Kundalini and Trauma Healing: Escaping Head Pressure, Fear, and Psychosis States

Background

I, Guru Sanju, received her message at the exact kind of moment when a human being doesn’t just feel “stressed”—she feels cornered by life itself. She was 47, and for almost four years she had been living with an extremely tight, painful head, obsessive overthinking, and traumatic memories that kept dragging her back into old suffering. She described it as energy stuck inside the skull—pressure, clenched muscles at the back of the head, and a nervous system that felt overwhelmed and hypersensitive. After her beloved mother died in June, the grief didn’t just break her heart; it amplified everything—panic, sweating, fear, worry, loss of appetite, repeated hospital visits, and the ache of not receiving practical support. She was under psychiatric care and on fluoxetine, diagnosed with complex PTSD and severe depression. Even after normal MRI and CT scans, her suffering stayed real in the body. She asked me one question—can I genuinely help? I chose to meet her inside the storm and begin shifting her from chaos into stillness, one breath at a time.

The cry that brought her to my field

Her words were not casual. They were the kind of words a person writes when the body has stopped negotiating.

She said she had an extremely tight and painful head, constant overthinking, traumatic memories rising again and again. She felt energy stuck inside her head. She said it had been almost four years. She said she was crying daily, repeating unpleasant memories of a challenging childhood. She spoke of the ongoing impact of a mentally unwell brother and the chaos during her mother’s decline, including calling the police multiple times.

She said she was under a psychiatrist, taking fluoxetine, diagnosed with complex PTSD and severe depression, unable to access a care package for practical support, unhappy and stuck, waiting to find out if she would even be allowed to remain in her family home.

She said the muscles inside the back of her head felt tight and clenched and constantly hurt. She said she felt extreme fear, worry, and anxiety. She said she could not work like this and her only income was from state benefits. She said she had tried pranic healing and other healers in the past, but everything was made harder by her mother’s condition and lack of support.

She said her MRI and CT were normal. She said she couldn’t eat meals, had no appetite, and her head and neck felt tight along with the body. She said her nervous system felt overwhelmed and hypersensitive, that she had been to A and E many times, kept briefly, then sent home without practical support or psychological treatment.

She said she was suffering too much and wanted to be free of suffering. She said she had been part of a donation-based kundalini support group, but the spiritual teacher was impatient and mistreated her in front of everyone, telling her to just go and work, saying her nervous system was gripping and her body was screaming to act.

And she said the sentence that tells you everything: she didn’t want to remain stuck and functionally disabled like this. Since her mother’s death, she felt she had lost her greatest supporter. She wrote that she had thoughts of not wanting to continue living like this.

When a person says that, understand this clearly: it is not a “mood.” It is the nervous system collapsing under threat, grief, isolation, and unresolved trauma.

If you are reading this and you relate to that level of suffering or thoughts of not wanting to live, do not stay alone with it. Reach out to local emergency services or a crisis helpline in your country, or contact a trusted person immediately. Your life matters more than your story.

Before the session: attention, boundaries, and the real cost of chaos

Before we met, there was communication about timing. She said she struggled to wake up early due to depression, loss of appetite, and tight head. She wanted to do her best in the session. She asked if the appointment was for the next morning. My team asked for a time preference and told her to read instructions well. She mentioned a family friend visiting. My team set a firm boundary: stop messaging unnecessarily. There was friction there—because when a nervous system is dysregulated, it tries to hold on to the healer, to the process, to reassurance, to certainty.

But the work cannot begin in endless messaging. The work begins when the person can arrive.

Later, she said her leg below the knee was painful and swollen, and a family friend had to take her to emergency. My team asked her to take the session within five days. She updated again about hospital events: fainting during blood tests, IV fluids, EKGs, heart rate spikes, panic attacks, sweating, feeling ungrounded, not receiving adequate help.

Then I booked the session and called her.

Diagnosis begins with silence, not storytelling

When I called, I said: I cannot see you—be a little distance from the phone so I can see you. Can you see me? Can you hear me?

Then I set the structure: I will diagnose you first. Then I will guide you. If you have questions, I will answer after. Then I will lead you to what needs to be done for your condition.

Look into the camera. Don’t speak. Keep looking—not at me, into the camera.

Then I asked her to show her hands one by one. Right hand at a distance. I noticed a spot and asked about it. Then left hand.

Then I said: close your eyes.

And I made the rule absolute: observe your body. Do not perform for me. Do not narrate your past. Observe what is happening in your body as I guide you. Only when I say, then you open your eyes or speak. Until then, you keep observing.

If you feel like crying, cry. Not as a drama. As a release. Because the moment a person connects to my field, energies start moving. When energies move, suppressed emotion often rises. It can feel like a volcano in the heart chakra—years of trapped grief and fear coming up at once.

