step to save your brain from further damage.

17. The Path of Recovery

For deeper recovery, you need to work with me for 18 months continuously in the Phoenix Project. Through it, every aspect of your life can be transformed.

Because the brain and nervous system need that much time for complete rejuvenation.

You will understand this only when you work on yourself. For the first 30 days, stop all wrong habits and addictions. You will have withdrawal symptoms. That is normal. Replace them with healthy living. Introduce habits that release real dopamine in you.

Work towards your passion. Then nobody can stop you from becoming a rockstar.

It will take time. If you have wasted 40 years, it will take 2–5 years to transform. But it is possible.

Brain cells rejuvenate when you supply the right fuel: prana, food, natural nutrition, water. Not artificial supplements.

The next key is the happy hormone released only when you work towards your life purpose — your ikigai. Those hormones cannot be released by addiction or mind-driven work.

18. The Reward of a Healthy Brain

If you truly work on transforming yourself, your brain becomes healthy first physically, then energetically.

And when your brain is in great condition, you gain access to higher consciousness. You gain access to intuitive powers. You gain access to the deep intelligence of the universe.

That intelligence works in you so you can work toward your life purpose. You will know your potential. Your core will reveal why you were born.

You will realize: you are a rockstar already. You just need to work on yourself.

19. The Challenge Is the Gift

The journey is extremely challenging — and that is a good thing. When you take challenges, you take the plunge. Your brain releases real dopamine.

The real dopamine is released only when you work towards your life purpose with concentration and focus. Then you will know the shifts in energy.

Once the brain gets the flavor of working in this direction, it will compel you to do what works best. Slowly your addictions will fade. Your brain will stop getting more damaged.

20. The Call to Action

Take a decision and act.

I am always here for the transformation, for the energetic shift. If you need my help, I am here. But without you working on your brain, nobody else can heal it.

No medication in the world can heal your brain. The brain can only be healed by living the life that I — the guru — teach you.

That is the only way.

Alright. Have a great day.

Final Words

This is your life.
This is your moment.
You were born a rockstar.

Reclaim your brain.
Reclaim your life.

And live it fully.
