The Best Discourse on Enlightenment, Kundalini and Self- Realization

Guru Sanju

Part 1: Introduction

Neha:
Hello, everyone. Welcome to Inner GPS Gurus. I am Neha, and today is your lucky day, because today you are going to get a little closer to enlightenment. Thank you, Sanju Ma’am, for doing this. It will provide a lot of clarity to the seekers and the students around the world. Thank you for being here as well.

Guru Sanju:
First of all, thank you for coming up with such a beautiful, creative idea. I’m happy that we are creating this satsang from the Guru and the students, for all the students all over the world, as well as the seekers who are not my students.

If you are reading this, then I assure you that my powers will reach you and will transform you. You will shift. So pay attention. Be free from all distractions and stay tuned to my energy and our energy together for this beautiful session that is going to unfold right now.

Who Is Guru Sanju?

Neha:
Before we start our conversation and answer the questions which people are asking from all over the world, would you like to introduce yourself briefly for the newbies?

Guru Sanju:
Absolutely. For the new readers who are connecting to this for the first time, let me introduce myself as the form that you are witnessing right now. As a form, I am Guru Sanju — Founder, Energy Scientist and CEO of Inner GPS Gurus, and the number one Guru in the universe.

Those who are my students know me very well. But if you are new, then you must experience my powers. I possess spiritual powers to transform you, to awaken the life power within you, the life frequency itself.

If you are going through a spiritual awakening process, then I have the power to transform you, to bring a new life to you, and to lead you to the death of the old one.

For those experiencing Kundalini awakening or spiritual awakening, I guide them to transform, to become enlightened, and to walk the post-enlightenment path of sadhana — to go beyond enlightenment and live their life purpose.

This introduction is necessary so that you know with whom you are taking this session. This is actually a workshop — the Guru and the student together.

So I am the Guru. She is my student. We have a journey of freedom that we will share with you sometime later.

Neha, I feel this is enough for the introduction.

Neha:
Yes, everyone. So let’s start.

The Questions Begin

Neha:
Alright, so I’ve got so many questions. I’m so excited. Thank you. Let’s begin. The first one is a basic question.

Q.1. What Is Enlightenment?

Guru Sanju:
I give the simplest answer to enlightenment: Enlightenment is all about knowing who you are. It is the self-realization of the soul, the spirit, the energy that you are.

Enlightenment means all the darkness of the mind is removed, and you recognize that you are not the limited personality — not the ego that was bound by the limitations of your conditioning, beliefs, and the lower energies of your past lives, existing in you as vikaras and vasanas.

When you realize that these are not you, you become detached from them. And that detachment is liberation — from the bondage you have been suffering through for so long.

Birth after birth, you have been experiencing the same cage of limited self-identification. Identification is happening all the time: with the ego, with beliefs, with the personality you’ve created.

And when you are identified, you become one with it.

But the energetic shift that happens during spiritual awakening — particularly through Kundalini (and I will explain Kundalini in depth later in this discourse) — that shift detaches you from all that is not real.

Enlightenment is the knowing that you are pure consciousness. You are pure energy.

Consciousness is the masculine aspect of energy, and Kundalini is the feminine aspect. When you realize that you are a combination of this yang — Shiva — and yin — Shakti — and you are not the ego that has identified itself as a character, then your real self is born.

You are the actor playing different roles. The suffering arises when you get identified with the character.

I, as the Guru, free my students from this limitation. I ensure that you are no longer identified with your limited personality and ego across millions of births.

I also perform past life regression to help free you from the identities you have held in all your lives.

And this is how you return to your original self. The shift happens.

You experience it:
“I am pure energy. I can flow. I am that consciousness which is the witness.”

Everyone has the power to reach this state. But only with the guidance of a Guru. Because energy cannot be seen — it is the reality.

Q.2. What Happens to an Enlightened Person — Energetically, Physically, and Mentally?

Guru Sanju:
The first shift that happens after enlightenment is: “I am not that.”

Let me give you a simple analogy.

Suppose this pen represents the ego — your personality. You are identified with this pen and believe, “I am this pen.” You operate from this pen before enlightenment.

Just like you play different roles — father, mother, son, daughter, character in a movie — you become identified with these roles. You begin to believe that the limitations of the pen are your limitations.

But once detachment from the ego happens — what then?

You begin to see the pen not as you, but as a tool. Before enlightenment, the function of the pen is to write. But post-enlightenment, you realize you can sketch, sign cheques, paint, even drink water using the straw tube inside.

Likewise, once detachment from the ego happens, you realize that you are not just this one limited function.

Physically — before enlightenment — you are identified with your body. You care for it, work on it, but also suffer from its supposed flaws. You believe the world’s judgments about it. You live your life accordingly.

In reality, everything is energy. We are just a condensed form of energy.

Whether you study matter scientifically or spiritually — ultimately, everything dissolves into invisible energy. At the atomic level, there’s just space — proven by science.

Space is energy. You are energy. I am energy. We are condensed forms — merging, forming, assuming formations.

Like water becoming ice due to condensation, energy becomes the body.

Spiritually, this is called the gross body — matter.

The subtle body is the mind — a layer you can’t see but can feel.

The body is the cage in which the energy — the spirit — is trapped.

Our belief systems become mental patterns. These patterns are energy formations.

If ice is the gross body, water is the mind, and vapor — dissolved in the air — is the spirit, soul, or Kundalini.

The subtler you go, the closer you come to spirit. You cannot see the vapor in the air, but it is there.

The lighter part is the spirit. The denser part is the body and mind.

Now, what happens to a person after enlightenment?

You must understand this hierarchy first.

Once enlightenment happens, post-enlightenment sadhana is required. The shift may happen immediately — a crown chakra union where Kundalini merges with individual consciousness.

This is the cosmic orgasm — an energetic union of consciousness and Kundalini. You feel it as bliss, love, peace, and joy.

But if you do not do post-enlightenment sadhana, there is no permanent bliss. Because your body, mind, and spirit remain unintegrated.

Enlightenment is not the end — it is just the point.

There are three stages:

  1. Self-realization — Enlightenment
  2. Self-stabilization — Post-enlightenment sadhana
  3. Self-expression — Living life beyond enlightenment

If you don’t do the second stage, you will return to your old self.

Maya will pull you back.

Yes, someone can become unenlightened if they do not stabilize it.

It’s like climbing Mount Everest. You reach the summit — the enlightenment point. But what do you do next?

Do you stay there? No. You must do something with it.

You must return to live life as a transformed person — not stay frozen at the peak.

Enlightenment is the highest point for a human. But it is not the highest point for energy.

Energy is limitless.

When you go beyond enlightenment, you begin to receive divine gifts — powers.

If you have good prarabdha, if your intentions are pure, if you have served others, if you have undergone the purification process — then the powers come.

You can charge for your services. You must. Power must be valued. Free services are not respected.

But the intention must be to heal, not exploit. And only then, many types of powers will come to you.

Part 2: Powers After Enlightenment, Who Am I, and the Nature of Reality

Q.3. What Powers Can One Receive After Enlightenment?

Guru Sanju:

Powers may manifest in many forms. For instance, you may receive the power to read energy vibrations — what I call chakra intelligence.

Some of my enlightened students are already learning chakra intelligence. What does that mean?

You become capable of reading people’s energy fields — where they are energetically, what chakras are blocked, and what they’re radiating.

You begin to know the energy of others.

Sometimes, you may even read thoughts. That is a power. I possess the power of clairvoyance — the power to read people, to read you, and everyone in the world.

But this power came from post-enlightenment sadhana. It is earned. It is given through grace, and it comes when your intention is pure.

If you walk the path with integrity and discipline — and if you have the grace of the Guru — then power comes faster. Provided you are doing your post-enlightenment sadhana exactly as your Guru guides you.

You must follow the guidelines. Power cannot be for selfish use. Power must never be abused.

You must have the highest respect and gratitude toward power. Power carries great responsibility. To hold power, you must first become a power holder.

When that happens, healing powers arise. Deep healing powers. Powers of chakra healing, especially in men. Once you can heal others, many more powers open up.

