Spiritual levels of consciousness are the evolutionary layers of awareness that unfold within you as you ascend the path of inner transformation. Though there are higher dimensions beyond what most can perceive, these deeper realms are not anchored in the physical body. When we refer to the spiritual levels of consciousness in the body, we are speaking of seven primary layers—each corresponding to a chakra in your subtle energy field. These levels determine how you experience, interpret, and engage with life itself.
1. Root Chakra – The Survival Consciousness
The first level is the root chakra level of consciousness. The root chakra is located at the base of the spine, in your subtle body. When you are evolving through this level, your awareness is entirely grounded in basic survival—food, clothing, and shelter.
Life, for you, revolves solely around these fundamental needs. You may find yourself constantly engrossed in activities that ensure your survival. At this level, there is no understanding of the higher dimensions. There is no drive to grow, learn, or explore the deeper aspects of life. Investing your time, money, or energy in spiritual evolution simply does not occur to you.
If you wish to know at which level of consciousness you currently reside, I can diagnose this for you. Each level of spiritual consciousness contains sub-layers: the imbalanced state, the functional state, the balanced state, and the spiritually awakened state. These are further nuanced by varying degrees of energetic percentage, which I can read through my clairvoyant power.
At the root chakra level, the lower energies manifest strongly—fear, blame, depression, anxiety—these obstruct your life’s flow and challenge your mental and emotional state.
2. Sacral Chakra – The Relationship and Creative Consciousness
The second level is the sacral chakra level of spiritual consciousness. At this stage, you begin to participate in life through relationships. You unite with others—whether through emotional bonding, romantic partnership, or sexual union—and engage in shared experiences.
You also express yourself creatively. Whether it’s music, dance, painting, crafts, or any other form of art, you feel drawn to creativity and exploration. You are more sociable, communicative, and open to celebrating life.
Yet, at this level too, if imbalances exist, you may experience sadness, grief, shame, or guilt. These emotions block the smooth flow of consciousness and cloud your ability to make decisions with clarity.
3. Solar Plexus – The Power and Ambition Consciousness
The third level is the solar plexus level of consciousness. Here, your awareness becomes centered around ambition, success, personal power, and identity. Your mind is consumed with thoughts about career, wealth, and social standing.
When this energy is imbalanced, you will feel fragmented or misaligned. Emotions like anger, jealousy, envy, and pride surface strongly at this level.
The solar plexus is the center of willpower. When harmonized, it allows you to assert yourself with confidence. When disturbed, it can make you overly controlling or insecure.
4. Heart Chakra – The Compassionate and Seeking Consciousness
As you ascend to the fourth level—the heart chakra—your awareness begins to open toward compassion, unconditional love, and spiritual seeking.
You start connecting with people at the soul level. Love is no longer transactional—it becomes a state of being. You may find yourself engaging in selfless acts, giving to others without expectation, and seeking deeper connections.
At this stage, the desire to grow spiritually truly begins. You begin to feel the pull toward a guru, toward the Divine, and you start yearning to break free from The Matrix—the illusion of the material world.
Interestingly, many people with “nice guy” tendencies live at this level. They are deeply loving and giving, yet face constant resistance and struggle because they haven’t yet integrated the lower chakra energies.
5. Throat Chakra – The Truth and Expression Consciousness
The fifth level is the throat chakra, and the consciousness here revolves around truth, expression, and freedom of speech. You feel an intense urge to speak your truth—regardless of whether the world accepts or understands you.
My suggestion for evolving through this level is this:
“Freedom of expression gives you expression of Freedom.”
Take your right to speak your truth. Say what your inner being wants to say. If you suppress your voice, or if you lie, your throat chakra becomes blocked.
This level invites you to live authentically and to allow your inner voice to manifest into your outer world.
6. Third Eye – The Intuitive and Inner GPS Consciousness
The sixth level is the third eye chakra—the seat of intuition, inner vision, and your inner GPS. At this stage, you are guided not by logic or intellect, but by deep inner knowing.
All major life decisions must now come from feeling—from inner signals, not outer analysis. If you allow the mind to dominate here, obsessive thoughts and confusion will arise, pulling you down into lower chakra energies again.
The key here is intuition. Trust your feelings. Trust your energy. And most importantly—stay connected to a living guru. I can help you at this level. 7. Crown Chakra – The Pure Consciousness Level
Finally, you reach the seventh level—the crown chakra level of consciousness. At this stage, you begin to realize yourself as pure Consciousness.
You may experience enlightenment or glimpses of the infinite self. This is the level where the sense of separation dissolves, and you merge with universal awareness.
Yet, even here, the biggest obstacle is ego. Ego can be most cunning and strong at the crown chakra. It can disguise itself as spiritual superiority, keeping you from moving further. Overcoming ego at this level is essential to go beyond enlightenment.
Beyond the Seven – Higher Realms of Awareness
Beyond these seven levels, there are many more dimensions of consciousness—realms that are beyond physical perception. These levels are deeply esoteric, and cannot be intellectually grasped. They must be experienced. And such experiences only unfold when you work closely with a living guru who has journeyed beyond these seven chakras.
These seven levels of consciousness can be experienced, refined, and evolved through the grace and guidance of a true Guru.
