When the System Is Too Loud, I Don’t Add More Noise
Amme came to me after months of confusion.
Vertigo that appeared out of nowhere.
Then pressure in the head and neck.
Waves of movement in the lower back.
Heat rising. Jerks at night.
Gas and apana moving upward, worsening dizziness.
Fear, worry, and symptoms multiplying—until life, sleep, food, and work all became difficult.
She had tried doctors. Alternatives. Nothing really settled it.
So when we met, I didn’t begin with theories.
I began with one instruction:
Keep the phone stable. Look into the camera. I will diagnose you live.
The First Medicine: Stillness
Even her speaking was effort.
So I told her something brutally simple:
When dizziness comes, sleep.
Not because sleep “solves everything.”
But because her mind was too active and the nervous system was already in hyperdrive.
When the system is hyper-sympathetic, even a 15-minute conversation becomes stimulation.
So first, I slowed her down.
Hands one by one.
Right. Then left.
Then: breath.
A few breaths.
No debate.
I Named It Clearly: Kundalini + Hyper Sympathetic Mode
I told her what she needed to hear:
You are going through Kundalini awakening.
And because of this, her brain and nervous system had moved into hyper sympathetic mode—
too much activation, too much firing, too much alertness.
That is why she feels unstable.
So the goal is not “send Kundalini beyond the seventh chakra.”
The goal is first:
calm the system into parasympathetic mode.
Because only a regulated system can process Kundalini safely.
Timeline: With Guidance vs. Alone
She wanted to know: How long will this take?
So I answered without fantasy.
If she works with me consistently—
sessions once in 15 days or once a month, regular implementation—
I can complete the process in about one year.
If she does it alone, disconnected, confused, self-guiding—
it can take around three years.
Not because she is weak.
Because nervous system rewiring needs consistent correction.
ICU Logic: Oxygen, Not Philosophy
Then I explained the reality.
She is not in a “normal” phase.
Her system is like ICU right now.
And I told her plainly:
My sessions are like giving oxygen.
You take what you need, based on how your body receives it.
So I advised:
Book one one-hour consultation—
where energy work, transmission, and technique training all happen in one container.
Then implement the protocol for 20–30 days.
The Truth About What Kundalini Will Do
I didn’t romanticize it.
I told her:
You are identified with your personality.
Kundalini will dismantle that.
It breaks what is false.
It reorganizes what is real.
If you fight it alone, panic grows.
If you stay with the process, guided, the transformation becomes calm.
So I brought the focus back to the foundation:
brain and nervous system first.
Conscious breathing.
Conscious eating.
Conscious living.
Right now, everything is unconscious.
I Didn’t Teach Many Things. I Calmed Her First.
Her questions were answered.
Now she needed regulation.
So I said:
For the next 6–7 minutes, I will calm you down.
And I gave her one strong technique.
Not complicated.
Not mystical.
A direct nervous-system switch.
The Technique: External Breath Hold Comeback
I made her learn by watching me first.
Inhale slowly through the nose — belly inflates.
Exhale through the mouth — complete exhalation.
When exhalation is totally complete:
Hold the breath.
And I added one stabilizer:
There are two depressions near the nostrils.
Close them gently with one hand during the hold.
Hold 3–5 seconds.
Release. Repeat.
Ten rounds.
Eyes closed the entire time.
Because her nervous system was hyperactive—
even the eyes were struggling to stay closed.
So I told her to use a cloth if needed.
No interruptions.
Just breath, hold, release.
The Proof Came Immediately
After the rounds, I asked her to feel the difference.
And she reported it:
Energy and vibration in the head.
I checked again:
Do you feel calmer than before?
Yes.
Then I told her to open her eyes slowly and look around.
I asked a practical question:
Can you see a difference in your eyesight? Can you look a little better than before?
Because when the nervous system shifts, vision often changes first.
The Prescription After the Session
I gave her one instruction, not ten.
Do this practice 50 times after this session.
Or do it for 15–30 minutes and keep count.
Then:
Book the one-hour consultation.
Because that container is where real stabilization, transmission, and clarity happen.
What This Session Was Really About
This session was not about “going up.”
It was about coming down.
Back into the body.
Back into breath.
Back into safety.
When the nervous system calms, Kundalini stops feeling like chaos.
And the process becomes intelligent.
