When I worked with Marella, the first thing I checked was her state of consciousness.
Her consciousness was present.
The issue was not awareness.
The issue was how the brain and nervous system were functioning.
I explained to her that what she is experiencing is an energetic transformation process, and that it is progressing correctly. However, this process requires patience.
The deterioration in her brain and nervous system did not happen recently. It developed over many years. Factors such as menopause, aging, and unresolved childhood trauma contributed to this gradual decline. These changes accumulate silently and become visible only later.
Because of this, recovery also takes time.
Memory Loss and Brain Function
I addressed her concern about memory loss directly.
Memory loss can create fear because it affects daily functioning. It can resemble symptoms seen in dementia. However, I made it clear that she does not need to panic.
I explained why I do not encourage unnecessary medical labeling. Once people are diagnosed with conditions like dementia or Alzheimer’s, they are often given medications that do not restore brain function and may worsen long-term outcomes.
Instead, the method I am teaching her works by retraining the brain.
Through the Energetic Mastery Method, she is creating new neural pathways. This is a practical process, not a belief system.
Healing comes first.
Helping others comes later.
Once her system stabilizes, she can use her experience and professional background to guide others if she chooses.
Understanding Purpose and Survival
I shifted her perspective about her situation.
I told her clearly: if there were no larger purpose behind what she is going through, her body would not be sustaining itself.
The body continues when the soul still has work to do.
I explained this by discussing the death of her friend. Physical causes like lung blockage develop over time. Disease appears first, then deterioration, and finally death. When the soul’s role is complete, the body follows.
Her case is different. Her soul is still evolving.
She is moving from unresolved trauma toward contribution and stability.
Consciousness Leading the Brain
I explained that she must stop identifying herself as the brain.
She is the one giving instructions to the brain.
To support this, I taught her a structured mental practice.
Before performing any action, she must pause and mentally go through each step of the activity. For example, before drinking water, she visualizes standing up, walking, lifting the glass, drinking, and returning.
Only after completing this mental sequence does she physically act.
This trains the brain to follow conscious direction.
I explained that this is similar to how a child learns. The brain must be guided step by step. She already has this intelligence because she has raised children. Now she applies it inward.
This process is meditation in a practical form.
Reintroducing Social Activity Safely
I advised her not to force social interaction through conversation.
Instead, I recommended activity-based engagement.
Activities that require attention reduce anxiety and improve nervous system regulation. Examples include visiting nature spaces, parks, or places that naturally hold interest.
Before any outing, she must mentally rehearse the plan: timing, transport, arrival, and return. This reduces uncertainty and builds confidence.
Whether others join or not is secondary. The focus is on execution.
Importance of Nature and Prana
I explained that her lack of vitality is linked to low prana.
Prana increases through exposure to nature: sunlight, fresh air, earth, and movement.
I guided her to spend time outdoors, barefoot when possible, lying on the grass, allowing the body to ground naturally. No effort, no technique, just exposure.
Role of the Dog in Regulation
Her dog became part of the session naturally.
I instructed her to hold the dog close to her chest and feel the physical contact. This supports heart regulation and calms the nervous system. Animals naturally operate in presence, which helps stabilize humans.
Next Phase of Work
I told her that this session concluded the technique-learning phase.
From the next session onward, her system is ready for energy transmission. This will accelerate progress now that her body can receive it.
I ended the session by instructing her to remain outdoors for some time after we finished, staying with the sensations of the body and the environment.
That was sufficient for the day.