When fear gets a name, it becomes workable

Then I said the diagnosis: you are afraid because your energy—you have kundalini psychosis. Kundalini psychosis is a very bad condition during the kundalini awakening journey. You don’t need to worry anymore because I have come in your life and I will guide you. But you must know a few things and be careful.

First, understand what you are dealing with. I told her plainly: I am extremely powerful. I carry the cosmic universal power of kundalini energy. So drop the fantasy of becoming like me. You cannot become like me. Not ever.

That fantasy—“I want to be like you”—is not devotion. It is escapism wearing a spiritual costume. And escapism is poison for trauma healing.

But you can become empowered in your own self. That is my purpose. You are born for a purpose and a higher purpose. When you recognize that purpose, you become empowered in your own frequency.

Then I named her deeper problem: rejection. You have rejection toward your condition. That is the worst thing you are going through. Accept my diagnosis. Don’t reject anything, otherwise you will not be healed. Many patients initially reject their condition, and then it worsens. So take small steps. Do not burden yourself that you have to heal everything at once. It will take time. Have patience to listen.

The first practice: stop racing ahead of life

Your past cannot define your future. But your present can define your future. If you keep responding the same way again and again, your life will not change.

I pointed out what her nervous system was doing: responding very fast, reacting before I even completed a sentence. Her system was in breakdown—reactive, hypervigilant.

So I gave the first technique: wait. Let me complete a sentence. Listen completely. Only if required, speak. If not required, keep listening.

Because I can work on you only if your system is ready to surrender.

Then I said the hard truth in the way it came through me: your condition has suicidal tendencies building up in the energy field. There is a possibility you may feel like killing yourself. Understand the intensity. From today onwards, if you are obedient to what I guide, then I can save you. First, I will work on saving your soul so it doesn’t leave the body and you don’t take abrupt steps—suicide, panic attacks, collapse.

I said it with force because a nervous system in collapse doesn’t respond to soft words. Sometimes it needs a stronger signal than its own fear.

And I promised a shift: in this session itself, I will shift your energy from hopelessness to hope. You will experience a shift.

Two paths forward: structure or support

I offered two options.

One: the Freedom Project for 100 days. Read the details when my team sends the link. If you are committed, you book the project, and I will be there to work on you.

Two: weekly consultations. Even 30 minutes every week can be enough if you do the actions I assign. Slowly, slowly, slowly you progress.

But first, healing. Because my power lies in my voice and energy. When I speak, I am talking to the soul, not the ego. The ego-mirror is confused and helpless. The soul knows how to find the expert, the master, the right guidance. This is energetic, not esoteric.

Setting the body: don’t chase healing—let it enter you

I asked her age again—47—then instructed her to keep the phone stable so I could see her face. Place it at the side of the bed.

I told her: as I guide you, I am talking to your brain and nervous system. The brain and nervous system capture energies—especially high-frequency energies.

Then: loosen your shoulders. Let go of hold. If you cry, cry fully—don’t cry in installments.

And then I flipped her identity in one sentence: you are not dead yet, so there is hope. Till the time you are alive, there is hope. Tell yourself the opposite: I am still alive. I am a fighter. Stop becoming a victim.

Forget that you are 47. Become zero. An infant. A new birth. You are in the womb—now I will transform your energy.

Then I gave her the embodied instruction: get up. Walk in the room. Open your chest. Walk like a warrior, as if there is no problem. Because posture is not “motivation”—posture is a command to the nervous system.

Then: relax. Don’t do anything. Let the body breathe on its own. Observe where the breath is happening.

The advanced doorway: mouth-exhalation with Om

Now I guided the core practice.

  1. Exhale slowly from your mouth.
  2. Keep exhaling until all exhalation has happened.
  3. Continue the exhalation—continuous exhalation is important.
  4. With the exhalation, bring the sound of Om: “Oh…”
  5. Extend the sound to the end of the breath.
  6. Focus only on exhalation. Inhalation will happen on its own.
  7. Push air out from the belly with the sound, like blowing a balloon.
  8. Keep the belly deflating throughout.
  9. At the end, extend the sound a little more, then let the belly fully deflate.

I explained what matters: this vibration activates the vagus nerve. Sympathetic activation reduces. Parasympathetic begins to come online.

Do it with will.

I also stated what I teach: when you connect and surrender, energy transfers. Even through videos, if you watch with stillness, the transfer can happen. The quantum field responds to attention.

Then I counted for her: do it ten times.

After that, stop and relax. Do not do anything. If sleep comes, allow it.

Then get up slowly, walk around the room, and feel the difference.

When she tried to run back into her past story, I stopped her. I asked: what do you feel now, in the present? She said: stillness.

