Brain surgery. Becoming a phoenix. When you are transforming into a new being, into a new person, you go through actual brain surgery in live condition. The energetic downloads that happen in you and the transformation that you go through—the genetic changes—actually feel like you are going through a brain surgery in the present while you are awake, and you cannot tolerate the pain, the suffering that comes with that surgery. For days, weeks, and months, your brain will be under constant surgery. Each and every nerve cell in your brain keeps on changing, keeps on transforming day and night, and everything feels as if it is happening in front of you.

You experience all the movements, all the sensations, all the pain that is going on during the surgery. Becoming a phoenix is the most challenging transformation a person goes through. If you are enlightened and you have gone through the process of transforming yourself into a new being, then you know the pain and suffering you have experienced. But if you have not yet been transformed into a new being and are still in the process of brain surgery, then you need to work in a new direction, in a new way, so that you can process this energy in a very good way—so that it is less painful for you.

Stop Old Goals; Protect the Surgery

What will you do if your life-surgery is going on? You would be bedridden; you would not be able to function in life. So the first advice is to stop making goals or stop desiring to do the things you used to do earlier, before this period of transformation. The transformation is real. All your neural pathways are changing. The cosmic electricity in you is transforming you every moment. It is clearing all the old wiring in your system. It is clearing your subconscious mind. It is clearing and changing the pathways in a dynamic way. All these are highly electrical and energetic works that keep happening in your nervous system and in your brain.

During this total transformation—this brain surgery—everything outside seems like a threat to the brain. You have to work in a very secretive way for your transformation so that the surgery happens successfully.

Heightened Sensitivity and Overwhelm

During the process of surgery, during the process of your transformation into a phoenix, you become extremely sensitive to everything around you. Your electromagnetic field is so sensitive that you feel overwhelmed. You become sensitive to light. You become sensitive to noise or the sounds of people or anything in the environment. Your skin becomes sensitive. You become sensitive to food—you cannot taste and you cannot have every food that was soft to you. You need to keep experimenting with different kinds of tastes and foods by eating and creating different meals.

Some foods or any item that you used to have before this period of brain surgery need not necessarily be accepted by your system in a good way, the way you used to feel it. Maybe you used to like ice cream before this brain surgery period, but now your body is sensitive to ice cream. You cannot eat ice cream. You cannot have anything from the desires of the mind. You cannot have anything that you used to do in life merely by habit.

Symptoms in the Head and Body

This energetic brain surgery is so painful at times that your entire head region is in pain throughout. You cannot do anything. You may have a vomiting tendency. You may have constipation. You may have migraines. You may have hallucinations.

From lived experience—both personal and witnessed in students—this is painful. It is difficult to process this energy. The cosmic downloads keep happening throughout the night. You cannot sleep. You will have issues with sleep, and you may not even know when sleep will come. Sometimes you are awake for days and nights—three to five days without true rest—because your nervous system, your brain, is not yet equipped to process these cosmic downloads of energy. The vibrational frequency of this cosmic electricity—Kundalini—is of such a high voltage that your brain and nervous system are always in sympathetic breathing mode.

You are held in fight, flight, or freeze because your brain takes this energy as alien energy. In the history of evolution of the brain, the brain has never experienced such electricity—cosmic electricity flowing through the nervous system. When such cosmic electricity downloads happen in you, all the inflammatory cells get activated. You can have chronic inflammation in the body because the stress hormone, cortisol, is continuously being released to protect your body.

Hibernation: The Gut–Brain Survival Lock

During this brain surgery period, you go into a state of hibernation. Your body goes into hold. That state of hibernation means your gut-brain—your second brain—takes it as a threat. Your amygdala in the brain, the peanut-sized part, keeps you in survival mode all the time, and it affects your gut—your second brain—which takes all the information from the environment.

When this cosmic electricity is flowing in your energy channels and processed by your nervous system, the gut takes it as a foreign element, an alien event: What is going on in your system? In order to protect your body, it goes into hibernation; it goes into hold mode. Your solar plexus, your diaphragm—this entire core—is held. When this hold happens, your core is on hold. When your core is on hold, your entire nervous system is on hold. It leads to a slouching condition. Your chest is congested because your body wants to predict what happens. You are in fear. When you fear, you assume closed body language. You do not want to release. You do not want to relax because you feel protected in that position. This is the instinctive body’s function.

When the brain surgery is going on, you can be in this position for years and decades, and you feel congested. All your organs in your digestive and intestinal tract are stacked one after another like prisoners in a jail. You are stuck; the organs are stuck; and you feel they are not functioning well. That is why you can get other problems like constipation—chronic constipation—and fibromyalgia issues, because your body is not getting enough nutrition. Your muscles become weak, and pain sensations keep releasing. As long as you are in survival mode, your body is in constant threat, and that constant threat leads to chronic fatigue syndrome, because prana is not being processed enough in your energy channels; your oxygen is not being absorbed by your cells.