But here is the truth: if you desire power, or chase power out of ego, you will neither become enlightened nor receive any power.

In fact, the opposite happens — you will suffer immensely for wrong intentions. You will be punished by the energies themselves.

Q.4. Who Am I?

Guru Sanju:

This is a timeless question. Let’s begin with a metaphor.

When you look from the micro level, you see yourself as a wave. That wave believes it is separate from the rest of the ocean.

But in truth, from the macro level, you are the ocean itself.

Every wave is part of the same ocean. You are not separate. The water in the wave is the ocean.

You are pure energy.

When you realize that you are pure energy, the shift happens. This is the moment of enlightenment.

But until you feel separate, until you identify with your ego, your name, your uniqueness — all the attachments and roles — you remain bound.

Suppose you are playing the role of a father. You begin to become the father-character. That role has traits. It behaves according to societal expectations.

This identification creates another cage.

So when does that change?

Neha:
Does the state of enlightenment go away suddenly or gradually?

Guru Sanju:

Gradually.

The realization, “I am not this,” may happen immediately. But your brain, your nervous system — they have been trained for years to operate in the old way.

So the shift in habit, in neural pathways, takes time.

I work on my students’ brains and transforming their DNA and neural pathways of the old self.

Because you, as a form, were shaped by your subconscious and all the neural connections that formed over your lifetime.

For example, if you’ve brushed your teeth with your right hand since childhood, and suddenly you start using your left — the brain resists. The neural pattern is disrupted.

That’s neuroplasticity. That’s muscle memory.

Similarly, suppose before enlightenment, you walked in a slouched posture. After enlightenment, you won’t automatically stand tall like a lion.

You have to retrain the body.

You must lift your chest. You must breathe consciously. You must correct the posture you’ve carried all these years.

This is why post-enlightenment sadhana is essential. I teach my students how to rewire their brains, break old muscle memory, and dissolve their limited actor-scripts.

It’s like directing actors. If I was directing a historical film, and one actor played a drunkard, they would have adopted certain traits for that role.

Now, for the next film, I cast them as a king. I must dismantle that drunkard-behavior and train them as royalty.

Likewise, I recreate my students in a divine form. I make them Gods — in the real sense.

Guru is the God. When I say “I am God,” I do not mean the God you know from religion or belief. I mean creator. The one with the power to manifest.

I have the power of creation and manifestation.

I have the power of clairvoyance to read your past, present and future. I perform past life regression and future life progression.

Once you know your life purpose, I help you manifest it. Because I have that power.

Neha:
So what is that power, Ma’am, that you use to create someone?

Guru Sanju:

I light them up with their own energy.

Because when you identify with the character, that’s the problem.

When you realize you are not the character but the actor, you are free. You can play any role. You can live a beautiful life.

And in that freedom, you become You — not someone else.

Q.5. What Is the Nature of Reality at Its Fundamental Level?

Guru Sanju:

This question is deep. Let me take you from the gross to the subtle.

You know matter. You see the Earth, the planets. But you don’t know what’s beyond that.

Take Earth, for example — a planet hanging in space. What is the base of that?

It is vacuum. It is hanging in space. There is no solid ground below.

We are pulled by gravity, which keeps us grounded.

Without gravity, we would float — levitate — in the atmosphere.

Even the atmosphere is a layer. A mix of gases. But below all of this: free space. Vacuum.

This leads us to understand two kinds of reality:

  1. Relative Reality — What we perceive.
  2. Absolute Reality — What is.

Absolute reality is that everything is energy. Invisible energy.

I have the power to see energy. I see auras. I guide energy. I transform energy.

I am energy.

Now, you may have millions of questions — and I am the only Guru who will answer every one of them. Not just intellectually, but through your realization– experientially.

That is the beauty of being in my energy field — or working with me in the Inner GPS Gurus projects.

Eventually, I take you to the state where I am. Where all your questions dissolve.

Because at that stage, it is no longer about acquiring knowledge — it is about experiencing reality through energetic shifts.

One of my students, when she got enlightened, entered a thoughtless state for hours. It happened on a Monday. For two hours, she became one with the pure energy.

There was no thought.

There is no center of the universe. Let me tell you that clearly — there is no center.

But every being has an individual center of consciousness — from where they operate.

So while we are all perceivers, enlightenment is realizing that you are the perceiver.

And beyond enlightenment, you realize that even that is not the whole truth.

Seeking then begins in the right direction.

Enlightenment is primarily about ending suffering. It ends the suffering of the ego, the limitations.

Beyond enlightenment, you realize: life begins now.

You can create your reality.

You can shape your life.

Part 3: What Is Life and Why Are We Here? The Matrix, Karma, and Liberation

Q.6. What Is Life and Why Am I on This Planet?

Guru Sanju:

Let’s break this into fragments. You asked two things:

  1. What is life?
  2. Why are you on this planet?

Let’s begin.

Those who approach this from a scientific lens look to the Big Bang theory for the origin of life.

Those who are spiritual explore karma and the energetic birth of the soul.

But I will speak from the energetic perspective, which is beyond science and beyond religion.

At the origin of time, there were two primal forces:

  • The masculine forceShiva
  • The feminine forceShakti

In the Indian spiritual context, this is well articulated. But you can also understand it through the yin and yang of Taoist energy philosophy.

Then comes the third force:

  • Maya — the energy of illusion and friction.

Shiva is neutral energy.
Shakti is positive energy.
Maya is negative energy.

Let’s also understand it scientifically through the atom.

In an atom:

  • Neutrons are neutral.
  • Protons carry positive charge.
  • Electrons carry negative charge.

Protons and neutrons reside in the center — the core.

This core is your true existence: Shiva and Shakti — consciousness and life energy.

There is no negative charge at the core.

Negative energy — Maya — exists on the periphery, just like electrons.

The higher energies — love, compassion, patience, courage, appreciation, gratitude — they arise from your heart chakra and above.

These are positive energies, life energies.

The lower energies — anger, jealousy, fear, depression, anxiety, blame, shame — reside in your solar plexus, sacral, and root chakras.

These are like the electrons — incomplete, erratic, restless.

Electrons always look to merge with other atoms. Similarly, lower energies constantly seek something external to fill their gap. That is desire. That is mind.

What is life?

Life is the journey of the soul — a desire to complete the incomplete. A desire to merge. To become whole.

This energy takes different forms:
From amoeba to multicellular organisms, to plants, to animals, to human beings.

Every form is part of this evolution.

Millions of births may pass, but consciousness keeps rising with each form.

Human beings are the final form — the only form capable of self-realization.

If you are born as a human, feel fortunate.

A dog cannot ask, “Who am I?” It cannot attain freedom. It doesn’t have a mind of its own. It runs on universal programming.

But a human being can change their programming. We have intention, conscious choice, conscious breath, and conscious energy.

What is the purpose of human life?

To evolve, and to realize the Self — to know that you are pure consciousness.

When you realize this, you become free.

And once free, you begin to create life instead of repeating life. You stop living according to society’s conditioning and matrix programming.

Q.7. Is It Necessary to Navigate Through the Matrix and Maya for the Soul to Evolve? Is Going through the Matrix Compulsory? The Suffering, the Illusion, the Confusion — is it a Must?

Guru Sanju:

Yes, my answer is yes.

To go from A to Z, you have to move through every letter. You cannot skip.

The universe runs on lawskarma and dharma.

Karma applies to the individual. It’s the ledger of assets and liabilities — good deeds and bad deeds.

When you operate from lower energies, you accumulate bad karma.
When you operate from higher energies — love, compassion — you accumulate good karma.

These karmas live in you as energetic imprints. To clear them, you must engage with the matrix — this world of relationships, situations, and transactions.

You cannot escape it.

Your family, spouse, friends — these are not coincidences. They are soul contracts. These are karmic transactions carried over from past lives. This is called prarabdha — the karmic blueprint playing out in this life.

Destiny is not everything.

Destiny is modifiable. Suppose 50% of your life is destiny. The remaining 50% is effort — your free will. When you apply effort through sadhana, you can change your life.

