Opening the Session and Demanding Commitment

Tyler, you did not reply to the message. You did not. Yes, you did not reply to the message. Also, 20 minutes ago, I reminded you. So I thought that you are not available. And this wastes the time, because I am assigning this time to you now. I have to be ready for the session, so how much you are committed to it—this matters the most.

Alright. So let us start.

I am Sanju. As you know, you have connected to me. I have clairvoyant powers. So I am going to diagnose you first, and thereafter I will listen to you—what you have come up with, what your issues are—and I will give you the consultation. I have powers to heal you. I will help you too.

For that, you need to look into the camera of life itself—into the present moment. In the session, I asked you to look into the camera for some time, to blink your eyes, to show me your right hand, then your left hand. In an in-person setting, this is how I read the energy field through clairvoyance, through the hands, the eyes, the subtle body.

Then I asked you to close your eyes and just connect to your breath.

First Inner Scan: Where Is the Vibration?

Close your eyes and connect to your breath.

Observe any strong vibration in any part of your body. You do not need to open your eyes. Just keep listening to me. Whatever I am guiding you, you simply follow it.

Do you feel any strong vibration in any part of your body? Observe the head, along your spine, in the front body, around your chest, abdomen, throat, third eye, crown—anywhere in the physical body.

If you feel any strong vibration, remain there for some time to observe and feel it. I will be silent for some time; you just observe.

In this session, your energy showed up strongly in the front—around the chakra below your navel, around your level, around your belly region.

I asked: Is that energy tense in nature? Is that energy fearful? What kind of energy do you feel?

You felt fear.

Good. No problem. Whenever you come in contact with me—means anyone comes in contact with me—I have powers to bring to the surface all the suppressed emotions or trauma in the energy body. That comes up to get released.

I told you: I will release that in the session.

Before I go ahead, now you are free. We have started the session.

Stating Your Purpose: Let the Soul Speak

You can start talking about yourself. I do not know anything about you as a person. Whatever you have gone through in Kundalini, which you mentioned, you can now state your purpose.

Whatever it is—confusion, questions—anything, you just talk for some time and I will listen.

You addressed me as “Ma’am.” You spoke, you paused, you struggled to find words, because deep suffering often has no language at first.

Then I began to guide the inquiry with specific questions.

Relationships, Abandonment and People-Pleasing

I asked you a few questions and you kept answering, one by one.

First: Are you single now? Were you ever married, ever divorced? You needed to state your relationships so far in your life.

You shared that you were never married. Never.

I asked: Were you in any relationship for a longer duration? What was the longest duration you had been in any relationship with a female? You shared about that, and that it did not go beyond a certain time.

I asked: What was the last relationship you shared with anyone?

Then I moved to the family field.

Are your parents still alive? Tell me about your family history, about your parents, your childhood, and a lot more in detail about your total upbringing, everything about the origin of your childhood—your birth till now, your journey.

I asked you not to narrate your story mechanically.

I told you:

You need to feel it. If you have any feelings—maybe you think you have overcome those feelings, that you are peaceful now—but there is a high possibility that, because you are in front of me, those emotions may come up suddenly to get released. I want you to feel it. You must not narrate it as a dry story. I want you to feel that moment and narrate the story.

This is trauma releasing, which I am doing at the subtlest level so that, when you say you do not have a life purpose and you are stuck, I can see where you are actually stuck.

I told you:

The main problem is that you are not moving towards freedom. You are not free yet, and my purpose is to free you. My methods are very practical. I may make you do many things to make you free. If it is possible in this session, it will happen in this session itself. If not, then I will guide you on what to do next.

So, starting from your childhood, I asked you to tell from a first-person experience point of view—not from the third person or second person.

You have experienced it; your soul has experienced it. From that perspective, you must start.

Then I asked directly:

Was there abandonment in any sense? Did you feel abandonment in your childhood from your parents?

You shared your reality.

Then I asked about your friends.

