Period Reset, Body Stamina & Sexual Energy Integration

Background

This Freedom Project session is a second-session recalibration with Alisa, done specifically during Day 2 of her menstrual cycle, with an upcoming trip (China) in the immediate timeline. Because her body is in a high-sensitivity window, today is not about pushing movement. Today is about:

  • nervous system safety
  • uterus pain reduction
  • parasympathetic activation
  • fitness testing protocols that begin after periods
  • and a deeper teaching on sexual energy as Kundalini in physical form—so the lower centers are not suppressed, and the vertical ascension can happen naturally.

My role here is not “motivation.”
My role is to stabilize the body, train stamina, and teach her how to use breath, posture, and surrender so the system heals instead of resisting.

Alisa, Today I Will Mostly Talk

Alisa, listen carefully.

Today is your second day.
And because your periods are going on, you won’t be in a position to move your body properly.

So today I will mostly talk.

Otherwise, there are steps I would make you do.
But since you are also going for a trip next, I will give you the steps now, and once your periods are over, you will start doing them.

The Fitness Truth: Your Life Depends on Movement

This is not “workout.”

These are body movements that test your fitness.

How long you are going to live is dependent on certain kinds of movement of the body.

Fitness is not aesthetic.
Fitness is nervous system capacity.
Fitness is stamina.
Fitness is how much energy your body can hold without breaking.

The Diagnosis: You Need Stamina, Not More Thinking

So first I introduce the fitness test, because stamina creates stability.

When stamina increases:

  • metabolism improves
  • blockages release
  • muscles soften
  • nerve fibers activate
  • the sympathetic and parasympathetic system begins to cooperate
  • and the body starts generating heat—because life is coming back.

This is the core.

The Five Movements — Start With the First Three

There are fundamentally five types of movement I test for fitness.

If you can do with me, do it now.
If not, just look at me one time and understand.

1) Tree Pose — Balance Test

Tree pose is a direct test of your stability.

Stand with one leg.
Balance without socks.
No hand support.

If you can stand for 30 seconds, you are extremely fit.

Start with 10 seconds first.
Test both legs.

Balance is not only physical.
Balance is nervous system strength.

2) Square Pose — Lower Body Strength and Control

Square pose is the sit–stand movement without hand support.

Sit.
Stand.
Move your body like this.

Do 10 times in one round.

This shows whether your legs, hips, pelvis, and spine can support your life.

3) Plank and Pushups — Core Stamina

Plank:

Hold for 30 seconds to 1 minute.

Start with 5 seconds, then 10 seconds.

Then pushups.

Different kinds of pushups I will share with you.

These are the three prime movements.
Start with these three first.

The rest of the movements I will share later—including butterfly pose and the full sequence.

And if needed, I will send you the video.

Why Heat Comes Up So Fast

When you do these movements, a lot of heat is generated.

Because:

  • metabolism increases
  • energy channels open
  • the nervous system activates
  • and wherever there is blockage, constriction, or stuckness—everything begins to move.

That is why sometimes I’m unable to talk.
Heat is the sign that life is waking up inside the body.

The Next Phase: Diagnosis Before Technique

Now I diagnose you first.

Look into the camera.
Show me your right hand.
Now your left hand.

Close your eyes.
Sit in silence.

Because right now, since your periods are going on, I don’t want you to go too much inside consciousness.

I want you at the body level.

So I ask:

What pain are you experiencing?

You said: uterus.

And I checked: migraine or head pain?
You said: no.

So the case is clear.

Lower body pain.
Uterus pain.
Periods.

So now I give you the technique.

Uterus Pain Is Circulation and Nervous System Pressure

Uterus pain is not “only pain.”

It is often:

  • blood circulation not flowing smoothly
  • sympathetic pressure rising
  • freeze response in the body
  • muscle tension and constriction around reproductive organs

So we do one thing:

We bring oxygen and prana back into the pelvic region.

The Technique: Pelvic Breathing (Kundu Breathing)

Lie down on the bed or floor.

Put both hands on the pelvic region.

Now inhale and inflate the pelvic region.
Exhale and deflate the pelvic region.

Inflate below the navel.
Deflate pelvic floor.

This is not imagination.
This is pelvic muscles receiving fresh oxygen, prana.

Now do it deeper:

Inhale slowly.
Push your hands up with inhalation.
Exhale and push down.

Do this continuously for 10 breaths.

Exhale through the mouth.
Mouth exhalation makes it easier.

Then inhalation happens on its own.

So focus on exhalation.

Why Exhalation Works

When you exhale fully:

  • space opens in energy channels
  • space opens in blood vessels
  • stale air exits
  • prana enters
  • oxygen circulates better
  • circulation becomes smoother

And when circulation becomes smoother, uterus pain reduces.

If you do this practice for 30 minutes, most pain will reduce.

The blood flow that was too forceful becomes smooth.

Instead of bearing pain, you create an environment for smooth release of accumulated blood during menstruation.

This is the benefit.

You will feel smoother.
Calmer.

