Kundalini Daily Sadhana – Learn Spiritual Life the Siddha Way
Welcome to Inner GPS Gurus.
Today I am going to show you how you can do your daily sadhana, beginning from the morning when you wake up — with a new hope of living this life. This message is for people who are going through Kundalini awakening, and a lot of combustion happens at night. There is a lot of apana (toxic prana) in your energy field, and when you wake up, you feel fatigued, tired, and you do not feel fresh.
Begin With Tea and Love Energy
Today, I will guide you through how I begin my day — with a cup of tea that I make myself. And where there is tea, there is hope. So come with me to learn how to do your daily sadhana, how to increase your awareness, and how you can make tea with love, and fill yourself with that love energy.
I like to make the tea in a way that I prefer to drink. But whatever drink you want to begin your day with, you can have that. The prime takeaway from this teaching is this: how can you learn awareness? How can you pour your love energy into the tea you make?
And when you drink tea made with love, whatever you drink will be accepted by the body. It will also increase your aura. It will be digested well. It will lead to a refreshing morning. And that will give you hope — hope to begin your day in a new way.
The Health Challenges of Kundalini Awakening
The challenges of Kundalini awakening are immense. Every day — until you become free — and even after you become free, until you are fully integrated, you need to take care of your health.
So, drink. Drink tea as much as you want to drink, without any beliefs and notions. Drink coffee or any beverages which you prefer. Listen to your heart. Listen to your energy — what it says. Just follow your feelings.
Don’t be in any belief that it is harmful for the body or something like that. Nothing of that sort. If you take anything filled with love energy — if you create tea filled with love energy — your body will love it.
And this has been my experience.
So come. I am taking you into my daily sadhana. And I bless you — I bless you that you will get solace in this entire experience, and it will connect you to yourself.
Let’s begin.
Tea-Making as Sadhana: Engaging the Senses
Here I go. I will show you what I am including in my tea today. Most of the days I include these things.
Ingredient 1: Lemongrass
This is lemongrass. If you can see, lemongrass is a beautiful aroma-filled plant. It is mostly used for making tea, and it has some organic flavor. When you take this lemongrass in your hand, just feel it.
It feels so grounding — to touch this grass.
Use your five senses to feel it. Use your sense of touch to feel this grass. With your eyes, look into the color of it. It is green. Pure green in color. So fresh.
Then use your next sense — your sense of smell. It smells very much like a sugarcane leaf, but it is different from sugarcane leaf. It is pure lemongrass.
It is so refreshing.
Ingredient 2: Ginger
The other ingredient I use is ginger. Look at this ginger — so earthy, so grounding. Ginger is very useful to relieve your fatigue because it increases heat in the digestive tract. Once you take tea with ginger, it accelerates the process of metabolism in the digestive tract, and you will get the pressure for bowel clearance also — if you add ginger to it.
Now after touching it, I take the smell of it. It’s so earthy.
Let me break it as well. Sometimes, you can take a small piece of it and taste it in raw form. While it is strong — that gives a kick. It is so energizing.
It has many other benefits. You can check on the internet. But for me, one of my favorite herbs is this — ginger. I like to have it more and more. It gives that kick. The texture of it, the feel of it — is immense.
Ingredient 3: Cardamom
Now I will show you the third ingredient — these are cardamom pods. These are also very rich in flavor, and they give a very rich taste to your tea. And you feel like having it more and more.
It makes you feel classy.
Classy in the sense that you feel wealthy when you have tea filled with cardamom. It is like you feel that you are being blessed. And I love that feeling. You feel that it is so worthy to be on planet Earth and to have the gratitude of getting all these herbs.
See the color of it. Smell it. It also acts as a mouth freshener. You can have it like this — just chew it. You can also carry it and enjoy it throughout the day.
It is very refreshing. And very healthy too.
It also increases heat in the body. And there are many other benefits.
So this is the ingredient I’m using for tea.
Preparing the Tea: Beginning the Ritual
Now, let’s begin making the tea.
I will pour some water.
Now I’m taking two cups of water— I’m making two cups of tea. So accordingly, I will pour. This is one cup. Here goes the second cup.
Since I’m pouring milk also, two cups of water will do.
And now I just begin the process.
When you are burning the water, look into the fire at times. Just look into the flames.
This is Agni — this is fire. This is the fire element. This will activate the fire element.
You know, when you are pouring the water, then look into the water element of it. This is the water element. This will strengthen your water element.
And when you experience it fully — just — I am drinking a sip of it — it will activate the water element in your body.
The lemongrass, ginger, and cardamom will activate the Earth element in you.
Now, three elements are balanced — while you are preparing the tea, in the beginning of it.
Now, I will pour some ginger.
I am taking one cardamom pod that I used, and I will take some lemongrass.
In the meantime, the water is boiling. I will take some lemongrass and mix it with water. While the water is boiling, the lemongrass is mixing with it, and the flavor is infusing into the water.
Now, I am just crushing the ginger — the traditional way of grinding it.
And this activity itself — this activity itself is a grounding activity because you are using your muscle power here. It starts activating your muscles in the body, and you will feel good. It is like you are recharging yourself.
Now, this ginger is ground. I will pour it into the tea and mix it well.
Let this boil for a while, and I will show you what to do next.
Adding Sugar with Consciousness
After some time, once the tea is boiled, you can add sugar.
I’m adding sugar now so that it mixes well.
And don’t hold beliefs like, “Don’t take sugar. It increases sugar in the body,” and all those things.
Don’t be in such beliefs. You can take sugar as much as your body allows. Since I do conscious eating, conscious drinking, my body tells me how much to take.
I have not found any problems while taking sugar.
So, whatever suits you — take that. But don’t involve your mind in this entire process.
It is very healthy, because you need a certain amount of sugar to feel energized.
