Alan, First I Bring You Out of Chaos

Alan, I read your messages. Your nervous system feels like it’s on fire. Your mind is spinning. And when you try to surrender, something inside clamps down.

Good. That means the real thing is here.

You did not come to the Freedom Project for motivation. You came because your system is ready for freedom, and freedom always begins where the ego loses control.

Now listen to me.

Your body is shaking, growling, releasing—then the mind panics and asks, “Am I damaging myself?” That is not logic. That is ego survival.

And this is the only route: surrender.

The Diagnosis: Neurosis and Ego Over the Nervous System

I will give you clarity.

Your condition comes under neurosis—nervous system contraction, hypervigilance, fear loops, and control addiction. In your case, Kundalini is leading it, which is why normal effort-based solutions often fail.

So yes—EMDR, therapies, techniques… you can do anything as per your energy. I will not interfere. But my knowing says: your efforts will go in vain if they are coming from control.

Because this is Kundalini.

Kundalini does not negotiate with ego.

Now Kundalini is trying to melt that vigilance.

Quantum Field Practice: External Breath Hold (Center Return)

Now follow exactly.

  1. Inhale through nose (normal inhale)
  2. Exhale through mouth completely (slow motion)
  3. When exhale is fully over and belly goes in—hold the breath
  4. Hold till you feel breathless
  5. Release—let the body breathe on its own (2–3 breaths)
  6. Repeat for 10 rounds

Eyes closed throughout.

If your body tries to open the eyes—cover them with a cloth.
You do not need to look at me. You need to go inside.

This practice has two prime benefits:

  • It connects you to consciousness instantly
  • It reclaims scattered energies back to the center

And yes—when you do it deeply, you will feel more focus and concentration because the system enters hypoxia-based alchemy. Your inner chemistry shifts.

When Shaking Happens, Don’t Stop It

Now, Alan—when you shake, growl, tremble, scream sounds come—do not interpret it as danger.

This is Kundalini releasing blockages around the egoic self.

These involuntary movements are not “bad.” They are a release response.

External breath hold leads to opening—vasodilation, circulation changes, energy channels opening. That is why oxygen movement and nervous system flow changes.

So I tell you:

Let it happen.
Allow it.
No fear.

Lie Down: Belly Breathing and Heart EMF Safety Signal

Now lie down.

Put both hands on your belly.

For the next few minutes:

  • inhale—belly inflates
  • exhale—belly deflates

Do nothing else.

Your body is healing neurosis through release. That’s why tremors happen. If a thousand blockages must be removed, a thousand waves will come. This is the dam opening.

And if you feel like shaking hands or legs—shake them deliberately. Release tension from limbs. Then return hands to belly.

This is how you teach your system:

“It is safe to let go.”

That safety changes your brainwave state—from panic beta into parasympathetic settling. When the heart gets rhythm, the brain starts coherence. That is healing.

Leg-Shaking: Release the Spine Lock

Now I give you the next step.

Fold your legs.
Shake legs from knee to foot—deliberately.
Keep vibrating until vibration releases from the spine and moves the upper body.

Then stop.
Do nothing.
Observe what is happening in the spine.

Then repeat—shake legs, shake hands, shake upper body.
Then rest completely.

This is nervous system unfreezing.
This is how the body learns surrender without mental drama.

Pelvic Lock: Where the Energy Is Stuck

Now I show you the truth.

Too much energy is locked in your pelvic region.

So you put hands lower on pelvic region.
You breathe into pelvic muscles.
Inhale—activate.
Exhale—deflate.

Then lower—around genitals.
Then thighs near pelvic joints.

Where attention goes, energy flows and grows.

This technique is dependent on attention. And you did it well.

The Real Reality: It’s Not Your Partner—It’s Ego vs Kundalini

Now I give you diagnosis.

For the next 24 hours:

  1. Kund breathing 30 minutes, 3–4 times a day
  2. Shavasana surrender 10–15 minutes, multiple times
  3. Whenever ego holds—shaking legs/hands/feet

Then the deeper phase came.

You did the practice. You shook, trembled, growled. Then grief erupted and deep pain surfaced. You couldn’t stop crying.

I said: deep-rooted trauma is coming to the surface.

So now do this:

Mouth exhalation in slow motion continuously, back counting 100 → 50 → 1.
Cry completely.
Realize the volcano erupted.
Allow without holding.

You said: “It feels like it’s never going to end.”

I said: “Yes.”

Because it is millions of years of suppression, not one birth. Body armour is releasing.

You will get tired. Then peace will arise.

And you did well.
