Kundalini Awakening Diagnosis and Healing of Lisa – A Journey from Trauma to Balance

Background

This discourse presents a detailed account of my first healing session with Lisa, a 40-year-old woman originally from the Philippines who now lives in Canada. As Siddha Guru Sanju, I guided her through the initial stages of diagnosis and healing during what she described as a spontaneous Kundalini awakening. Lisa’s awakening began shortly after the passing of her father, triggering deep emotional trauma, insomnia, and sensations of electrical energy rising through her spine and head. Living in a cold, low-sunlight climate added to her nervous system imbalance, creating neuroinflammation and chronic fatigue. This session was designed to diagnose her energetic condition, identify the physical and emotional roots of her distress, and begin her journey toward healing through the Energetic Mastery Method.

Opening Connection

Good morning, Lisa. How are you? I’m glad you’ve taken the first step to connect. It’s always an important beginning when someone recognizes that I can guide them through such an intense phase of awakening. Today is your first session with me. Before we begin, let’s make sure we can hear each other clearly—can you hear me? Good.

The first part of this session is a diagnostic process. I will observe your energy field and sense where the flow is strong, weak, or blocked. After that, you can ask me two specific questions related to what you’re going through, and I’ll give you the clarity and the practical steps you need to move forward.

Energy Diagnosis Through Visual Connection

Please look straight into the camera for a few moments. You can blink naturally, but keep your gaze steady. I’m reading the energetic flow through your eyes and face.

Now, relax your gaze and slowly show me your hands one by one—first your right hand. Lift it a little higher, yes, that’s good. Now your left hand. Perfect.

Take a deep breath and close your eyes. Relax completely. As I guide you, pay attention to what you feel inside your body—any tingling, pulsing, or movement of energy. Simply observe these sensations and share them with me afterward.

Observing the Chakras

Focus first on your face—especially the forehead. This is the region of the ajna chakra, also called the third eye. Between your eyebrows, on your forehead, is the seat of higher awareness. See if you can sense any vibration, tingling, or even a piercing sensation there.

You feel some itchiness? Yes, that’s a good sign. That subtle itch or vibration means the Kundalini energy is active in that area, working through blockages and preparing the channel for higher perception.

Now move your awareness to the crown of your head, the sahasrara chakra. Do you feel any tingling, pressure, or pulsing there? Yes? That is expected, especially since you’ve been feeling sensations in your head and brain. Your energy is mostly concentrated in the head region right now, extending to the back of your head, neck, and upper spine. Continue scanning your spine gently from the top of the neck all the way down to the tailbone. Do you sense any movement?

You do? That’s excellent. It shows that your energy is trying to circulate through the entire spinal column, though the head dominance indicates that it’s still unbalanced.

Now shift to the front of your body—specifically the heart region in the center of your chest, between your ribs. This is the anahata chakra. Do you feel any vibration there?

Yes, strong. That’s good. The heart chakra is opening, though it’s also connected with the emotional pain you’ve been holding.

Finally, observe the abdomen, pelvic area, and lower body. Is there any sense of heaviness, congestion, or contraction? Yes? That confirms that your energy is mostly trapped in the head region and needs to be grounded down through the body. This imbalance is what’s causing your current symptoms.

Identifying Physical and Emotional Causes

Now tell me your two specific questions and describe what you’re currently going through.

You mentioned confusion, buzzing sensations, and exhaustion. First, understand that Kundalini awakening is not the problem—it’s a natural process of evolution. What creates discomfort is the body’s inability to handle the intensified energy flow. So before treating it as purely spiritual, we must examine your physical health.

Have you had any recent medical tests—particularly related to your hormones? Estrogen and testosterone balance are vital for stable brain and nervous system function. I suggest you take both tests. If your results show any imbalance, I will guide you through how to restore it naturally. When hormones fluctuate, they affect neurotransmitters, sleep, and energy regulation, which are deeply connected to Kundalini movement.

Next, let’s talk about psychological and emotional aspects. Have you ever consulted a psychiatrist? You mentioned that you did, earlier this year in March. That timing is significant because it coincides with the trauma of losing your father. Grief often opens the subtle channels in the heart, and the shock of loss can activate Kundalini suddenly. This energy then rises toward the head, creating sensations that may feel overwhelming.

So today, after this diagnosis, I’ll begin the healing process focusing on trauma release—particularly the father wound stored in your nervous system.

Understanding the Real Cause

Lisa, remember—Kundalini is not the enemy. The problem lies in health imbalances: weak nerves, hormonal disturbances, and an overstimulated brain. If your body is strong and your nervous system is calm, Kundalini energy flows beautifully without creating distress.