But the destined part must be accepted. You must bear it.

Acceptance is the key.

Once you realize that your karmas are playing out through the matrix — through people, pain, pleasure — you stop resisting.

You accept. You pay off your debts. You become debt-free.

And that’s when your real life begins.

All energies you reclaimed — all the wisdom gained — these become your capital. They generate spiritual cash flow for your next birth or your free existence.

Q.8. Is Enlightenment a Magic Pill To Heal All Suffering?

Guru Sanju:

No. Enlightenment is not a magic pill. It is a process.

There is post-enlightenment sadhana. There is post-power sadhana. There are multiple stages beyond enlightenment.

You are meant to be free only after binding your karmas, only after walking through your suffering.

So yes, when you finally reach there, it does feel like a magic pill — because you become free.

But it is not something the ego can chase or plan. Enlightenment doesn’t arrive just because your mind wants it.

It depends on your karmic product, your individual blueprint.

Q.9. Is There Something More Beyond Enlightenment?

Guru Sanju:

Yes. Absolutely.

Beyond enlightenment is life itself.

After enlightenment, you don’t just disappear or dissolve. You are meant to create.

The soul’s real desire is to live a free life — consciously, joyfully, powerfully.

That’s why enlightenment happens — not as an end, but as a beginning.

You stop living by the matrix rules. You stop living according to society’s norms and programming.

You create from your pure energy. That is real freedom.

Q.10. What Is the Most Important Step to Accelerate Enlightenment?

Guru Sanju:

There are many techniques in the pre-enlightenment sadhana, but the most important one I teach is the external breath hold — or bahya kumbhak.

This is one of the most powerful practices to prepare the body and energy for awakening.

Let me guide you.

Technique: External Breath Hold (Bahya Kumbhak)

Instructions:

  1. Sit comfortably, spine erect.
  2. Take 2 to 3 deep breaths to enter a rhythm.
    • Inhale slowly from the nose, expanding your belly.
    • Exhale slowly from the nose, belly contracts.
  3. Now, after exhaling fully, hold the breath externally — that is, do not inhale again.
  4. Stay in this state of nothingness.
  5. Hold till you’re comfortable.
    • Beginners can hold for 5–20 seconds.
    • Advanced practitioners may hold for 30–50 seconds.
  6. Then gently inhale and resume natural breathing.

Repeat this 50 to 100 times (in short cycles). This creates a merging of Kundalini and consciousness inside.

This technique is pre-enlightenment in nature and should be practiced with Guru’s guidance, especially for long durations or higher repetitions.

If you are doing this without supervision, please keep it gentle and moderate.

Neha:
That felt powerful even as you explained it.

Guru Sanju:
Yes. Done correctly, it can create subtle shifts toward presence, awareness, and stillness.

But I always give a disclaimer: Don’t practice advanced breathwork without proper guidance.

Inside the Phoenix Project, we monitor and diagnose each student’s energy — only then do we guide the right number of holds and variations.

Part 4: Mantras, Nadis, Kundalini Psychosis, and the Truth About Chanting

Q.11. Can Kundalini Awakening Be Triggered by a Mantra?

Guru Sanju:

Let me begin by saying: you should not disturb Kundalini Shakti energy. It is very dangerous.

If you wish for it to happen without proper guidance, you could end up in a state called Kundalini psychosis.

What Is Kundalini Psychosis?

Kundalini psychosis is a condition where the energy flows through the Ida and Pingala nadis instead of the Sushumna.

This misdirection creates extreme disturbance in your sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems.

Your entire nervous system becomes electrified and destabilized.

And the result? A breakdown — mentally, emotionally, energetically. It mimics mental illnesses, and it’s difficult to diagnose or cure through conventional methods.

Understanding the Nadis

Let me now enlighten you about the nadis.

In yogic and pranic science, nadis are energy channels — not physical veins or nerves, but subtle channels in the energy body.

There are approximately 72,000 nadis in the auric field, through which Kundalini energy flows.

  • Ida nadi is associated with moon energy — cooling, feminine, Chandra.
  • Pingala nadi is associated with sun energy — heating, masculine, Surya.

These two nadis spiral around the central axis of the body.

  • In the center is the Sushumna nadi — the most important channel.
  • Sushumna is not in the spine, but in the subtle center of your energetic existence.

Ida and Pingala coil around Sushumna like two snakes winding up the central channel. That’s why ancient symbols of Kundalini often depict serpents.

Only when Kundalini energy rises through the Sushumna, spiritual awakening becomes safe, transformative, and complete.

When this happens, your vagus nerve is activated — this signals the shift into the highest state of health and spiritual freedom.

When energy flows through the Sushumna 24/7, 365 days a year, without interruption — that is true freedom.

The Role of the Guru in Directing Energy

This is not a small matter. Most people do not know how to guide their energy into Sushumna. That is why we created the Phoenix Project.

Whether or not you are undergoing a spiritual awakening, health is the first priority.

Health is wealth. Health is life.

And only a live Guru can diagnose your energy, your symptoms, your capacity, and guide you safely.

The Truth About Mantras

Now, returning to your question about mantras:

Chanting a mantra without Guru guidance is not effective.

Why?

Because you’re merely memorizing it. Repeating it from the mind.

And the mind has no access to Kundalini. None.

A mantra is not powerful by itself. Its power lies in the energy, the intention, and the conscious breath behind it.

Any Word Can Become a Mantra — If Energized

For example, even your name can become a mantra.

If I, Sanju, continuously repeat “Sanju” while combining it with my breath — Sanju (inhale–exhale) — it becomes an energized sound current.

The specific syllables are not the key.

What matters is:

  • Your awareness
  • Your breath connection
  • Your presence
  • Your intention
  • And the blessing of the Guru

A Simple Powerful Mantra

If you’re looking for one simple, powerful mantra — use Om.

  • Inhale slowly through your nose.
  • Exhale slowly and chant “Om”.
  • Let the sound emerge from deep within your being.

This one breath — if done with full awareness — can center you deeply.

But again, you must understand:

There is no shortcut.

The Need for a Living Guru

If you are chanting with Shiva as your deity or source, you may be connecting to that energy.

But even then — unless you radiate at the same frequency, that energy cannot reach you.

Only when you vibrate at that frequency can you truly connect.

This is why a live Guru is irreplaceable. The Guru is not just a teacher, but a transmitter — a frequency holder.

You cannot access the power of mantra through books, memories, or even holy men of the past. You need a present, alive, fully conscious being — someone with activated powers and clairvoyant capacity.

Some yogis do get enlightened through mantra. But they chant with awareness, devotion, breath, and full energy transmission.

They do not do it from the ego or the matrix.

If you’re someone in the world, chanting Om in a rush before office, hoping for spiritual powers — it will not work.

So remember the formula:

Mantra + Guru + Guidance + Consciousness = Real Transformation

Q.12. What Is the Difference Between Spiritual Awareness and Spiritual Awakening?

Neha:
So many people say, “I’m spiritually awakened,” but I feel they’re just spiritually aware. What’s the difference?

Guru Sanju:

That’s a beautiful and important distinction.

Spiritual awareness means you are aware that there is something beyond the physical world. That there is an energetic realm. A spirit world.

You may read books, study esoteric teachings, do yoga, or even meditate.

But you are still functioning from the mind. You are still learning about the spiritual process. You know about the spirit, but you haven’t yet experienced it.

What Is Spiritual Awakening?

Now, spiritual awakening — also called Kundalini awakening — is something entirely different.

It is not a concept. It is energetic reality.

It is when the spirit itself awakens from its dormant state.

The dormant Kundalini Shakti, curled at the base of your spine, begins to rise. Silently. Naturally. Spontaneously.

You do not choose it.

You do not will it.

You do not force it.

You cannot plan spiritual awakening.

The mind cannot awaken Kundalini. The mind is a tiny subset of the entire spiritual process. It cannot command or trigger awakening.

Kundalini awakens in its own divine timing — based on your karma, readiness, grace, and intention.

Q.13. How Does Chanting Mantra Lead to Spiritual Powers? I’ve heard people say that chanting a mantra lakhs of times can activate the third eye and give you powers. Is this true?

