“Hello? Yes. How are you?”
That’s how it started — simple. No drama. Just presence.
I asked him, “How is your practice going on?”
He said it’s going well.
Good.
Then I went straight to the real question — the one that reveals the mind’s temptation.
“Are you doing these practices with your wife, or are you healing her?”
And I stopped him right there.
Healing will come later.
And I’m not advising you to do it yet.
Because this month, I’m introducing something else — extremely powerful — and it demands a level of dedication most people have never touched.
I told him clearly:
If you want to heal others, you must first go through the fire yourself.
August Has One Job
I said: “August will be dedicated only for this.”
Everything else? It’s already in your system. You know when to apply it.
But this is different.
Because ultimately, you are becoming a healer.
And a healer doesn’t collect techniques like toys.
A healer masters.
I reminded him: you are already a coach. So you already know the truth:
Only practice creates mastery.
Not knowledge. Not motivation.
Practice.
So I’m teaching him in a way where he doesn’t just know the technique — he becomes the technique.
Why People Suffer
Then I took him deeper.
People don’t suffer because they lack medicine.
They suffer because they are not integrated.
I said it directly:
Kundalini is not grounded. It stays in the head.
And it stays in the head because it is not integrated in your nervous system.
Disintegration happens because energy wants to express through you.
But until she finds you ready — eligible — she creates pressure.
And since you have a Guru, everything comes through the Guru.
Everything is defined by the Guru.
So I’m taking him step by step.
You are an instrument of the universe through which this energy flows.
But until you are grounded, healed, free from toxicity — that energy cannot flow through you.
The Prescription Protocol
Then I gave him the structure — because power without structure becomes chaos.
I told him: this is like a prescription.
- 30 minutes per session
- 100 times total
- 4–6 times a day depending on intensity
Do the math:
- 5 times/day → ~20 days
- 4 times/day → ~25 days
And I explained why this matters:
For extreme cases — brain issues, neurodegeneration, Parkinson’s, dementia — this becomes a lifeline.
But it works only if you are present with it.
So first, I empower you.
I make you practice.
I ensure you learn it so well that you operate from consciousness while doing it.
Then — only then — you apply it to others.
How He Will Heal His Mother
I even made it practical:
In your mother’s case, once a week — you go and make her do it in your presence.
She won’t do it alone.
But your presence is the medicine.
Thirty minutes. Weekly.
And you’ll see noticeable change.
Because presence is not motivational talk.
Presence is transmission.
What This Technique Does
Then I gave him the real engine behind it.
This technique activates:
- vagus
- brain
- cells
- rest-and-digest
- repair mode
You return to the reset mode of a child.
A baby has a default system — no mind.
Pure homeostasis.
This takes the brain and nervous system to that homeostatic state — zeroed out — and then repair begins.
Stem cells. Restoration. Reset.
Technique 1: Diaphragmatic Breathing With Breath Holds
I told him: “Very simple.”
But only if you are conscious.
Rules:
- inhale through the nose
- exhale through the nose
- no mouth
- no pinching the nose
- hands resting by the side — no wasted energy
- your power is: muscle + attention
The sequence:
- Inhale fully (inflate the belly)
- Hold 4–5 seconds
- Exhale fully (deflate the belly)
- Hold 4–5 seconds
Inhale-hold. Exhale-hold.
Internal kumbhak + external kumbhak.
And I told him why this matters:
During Kundalini, the body goes into freeze mode.
Often during sleep.
The diaphragm stops moving properly.
The breath goes into hold mode — and you don’t even know it.
Then you wake up disintegrated, ungrounded, like life hasn’t begun.
This reverses that.
It activates the involuntary diaphragm function again.
Freeze mode dissolves.
Kundalini distributes through the channels instead of hammering the brain.
That is the crux.
When To Shift: The Level Breathing
Then I gave him a safety intelligence:
Start with the first technique.
Do 11 times.
But if after 5–6 rounds you feel dizzy, or you feel you are going inside — shift immediately to the second breathing:
Hands on the level.
Inhale up, exhale down.
For the first 10 breaths, stay aware.
Then let it go.
And I instructed him:
Do 20 minutes with me.
Then extend 10 more minutes alone.
Total 30 minutes.
Repeat.
Since it was evening, I told him he could do it three more times that day.
Other days: five times.
Then we monitor in 20 days.
And I told him: no expectations.
Just do it.
Watch what shifts:
More integration.
More energy.
Youthfulness.
Groundedness.
The impact of Kundalini reduces considerably.
The Energetic Physics: Apana Out, Prana In
I explained what’s happening underneath:
When you exhale, Apana goes out.
As Apana leaves, a vacuum is created — space.
And wherever there is space, Prana rushes in.
This is space management.
Energy cannot be “isolated.”
If there is space, Prana infuses.
If there is no space, Prana cannot enter.
And I said the harsh truth:
The brain forgot how to do this on its own.
Only a child does it naturally.
So you have to train it delicately with attention.
And once it becomes default again — even in sleep — you return to the child-state.
But because life has stress and distractions, the practice doesn’t end after 20 days.
It becomes your foundation — at least 2–3 times daily.
If you want powers to flow through you, you must remain grounded.
The Turning Point
I looked at him and made it clear:
This is the turning point.
Highest technique.
Highest dedication.
Attention is the prime gate.
And then I framed it in frequency terms so his mind understands the journey:
- Technique 1 shifts brainwaves from beta (sympathetic, thinking, matrix) to alpha (repair mode)
- Technique 2 takes it deeper — toward delta, theta, gamma
Gamma is the highest frequency of flow.
When you are in gamma, you don’t “force” life.
Life moves through you.
So I told him in my language:
Technique 1 is switch on — you bring life back into a system that has gone dead.
Technique 2 is switch off — you dissolve into the deep state, beyond life/death, like samadhi.
Technique 2 I call Quantum Breathing — our invention — and the timing matters:
It cannot be 15 minutes.
It must be 30 minutes.
The Morning Rule
I gave him one non-negotiable:
When you wake up — on the bed itself — before engaging in life…
Do 30 minutes.
Then get up.
That sets the entire day’s nervous system.
Other techniques (nadi shodhan, external kumbhak, etc.) are optional for now.
Give preference to this 30-minute protocol for the next 20 days.
Then I Made Him Do It
At the end, I shifted from teaching to transmission.
I told him:
Lie down.
Let me see your body.
When you do it in my presence, it becomes power transfer.
Energy transmission.
I said:
“Be aware of your breath. Take a few breaths. Let the body relax and tune into the rhythm of life.”
Then I guided him step by step:
Inhale fully — belly inflates.
Hold 4–5 seconds.
Exhale fully — belly deflates.
Hold 4–5 seconds.
Repeat five times.
And I told him:
“I will not speak in between so that you can focus.”
After five rounds, switch to the level breathing, hands on the level, let the brain get biofeedback.
And then I gave him the most important instruction — the one most people miss:
At some point, I will disconnect without telling you.
Because you are not here to depend on my voice.
You are here to train your brain back to the default state of a baby — continuous, effortless, rhythmic breathing — deep, slow, natural.
No effort.
Just experience.
And that’s where the real healing begins.