Think of it like electricity running through a wire. The electricity isn’t harmful; it’s the fragile wire that can’t handle the current. My work with you is to strengthen your wire—your nervous system—so the divine current can move harmoniously.

This involves food habits, breathing patterns, daily routines, and lifestyle corrections. The modern world, or what I call the matrix, is full of toxic influences: excessive electronics, processed foods, and environments saturated with positive ions. Positive ions cause inflammation in the body and disturb mental peace. You need to start rebalancing your internal chemistry by surrounding yourself with negative ions from nature.

Discussing Lifestyle and Environment

Tell me a little about your daily life. You work as an accountant, correct? And you’re forty years old.

You live in Canada, where it’s cold most of the year—five to seven months of snow and little sunlight. That explains a lot. The lack of sunlight affects serotonin and vitamin D, contributing to depression and sluggish energy. The cold air, though fresh, contains fewer negative ions than tropical regions. This is why your body and brain are under-oxygenated and inflamed.

What time do you usually wake up? Around 7:30, since sunrise there is late. You begin work at 8:30. Can we shift your waking time to 5:00 a.m.? It’s essential to give yourself two sacred hours before the world begins—a time to breathe, connect, and absorb natural energy. Even if it’s dark or cold outside, this practice builds tremendous pranic strength.

If stepping outdoors isn’t possible due to weather, start creating an indoor nature zone. Grow indoor plants—ferns, bamboo palms, peace lilies, spider plants. These release high volumes of negative ions that reduce inflammation and purify the air. The more you live amidst such life energy, the faster your chemistry will change.

Introducing Healing Structure

Since today is your first session, I’ll outline how your healing journey will proceed. You can book focused 30-minute or 60-minute sessions where each will address one area—breathwork, diet, energy alignment, trauma healing, or nervous system repair.

I recommend a 100-day commitment. The brain and nervous system require at least this much time to regenerate and stabilize after prolonged stress or trauma. We’ll work gently, not abruptly. If you suddenly stop eating certain foods or change your habits too fast, your body will resist. Healing must be gradual—one step at a time.

Understanding Neurosis and Energy Flow

You have mild symptoms of neurosis—a state where the nervous system becomes inflamed due to overstimulation and lack of oxygen. This neuroinflammation often happens in cold climates when breathing patterns become shallow. The brain doesn’t receive enough prana, oxygen, or negative ions, leading to chronic fatigue, headaches, and emotional instability.

When Kundalini awakens in such a state, the energy rushes upward instead of circulating smoothly. But don’t worry—it can be healed through specific breathing techniques and grounding practices.

Breathing Practice for Immediate Relief

Let’s begin a simple breathing exercise to calm your overactive sympathetic nervous system.

Take a deep breath in through your nose, and exhale slowly through your mouth. Keep exhaling until all the air leaves your lungs. Extend the exhalation beyond your comfort.

Do this for three deep breaths. Close your eyes and observe what happens in your body.

Yes, you’re already feeling calmer. That’s because your sympathetic breathing—the “fight or flight” response—was hyperactive. This long exhalation activates the parasympathetic nervous system, bringing relaxation and balance.

Take one more deep breath and exhale completely. Feel how your body softens and your thoughts slow down. This is how you begin healing.

Healing Guidance and Next Steps

Lisa, healing is absolutely possible. You will recover. But we’ll do it gradually. I won’t ask you to stop eating meat or to change your entire routine overnight. Sudden changes create more anxiety and shock. We’ll move slowly, adding small shifts every week until your system adapts.

In time, you’ll experience steady energy, peaceful sleep, and a sense of inner expansion. Your body will regain strength, and your mind will settle into deep stillness.

Post-Session Reflection

To summarize, Lisa’s main challenges are trauma from her father’s death, hormonal imbalance, and environmental stress from living in a low-sunlight, cold climate. Her Kundalini awakening is real but uncontrolled due to weak nervous grounding. By balancing her hormones, improving breathwork, and introducing negative-ion-rich habits, her awakening will turn into a stable, luminous experience rather than a struggle.

For anyone facing similar symptoms—buzzing in the head, spine vibrations, sleeplessness, anxiety—it’s essential to first diagnose whether the cause is physical, emotional, or energetic. Once the foundation is strengthened, the Kundalini naturally finds its way upward without resistance.

Closing

So this was the first session with Lisa. As she continues, we’ll focus on strengthening her nervous system through breathwork, grounding practices, and lifestyle purification. The aim is to bring the divine current of Kundalini into perfect harmony with her human vessel.

If you, too, experience similar sensations or symptoms, you can connect with my team for an energetic diagnosis. Remember—Kundalini awakening is not an accident; it is your soul’s call to evolve. When guided rightly and supported with health, awareness, and natural living, it becomes the most transformative journey of your life.