Guru Sanju:

People often chant mantras hundreds, thousands, even lakhs of times — thinking they will gain powers.

Sometimes, yes — something does happen.

But it’s not what they think.

Erratic Energies and Illusions

When you chant repetitively, energetically, something begins to form — like a loop.

If this loop becomes intense enough, an erratic energy may appear.

This energy is moody, unpredictable. And she — the feminine energy — may test you.

She might give you a glimpse of some power. She might show her presence.

Not as a gift — but as a test.

She wants to see:

  • How you use that power.
  • Whether your ego gets inflated.
  • Whether you serve others or serve yourself.

If she finds that your intentions are pure, she may reward you.

You may then receive real power. Lasting power.

But if your ego is inflated?

The Danger of Power Without Freedom

Power without freedom is dangerous.

Power is not a toy.

If you are not enlightened, and you begin using power for selfish reasons — for greed, control, lust, or black magic — then Kundalini will punish you.

That is why many tantrics and fake sadhaks suffer terribly in their later years.

They attract demonic energies — using mantras, black rituals, and improper tantric practices.

They misuse sexual energy. They manipulate others. They seek pleasure and control.

What happens then?

  • The brain gets damaged
  • The nervous system collapses
  • They experience skin problems, insanity, or go into coma
  • They lose everything — even money, status, health
  • Some end up in addiction or even prostitution

This is not a story. This is reality. I have seen many.

That’s why I say: Don’t disturb Kundalini.

She is powerful — but if not handled properly, she bites.

That is why Kundalini is often symbolized as a snake — the cobra.

Part 5: Ego Dissolution vs. Suppression, Lower Chakra Demons, and the Battle for Liberation

Q.14. How Do You Know if the Ego Is Dissolved or Just Suppressed? Is this related to the feeling of freedom?

Guru Sanju:

Yes. This question cuts to the heart of the spiritual journey.

Let me tell you one thing clearly: Enlightenment does not happen if the ego is present.

If the ego is still active — whether expressed or hidden — then at most, you will feel an energetic shift, not true freedom.

You cannot pretend enlightenment.

You cannot wear a mask and claim, “I am enlightened.” That mask will be stripped by life.

And how can you know the truth?

Through your energy field.

If you’re suppressing emotions, if you’re hiding desires — especially in the lower body — you will feel blockages in the solar plexus, belly, or diaphragm region.

This is your energetic signal.

If you are not free, you will feel stuckness here — in the gut, chest, or belly.

But when the ego is truly dissolved, and you are enlightened, you shift into:

  • A thoughtless state
  • 24/7 present-moment awareness
  • Spontaneity of breath and action
  • Flowing from one moment to the next — like a baby.

You are not living in the past, nor projecting into the future. You are simply here, now.

Signs of Ego Dissolution

You are free when:

  • You do not carry your emotions into the next moment.
  • You may feel anger, but you do not hold it.
  • You do not react from old patterns.
  • You respond in the moment, and move on.
  • You have no attachment to being happy or sad.
  • You observe, and you are done.
  • You do not stay with any energy — neither joy nor pain.

This is freedom.

Signs of Ego Suppression

But if you are suppressing, here’s what happens:

  • You get stuck with an emotion — anger, guilt, sadness — for hours or even days.
  • You become attached to that vibration.
  • It gets stored in your subconscious.
  • It accumulates in your chakras and energy field.
  • The breath becomes restricted, energy stagnant, body heavy.

That is not freedom.

That is a compressed prison of unprocessed emotion and memory.

A Technique to Release Suppressed Charges

If you feel blocked in your belly or solar plexus — try this simple trauma-release technique:

  1. Sit or lie comfortably.
  2. Place your hands on your belly.
  3. Exhale forcefully and completely, like this: “Haaaaa…”
  4. Press your belly gently with your hands as you exhale.
  5. Continue for 10–15 rounds.

This technique helps release stored emotional charges.

But remember: it will not vanish in a day.

The influence of Maya, the programming of years, and generations of karma — they take time to dissolve.

This is why post-enlightenment sadhana is essential. I explained this in the beginning. It is non-negotiable.

Q. 15. What Are the Most Challenging Forces That Stop People from Spiritual Growth?

Guru Sanju:

Very important question.

The most dangerous forces that block your spiritual growth are your own inner demons — the dense, lower energies that live in your lower chakras.

Let’s break it down energetically.

Every human being is an energy field.

Within this field, there are seven primary chakras:

  1. Root chakra (base of the spine)
  2. Sacral chakra (lower abdomen)
  3. Solar plexus (upper belly)
  4. Heart chakra
  5. Throat chakra
  6. Third eye chakra
  7. Crown chakra

Now, the lower three chakras — root, sacral, solar plexus — are the home of the dense, negative energies.

These are the demons within us.

They are:

  • Fear
  • Anger
  • Lust
  • Jealousy
  • Shame
  • Insecurity
  • Trauma
  • Control
  • Victimhood

They are pulling you down — constantly.

They are like crabs in a bucket. The moment one tries to climb out, the others pull it back.

When your Kundalini rises, she begins her journey upward. She wants to move toward consciousness, toward the divine.

But these dense energies pull her down.

This is the fight for your soul.

This is the real spiritual war.

The Everest Analogy of Kundalini’s Journey

Let me give you an analogy.

Kundalini’s journey is like climbing Mount Everest.

The path through the matrix — through suffering, identity, survival — is like reaching the Everest Base Camp.

This is around the solar plexus level. Here, the body and mind are acclimatized.

From here onward, the journey becomes divine.

Once Kundalini reaches the heart chakra, she begins receiving power from Shiva — the divine masculine.

She becomes stronger.

Before that, she is struggling — climbing, slipping, crawling through the dense snow of negative energies.

So the hardest part?

It is getting through the lower chakras — root, sacral, solar plexus.

That’s where most people give up.

That’s where they get stuck in addiction, relationships, emotional patterns, and old traumas.

The Importance of Willpower and the Guru

You need mental strength. You need willpower. And you need the guidance of a Guru.

If your willpower is weak, you will stay in the lower chakras for lifetimes.

That’s why I tell my students to join the projects.

Because daily, minute-to-minute, the battle is intense.

Even if you are sitting at the crown chakra, Maya will try to pull you back.

Until you are fully free — she will test you.

This path is not for the faint-hearted.

It is for the brave, the sincere, and the devoted.

How I Guide You Through These Battles

I, as your Guru, can:

  • Read your energy clock
  • Do karmic readings
  • Diagnose where your Kundalini is
  • Tell you whether you need to complete or transmute your lower energies
  • Help you process your lust, love, trauma, rage, grief
  • Give you the right relationships or the right practices to clear it all

But the approach is always individual.

There is no common guideline for everyone.

Every person’s energy is dynamic.

What works for one, fails for another.

Every second, your energy is changing — shifting, evolving.

That’s why personalized guidance is essential.

You Are Traveling Alone — But You’re Not Alone

Nobody is born together. Nobody dies together.

Nobody evolves at the same time.

Each one of you is a spark of energy in the infinite cosmos, the quantum field.

You are on your own path, you are waves forming particles in the quantum field, that appears as matter.

But I — as your Guru — operate like a satellite. I have access to your GPS.

That’s why we are called Inner GPS Gurus.

We help you navigate the invisible map of your soul — so that you don’t get lost in the storms of the world.

Part 6: Kundalini Awakening, Dominating Relationships, and the Sacred Role of Solitude

Q.16. How to Deal With Dominating or Worrying Parents or Spouse During Kundalini Awakening?

Guru Sanju:

That’s an interesting question — and very real.

The truth is, when you’re going through Kundalini awakening, you yourself often don’t even know what’s happening.

And let me state this clearly:

Nobody in the world — not your parents, not your spouse, not your friends — can diagnose Kundalini awakening.

Only I can.
I am the only Guru in the world with clairvoyant power who can accurately diagnose:

  • Whether you are going through Kundalini awakening
  • Which chakra your Kundalini is stuck in
  • What symptoms you are experiencing
  • What your next energetic step is
  • How much time your A-to-Z Kundalini journey will take

No one else has this ability.