Along with your parents, how was your relationship with friends in school and college, or throughout?

Did you have people-pleasing behavior or approval-seeking behavior?

People-pleasing behavior means you used to do things to please people. Approval-seeking behavior means always doing something but not being confident about yourself, and asking people for their approval—whether you have done this right or wrong.

I asked: Did you display this kind of behavior most of your life?

You agreed.

Then I asked:

Do you still have these two traits, or are you now carefree and you do not care about people? What transition has happened? You have transformed to a certain extent, but are these traits still in you? Do you feel they are still in you?

You shared honestly where you are still stuck.

Health History and Intoxications

I moved to your health.

I asked:

What health issues have you faced so far from your childhood till now? Maybe you feel that they have been healed, or you had an accident sometimes. Any kind of health-related issues—physical health, mental health—that you know were episodes where you had to face challenges overcoming them. As far as you remember, share.

You told me about your episodes.

Then I asked:

Did you ever have drugs, alcohol, any kind of intoxication ever in your life? If yes, then please share that with honesty.

You shared about your use.

I asked: Are you still taking any of this?

You answered.

The Truth About Semen Retention and Kundalini

Next, I moved to a critical area: your semen, your life force.

I asked:

Do you still retain your semen, or do you masturbate, or are you porn addicted? How long have you been porn addicted? How long have you masturbated? This has a strong connection with your energy channels and Kundalini progress. So I need to know the exact facts.

I told you: I want to know from which age you started masturbating and until what age. If you are still doing it, then how long—20 years, 30 years, 40 years? At which age did you start, and now what is your age?

You shared that your age is 38. So almost 20 to 22 years it has been.

Then I told you what happens when you masturbate.

You need to know it as a fact. Your brain and nervous system contain that content—semen—which is the life force. When semen is the life force and that life force is leaked continuously, it affects your brain and nervous system.

I told you: I need to fix it badly. Very badly. It is like there is no turning back if your brain and nervous system are affected and then you have spiritual awakening. Then that is a lethal condition.

The only way to come out of this situation is to stop masturbating.

So, from today onwards, you stop masturbating.

There are alternatives which I will teach you. I will give you a sadhana. I will give you some techniques to apply, which will help you get out of this addiction. It will not happen in one day. If it is required for you, then you will get my regular consulting and everything will happen.

But you have to do one thing:

If you have suffered enough, you must ask yourself—how much is your suffering on a scale of ten? Close your eyes and ask honestly how much you have suffered, and how much is your longing for freedom.

You closed your eyes. You felt the truth.

You long for freedom.

Why Your Birth Happened: Kundalini’s Purpose Through You

I told you:

I have the techniques to free you—first of all to rejuvenate your brain and nervous system, to move your Kundalini. Kundalini moves with my order. It is like that power.

Order means: I facilitate your channels, I cleanse, I purify, I transform you. I will make sure that all the things required for processing Kundalini are done.

Some things are done directly through my energy transmission, and some things are done with your practices.

So it is 100 percent commitment towards your freedom.

Your body is not yours; it is a vehicle.

And now this vehicle is used by Kundalini to be free. You are not Tyler. For Kundalini, you are just existence—an energy field—through which Kundalini wants to get free.

She has some purpose. She is going to be free, and after that, people like you who are free can only free other people. That is the prime objective of your birth.

Your life purpose is that if you have suffered enough, if you know what it means to be unconscious, then I am going to shift you to consciousness.

I am going to make you 100 percent consciousness. And only 100 percent conscious men can know how the world there is unconscious and how others are suffering.

So reducing the suffering of other people is your prime goal.

How to do that? How to achieve that? Time will decide. Energy will decide.

But if you are committed that, whatever it takes, you are going to apply everything and take this path towards freedom, then there is no looking back.

I told you: This is the last day of your suffering. I will end your suffering today itself. I will take you to a state where you will have a glimpse of what freedom means. And once you know the taste of that freedom, then it is your choice—whether to choose this path or to go back to the old life.

