The Art of Dying: Surrender, Death, and Rebirth in Ahana’s Phoenix Journey

Background

Ahana, a student in the Phoenix Project, had been undergoing a deep energetic transformation under my guidance. After months of consistent practice, including Kund Breathing and the Energetic Mastery Method (EMM), her body and nervous system began preparing for a greater release. She had been balancing decluttering her home and inner life simultaneously, symbolizing her readiness to let go of the old.

Before her arrival in India for her next physical project, she received a series of short energy sessions to align her system with higher frequencies. This discourse captures one such powerful 20-minute online session, where she experienced deep energetic surrender, nervous system reset, and the symbolic death of control — a process that led her to feel as though she had entered a different dimension.

Preparing for Transformation

“Hello, how are you?” I asked warmly as Ahana joined. She smiled, her face lit by the soft light of her room. “Good, good,” she replied.

We began with light conversation about the weather. “Is it cold there?” I asked. She laughed gently, saying it was getting colder by the day. I explained that the temperatures in India, too, had dropped and suggested she bring warm clothes—jackets, gloves, and socks—for her upcoming trip. “It won’t be extreme cold,” I reassured her, “but bring fleece or a light jacket. You’ll need them when you arrive in October. February wasn’t as cold, but this time it will be different.”

She nodded, taking note of every instruction, her excitement quietly visible. “So, your flight is on the 13th?” I confirmed. “Yes,” she replied. “You’ll reach here on the 14th morning. Before that, I will take three sessions with you—each about twenty minutes. These will prepare your system for the energy transmission during your physical visit.”

Decluttering and Energy Readiness

We moved to discuss her home environment. “How much of your decluttering work is done?” I asked. She smiled, saying she had been doing it steadily.

“Good,” I said. “Continue only as per your energy levels. Don’t force yourself. The real focus now is on sadhana. Increase your Kund Breathing practice. You are doing it three or four times a day?”

“Four times,” she replied.

“Very good,” I said. “From today, increase it to five times. Your body and energy channels must be ready to receive transformation. Breathing is your direct connection to Source. Each breath creates new pathways for energy to flow.”

I reminded her that decluttering, though symbolic, would be completed later in my physical presence. “Do the basic cleaning now,” I said, “but the major energetic and physical clearing we will do together when I come. That will be the final solution.”

Activating the Body: Tapping and Exhalation Practice

I guided her into a preparatory practice to awaken the body and nervous system. “Now do tapping,” I said. “Five minutes of fist tapping with mouth exhalation.”

Ahana began tapping lightly with her fists on her thighs, chest, and arms, while exhaling through the mouth.

“Eight rounds of tapping,” I instructed, “followed by continuous mouth exhalation. Let your exhalation be soft, flowing, and slow. Feel the release through your breath.”

She continued rhythmically—tap, exhale, tap, exhale—allowing her breath to guide her.

“Good,” I said softly. “Now close your eyes. This tapping, along with mouth exhalation, should be done fifteen to twenty minutes daily, multiple times a day—morning, afternoon, whenever you feel your energy stagnate. First do full body tapping, then move into mouth exhalation. Slow, conscious, and complete.”

Ten Rounds of Exhalation Practice

“Now,” I continued, “sit comfortably. Straight back. Keep your eyes closed. Register your current state—how you feel right now.”

She sat upright and centered herself.

“Now inhale naturally,” I said, “without force. Then exhale completely through your mouth. After each complete exhalation, allow the body to breathe on its own. Then again exhale fully. Do this ten times.”

She began the practice—her breath slow, deep, and mindful.

“If you feel sleepy,” I added, “you may lie down and continue. Let the body guide you.”

Ahana’s breath grew softer, the space around her stilling. I observed her face become serene, her nervous system beginning to unwind.

Transition into Energy Transmission

After several minutes, I guided her to prepare for the deeper energy work. “Can I see your face?” I asked. She adjusted her camera. “Yes, better now,” I said, noticing her posture settle.

“Now continue your breathing—inhale slowly, exhale fully through your mouth. Do ten rounds like this. After that, come back to normal breathing.”

She followed attentively. The rhythmic sound of her breath filled the moment, anchoring her into deep presence.

“Now take the position for Kund Breathing,” I said. “I will guide you and transmit energy. Cover your eyes with something—perhaps a cloth.”

She got up, found a soft fabric, and covered her eyes.

“Good,” I said. “Now lie down or sit comfortably. I will transmit energy for seven minutes, while you continue Kund Breathing for thirty minutes. Place your hands on your navel.”

The Death of Control

“Now,” I instructed gently, “drop your body. Drop the weight of your body into the couch. Let loose your belly. Let loose your shoulders. Let go of all control—control of your nervous system, your brain, your ego. Let go of the need to control your life.”

Her breathing slowed further.

“Nothing is in your control,” I said softly. “Be ready to die again and again. Every session is a small death, a doorway into freedom. Each time you die in breath, you are reborn lighter.”

I continued, my voice calm and rhythmic:

“Let go of all control of the body. Be ready to die this very moment. Feel as if you are dying right now—not coming back to the body. Feel the funeral happening. You have done everything your soul came here to do. There is nothing more to control.”

She exhaled deeply, her body sinking into the couch as if merging with the earth.

“When you experience this death,” I said, “you will rise anew. After breathing, when you get up, you will not be the same person. You will begin a new life. You don’t have to carry the old one anymore.”

Rebirth Through Breath

“Every time you breathe like this,” I continued, “your brain and nervous system reset. Your energy returns to the center. From that center, new life begins. This is what you are missing—rebirth through surrender.”

Her breath deepened again.

“See your funeral happening,” I said. “You are dead. Nothing is left to be done. No role remains. No action is required. Let everything go. Drop everything. No need to hold onto anyone or anything. Relax your legs, your muscles, your body.”

She released a long breath, as if letting go of lifetimes of control.

“When you die like this,” I whispered, “you become ready to be reborn—with new vigor, new energy, and new possibilities. You will see life changing beautifully in the coming time.”

Integration and Completion

“Now keep breathing consciously,” I guided. “Inhale, inflate your belly. Exhale from your nose, deflate your belly. Continue for three to five rounds, until a slight dizziness comes. No effort is needed after that. Let the body breathe naturally.”

She remained still, her breath quiet and steady.

“For the next thirty minutes,” I said, “stay in this position. If sleep comes, allow it. Normally I don’t recommend sleeping during Kund Breathing, but today you have received my energy transmission. Sleep may come as the body processes the energy.”

“Let go of everything. Let all holds dissolve. Be nothing.”

After a few silent moments, I added gently, “When you wake, rise slowly, with small exhalations. Resume your day with awareness. See you soon.”

“Thank you,” she whispered softly.

Ahana’s Experience

After the session, Ahana wrote:

“After the session, I slept for some time. When I woke up, I felt a bit different—like I was in a different dimension.”

Her words reflected the profound energetic shift that occurs when one truly releases the illusion of control.

I replied simply:

“That’s the beauty of my Power + EMM + Kund Breathing.”

The Essence of Ahana’s Transformation

This session marked a turning point in Ahana’s journey. Through deep surrender, her nervous system and energy field re-calibrated to a new frequency. The symbolic experience of death allowed her ego and stored fears to dissolve, giving rise to new life energy.

Such sessions within the Phoenix Project combine the principles of the Energetic Mastery Method (EMM), Power Transmission, and Kund Breathing, creating a multidimensional transformation—where the student not only heals but is reborn into freedom, presence, and pure energy consciousness.