Otherwise, if you restrict sugar too much, the craving for sugar increases — and that is harmful.
If you add sugar in your diet regularly — in tea or in any other food items — your body receives sugar steadily.
Understanding Sugar from a Cellular Level
Understand this: how are your cells producing energy?
It is glucose plus oxygen — this combination gives energy and releases water and carbon dioxide.
What is this glucose?
It is sugar.
Now what kind of sugar? I don’t get into the complexities of the mind.
Traditionally, we are instinctive beings. And this sugar is created from sugarcane.
As long as we are taking it in minimum quantity, there is no harm in it.
Still, I will suggest — go with your instinct. Go with your energy. Whatever feels good to you, take that.
All right?
Adding Tea Leaves and Observing Aroma
Now look — the mixture is boiled well.
Now I will add a little tea into it.
I am using this — Assam Tea — it is one of the best teas in the world.
So, it is mixed and processed well. And I love this flavor.
Here are some tea leaves.
Now boil the tea to the extent you want, based on how strong you prefer.
If you want strong tea, boil it more.
If you want mild tea, boil it less.
I prefer drinking milk tea. It gives me a kick.
But if you’re not able to digest milk well — if you have lactose intolerance — then don’t add milk. Just add tea and have it.
So once it is boiled — it is boiled well — now I will add some milk to it.
I am using toned milk, and that is acceptable by my body.
Becoming the Artist of Tea-Making
How much milk to add? That is your choice.
When you make tea every day, you become an artist.
First, you learn the science of it — how to make it. You learn the process of it.
Then you become an artist — how much to add, how much to boil, how to create the exact taste you love.
That is your expression.
Now, while it is boiling, I just check whether the process is going well or not.
After checking it, I feel that the quantity of tea is a little less. It will feel too milky.
So I add a little bit of tea again, and make it boil.
The Hidden Teaching in Tea-Making
Even in this entire process, what I want to teach you is awareness.
I was fully present — 100% — while choosing each item, each ingredient.
I was fully present during the entire process. And I am still present.
I’m enjoying it.
So this enjoyment is required.
Now while the tea is getting ready, you can just keep doing belly breathing with long exhalation.
Breathing Practice While the Tea Boils
For example:
Inhale for 3 to 4 counts. Observe. From your mouth, exhale.
I will show you again.
It is like — 3 to 4 counts of inhalation — and then exhaling completely from your belly.
Why is this required?
In the break — while the tea is boiling — you can take this chance to flush out all the toxicity in your body before you intake tea.
When you drink tea, your gut may not be ready.
But when you drink water before taking tea, and you flush out the toxic gases in your belly — your apana is also released — and this will help you digest the tea once you have it.
So you can take 2 to 3 rounds of this practice.
Optional: Add Short Kumbhaka Rounds
You can also add a few rounds of Kumbhaka. For example:
Inhale…
Exhale…
And hold.
Then come back.
I am doing a short Kumbhaka here to demonstrate. You can do it longer also if you wish.
Tasting the Tea With Love
Now I have a habit — a habit of tasting tea before I serve myself.
Because I want to serve myself the best.
So I will have it.
I will taste it.
How does it taste?
Good one.
Well, it’s ready now.
So the tea is ready.
Let’s have it.
I will pour it for you in this.
Don’t Drink Tea on an Empty Stomach
Before I pour, I want to add one more point.
Don’t take tea on an empty stomach.
Add something — like a biscuit or a fruit.
I generally take a banana.
And that is also an energy booster for me.
Just a small piece of banana will do. And that will not produce gastric prick in your stomach after tea.
So I cut a small part of it.
I am not eating it now — I am just showing you.
Because I will be eating it consciously, and it will take time.
So I am just taking one small piece of it to show you.
Now, chew it 30, 40, 50 times, however long it takes for it to become invisible — meaning it becomes a paste, and the body has taken it as a paste.
So this is how you need to eat anything.
About conscious eating, I will create another video. I will teach you everything and demonstrate everything about it.
Serving the Tea With Grace
Now, let’s serve the tea.
Well, the color has come — beautiful.
I love this color.
In the meantime, if you want to play some music in the background, you can play it.
And just enjoy the pleasure of creating the world’s most lovable tea.
Now let’s have it.
Cheers.
Setting the Environment for Sacred Morning
Now I will show you how you can have it in the best environment.
The morning has begun.
It’s time for such a beautiful morning.
See the greenery.
Enjoy your tea.
Now look up.
Look up at the sky.
Cheers.
Ohhh.
Tea as a Portal Into Presence
It’s so…
I’m so happy to show you the entire experience of living life filled with feelings.
Just a simple act — the act of making tea — could be so refreshing for you.
Becoming powerful. Increasing your consciousness — it does not require complicated sadhana, meditation, and other long processes.
I did my meditation in daily activities.
And that is possible for me throughout the day.
Four Principles of Spiritual Living
In every activity, you need to do four things:
- The first thing is — be aware of what you are doing.
- The second thing — put your intention into it.
- The third thing — put your attention into it.
- And the last thing — put your presence into it.
And when you do all these things, then energy starts flowing to that activity from your source. And that is filled with love energy.
So make tea.
Do your daily sadhana.
Feel energized.
And create a life for yourself — your way.
Just enjoy the feeling of being who you are.
And yes — a tea can make a difference.
Your 30-Day Challenge
Just do it for 30 days.
I am the witness — witness of what happens in you in these 30 days.
I guarantee:
- Your awareness will increase.
- Your consciousness will shoot up.
- And you will feel life.
- You will feel your Kundalini is moving.
- You will feel there are no more blockages in life.
And please do it honestly.
Do not lie to yourself.
Just enjoy.
Life does…
Life does stay.
Thank you.
And have a great day.