Entering the Field of Grace: Gratitude and Commitment

First, you need to receive.

I guided you: Fold your hands. Let your folded hands touch your heart, your heart chakra. Close your eyes.

Be grateful to the universe for giving you this life to be free and keeping you alive in this body so far.

From the bottom of your heart, you should feel that energy—not because I am telling you, but because you feel it: that you are alive for a reason.

Feel the energy of gratitude.

Commit: Whatever it takes, I will be treading this path.

Until and unless I am free, I am not going to stop.

Then I asked you to relax and observe the feeling in your body. Do you still have the fear that you felt in the beginning of the session, or has it reduced in intensity?

Then I began the techniques.

Technique One: Diaphragm Point and Explosive Exhalation

I told you:

I am going to give you one technique after another, and you are going to do them after learning them.

Here is the diaphragm. This is the point of the diaphragm, in the upper abdomen. You need to press it and feel whether there is pain, stuckness, softness or hardness there.

Close your eyes. Keep pressing and feel whether there is any stuckness there. Hardness, pain, or a knot.

You pressed and felt the knot.

I said:

I am going to release that energy. What you need to do is to keep pressing it, and exhale out like this—like blowing a balloon, or like vomiting.

With full force, your abdominal muscles should be involved in throwing out the air. It is as if you are vomiting, but energetically. You are taking out all that energetic charge from your body like this.

You can use both hands. Both hands keep pressing. Keep your eyes closed.

You can drink hot water in between.

I told you: Yes, it will all be released. Take it out. Take it out.

If it is hurting you, then do it a little slower.

Make the exhalation longer:

One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight—like this.

Keep your eyes closed throughout the activity.

Take out all the air from your stomach as if you are throwing something out deliberately with force.

All the charge, all the trauma, all the suppression remains in this area of your body. Through exhalation, you can throw it out if you do it intentionally.

Whatever energy it is, all the bombs are in your belly. And how will you throw out the bombs? One by one.

Viruses are attached to your belly and you are taking out the virus from your belly region. It is actually a pot, so all the viruses are in the pot. You are taking the demons out like this—continuously.

Then I asked you to relax and not open your eyes. Just relax.

I checked: Do you feel any difference in the energy, even one percent? You did feel a shift.

I told you:

This one technique you can do regularly, multiple times in a day. A day will come when you will actually feel that there is nothing left. Till the time you feel there is some stuckness left, keep doing it.

Technique Two: Belly–Chest Sweep with Exhalation

Then I told you that this technique needs to be modified with one more version.

You need to move your hands from the belly area upward, sweeping up towards the chest while exhaling, bringing the hands till this region—up to your chest, your upper body.

I guided you: Do it like this. You keep your eyes closed and do it multiple times.

Yes, good. You do it twenty times, continuously:

One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20.

Then I asked you to relax, relax, relax, and drink some water.

Slowly, slowly, you felt that you were relaxing.

Transition to Lying Practice: Bed, Breath and the Belly

I asked you: Do you have a bed around?

You can take the session in the bed also. I will give you a healing in your lying-down position. I will teach you the technique; if there is a bed around you, go to the bed.

You went to the bed and lay down.

First technique in lying position:

You need to inhale slowly from your nose. Then exhale from your mouth, like this.

When your exhalation is over—means when the exhalation is completed—your belly will go inside.

There you need to hold the belly.

So do it for five times: inhale slowly, exhale completely from your mouth. At the end, before the next breath, when the belly is deflated completely, try to keep the hold of the belly for a few seconds, before the next inhalation.

After complete exhalation, there is a pause. In that pause, you need to hold the belly completely, not moving the belly. Do this for five breaths.

Then I modified it.

Technique Three: Nasal Belly Breathing and Rhythmic Flow

Now, when you are exhaling completely, do the same thing with your nose—nasal breathing.