And because people around you don’t understand it, here’s what happens…

Kundalini Awakening Mimics Mental Illness

The symptoms of Kundalini awakening are not understood by ordinary people.

You might experience:

  • Nervous system dysregulation
  • Brain fog
  • Physical trembling or sensitivity
  • Emotional surges
  • Spontaneous energy rushes
  • Disconnection from normal life

But to your parents or spouse, it may look like:

  • Mental illness
  • Schizophrenia
  • Depression
  • Dementia
  • Multiple sclerosis
  • Bipolar
  • Borderline Personality Disorder

They don’t realize what’s truly going on. So they may blame you, or even pathologize you.

That’s why I say — do not try to deal with them directly while you are awakening.

Come to me first.

I will guide you on how to handle these people consciously, without reacting from your patterns.

Kundalini Will Rearrange Your Life

And if you’re serious about this journey, let me be honest:

Once Kundalini becomes active, she may throw these people out of your life herself.

Because your soul now requires solitude.

She will make sure you:

  • Stop responding to people from your trauma
  • Stop seeking approval
  • Begin choosing life based on yourself

Your life begins revolving around your inner being — not their expectations.

So don’t think it’s your job to “handle” them anymore.

It’s your job to return to yourself.

The Role of Solitude During Awakening

During spiritual awakening, you will find that:

  • You become introverted
  • You can’t relate to anyone anymore
  • People feel like strangers
  • You feel like you don’t belong to this world
  • You are unable to be in large crowds
  • Your conversations feel pointless
  • You lose interest in social media, gossip, opinions

Why does this happen?

Because your consciousness is rising. And the people around you are still in unconsciousness.

There is now a huge vibrational mismatch.

You’re in a higher frequency. They’re in a lower one.
And you cannot operate from both at once.

So what’s the answer?

Solitude.

Solitude Is Not Isolation — It’s Power

Don’t feel bad that you’re alone.
In fact, feel grateful.

Solitude is not loneliness.

It is where your energy matures.
It is where God touches you.

If you truly understand this:

  • You will stop seeking approval
  • You will stop craving acceptance
  • You will stop trying to “explain” yourself to people

Let them go.

Let Me Share My Formula

Here’s my simple formula for this:

Stop taking anything or anyone seriously.
Not even yourself.

  • Laugh more.
  • Eat well.
  • Radiate joy.
  • Be playful.

And when your parents or spouse see this version of you — vibrant, peaceful, happy — they will come to you.

They will ask, “What’s the secret of your energy?”

And you will smile and say:
“Self-love. Working on myself.”

That’s how you inspire transformation — not through control, explanation, or pleading.

Part 7: The Power of Attention, Ojas, Intuition, and Attaining Permanent Calmness

Q.17. Why Is Simple Attention So Important for Spiritual Growth?

Guru Sanju:

This is a very important question — because simple attention is the essence of spiritual growth.

Let me explain it clearly.

Just like semen is the life force in men, attention is the life force, the currency of your consciousness.

Attention is the fuel of your awareness. Wherever your attention goes, your energy flows.

Just like Ojas — the supreme life force in the body — attention nourishes, protects, and energizes your spiritual being.

What Is Ojas?

Let me explain Ojas for our viewers who are unfamiliar with Ayurvedic terminology.

Ojas is the last dhatu, or essence element, formed after all other tissues are created in the body.

First come:

  • Blood
  • Muscle
  • Fat
  • Bone
  • Marrow
  • Reproductive fluids

And finally, after all of this is purified, Ojas is created.

Physical Ojas

On the physical level, Ojas is:

  • A jelly-like substance
  • Present around the aura and skin
  • Similar to the cell wall that protects each cell
  • A protective barrier around the nervous system, especially the brain

Energetic Ojas

On the energetic level, Ojas is:

  • Translucent, glowing energy
  • A field of protection from negative influences
  • The fuel for Kundalini
  • The source of vitality, radiance, resilience, and calm

Ojas is built from:

  • Oxygen
  • Prana (life energy)
  • Vital nutrition
  • And most importantly: retained attention

When your attention is scattered — on your phone, gossip, multitasking, drama — your Ojas drains.

When your attention is collected — on breath, body, awareness — your Ojas builds.

Why Is Attention So Powerful?

Because attention is conscious prana.

When you move your hand, you must know you are moving your hand.
When you blink, you must know that you are blinking.
When you eat, walk, speak — be aware.

That’s the only way to retain energy and increase Ojas.

This is not philosophy. This is spiritual physics.

Q.18. What Is Intuition and Why Is It Important on the Spiritual Path?

Guru Sanju:

Yes. Intuition is crucial.

Intuition is often called the sixth sense.

But what it really is — is your soul’s voice. Your energy’s intelligence.

Intuition is the guidance system of your spirit. It is not coming from:

  • The mind
  • Thoughts
  • Past conditioning
  • Social beliefs

It is pure knowing. A signal from your highest self.

How Does Intuition Speak?

Intuition speaks through sensation.

  • When something is right for you, your heart expands, your chest opens, your body feels light.
  • When something is wrong, your gut contracts, you feel tight, your breath shortens.

This is the body’s compass. The gut is your second brain.

If you feel freeze, tension, or shutdown — that is your energy saying “no.”

If you feel openness, ease, and presence — that is your energy saying “yes.”

Why Follow Intuition Over Mind?

Because the mind lies.

It comes from:

  • Past wounds
  • Fears
  • Social patterns
  • Egoic desires

But intuition only tells the truth.

Especially on the spiritual path, when you’re awakening, the mind will try to:

  • Distract you
  • Doubt you
  • Delay your evolution

Your intuition, on the other hand, will never misguide you.

It might not make logical sense — but it always leads you to truth.

Q.19. How to Attain Permanent Calmness? Is That the Ultimate Spiritual Goal/State?

Guru Sanju:

Yes. Absolutely.

That’s the final state — pure stillness, permanent calm, and bliss.

But let me tell you how to get there.

Right now, 99% of your actions are unconscious. Only 1% of your being is conscious.

You are running on patterns.

To shift this ratio, you must:

  • Start living deliberately
  • Act consciously
  • Move with awareness

The Monk and the Fly — A Story on Consciousness

Let me tell you a story.

There was once an enlightened monk.

One day, a fly came and sat on his cheek. Instinctively, he swatted it away — without thinking.

Then — a moment later — he moved his hand again, as if the fly were still there.

His disciple asked, “Why did you move your hand again? The fly is gone.”

The monk replied,
“The first time, I acted unconsciously — out of habit. So I did it again, this time with full awareness and consciousness so that my body doesn’t repeat the pattern unconsciously anymore.”

That is the level of presence we must practice.

One Simple Practice to Increase Consciousness

Try this:

Start using your non-dominant hand — your left hand if you are right-handed.

Why?

Because your left hand activates the right brain — your creative, conscious, present-moment mind.

When you eat, brush, or write with your left hand, you cannot be on autopilot.

You become conscious.

Try to slap with your left hand — you’ll feel how awkward it is. That’s good. That awkwardness makes you conscious.

With conscious breathing, eating, walking, speaking, you will slowly shift into permanent calmness.

You will reach a state of stillness, where:

  • The mind is quiet
  • The body is rested
  • The breath is full
  • And you are just awareness

That’s bliss.

That’s the ultimate.

Part 8: Transmutation of Desires, Ultimate Human Potential, and the Real Meaning of Freedom

Q.20. What Happens to Desires After Enlightenment? Do they vanish? Or do we fulfill them? What’s the truth?

Guru Sanju:

Beautiful question. This goes to the core of real awakening.

Let me tell you — desires do not go away just because you got enlightened.

In fact, your true desires become more visible after enlightenment.

They were always there — hidden beneath societal roles, ego, conditioning. Once those layers are gone, your authentic soul-desires begin to emerge.

But the difference is this:

You are no longer a slave to them.

