This session was a personal healing I conducted for Bhumika, who was experiencing anxiety and imbalance in her nervous system during awakening. Through intuitive diagnosis, I guided her step by step—using child pose, quantum breathing, and external Kumbhak—to restore oxygen flow, calm her mind, and help her reconnect with her body’s natural intelligence.
1. The Sacred Beginning
Hello, Bhumika. Yes… I can see you. Stay quiet for a while. Today I will diagnose you first and give you a strong healing. You will not need to talk much; just follow my guidance. Keep your attention on me and keep looking at the camera.
Good. Now, show me your right hand first… yes… now the left. Your birth year is 1986, correct? All right. Close your eyes. From this point onward, you will not look at me. You will simply listen and receive. I will not talk to the person in you — I will speak directly to your energy. I will move it, clear it, and not allow any negative energy to interfere or create obstacles in your system.
Before I begin, tell me honestly — how have you been these days? Are you feeling anxiety, a cooling effect, or something else inside your body? You may share whatever you sense.
All right, I understand. Are you continuing your quantum breathing practice? Good. Then today we will deepen that process.
2. Entering the Healing Field
Now, lie down, Bhumika. Keep your phone stable in one place so that your body can completely relax. Cover your eyes with a soft cloth — this will help your nervous system drop into safety.
Will you be able to remain undisturbed for fifteen minutes? Good.
Place both your hands gently over your navel. Feel the warmth of your palms against your belly. Now tell me — where do you feel the blockages in your body right now? All right… I can see it.
We will open that space through posture and breath.
3. The Child Pose of Surrender
Bhumika, come into the child pose. Rise slowly and fold your body down like a child resting in the lap of existence. Do you know how to do the child pose? Place your knees on the mat, sit back on your heels, and let your forehead touch the ground. Keep your arms folded near your shoulders, elbows bent, palms relaxed. Yes, just like that.
Embrace yourself in this posture — as if the whole Earth is holding you. Drop everything now. Don’t try to do anything. Simply surrender.
Be in this position for at least five minutes. Allow your breath to move softly through your body. Feel how gravity pulls the weight of your head and chest down. Every breath releases contraction; every exhalation melts another layer of control.
This posture connects you to the instinctual intelligence hidden in your belly — the ancient intelligence that heals without the mind’s interference. Stay here and let the body remember how to trust.
4. Quantum Breathing and the Art of Letting Go
Now, Bhumika, slowly rise and return to your lying position. Cover your eyes again and place both hands on your navel. We will begin the quantum breathing practice.
Inhale slowly through the nose… and exhale through the nose as well. Do not use your mouth. When you exhale, deflate your belly — squeeze out all the air from your abdomen. Exhalation should be long, controlled, and deliberate. Inhalation will happen naturally and gently.
Are you able to do the exhalation from your navel? Good. Then make it even slower, as if you are guiding the air out with awareness. One long, conscious exhalation — all the air released from the center of your being.
Now drop the entire weight of your body on the bed. Let your shoulders fall. Let your belly soften and sink. When we cannot do anything, the only sacred act left is to let go. Let everything go — as if nothing is in your control.
5. Restoring the Heart–Belly Connection
Place one hand on your heart chakra and the other on your belly. Feel the warmth of both centers. Feel that you are safe. Protected. There is absolutely nothing to worry about.
What is happening within you, Bhumika, is only the body and nervous system entering a hyper-sympathetic mode. This is why anxiety and panic arise. You don’t need to fight it — you just need to relax and lengthen your exhalation. Your brain and your body need oxygen, not fear. They need lightness, not toxins.
So we will purify through the breath. Every long exhalation removes anxiety. Every slow inhalation brings nourishment. Forget for a moment everything spiritual or esoteric — just focus on the physical body. Healing begins here.
6. The Trip of Transformation
Bhumika, imagine now that you are going on a trip — a beautiful journey of life. Do not analyze it as a spiritual retreat; take it as a joyful adventure. After so many days, months, perhaps years, you are going out again.
When you reach the airport, feel the excitement of boarding the flight. Look at the sky. Feel the air on your face. Let the child inside you awaken. This journey is not just travel; it is movement in energy. The trip itself is embedded with my powers. It will open new pathways inside your consciousness.
Your only task is to change the perspective — to look at this journey not through anxiety or mysticism, but through celebration. You are going on a trip that will change your life.
7. The Death of the Old Energy
If you feel heaviness or fear, understand that the old energy is dying. You are dying, Bhumika — not the body, but the outdated self. Let that death happen gracefully. There is nothing dramatic about it. The mind will create stories, but you can smile and watch.
Allow this energetic death to happen in a smooth, practical way. You are coming to explore a new city, a new life. In the evening, step out and walk around. Breathe the new air. Every possibility is open.
8. Oxygen for the Brain – The External Kumbhak
There is still insufficient oxygen in your brain, and we will correct that now. I will teach you an external Kumbhak practice — a powerful breathing method to restore oxygen and activate the vagus nerve.
While lying down, inhale naturally through your nose. Then exhale completely through your mouth — empty every bit of air. After exhaling, hold your breath. Pinch your nose gently with your fingers and hold the breath for three to five seconds. Then relax and breathe again.
Let’s repeat it. Inhale naturally. Exhale completely through the mouth. Hold. Three… four… five… release.
Do this twenty-one times. I will count for you, but in your daily practice you can do it yourself. As you continue, you will feel your head cooling, your brain clearing, and your body sinking into deep stillness.
9. Integrating Breath and Body
Good, Bhumika. Now relax and feel the difference. Your body feels lighter, doesn’t it? Continue this practice — ten rounds every hour throughout the day. That means about one hundred repetitions in total. You can do it sitting or standing, but always remember to hold the breath with your head slightly bent forward while the nose is sealed.
This movement activates the vagus nerve inside your nasal passage. When done slowly and rhythmically, it sends calmness to the entire nervous system. The oxygen begins to saturate the brain; the heaviness starts dissolving.
Don’t worry about the technical part. Let your body feel it rather than think it. Breathing is the language of your cells; they understand feeling, not logic.
Along with this, continue doing the child pose whenever you feel excess energy rising into your head. Ten minutes at a time — as many times as needed. Let the Earth absorb your tension.
10. The Path of Relaxation
That is all you need to do for now. Continue these two practices — child pose and quantum breathing with external Kumbhak — and your nervous system will begin to heal. After three to four days, whenever you feel guided, come for another healing session.
Remember, Bhumika, this is not a task to finish; it is a journey to enjoy. Take each session as a trip. Don’t analyze it. Don’t rush. Simply allow the process to unfold.
11. Closing Guidance
Watch the background music video I have sent you. Play it softly in your earphones while doing Kund Breathing. Close your eyes and let the frequency move through your brain and nervous system. These are high-frequency healing sounds infused with my energy.
Relax, my dear. You are safe. You are healing. You are learning how to breathe life back into your nervous system. Every exhalation empties the old; every inhalation brings the new.
Let the breath lead you home.
