Childhood trauma can begin as early as the womb. Yes, even when you were still inside your mother. From the womb through childhood and into your teenage years, you may have gone through many events that shook your emotional, psychological, and energetic stability.
What’s worse is that you never got the opportunity to heal those events.
You never got to mature fully into a healthy adult.
And so here you are, still carrying those invisible wounds—regardless of your current age.
You might be married. You might have children. You might be in your 40s, 50s, 60s, or even 70s. But you are still carrying those same energetic wounds from your early years.
These traumas are stored in your nervous system, lost in your psychic body, and hidden within your mental body.
They cannot be resolved just through words. They need to be healed energetically—vibrationally—from the deepest layer of your energy body.

Go into a private space.
Take a pillow.
Use your hand or a wooden stick.
And hit the pillow with full force.
Scream. Cry. Rage. Let everything out.
This technique helps you release anger, frustration, fear, shame—the suppressed emotions you’ve carried for years.
Do not be afraid of being loud.
Do not worry what others will think.
This is your healing space.
2. Nature-Based Scream Therapy
Go to an open field, hilltop, or mountain.
Shout with your full voice.
Let the energy from your throat chakra burst out.
Abuse the person who abused you.
Scream their name.
Shout into the sky.
Throw stones.
Let your body release the trauma from your cells.
Nature absorbs it.
You get lighter.
3. Free Writing (Energetic Writing Dump)
When you feel triggered, anxious, or heavy—write everything down.
No filters. No stopping. No re-reading.
Write every thought, every memory, every emotion—exactly as it comes.
Then: burn the paper or throw it away. Never read it again.
This is not journaling. This is energetic discharge.
Do it for 30 days. Then extend it to 6 months. Then 1 year.
Write until your trauma stops hijacking your nervous system.
Why DIY Healing Isn’t Always Enough
These techniques help—but only to a limit.