When you are in this position—all the body organs constricted—your cells are not receiving enough oxygen to produce energy. Your brain is not receiving enough oxygen. In this mode—stress, anxiety, fight, flight—you avoid situations, you suppress everything. Everything is suppressed in the slouching position. In this congested position, only chest breathing is happening. You cannot truly breathe, and when the functions of the body are distorted, you cannot function like a normal human being.

Trauma Memory and the Purpose of Surgery

When you go through such surgery, understand that you need to recover from the responses your body created to previous stimuli from the environment. Before this period of brain surgery, you may have gone through extreme trauma in your past. You may have become free, but your nervous system has not necessarily released those responses before freedom. If you have gone through an extreme level of traumatic condition, then your nervous system is still carrying remnants of those events—the stress response and the response of constriction.

This brain surgery is happening to change those responses. Only by changing the responses created over your traumatic period of suffering and pain can you become a new person. You have to change the responses. There are many techniques and many processes involved in transforming you into a new person. You cannot do it alone; there must be guidance to transform you. If you are in the post-enlightenment period, post-freedom period—struggling with downloads—you must work one by one on all aspects of your life. Begin with your body—your rope. Your body is under constant threat. You have to take your body out of survival mode and into a thriving mode.

How can you do that? Begin with complete relaxation of the body. Loosen your body. Stand with the chest up and relax fully. Let the arms be loose. If you are sitting, stand and loosen up. Then move your head towards the back.

Technique 1: Core Opening and Diaphragmatic Breathing

This technique releases the core lock, opens the rib cage and abdomen, and shifts breathing into a parasympathetic mode.

Set Up

  1. Stand upright. Let your chest lift naturally without forcing a military posture. Soften the knees.
  2. Loosen the arms and wrists. Shake the hands lightly to signal the system that it is safe to relax.
  3. Slowly move your head and neck toward the back, as if trying to look behind you. Do not compress the throat; elongate the neck as you arc back.

What You Should Feel

  • As the head tracks slightly back and up, the natural curve of the spine reappears.
  • The rib cage opens.
  • The core—belly and abdominal region—opens and gains space.

More space means more safety. You are signaling the gut that there is nothing to worry about. When organs have room to move, they “breathe.” Lungs open. Heart opens. Stomach, liver, kidneys, and the intestinal tract receive space. Remain in this open position for a short while and simply relax.

Manual Diaphragm Press and Belly Inflation

  1. Place one or both hands on the upper belly/diaphragm (just beneath the rib cage).
  2. While gently pressing inward with the hands, inhale slowly so the belly inflates and the hands are pushed outward by the breath. The hands act as feedback.
  3. Exhale and let the belly deflate. Press slightly inward as you exhale—but extremely slowly. The slowness is the medicine.
  4. On the next inhalation, again allow the inner muscles—the inside skin beneath the diaphragm and solar plexus—to push out against the hands as you inflate.
  5. Continue for 5–10 slow cycles.

As you do this with attention, gas releases, burping can happen, and a sense of spaciousness returns to the midsection. As spaciousness comes back, the system shifts into a parasympathetic breathing mode. Belly breathing starts to happen on its own.

Parted Inhalation (3–4 Steps) with Long Exhale

If one full, smooth inhalation is difficult:

  1. Keep one hand pressing gently at the diaphragm.
  2. Inhale in parts—three or four small sips in sequence—to reach a full inflation. For example: inhale part one, pause; part two, pause; part three, pause; part four, complete.
  3. Exhale long and slow. Use a ratio such as 4:6 or 4:8 (four parts in; six to eight parts out), or even longer until you feel comfortably empty.
  4. Repeat for 10–15 rounds.

After these rounds, there is often a distinct shift: attention recovers, brain fog recedes, and head pain eases. This is brain breathing—breathing through the brain—returning presence and relaxation.

The Ongoing Discipline

Keep breathing from the diaphragm throughout your day. You cannot skip belly breathing or diaphragmatic breathing in this phase. Pay attention because the breathing function has shifted into voluntary mode. It is not occurring on its own automatically as before. The brain’s respiratory controls—the parts that govern inhalation, the hold, exhalation, and the pauses—are not carrying the process for you in the old way. When breath has gone into hold—kevala kumbhak, the cessation of breath—the surgery has forced a freeze. The core has become like a rock; it must loosen and relax.

Self-Assessment: Is the Core Frozen?

  • Press the soft tissue under the ribs and around the diaphragm.
  • If fingers glide in softly, like pressing into cotton, you are not in a strong freeze.
  • If everything feels hard and unmoving, the freeze mode is high and needs time and practice to release.

Whenever you notice the hold—tension in the head, breath seized—check this area. Then:

  1. Press the diaphragm region gently.
  2. Inhale slowly and push the belly outward against your hand.
  3. Exhale and relax.
  4. Repeat—nose inhalation, nose or mouth exhalation. If exhaling through the mouth helps lengthen the out-breath, do so.