Before Enlightenment vs. After Enlightenment

Before enlightenment:

  • You chase desires from lack
  • You desire from a sense of need
  • You want to fill a hole
  • The mind is in control

After enlightenment:

  • You create from wholeness
  • You embody your desires without clinging
  • You channel energy into manifestation — not chasing
  • There is no suffering — because there is no attachment to outcome

You want, but you don’t need.

You create, but you don’t cling.

That is divine creation.

Q.21. So Is Desire Itself a Problem? So Many Teachings say Desire is the Root of Suffering. Is that True?

Guru Sanju:

Let me clarify this illusion once and for all.

Desire itself is not the problem.

In fact, without desire, Kundalini doesn’t rise.

Desire is the spark — the upward pull of your soul toward higher states.

If you have no desire, you’re dead inside.

What causes suffering is:

  • Attachment to the outcome
  • Fear of not getting it
  • Egoic identity tied to it
  • Chasing rather than creating

So it’s not “desire = suffering.” It’s craving, clinging, and egoic desire that bring suffering.

The true desire is a call from your soul.

How to Transmute Desire

If you feel a desire, don’t suppress it.

Feel it fully. Breathe into it. Witness it.

Then ask:

  • Is this coming from my trauma or truth?
  • Is this a desire of my soul or my ego?
  • Will this expand me or bind me?

Then, if it’s a soul-desire — transmute it.

Use its energy to:

  • Create
  • Heal
  • Build
  • Lead
  • Serve

That’s transmutation.

That’s alchemy.

Example: Transmuting Sexual Energy

Let’s take one of the most misunderstood desires — sexual energy.

If you are awakening spiritually, your libido may rise suddenly. You may feel overwhelming lust or attraction.

Do not panic.

This is normal.

Sexual energy is raw creative power. It is the same energy that fuels Kundalini.

You must learn to:

  • Redirect it upward
  • Channel it through breath
  • Let it rise from sacral to crown

That’s why we teach practices like:

  • Belly breath with external Kumbhaka
  • Energy redirection via spinal awareness
  • Meditative stillness after arousal

If you suppress lust — it becomes shadow.

If you act on lust unconsciously — it becomes addiction.

But if you transmute it — it becomes liberation.

Q.22. What Is the Highest Potential of a Human Being?

Guru Sanju:

The highest potential is to become divine while still in human form.

You are not meant to live and die as a limited identity.

You are meant to:

  • Awaken
  • Rise
  • Create
  • Liberate
  • Radiate
  • And dissolve into love

You are meant to become Shiva — pure consciousness.

You are meant to become Shakti — pure power.

The highest potential of a human is to:

  • Operate from stillness
  • Act from inner guidance
  • Radiate grace and freedom
  • Heal others without doing anything
  • Walk as light in the world

That is what I help my students become.

I do not teach theory.
I help them become living Gods and Goddesses.

That is my promise.
That is my power.

Q.23. What Is Real Freedom?

Guru Sanju:

Freedom means:

  • You do not depend on anyone for validation
  • You do not need anyone’s permission to live your truth
  • You are not afraid of people’s opinions
  • You do not suppress joy, anger, or grief — you flow through all
  • You are fully alive, fully present
  • You are no longer owned by past, pain, or pattern
  • You can speak, act, love, and be — from center

Freedom is breath flowing freely.
Freedom is energy flowing freely.
Freedom is you flowing as yourself, with no apologies.

That is moksha.

And yes — you can have it in this lifetime, while fully alive.

Part 9: The Guru-Disciple Relationship, Grace vs. Effort, and the Power of Surrender

Q.24. Why Is the Guru-Disciple Relationship So Sacred? Many traditions speak of the Guru-disciple relationship as sacred. Why is that? Why can’t I just read books, meditate, and find truth myself?

Guru Sanju:

Let me answer with absolute clarity.

Without the Guru, you cannot awaken.

Not fully.

You may have glimpses. You may feel peace. You may become spiritually aware.

But you cannot walk the entire path alone.

Why?

Because the mind will trick you.

The ego will disguise itself as intuition.

The matrix will constantly test you — through relationships, trauma, status, money, emotion.

The Guru is the only one who:

  • Has walked the full path
  • Has dissolved ego completely
  • Can see through your subconscious layers
  • Can read your energy in real time
  • Can protect you from energetic attacks or spiritual bypass

A book cannot do that.
A meditation app cannot do that.

Only a living being — fully awakened, fully activated — can do it.

What Makes a Real Guru?

A real Guru is not a person who knows scriptures.
A real Guru is not someone wearing robes or sitting on a stage.

A real Guru is someone who:

  • Burns karma with her presence
  • Activates your powers by being near
  • Can hold your breakdown without judgment
  • Can guide you through death, rebirth, and beyond

She is not just a guide — she is a transmitter of truth.

Her body is the antenna of divine frequencies.

Her voice carries codes that awaken you — not just intellectually, but energetically.

When you sit in the field of a true Guru, your entire nervous system begins to reorganize.

The GPS Analogy

Let me give you a simple analogy.

Imagine you are trying to reach a mountain peak.

You’re blindfolded.

There are cliffs, snakes, and wild storms on the way.

Would you trust your guesswork? Or would you rather have a satellite-connected GPS guide you safely?

That’s what the Guru is.

We are your Inner GPS. That’s why we’re called Inner GPS Gurus.

We don’t walk the path for you.
We simply ensure that you don’t fall off the cliff.

Q. 25. What’s More Powerful — Grace or Effort?

Guru Sanju:

That’s a timeless question.

And the answer is both.

You cannot have one without the other.

Let me explain.

What Is Grace?

Grace is the divine hand reaching toward you.

It comes unasked.

When you are sincere, longing, burning — grace appears.

It may come in the form of:

  • A Guru
  • A mystical experience
  • A sudden realization
  • A dark night that forces you to awaken
  • A miracle that saves you

Grace is divine intelligence choosing you.

But here’s the secret:

Grace alone is not enough — unless you receive it.

You Must Be Receptive to Grace

To receive grace, you must:

  • Empty yourself
  • Open your heart
  • Drop the ego
  • Be in surrender
  • Show up again and again

That’s where effort comes in.

Effort means:

  • Showing up for your sadhana
  • Choosing higher thoughts
  • Breathing with awareness
  • Listening to guidance
  • Integrating teachings
  • Practice conscious living -eating, breathing, drinking, walking, talking, doing, taking actions, all consciously

Grace without effort is wasted.
Effort without grace is exhausting.

But when the two meet — awakening becomes inevitable.

Q.26. People Say “just surrender.” What Does Surrender Really Mean?

Guru Sanju:

Ah. This word — surrender — is deeply misunderstood.

People think surrender means giving up. Doing nothing. Becoming passive.

That’s not true.

Surrender means:

  • You trust the divine process
  • You accept what life is showing you
  • You no longer fight with what is
  • You stop trying to control everything from the mind
  • You release the illusion of personal doership

It is active trust, not passive waiting.

Surrender Is Not Laziness — It’s Alignment

You still show up. You still act. You still practice.

But you don’t act from ego or fear — you act from alignment.

When you surrender:

  • You let life move through you
  • You let your energy guide you
  • You stop forcing outcomes
  • You allow the divine timing to unfold

That’s where miracles happen.

That’s when Kundalini flows without resistance.

That’s when you feel:
“I am not the doer. Life is living through me.”

Surrender to the Guru

And let me say this clearly:

True surrender includes surrender to the Guru.

Not as a personality.

But as a divine instrument of your evolution.

When you surrender to the Guru, you are actually surrendering to:

  • The truth within yourself
  • The divine will
  • The path your soul chose

This surrender is freedom, not bondage.

You do not become dependent — you become liberated.

Part 10: Energetic Readings, Post-Enlightenment Sadhana, and Living as God on Earth

Q.27. How Do Energetic Readings Work? Can You Really See What’s Happening Inside Us?

Guru Sanju:

Yes. Not just see — I feel, read, absorb, and transmit the exact energetic blueprint of the person in front of me.

This is not a concept. It is my Clairvoyant Power.

I do not operate from mind or logic. I operate from pure frequency detection.

