Reading the Energy, Not the Story
I began the session by diagnosing Alisa’s energy, not her narrative.
I asked her to remove her spectacles, look into the camera, blink naturally, and stay present.
The eyes reveal the brain. The hands reveal the nervous system.
I checked her palms, right and left.
Then I asked her to close her eyes and relax completely.
Within moments, the picture was clear.
The Diagnosis: Kundalini in the Upper Chakras
She is going through spiritual awakening — specifically Kundalini awakening.
Right now, the energy is active in the third eye and crown chakra.
When Kundalini rises to the head without full processing, the brain temporarily loses its normal functioning.
This creates recurring episodes — fog, confusion, fear, instability.
Not because something is wrong.
Because processing is happening.
This phase is periodical.
It has nothing to do with imagination or illness.
Why the Brain Feels Like It Shuts Down
When Kundalini reaches the upper chakras, the brain pauses its usual patterns.
During this phase, symptoms appear — not as damage, but as transformation.
The only real solution is freedom of flow.
The energy must be allowed to process — not resisted.
Spiritual awakening is not mental.
It is existential.
The soul is trying to free itself from an old cycle.
What Actually Helps During This Phase
I told her clearly:
Processing does not happen automatically.
Techniques are required, especially when the energy is in the head.
My work focuses on:
- The brain
- The nervous system
- Kundalini integration
- Functional stability during awakening
I explained that a deeper one-hour consultation would allow direct energy work and long-term stabilization — without disrupting daily life.
Why Practice in My Presence Matters
I told her something important.
When you practice in my presence, transmission happens.
Not psychological suggestion — energetic transmission.
That is the role of a Guru.
For the next ten minutes, I stayed with her and guided the practice.
The External Breath-Hold Technique
I guided her step by step:
- Inhale slowly through the nose
- Exhale completely through the mouth
- After full exhalation, hold the breath
- Begin with 3–5 seconds
- Gradually increase without force
Between rounds, the body breathes naturally.
Rhythm forms on its own.
As the breath holds lengthened, her system began to settle.
What This Technique Does
This single technique works on multiple levels:
- Reduces brain hyperactivity
- Supplies oxygen and prana directly to the brain
- Strengthens the nervous system
- Supports cellular repair and stem-cell activity
- Safely processes Kundalini energy
For her, the main benefit was mental clarity and grounding.
Observing the Shift
After the practice, I asked her to stay still.
Eyes closed.
Just observe.
Her state had changed.
Lighter.
More centered.
Attention sharper.
Breath flowing on its own.
I asked her to open her eyes slowly — like waking from sleep.
The difference was obvious to her.
Daily Application for Integration
I told her clearly:
- Do this 100 times a day
- Ten rounds every hour
- Hold the breath 10–15 seconds
- Increase gradually only if comfortable
- Release immediately when breathless
This is not optional if she wants processing.
Resistance creates anxiety.
Allowance creates flow.
The Core Instruction
This technique processes both energy and brain fog.
The brain recovers because it finally receives oxygen and prana.
I asked her to practice for two to three days and observe the changes.
Then, if she feels it, she can take the deeper energy session.
Before ending, I told her the most important truth:
Final Guidance
Allow it.
Do not fight awakening.
Do not resist energy.
Energy moves like water.
When you allow it to flow, freedom happens.
