Welcome to Inner GPS Gurus.
What is health?
When you can smile unconditionally, twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week—without any reason—that is the sign of pure and radiant health. When you can feel the breath gently flowing in and out of your nostrils with ease, that is another sign of deep health. When sleep comes effortlessly and peacefully to you, without the need to force or induce it—that, too, is a reflection of true health.
When you feel hunger naturally and enjoy your food with complete presence, savoring every taste—this is health. When your body is free of toxins and your bowels are cleared daily, you are experiencing a key dimension of great health.
And what else?
When you can truly love your existence, love yourself, and love the people around you—that is the sign of real, holistic health.
Health, to me, is total fitness—not just of the physical body, but also energetic fitness. It is a state of integration, where your body, mind, and spirit are in deep alignment. That, to me, is pure health.
Ask yourself: are you truly healthy? Do you feel that sense of well-being radiating from within you every moment? Is your mind at peace? Or does it constantly chatter, trying to convince you that happiness lies somewhere outside of you—convincing you that you are incomplete?
This restless mind leads to a diseased body.
When the mind is fragmented, the body suffers. It loses its ability to harmonize with the positive, vital energies that reside at the core of our existence.
We can consider ourselves healthy when we do not need to try to live—when life flows through us effortlessly. When we can stretch out our arms and feel the breeze brushing against our skin… when the air feels alive around us… when the warmth of the sun kisses us and we are aware of it… when the coolness of water refreshes us and we can truly feel it…
When the earth grounds us under our feet, and the vast space surrounds us in silent embrace—and we can sense all of this without resistance—that is health.
But if something inside you resists this simple awareness, then it’s time to inquire deeply into yourself.
Integration Is the Core of Health
We are healthy only when our body, mind, and spirit are aligned in harmony.
When we decide to do something, and the mind supports that decision, and the body obeys that command and acts accordingly—only then does manifestation happen in the outer world.
But if the decision is there, yet the mind is distracted, and the body is lethargic or uncooperative, then that is not health. That is a fragmented, unhealthy state.
True Healing Is Wholeness
Ask yourself: are you truly healed from the deepest layers of your being?
Do you feel a thriving, vibrant life force pulsing through you every moment?
If not, then understand—you are not yet healthy.
Stress and anxiety have become common traits in today’s world. But even in the middle of this chaotic environment, you can become healthy—if you choose to focus on yourself.
You must attend to yourself with the same devotion that I offer to my own self-care. I invest in myself. I honor my energy. I cultivate my own well-being.
When you begin to turn inward, you will see a shift in your energy. You will start to glow. You will no longer need external objects or achievements to feel complete. Your completeness will become your natural state.
And that is health.
The Secrets of Health Are Not for Sale
I will speak more on the subject of health in upcoming discourses. You may ask me anything you wish to understand about healing and health.
If you are struggling with your health, I can offer you personal coaching. I can guide you not only to reclaim your own health, but also to support your loved ones in their healing journeys.
And yes—there are secrets to health that you will not find on social media or at your nearest medical shop. These secrets cannot be purchased. They must be lived. They must become your own experiential truth.
I live this truth daily. I radiate the highest energy, and I feel it—vividly, constantly.
And I can share this secret with you, if you are ready… if you are willing to take care of yourself.
Thank you. We shall meet again soon with another topic.