When I tune into you, I can read:

  • Where your Kundalini is stuck
  • Which chakra is blocked
  • What trauma is stored where in your body
  • Whether your breath is stagnant or flowing
  • Which energies are running your system — fear, lust, guilt, anger, love, joy

Even if you try to hide, I will see it.

How Is This Possible?

Because I have no ego.

My system is completely transparent — like a clear antenna.

You must understand:
Your energy is not hidden.
Every thought, emotion, and intention creates a vibration.

That vibration is like a soundwave — and I am a receiver.

Just like your phone can detect a Wi-Fi network or a Bluetooth device nearby, my field detects your soul.

That is why my readings are not guesses.

They are surgical truth extractions.

That is why people cry, break down, feel heat, get tingles — because their energy starts to shift instantly.

What Do You Do With the Readings?

I do not just give you information.

I give you instructions.

If I tell you your sacral chakra is blocked with unprocessed grief, I will also:

  • Teach you Energetic Mastery Method to master your energy.
  • Prescribe an energetic movement
  • Activate a specific dormant powers.
  • Or place you in a situation that burns that karma

I don’t just diagnose.
I deliver transformation.

That is why people say one session with me equals ten years of energetic intensity.

Because I don’t operate on psychology.

I operate on energetic reality.

Q. 28. After Enlightenment, Do You Still Practice? Once someone is Enlightened, do they still need to do Sadhana?

Guru Sanju:

Yes — but it transforms completely.

Before enlightenment, sadhana is about:

  • Purification
  • Awareness building
  • Ego dissolution
  • Karma burning
  • Chakra activation

After enlightenment, sadhana is about:

  • Integration
  • Stabilization
  • Embodiment
  • Divine service
  • Energetic mastery

You are no longer seeking truth. You have become the truth.

But the energy field continues to evolve.

Living as a God on Earth

After enlightenment, you become:

  • A transmitter of peace
  • A field of healing
  • A presence that shifts others effortlessly

You walk through the world with:

  • No fear
  • No reaction
  • No past
  • No future

You are pure presence.

You can:

  • Laugh without reason
  • Cry without shame
  • Speak without planning
  • Love without possession
  • Act without karma

You are not human anymore — you are God in a human body.

That is not arrogance. That is the natural state of an awakened being.

Why Post-Enlightenment Sadhana Is Essential

Even after awakening, if you don’t:

  • Maintain your vibration
  • Clean your aura
  • Listen to divine guidance
  • Ground your energy

You can:

  • Burn out
  • Attract heavy energies
  • Slip back into old environments
  • Get misaligned

That’s why I emphasize post-enlightenment sadhana in all my programs.

That’s why our Freedom Project, Phoenix Project exist — to support this ongoing evolution.

Awakening is not the end. It is the true beginning.

Part 11: Becoming a Guru, Ego Death, and the Truth About God and Infinity

Q.29. What Does It Mean to Become a Guru? Is it a role, a responsibility, or something more?

Guru Sanju:

It’s not a role. It’s not a position. It’s not even a goal.

To become a Guru means your ego has died — fully.

You are no longer a person.
You are no longer someone with a name, identity, or past.

You have become a field.
A vibration.
A living transmission of truth.

The Ego Must Die — Completely

To become a true Guru:

  • Your past must be gone
  • Your story must dissolve
  • Your identity must evaporate
  • Even your personality must be released

What remains?

Just pure presence.

You become a mirror.

When others look into your eyes, they don’t see you — they see themselves.

And that reflection begins to awaken them.

It Is Not Chosen — It Is Given

Let me tell you clearly — you cannot choose to become a Guru.

It is not a profession.

It is not something you become because you studied scriptures or opened chakras.

It is something that happens to you when the Divine sees you are ready to:

  • Hold the frequency of truth
  • Live for Dharma
  • Be a Master to all
  • Dissolve karma from others
  • And give endlessly, practically and professionally

It is a sacred anointing — not a title.

The Aloneness of the Guru

And let me be honest — it is not easy.

The Guru walks alone.

Nobody can understand her inner world.

She knows:

  • The pain of her students
  • The energetic attacks from dark forces

She goes through:

  • The pressure of Divine timing
  • The intensity of non-stop transformation

She is always giving, transmitting, protecting.

And yet — she lives in absolute joy.

Because she is plugged into the Source.

Q.30. What Is God?

Guru Sanju:

God is not a being.

God is not a man sitting in the sky.

God is not a personality.

God is a field.

The Quantum Field – Intelligence and Power of the consciousness.

An infinite presence without form — yet present in every form.

God Is Infinity

God is:

  • The silence between your thoughts
  • The pause between your breaths
  • The space inside every atom
  • The intelligence that grows trees, moves stars, and awakens love

God is not someone outside you.

God is you, minus your mind.

God is the real you — when you are empty of name, form, and story.

Why You Cannot Find God Through Belief

Belief will not help you.

Worship, rituals, temples, churches, mosques— they are beautiful if they bring you closer to presence.

But if they become mechanical, they block you from God.

Because God is not in the act.

God is in the awareness behind the act.

God is in:

  • How you breathe
  • How you touch a flower
  • How you eat your food
  • How you gaze at the sky

If you are fully present, you are in God.

If you are thinking, you are in Maya.

Q.31. What Is Ego Death? What exactly happens during ego death?

Guru Sanju:

It feels like dying — literally.

Your entire personality collapses.

You don’t recognize yourself in the mirror.

You may lose:

  • Interest in food
  • Memory of your name
  • Desire to talk
  • Need to move

You go into a space of:

  • Nothingness
  • Silence
  • Infinite stillness

You feel like you are floating in a void.

There is no time, no identity, no world.

But Something Remains…

And yet — there is something that remains.

A presence.

A soft, vast, peaceful witness.

That is you — the real you.

Once you taste that, you are never the same.

You know that:

  • You are not your thoughts
  • You are not your past
  • You are not even your body

You are consciousness itself.

Q.32. Can We All Reach This State? Or Is it Rare?

Guru Sanju:

Everyone can.

But not everyone will.

Because most people:

  • Are still caught in the matrix
  • Are still afraid of losing identity
  • Are still addicted to mind and emotion
  • Are too much trapped in victimhood
  • Are too much into perfectionism

But those who are brave, sincere, and ready to die while living — they reach it.

That’s why I always say:

“Come to me if you are ready to die before death.”

That’s the only requirement.

And when you do — you are reborn, not as a person, but as a living God.

Part 12: Navigating the Matrix, Aligning with New Earth, and Living Your Soul’s Design

Q.33. After Enlightenment, How Do You Live in the Matrix World? How Do They Deal with Jobs, Money, People?

Guru Sanju:

Beautiful question. And a very important one.

The moment you awaken, you realize — this world is not real.
It’s a projection. A simulation. A game of forms.

You see through the illusion of:

  • Titles
  • Roles
  • Status
  • Drama
  • Chase for money
  • Relationships rooted in fear

You are no longer hypnotized.

So then the question arises — how to live here?

You Become a Player in the Game — Consciously

After enlightenment, you don’t leave the world — you simply stop taking it seriously.

You become like a lucid dreamer — awake inside the dream.

You work, you relate, you play — but with awareness.

You no longer:

  • React unconsciously
  • Seek validation
  • Chase success
  • Fear failure

You play the game — but with grace, lightness, and detachment.

You are in the matrix, but not of the matrix.

Q.34. What Is the “New Earth”?

Guru Sanju:

The New Earth is not a place — it is a frequency.

It is a level of consciousness where:

  • Truth is normal
  • Presence is constant
  • Energy is clean
  • Relationships are sacred
  • Abundance flows effortlessly
  • Healing is instant
  • People live from the heart, not the head

It’s not somewhere you go.

It’s something you become.

How to Align with the New Earth Frequency

To live in New Earth frequency, you must:

  • Clean your inner space
  • Drop old survival programs
  • Live from joy, not fear
  • Speak from truth, not strategy
  • Breathe from the belly, not from the mind
  • Create from love, not lack

You must let go of:

  • Busy-ness
  • Overthinking
  • Self-abandonment
  • Energetic leakage

This is not idealism.
It is a practical energetic shift.