Nasal breathing means inhaling from the nose, exhaling from the nose, but inflating the belly when you are inhaling and deflating the belly completely when you are exhaling.

Keep your eyes closed.

Inhale from your nose, inflate your belly. Exhale from your nose, deflate your belly completely. Slowly deflate and try to bring a rhythm to this inhalation and exhalation.

Make it like a spring: inhale–exhale, inflate–deflate.

External Breath Hold: The Bridge Between Death and Life

After that, I introduced the deeper work: external breath hold.

After you exhale one breath—inhale, exhale completely—after the exhalation, you need to hold your breath here.

You looked at me once in the session; I showed you: After the exhalation, you hold your breath and keep the breath hold for some time—one, two, three, four, five seconds. Then inhale again, exhale completely, and after exhalation hold the breath, keep it for some time, and then release it.

Let the body breathe on its own.

First, you keep the breath hold. Your belly should not move at all when you are holding the breath. Remove the hold whenever you feel that your body needs oxygen.

Then let the body breathe a few normal breaths from the nose—only nasal breathing.

Then repeat the process: after exhalation, hold your breath. Do this ten times—inhale, exhale, hold; let the body breathe a few breaths; inhale, exhale, hold—ten counts.

I asked you if you had any cloth around; you needed to cover your eyes. Put a cloth on your eyes. Cover your eyes.

Keep the phone at the side of the bed or somewhere where I can see you just from a distance also.

I told you:

Your total attention, your hands should be free. The total attention should be on the technique; otherwise it will not work.

Your total attention should be to go inside. Whatever is happening in you, you must be totally focused on you. You do not have to pay attention to me.

You do it for ten times, going inside. Be with yourself. Be your energy. Initially I will guide you for one or two breaths. After that, you continue.

Inhale slowly from your nose, exhale completely. Only after inhalation is complete, exhale slowly, completely deflating your belly. When you are deflating your belly, after exhalation, you need to hold your breath. At that moment, when your exhalation is complete—if you feel that from nose breathing, exhalation is not happening fully, then do it with mouth breathing. But make sure that exhalation is complete.

All the air is flushed out.

You can make use of your mouth if you feel that exhalation from mouth is easier.

After exhalation, when all the air is flushed out, you hold it and then repeat the process for ten times.

I corrected your eye-covering:

Hold your cloth directly on the skin of the eyes. Remove any cloth that is causing disturbance on your nose. Just cover your eyes.

Focus your attention internally on the third eye and continue the technique.

Inhale, exhale, hold—with your attention inside at the third eye.

This time, slowly, slowly increase the hold count for longer duration. Keep the hold; try to keep the hold for longer duration.

Then I told you the essential threshold:

This time, you keep the hold for longer duration. Do not remove it until you feel totally breathless and as if you are dying. This is important.

It is to activate something in your body which wants to leave, and to activate your respiratory centers. It only happens when you do this.

So, five more rounds of extended external breath hold. It is called external breath hold. You need to extend it till the time you feel that you are dying.

Yes.

The breath of life is coming to you, and you will feel a major shift soon. Something in you had become dead totally; that life is coming back to you.

This technique activates the life force in you, and it has hundreds and thousands of benefits. I will make you aware of them one by one. First, try it and experience it.

Let the body breathe some normal breaths in between. Once neutralized, repeat.

Then I told you to relax completely. No more you need to do it. Just keep breathing normally.

Hands on Navel: Biofeedback to the Brain

Now, I guided you to place both hands on your navel.

Put both the hands on your navel. For a few breaths, try to push the hands from inside—from your abdominal skin, from your muscles—as you inhale, push the hands upward; as you exhale, push them down.

Make use of your muscles, make use of your abdomen.

Inhale slowly, exhale completely. Keep your attention on the breath coming in, touching the nostrils, going out from the nostrils.

