Walking as Grounding
One of the simplest and most powerful practices I follow to ground my energy is to walk on the road. The benefits of walking on the road are immense. Walking helps you return to the earth, connect to your body, and stabilize the restless energies that Kundalini awakening can sometimes create.
You do not always need a mountain, a forest, or a retreat to ground yourself. Simply go to the local marketplace of any city, step onto the road, and walk. Walk among people, walk among sounds, walk among the rhythm of life. As you move, let yourself enjoy the nature around you, the movement of air, the play of light, and the beauty that exists even in the most ordinary surroundings.
Of course, you can also walk in nature. That too is one of the best practices you can follow. When you do so, you will notice how your energy feels heightened, how your awareness sharpens, and how you begin to connect to life in deeper ways.
Life Has No Rulebook
There is no rule for how to live life. That is something you must remember. If you allow yourself to explore freely, as I do, you will discover freedom. Exploration is freedom. I am free, and so I share these secrets for a free life with you.
If you cannot walk, if you cannot simply ground yourself in this way, then there is little use in rushing into advanced meditation, sadhana, or the intense practices I demonstrate. Spirituality begins with being grounded, with being alive here and now. Without that foundation, nothing else sustains.
Grounding to Connect with Life Energy
These practices are grounding practices. They are not meant as spectacle or performance. They exist so that you can connect to the life energy, the energy that flows through you right now. Life is not in some distant heaven or in some perfected future. Life is here and now.
When you walk, when you look around, when you hear the sounds of your street, you are meeting life itself. You are experiencing different dimensions of existence. Even something as simple as a street view becomes a meditation.
No Manual to Live Life
As I said before in earlier teachings, there is no manual for how to live life. How you live is your creation. Do not think you need a meditation camp, a yoga retreat, or a spiritual certificate to experience life. Those things may support you, but they are not life itself.
Life is being here and now, being yourself, and enjoying. I have come out of perfectionism. I have come out of the mental and nervous system traps that people fall into when they try to be perfect.
I am not teaching you perfectionism. I am teaching you imperfection as perfection. I am teaching you excellence. I am teaching you exploration. What you need is not the perfect decoration but the raw experience of life.
Enjoy the Rawness of Life
Enjoy whatever condition or situation you are in. Enjoy life without decoration, without glamour. Experience the rawness of life—the unfiltered, the unpolished. That rawness is real. That rawness is alive.
Why do I record and share such videos? Because most of you are ungrounded. Most of you are disconnected from life. When you engage with these teachings, something inside you will open. You will realize that life is simple, but you have made it complicated with your sophistication.
Simplicity Over Sophistication
Why do we need so much sophistication? The more sophistication we create in life, the more we disconnect from the simple essence of being. Come out of sophistication. Start living life simply. Explore, listen, walk, watch, and feel.
Wherever you are, there is a local market, a small street, or a natural corner. Explore it. Return to your roots. Grounding does not always mean going to an energy vortex or some sacred land. Grounding means doing the most basic human activities—walking, breathing, listening, observing.
When you come out of heavy spiritual practices and return to simple living, you discover a super-light way of being. Darkness and light both exist, and both are life. To live in that awareness is happiness. Life is eternal, so live it.
Let Even Traffic Become Meditation
In this raw experience of life, even traffic noise can become meditation. Do not resist it. Attend to yourself within it. Go out. Move your body. Allow your brain to feel what is real. Let yourself experience life directly.
The problem today is that the world has become too automated. We do not need to struggle for survival anymore, and while this looks like comfort, it creates disconnection. This disconnection is ungrounding.
If you wish to heal, if you wish to awaken, you must reconnect to the simplest life—even a life where nobody is watching you, nobody is concerned with you, nobody even knows you. That simplicity is grounding.
The Technique of Mouth Exhalation
One technique I follow during travel is mouth exhalation. This keeps you in the present moment and stabilizes your nervous system.
Here is how you do it:
- Sit or walk naturally.
- Inhale gently through your nose.
- Exhale slowly through your mouth in a continuous, relaxed stream.
This activates your vagus nerve. When the vagus nerve is activated, your brain and nervous system return to balance. This is the parasympathetic mode—the mode of rest, digestion, and healing.
When you travel, instead of letting your mind wander in worry, use the time to practice mouth exhalation. This is part of the Energetic Mastery Method. It keeps you grounded, present, and calm.
Traveling as Practice
When I travel, I see darkness, I see light, I see lakes, reflections, and the play of nature. These are not things to merely look at. They are invitations to appreciate life.
In my presence, you connect to the life frequency. If you are fortunate enough to join me in a physical project, you will experience life frequency directly. Students and patients who come to me heal—from neurosis, from mental health struggles, from the deep wounds of the brain and nervous system.
Natural Transformation
My way of transformation is not through sophistication. It is natural. It is instinctive. That is why I create spontaneous teachings. That is why I show you these raw practices. They transmit energy to you directly.
If you begin to live in this way—walking, grounding, exhaling, exploring—you will heal faster than through any meditation retreats, medications, or complicated yoga postures.
This is instinctive motivation. This is the essence of our evolution. The brain and nervous system are instinctive, and they heal when you return to instinct.
Connecting to Life Energy
Even if you do not see me clearly, my voice reaches you. My energy reaches you. If you connect to that energy, you are connecting to the life energy of the universe itself.
So be creative in your life. Enjoy your life. Create your life. And live it in your unique state of being.
Have a great day. Keep smiling. And remember—life is here, life is now, and life is simple.