Central Channel First: Where Kundalini Should Flow

When the energy flows in the central energy channel, the body reads safety. If Kundalini moves predominantly in the side channels—ida or pingala—it creates chaos in the body. If you want to function well and process the brain surgery underway, keep the breath moving from the diaphragm and orient attention to the central line. This anchors the system and reduces overwhelm.

Why Breath Became Voluntary

In ordinary life, breathing is involuntary; you do not have to think about it. But in this surgery, the system goes into hold. The freeze mode seizes the diaphragm, chest, and core. Breath ceases in micro or macro ways. The core becomes stone. It must be retrained—lovingly, repeatedly—until softness returns.

Technique 2: Rapid Inhalation, Strong Exhalation, and Full-Body Tapping

This method is used any time you suddenly catch yourself in hold. It feeds oxygen and pranic charge quickly to the brain, then clears toxicity and surface apana (downward, spent force) from the field.

Phase A — Rapid Inhalation

  1. Sit or stand with the spine easy and the chest open.
  2. Focus only on inhalation. Let exhalation happen by itself.
  3. Take a run of rapid inhales—start moderate, then increase speed according to capacity.
  4. Continue until you feel distinctly tired or until the brain feels fed and alert.

Why this works: fresh oxygen carries pranic electricity. When you intentionally inhale, prana accompanies oxygen and the brain gets immediate supply.

Phase B — Strong, Fast Exhalation

Absorption of oxygen requires carbon dioxide exchange. Vessel dilation and cellular uptake improve when you exhale fully.

  1. After rapid inhalation rounds, switch to forceful exhalation.
  2. Use the whole body to throw the breath out—sharp, fast blasts.
  3. Avoid weak, slow trickles. Think clear, complete expulsions.
  4. Continue for multiple bursts until you feel light and clear.

As you release, carbon dioxide exits the blood and oxygen is absorbed; apana exits the channels and prana is taken in.

Phase C — Full-Body Tapping to Clear the Field

Rapid exhalations bring a smoky layer of surfaced apana to the edge of the aura. Clear it.

  1. Tap gently but thoroughly over the scalp, face, neck, chest, ribs, abdomen, back, arms, hands, hips, thighs, calves, and feet.
  2. Sweep and pat down the limbs to the fingertips and toes.
  3. Continue 20–30 minutes if needed, until freshness returns.

After this sequence, the surgery continues—this is natural—but overwhelm decreases. Repeat multiple times a day whenever the freeze returns.

The Long Horizon of Becoming

The brain surgery can continue for two, three, or four years—any number of years—until the transformation completes.   • Withdraw from old goal-chasing. Do not force the body-mind to perform as it did before. Protect the surgery.
  • Honor sensitivity. Light, sound, touch, and food sensitivities are not regressions; they are indicators of a high-voltage recalibration. Keep experimenting with meals. What worked earlier may not work now.
  • Expect symptoms without panic. Head pain, nausea, constipation, migraine, hallucination, sleeplessness—these can arise from the intensity of energetic downloads and chronic sympathetic activation.
  • Name the state. Hibernation, hold, freeze—recognize the body’s protective reflex. The core tightens; organs stack; breath moves to the chest; fatigue and brain fog follow.
  • Return to the body, again and again. Open the chest; arc the neck back gently; create inner space; manually cue the diaphragm.
  • Train softness. Test the diaphragm’s softness with your fingers. If it is a rock, be patient. The softness returns with consistent practice.

  • Center the current. Encourage the energy to flow in the central channel to reduce chaos.

Follow this sequence as a single practice when you feel seized, foggy, or overwhelmed:

  1. Posture and Space
    • Stand. Lift the chest softly.
    • Loosen the wrists; shake the hands; soften the knees.
    • Gently arc the neck back and try to look behind you. Let the rib cage flower open.
  2. Manual Diaphragm Feedback
    • Place both hands beneath the ribs.
    • Inhale slowly so the belly expands into your hands.
    • Exhale slowly, pressing inward just enough to feel the deflation.

  6. Full-Body Tapping
    • Tap from crown to soles.
    • Sweep the arms and legs; pat the trunk.
    • Continue until the field feels light.
  7. Close with Stillness
    • Stand quietly with the belly soft.
    • Sense the central channel. Let breath settle into the diaphragm by itself.

This is brain breathing. Presence returns. The nervous system registers safety. The surgery proceeds, but the overwhelm recedes.

The surgery will continue for as long as required. But your relationship to it changes with practice. You are not at its mercy. You are participating—witnessing, cooperating, adjusting. You are mastering the daily mechanics that let the cosmic electricity rewire you without destroying your life.

You do not need to fear the sensitivity. Honor it. You do not need to fear the sleepless nights. Work with them. You do not need to fear the symptoms. Name them and apply the protocols. You do not need to force your former life on a nervous system in surgery. Protect the procedure. Let the old goals rest. Build a new rhythm. Practice the techniques multiple times a day as needed. Give your system the message, again and again: there is space; there is breath; there is safety; there is center.