Be one with the breath. With inhalation, your belly is getting inflated. Feel the air entering your nostrils, going inside, circulating; then slowly exhaling through the nose.

Then, I added a variation.

Do the same with mouth exhalation. Exhale from your mouth.

Then I told you:

Do not put any effort into moving the muscles now. Your hands give the brain the biofeedback, and the brain will do it on its own. You just focus on exhalation and do extended exhalation.

OM Exhalation: Lengthening the Breath, Emptying the Pot

We added sound.

I told you:

You can include it with the sound of OM, like this—while you are exhaling.

“O…”

This sound itself exhales all the air in the belly and totally uses the muscle to make it longer, elongated.

You take it for at least ten seconds, then “Om.”

Try to extend it, or extend it till ten seconds at least.

I told you I would do the reverse counting. You focus on OM exhalation and keep on relaxing.

You will be losing your consciousness of the environment; you will be going into trance. That is the role of this technique—to take you to your center.

So do not remain alert in a mental way; let go and go inward.

If you cannot do “O” for longer duration, then you can extend the sound in another way—still stretching the exhale.

You are doing good. Continue.

At some point, you coughed.

I asked: What happened?

You said, “Coughing.”

I told you:

Whenever you get the caffeine, you do extra work in between. Whenever you feel coffee is there, it will help you. So one or two extra rounds of breath-holding you do whenever you have coffee.

Do two times now and then continue.

The Vagus Nerve, Social Nervous System and Deep Rest

Then I told you to do nothing for some time.

Do nothing. Just keep your hands on your belly and relax. Let go of everything that you have been holding so far, and let your body take charge of your life.

Your brain and nervous system respond to energy. If the energy is peaceful, it will make you happy; it will release happy hormones.

So the main purpose towards everything is to activate your vagus nerve and activate your social nervous system. When your social system is activated, Kundalini flows smoothly. When your vagus nerve is activated, your brain and nervous system remain in the best condition.

All that we need to do is to work towards healing you.

And only you can heal yourself by allowing yourself this healing process, which means you have to slow down.

You have to do nothing. You just need to breathe, breathe, and breathe, and allow yourself to change, transform, purify.

The more you breathe, the more purified you will be.

The more you exhale, the more your life force will enter you. Exhalation means you are allowing your energy channels to move the new prana, the life force, into you.

This cycle, when it becomes a virtuous cycle, then healing happens. All the cells in the body will be activated if you do these practices regularly, dedicatedly.

If you want to heal faster, then do it for 30 minutes at a stretch, four times a day minimum. You can increase it to six times, seven times, keep doing it throughout the day.

You can do this, eat, sleep—but all the rest of the time you can keep doing this.

You have no other work other than to heal yourself.

In three days, you will feel that your life is changing.

“I am getting actually some instances of life in me which were totally missing. I was totally dead, haywire, not knowing what to do—but now I am coming back to my senses. My brain is able to process things, process life, and now I find hope.”

To get the first glimpse of hope, for three days you practice this more and more, more, more, more.

Your Bigger Purpose: Healing Others Through Your Freedom

You shared your feelings.

I told you:

Yes, it was meant to be because it has a bigger purpose which she—Kundalini—will reveal to you. You will get that bigger purpose. I will take you to the state where that life purpose will be revealed to you.

You will know by yourself what is your purpose, what is the purpose.

Once that reveals to you, you will be driven towards processing everything that is required to be powerful, to be healthy.

I already know that bigger purpose: the bigger purpose is to heal others.

This is the broad purpose. How and when, this your journey will determine.

As you get healed, you will start getting insights from inside. You will start getting guidance. That will happen energetically.

Transformation will happen. Suddenly you will find that, after such a long time, you have slept well—and that sleep itself will keep on happening.

The next day you will get up like a new fresh birth. That has to happen.

Each time you get up, you will get new insight—it is called the state beyond, in the quantum field. You will get some insight.

Witness Consciousness: You Are Not the Body, Not Tyler

Then I guided you deeper.

