The Purpose of Human Life – How to Find Your Life Purpose

The Question of Life’s Purpose

What is the purpose of human life? What is your life purpose?

The purpose of human life is to evolve—from the state you are in right now to the highest energetic possibility of human existence. Each individual existing on this planet Earth is in some stage of evolution.

To help you understand this journey, let us visualize human evolution as a linear path. Imagine this path divided into hundreds of points. Suppose you are standing at point 50. To reach the highest possibility of your existence, you need to travel through 50 more points. In the same way, every individual has his or her own karmic journey to complete.

In each life, one completes a part of this karma and simultaneously creates new karma, which fuels further evolution. This process of karma and completion determines the purpose of each incarnation. (For a detailed understanding of karma itself, you may refer to the discourse on karma.)

But to truly understand the purpose of human life, we must first see how life functions within us.

The Daily Cycle of Human Life

Take one day of your life and observe how your life force shifts from one energetic zone to another. A day consists of different phases, which mirror the larger evolutionary journey of a human being.

Waking State

When you wake up in the morning, you begin to act—you walk, speak, create, and interact with the world. If you remain awake for sixteen hours of the day, this becomes your waking state. It is the time when you are functional, external, and action-oriented.

Dreaming State

At the end of the day, when you go to bed, you do not fall into deep sleep immediately. The mind, which was active all day, first begins to dream.

Dreams arise from your subtle energies, desires, and emotions. They play an important role in shaping your mental reality. Dreams are much like your waking life, but the difference is that in dreams you become a character yourself, playing different roles in a virtual world where anything is possible. This fantasy is created by the mind and becomes another version of reality.

Sleeping State

When your mind grows tired from dreaming, it shifts into sleep. In this phase, external action and even internal imagination recede. Sleep becomes a form of completion and rest.

Deep Sleep State

Finally, from sleep, you enter deep sleep. In this state, there are no dreams, no actions, and no mental activities. Deep sleep is pure hibernation. You remain only as witnessing awareness.

These four stages—waking, dreaming, sleeping, and deep sleep—repeat every day. But they are not limited to daily life. They also reveal the larger pattern of human evolution and life purpose.

Human Evolution Through the Four Stages

If you divide the human evolutionary journey into eight broad stages, you will find that in each stage, these four levels—waking, dreaming, sleeping, and deep sleep—are repeated in unique ways.

The Waking Stage of Life

This corresponds to the functional and action-oriented phase of your existence. From childhood to adulthood, most human beings live in this state. They act, learn, experiment, and create.

The Dreaming Stage of Life

This stage is like being trapped in a fantasy world or delusion. Nothing external is happening, but mentally you are constantly imagining, worrying, or fantasizing. You remain non-functional, caught in confusion or energy blockages. The energy here is dense and heavy, preventing movement in life.

In such times, thoughts dominate. If a person allows the mind to fully take control, they may fall into depression or even mental illness. To recover, one must shift their energy back into functional reality and action.

The Sleeping Stage of Life

This stage represents balance and completion. When a person has worked, functioned, and achieved, there comes a time when they feel saturated.

For many, this comes between the ages of 50 and 60. At this point, people often feel they have lived their life fully, accomplished what they could, and there is little left to pursue. Yet this stage can arrive earlier—sometimes even by the age of 30—depending on karmic completion in past lives.

This stage feels like saturation. While peers may remain active and ambitious, you may feel disinterested in the daily hustle. You may lose the urge to participate in external activities.

The Deep Sleep Stage of Life

This is the stage of transformation—of hibernation. It mirrors the deep sleep of the daily cycle. Here, the existential reality you once lived dissolves, and you prepare to awaken into a new dimension of being.

In deep sleep, after waking up, you say, “I slept well.” Who is it that knows this? It is the witnessing consciousness—the ever-present awareness that exists before birth, remains through all states, and survives even after death.

When you enter this deep sleep stage of life, only one possibility remains: the birth of a new being.

Death, Rebirth, and Transformation

For most people, this stage of deep sleep comes with physical death. After completing a life, they enter hibernation and are born again to continue their karmic journey. With each birth, they complete more karmas until one day they become free.

Yet for some, when the journey of past births is already advanced, this transformation can happen within the same life. In such cases, the life purpose shifts. Instead of completing karma in the ordinary sense, the purpose becomes the birth of a new self, an awakened being.

At this stage, a person evolves into a higher possibility of human life. Their new purpose is not survival or achievement, but the flowering of consciousness.

Locating Your Life Purpose

How, then, can you know your own life purpose?

It can be determined by locating your energy—by finding out where you are in your evolutionary journey. You may still be in the action-oriented stage, or you may be in the stage of mental delusion, or you may already be in the completion stage. For some, you may be entering the deep sleep stage of transformation.

When you connect with me, I can read your inner GPS and tell you exactly where you are in this journey. Based on that, I will facilitate your path—helping you evolve into the next stage and eventually into the birth of a new being.

Becoming the New You

Once you identify your current stage, you can begin investing energy into areas of life that will give you the deepest satisfaction. This is not about temporary goals or surface-level achievements. It is about evolving into the full reality of who you are meant to be.

When this happens, you do not just become successful in the ordinary sense—you become empowered. You grow healthy, wealthy, and expansive. You become a person who not only lives fully but also connects deeply with others, influencing the collective human journey.

The purpose of life is not to remain trapped in action, fantasy, or even completion. The purpose is to move through these stages consciously until you reach hibernation and awaken as a new being.

The Witnessing Consciousness

Throughout all these stages—waking, dreaming, sleeping, and deep sleep—one thing never changes: the witnessing consciousness. This awareness is eternal. It was present before the beginning of creation and will remain after its end.

This consciousness is your true self. When you recognize it, you realize that the purpose of life is not only about karma, evolution, or transformation—it is about remembering who you are.

Conclusion

The purpose of human life is evolution. From action to fantasy, from completion to hibernation, you are constantly moving through stages designed to awaken you to your highest possibility.

Your life purpose depends on where you are in this journey. And with the right guidance, you can accelerate your evolution and step into the reality of a new you.

I am here to facilitate this progress—to help you read your inner GPS, to empower you, and to guide you into becoming the awakened, expansive being you are meant to be.

Stay connected, stay conscious, and remember: the witnessing awareness is always present. That is who you are.