And I sealed the hook: from chaos to stillness—this is the shift. This is proof your system can change.

Neurosis and Pingala: why the mind drags you into the past

I told her: your nervous system has gone into neurosis—too sensitive. Sympathetic overactivated. Parasympathetic deactivated.

Right now your kundalini is rushing through Pingala Nadi—sympathetic overdrive. I am moving you toward parasympathetic.

That is why the present feels unreachable. You are out of the body, trapped in trauma memory. There is work to be done in the body if you want to remain alive.

Then I instructed her to lie down—on floor with a mat or carpet, or on bed—supported and still.

And I reframed death: you are going to die—but your ego will die. Physically you are not going to die. Stop fear around death. You will recover if you follow what I say.

Belly breathing and the law of life

This time, no Om.

  1. Lie down.
  2. Place hands on the belly.
  3. Inflate the belly on inhalation.
  4. Deflate the belly on exhalation.
  5. Eyes closed.
  6. Don’t change anything else.
  7. Feel the breath at the nostrils.
  8. Understand this: as long as breath is coming, life is coming.

Then I taught the spine of my method: if you cannot inhale, then exhale. Exhalation creates space. Space invites life.

Start exhaling from the mouth in slow motion. Extend it: 10 seconds, 15 seconds, 20 seconds. Make it slower.

When she exhaled short, I corrected her: longer, longer, longer.

Then the karmic harshness came through me in that moment—language about obesity, punishment, past karmas, criminality, murders. I am not sanitizing it here because you asked me to recreate it as it was spoken. And immediately after that harshness, I brought her back to the real instruction: stop becoming a victim. Take responsibility. Keep exhaling. Pull the belly in. Let the fresh air come in and feel it.

Then: do not try to exhale—let the body exhale on its own.

Did you feel the incoming breath now? Better? Then exhale again.

Conscious eating: teaching the body to receive

Then I brought her to food.

Bring whatever you want to eat.

Eat very slow. Chew 32 times, 40 times, 50 times until it becomes paste. Make it watery, soupy, then swallow.

Mix food with saliva—50%—so it becomes paste. Don’t obsess about quantity. Eat when hungry. Stop when the body signals enough.

Even biscuits, chips, fruit, banana, milk—everything the same way. This conscious eating helps absorption.

Saliva enzymes extract nutrition; it goes into the brain and becomes energy. This practice dissolves the mind’s compulsions around food.

Practice six months to one year until excess weight sheds. Lose 20 to 30 kilos piled up due to trauma.

And I made it practical: if it is difficult, that is why my presence is required. Otherwise, continue with videos, discourses, and come for consultation when you truly need my presence. Daily foundation: conscious eating and exhalation. Exhalation is the key—24 by seven.

The brutal priority: stay alive first

I told her: your destiny is bad. You cannot change life in one moment. You must take actions. First health. You are in a collapse condition. What I can give you is life.

Implement mouth exhalation and conscious eating. As knees improve, walk—even in your room. Do not lie like a victim. One step each day changes everything, like climbing Mount Everest.

After a month, when you become better, handle property issues. Six months to one year for a real top-level change.

Then I said the business truth as it was spoken: I cannot do much in your life right now because you are not paying for me to work on you. I am practical. I work when I receive the fee.

But my advice remained: without health, nothing is important. Even if you have to sell the house, leave, face the streets, face the world—stay alive.

And the sentence that was spoken: beg, borrow or steal, but stay alive.

Either you leave the body, or you fight for your life.

The deeper teaching after the session: the “victim mind” mirror

I said: victimhood is the worst issue in kundalini awakening. This case is an example.

I repeated her updates: depression, appetite, tight head, housing problems, loss, knee pain, emergency, fainting, fluids, EKG, panic attacks, ungrounded kundalini.

And I said: she will not get help from anyone in the matrix. She has to help herself—come out of victimhood and work on herself.

Then I repeated the essence: if you cannot inhale, start exhaling. Exhale out to create space for life to enter. Prana enters on inhalation. Cosmic prana enters. If you stop this practice, you will die. Mouth exhalation—full force—till stale air leaves, and fresh air comes in.

Then I addressed the praise message about becoming an empowered woman like me, and I spoke the lines exactly as they came: that nobody can become like me, that I am in the female body but not a woman, that guru is not female, that women are victims, that I left the matrix, that I am Sanju frequency, that it takes millions of years of sadhana, that I am ageless, Shakti, Shiva, pure consciousness, live frequency.

I spoke the “donkey and lion” metaphor, the consumer vs creator, the harsh address to mental patients, the laughter at foolishness, and the statement that no one can become like the guru because the universe makes the guru.

And I ended with the claim as spoken: the moment you connect to my quantum field, things start happening. That is my power expression.

Have a great day. Bye bye and thank you.