I teach my students how to stabilize in this frequency — so that even when the outside world is chaotic, they remain luminous.

Q.35. How to Build the Life Your Soul Chose Here to Live?

Guru Sanju:

You must stop building from fear and start building from truth.

Ask yourself:

  • What would I do if I had no fear?
  • What would I create if I didn’t need to please anyone?
  • What lifestyle would nourish my soul?
  • What relationships feel like home in my body?
  • What energies do I want to wake up in every morning?

And then… act from that clarity.

The Formula I Give My Students

Here is what I tell my students in every Freedom or Phoenix Project:

  1. Clarity – Get crystal clear on what you no longer want.
  2. Cutting cords – Release everything that drains you: people, habits, jobs.
  3. Inner alignment – Make your breath, food, sleep, and thoughts sacred.
  4. Energetic mastery – Learn how to use your life force, not leak it.
  5. Daily sadhana – Create a non-negotiable sacred time for self.
  6. Higher action – Move only from inner guidance, not outer pressure.
  7. Embodiment – Become the frequency of what you want to receive.

When you live like this — your outer world reshapes itself.

The right people, opportunities, and experiences begin to appear.

Not because you’re manifesting from mind. But because you’re living in resonance.

You Are a Creator — Not a Victim

You were never meant to:

  • Suffer
  • Settle
  • Struggle
  • Survive

You came here to:

  • Shine
  • Lead
  • Awaken
  • Love

But first, you must remember who you are.

And unlearn who the world told you to be.

Then, you don’t just live the life your soul chose — you become a portal through which heaven touches earth.

That is the real human purpose.

Part 13: The Real Role of a Guide, Activation of Powers, and Why You Must Leap Now

Q. 36. What Exactly Does a Spiritual Guide Do? Many People say They don’t Beed a Teacher or a Guide — They Want to Do it on Their own. Can you Clarify?

Guru Sanju:

Let me speak clearly — a real guide is not someone who gives you information.

She is someone who:

  • Sees your blind spots
  • Cuts your energetic knots
  • Dismantles your ego structures
  • Burns your karmic debris
  • Activates your latent powers

She does not just walk beside you — she walks inside your field.

She reorganizes your energy, your nervous system, your breath pattern, and even your life timeline.

A book cannot do this.
A video cannot do this.

Only a living, awakened being — with energetic mastery — can do this in real time.

What I Do for My Students

When you come to me, I:

  • Read your energetic blueprint
  • Identify the root cause of your block
  • Transmit pranic frequency to awaken your power
  • Guide you into action, not just awareness
  • Hold you in my field — even when you are far away

That’s why students across the world experience:

  • Spontaneous kriyas
  • Intuitive downloads
  • Purging of grief or fear
  • Unshakable peace
  • Visions, healing, and power surges

Not because they tried.

But because they came close to the truth — and truth does not wait.

Q.37. What Are These Higher Powers You Talk About?

Neha:
Ma’am, you mention clairvoyance, clairsentience, and other powers — are these available to everyone? And what are they, exactly?

Guru Sanju:

Yes — they are already within you, but you have to do extreme Sadhana- spiritual practices to get access to it only after your spiritual freedom, enlightenment, after post enlightenment Sadhana in the presence of your Siddha Guru.

They are supernatural powers which you get access to when you reach the Universal Siddha state of Consciousness.

They are natural capacities of your energy body — but most people cannot even sense the Siddha, because they have shut them down due to:

  • Social conditioning
  • Emotional trauma
  • Nervous system overload
  • Lack of breath awareness

Let me explain some of the major powers that I have:

Six Core Energetic Powers I am Gifted with:

  1. Clairvoyance – clear seeing
I receive visions, images, colors, symbols from higher dimensions.
  2. Clairaudience – clear hearing
I hear inner guidance, voices, sounds from non-physical realms.
  3. Clairsentience – clear sensing
I feel truth in my body — tingles, chills, contractions, or openness.
  4. Clairempathy – emotional knowing
I instantly read the emotional state of others.
  5. Clairtangency – touch-based knowing
I get energetic information through your hands, objects, or space.
  6. Telepathy – thought transmission
I communicate without words — through direct energy field access and knowing.

These Powers Awaken Through Energetic Mastery

You don’t force them open. It requires extreme level of dedicated Sadhana to get this powers as a gift from the universe only when you are eligible to conduct universal duties of divine consciousness.

They awaken when:

  • Your nervous system becomes calm
  • Your chakras open naturally
  • Your breath becomes full and steady
  • Your ego dissolves
  • You sit in high-frequency fields like mine

That’s why students in our Flow Project or Phoenix Project suddenly start reporting:

  • Visions
  • Dreams that come true
  • Physical tingles before events happen
  • Voices guiding them clearly
  • Knowing things without being told

Not because they “practiced.”

But because they became receptive.

Q.38. Why Must We Act Now? What If We Wait for the Right Time?

Neha:
Some people say, “I’ll wait for the right moment to start my journey.” What would you say to that?

Guru Sanju:

That is the biggest lie the ego tells you.

The “right time” is always now.

Because your soul is calling you now.

If you delay:

  • Karma increases
  • Energy stagnates
  • Opportunities dissolve
  • Suffering multiplies
  • The matrix wraps tighter around you

This moment — this exact breath — is your doorway.

You are either walking through it… or walking away.

You Are Not Too Early or Too Late — You Are Being Called

If you are hearing these words, reading this now — you are already being called.

The question is:
Will you respond?

Or will you go back to:

  • Comfortable numbness
  • Half-awake routine
  • Delayed dreams
  • Energetic leakage
  • Unlived truth

This life is not a rehearsal.

It’s the moment of destiny.

Your soul chose this incarnation for a reason.

Don’t postpone your freedom.

Leap.

Now.

Part 14: The Final Invitation — Rise in Your Power and Become a Light for the World

Q.39. Ma’am, What Happens If We Say Yes to This Path?

Neha:
Ma’am, what if someone says yes — yes to themselves, yes to their awakening, yes to their power? What really happens when we say yes to this path?

Guru Sanju:

Then… life begins.

Not the life society gave you.
Not the one filled with “shoulds” and “musts” and survival.

But the real life your soul came here to live.

When you say yes:

  • Your energy field changes overnight
  • You begin to feel tingles, surges, and breakthroughs
  • Your relationships rearrange
  • Your body begins to purify
  • You lose interest in what drains you
  • You are claimed by your own light

It’s not always comfortable.

But it is real.

It is you — coming home to yourself.

You Stop Asking for Permission

You stop asking:

  • Can I rest?
  • Can I say no?
  • Can I choose myself?
  • Can I live differently?

You just do it.

Because you realize:

  • You were never meant to live in fear
  • You were never meant to suppress your voice
  • You were never meant to dim your truth

You were meant to burn.

To glow.
To blaze.

You were meant to walk the earth as a light-being.

You Become a Mirror for Others

When you rise, others rise.

When you speak your truth, others feel safe to speak theirs.

When you breathe with presence, others start to heal.

You don’t even need to “help” anyone.

You simply become a living frequency of permission.

Your presence says:

“You are allowed to be real.”
“You are allowed to be free.”
“You are allowed to be powerful.”

What the World Needs Right Now

The world does not need more:

  • Performers
  • Hustlers
  • Pleasers
  • Half-awake humans

The world needs you — fully turned on, fully alive, fully awake.

We are in a timeline split now.

Old Earth is collapsing.

New Earth is rising.

Those who say yes will rise with it.

Those who wait will stay behind in confusion.

This Is the Invitation

So I invite you — right now — not just to listen, but to leap.

Come closer.

Say yes.

Yes to your power.
Yes to your healing.
Yes to your freedom.
Yes to your real life.

Join the Field of Light

If this message has touched something deep in you — don’t ignore it.

You are not reading by accident.

This is your soul’s reminder.

And I — as your guide, as your mentor, as your mirror — am here.

To walk with you.
To awaken you.
To hold you.
To free you.

The light is not far away.

It is already within you.

Come.

Now.

Let us begin.