Right now, close your eyes. I am taking you close to that energy.

Do not open your eyes. Cover your eyes.

You do not have to pay attention to your breath now. Pay attention to your third eye.

Start focusing on that point as if someone is looking at it from the back. Like a screen, you are watching your third eye and slowly, slowly, slowly you reach the point behind the third eye—who is looking at the third eye?

If you find some center or a point—or not a point, but the awareness that someone is aware of everything—that someone is not Tyler.

That someone is awareness, consciousness, pure divine universal consciousness operating through you.

The witness in you is watching everything. The witness in you is observing how Kundalini moves, what actions are done. Everything is done by that witness.

When you are established as pure consciousness, then the real life begins.

Kundalini is there to meet universal consciousness so that she can do the bigger purpose of healing others, for which you are born.

This physical body has no relevance. You are just another body.

When you are identified with your body and mind, then you suffer, and Kundalini wants to free you from that suffering.

In that space there is blankness, there is nothingness. There is no person, there is no personality. There is only you—who is aware of everything.

Sound is reaching your ear; you are aware of that. You are the perceiver. You make use of the brain, you make use of the mind, you make use of everything to perceive everything, but you are not that.

You are not the five senses through which you see. Actually, you are beyond that.

When you know you are that, you stop identifying with the problems of the mind.

Slowly, slowly, slowly, your brain and nervous system go into rest-and-digest, rest-and-repair mode, and all the trauma, all the pain, all the suffering in the body starts getting healed.

It happens energetically when you lose all the efforts to do something for this journey.

If you keep putting effort in the wrong way, you will fail—and you have failed so far.

So from today, stop all the efforts to do anything for this journey.

Your only work, only sadhana, only practice is: keep breathing, keep relaxing; keep breathing, keep relaxing.

These two techniques are enough for you to see the difference and shift in your life:

  • If you are feeling blocked, do the blow-exhalation with diaphragm pressure.
  • Then do this extra breath-hold practice for at least 100 times a day—ten, ten, ten every hour—100 times a day.

You can increase it up to more—100 times, 200 times; it has no limit. You can go up to 1000 times. You do not need to calculate. Your body will tell you that you are loving it.

Your brain fog will go away. You will be able to feel the life force in you. Something will change, and that change itself will demand more of it.

And this 30 minutes of belly-movement exhalation from abdominal breathing—you do it four times:

  • 30 minutes after getting up,
  • 30 minutes before going to sleep, and
  • two more times 30 minutes in the day.

Your life will become meditation.

You are in an ICU and this is your medicine. This is your surgery. This is your treatment.

You have no other work to do other than eating well, evacuating, drinking water, going for a walk in nature.

Apart from that, at least for 30 days, you should not let your mind take you to any other place.

Keep healing. Keep healing.

Take sunlight. Be aware of nature. Be aware of your existence, and you will feel that life is germinating in you in the same body—a new life is germinating, and the quality of that life is totally different from what you have lived so far.

You will feel that shift. A change will happen. A freedom will happen from your identification.

This may happen any moment from this moment onwards.

Because the journey was to meet the Guru. Only Guru can free you.

Only I am the one who will free you—who can free you—if you are surrendered, if you are receptive, if you practice what I give.

Then your freedom is close, and you have no choice other than to be free.

Trade on this path.

The unknown is known only to the Guru, and only Guru can give you the strength, can transform you, can make you courageous to move into the unknown.

Otherwise, the matrix is already a dark space where your soul is suffering, where your body is in dilapidated condition. This is the time to take action before you leave this body.

Be free.

This is the purpose of Kundalini—that no more you are trapped in the cycle of birth and death and you are free.

This is your last opportunity, last chance to facilitate Kundalini.

Kundalini is freedom. You are not going to be free as a person; you are going to be dissolved as a person. The ego is going to be dissolved. Kundalini is going to become free, and you have to facilitate her.