The Spine Posture: Archana Pose

Now turn around and lie down in Archana.

Pillow under your chest.
Drop your head under the pillow.

Do nothing.

Just pay attention to the breath.

Relax completely.
Release all tension.

Slowly, slowly, slowly feel calmness activating due to:

  • parasympathetic breathing
  • vagus nerve activation

Stay here 20–30 minutes.

Then come to Shavasana.

Shavasana: Surrender Is the Healing Technology

Now without pillow, come into Shavasana.

Relax completely.

Drop the body weight on the bed.

Shake hands.
Shake legs.

Cover your eyes.

Do nothing.

I am energizing you to relax, and making you learn the art of surrender—through which healing happens.

The Period Truth Civilization Never Taught You

During periods, your body goes into sympathetic overactivation because of blood flow pressure.

Pain signals activate.
Stress hormones activate.

But periods are also the body’s built-in inward cycle.

The 6 to 7 days of periods is a break from your outward life.

It is the moment to turn inward.

Stop.
Relax.
Slow down.

You don’t need to hurry.
You don’t need to trouble yourself.

Be gentle.

Periods are detoxification.
Natural detoxification.

Throat Release: Suppression Leaves Through the Voice Channel

Now I saw something:

A lot of suppression is stored in your throat.

So I guide a direct release:

Open your mouth.
Tongue outside.

Take out your tongue.
Stretch it.
Release tension from tongue region.

Take it out.
Take it inside.
Take it out.
Take it inside.

With each movement:

abdominal muscles release
tension releases
you feel better and better

Now relax completely.
Don’t do anything.

Freeze Response: Why Periods Feel Like Trauma

Periods can feel like trauma because the nervous system goes into freeze response.

Freeze response creates:

  • muscle tension
  • constriction
  • nervous system contraction

The brain supplies blood to reproductive organs and compromises oxygen level.

So you must supply oxygen and prana consciously.

That is why breath is not “practice.”
Breath is survival.

Shame Is Not Yours

Civilization taught periods as unnatural.

Taboos create shame.

Shame creates distortion in the energy field.

So your job is simple:

Tell the body:

Nothing unnatural is happening.
You are safe.
It is absolutely fine to do nothing.

This self-talk relaxes the brain.
And the body releases tension.

Silence and Emotional Release

Now I will not speak for some time.

If crying comes, cry.
Release energy.

Because release is healing.

And yes:

There is a lot of separation in your throat chakra.
You cannot speak when you want to.

For that, you will have to change your life where you speak your voice.

You do everything willingly, but Kundalini is guiding you toward expression that is not happening right now.

The Sign: Third Eye Movement

Now when you came back, I said:

Kundalini comes to the third eye.
A lot of movement is there.

Good sign.

This kind of relaxation you should do more and more.

The Period Protocol: 30–40 Minutes Total

Do this during periods:

  • pelvic breathing: 10–15 minutes
  • silence/advising: 5–10 minutes
  • Shavasana: 5–10 minutes

Total: 30–40 minutes.

Take a complete break from everything.

Then you will see: you are rejuvenated.
New things are happening.

Now Listen: Sex Is Not Optional Suppression

Now I told you something important:

You must know the intelligence behind sex.

Whenever sexual urges arise, if you suppress for too long—3 to 4 days, a week—it creates neurosis.

Because orgasmic energy comes from Kundalini energy.

Sexual energy is Kundalini energy expressed in the body.

In the subtle body, it is pure electricity.
In the physical body, it becomes libido.

So when urge is there, sex should happen.

If not today, tomorrow is fine.

But not suppression.

Communicate with your husband.

Both partners don’t need urges at the same time.

Sometimes he will have.
Sometimes you will have.
Sometimes both.

When both have, that is the best time.

Tantric Sex: The Yin–Yang Circuit

Tantric sex is when your energies circulate in a cycle.

His Shiva energy enters you.
It rejuvenates your masculine energy.

Your feminine energy enters him.
It rejuvenates his feminine energy.

Both become balanced.

This is the yin–yang circuit.

And yes—this is deep.

Do not delay.

The Timeline: Trip to China and January Physical Training

China.

So after you come back:

January will be focused on practical physical training.

You will do practices in front of me.

If not possible there, you will send video.
I will check whether you are doing correctly.

Strength will improve.

The Evidence: Sleep Apnea Improved

Then you shared updates:

Your husband has sleep apnea and the doctor asked for a breathing machine.

After you resumed intercourse, he slept through the night better.

You had loving intercourse again—third time in a week.

After intercourse, you still felt strong sexual energy till next day.

This is the power when two forces unite.

Masculine energy and feminine energy unite.
Alchemy happens.
Orgasm happens.

Both become healthier day by day.
Younger day by day.

This is part of Kundalini awakening.

Without sex, there is no super consciousness.

Vertical ascension happens only when you complete the horizontal aspect:

sacral chakra
root chakra

Without completing sexual urges, Kundalini cannot move upward.

So do not avoid sex.

Have sex.

But in a meaningful and right way.
