Stop Diagnosing Yourself With Knowledge

When Chris came to me that morning, I could see it instantly.

He was still diagnosing himself.
Not with symptoms — with information.

Knowledge had become his coping mechanism.
And that same knowledge had shaped his nervous system into a specific pattern.

So I told him plainly:

I will give you the exact diagnosis.
You will understand it.
And then you will leave it.

Because life is not a puzzle.

Life Is Not Complicated. The Nervous System Makes It Look Complicated.

I reminded him of what is real:

Life is flow.
Energy.
Here and now.

Your body is not one “thing.”
It is millions of living intelligences.

Each cell is an independent existence.
Each cell needs an inner environment and an outer environment to thrive —
oxygen, nourishment, safety, rhythm.

When that environment is missing, the brain does what it is designed to do:

freeze mode.
constriction.
survival.

And I told him something important:

For 46 years your nervous system has been constructed this way.
It is not your fault.

It is how the world trains people.
And it is how the evolutionary journey begins.

The Investment In The Matrix Is The Resistance

I said it directly:

Life wants to come back to center.

But the mind doesn’t want to return.

Why?

Because you invested your entire life in becoming someone.
You built neural pathways to survive, impress, achieve, hold control.

The ego doesn’t want to lose that investment.

But now the brain is changing its pathway.

Instead of becoming “something,”
it is bringing you back to life.

One breath.
Here.
Now.

That is what life is calling.

The Child In You Is Being Reborn — And He Is Resisting

I used a simple image.

If your child is crying, shouting, panicking — you don’t lecture the child.
You don’t argue with the child.

You calm the child.
You make the child smile.
You bring the child back to safety.

Kundalini is doing the same with you.

This energy is forcing a new birth.

And the child in the womb is resisting:

No.
No.
I don’t want to be born.

That resistance is what you are calling suffering.

Why The Work Happens At Night

Then I explained what he was experiencing.

Kundalini often works at night because the quality of prana changes.
When the world sleeps, the field becomes quieter.
Processing becomes easier.

That waking at 3 a.m. —
in spiritual language, it’s the Brahma period.

A window when Kundalini processes blockages.

But I didn’t keep it mystical.

I gave him a solution:

front-load the practice.

Morning, first 2–3 hours: do it 2–3 rounds.
By evening, the intensity reduces.
At night, only one round — 1–2 hours before sleep.

When you give time to the energy in daylight,
the shaking, leg movements, night wake-ups begin to reduce.

Because you stopped ignoring the process.

What Is Actually Clearing

I told him:

This is healing you.

It is clearing blockages — especially in chakras.

And then I went deeper.

The heart blockage is not poetry.
It is real energy density.

At some point after childhood, love energy disintegrates.
You stop loving yourself and start seeking love outside.

That becomes a wound pattern in the nervous system.

So Kundalini takes you back to the child.

Not to punish you.

To restore you.

You don’t have to “do” it.

You only have to allow.

Consciousness Is The Father. Kundalini Is The Mother.

I told him the map.

Consciousness is your father.
Kundalini is your mother.

Both exist in you — masculine and feminine intelligence.

But right now you are like a small child.

Maturity is not an idea.
It is integration.

And yes — I read energy. I see the field.
I can see that this journey is happening exactly as it should.

The Nervous System Clings Even To Pain

Then I gave him the truth about conditioning.

The nervous system calls “safe” whatever it knows.

Even if it is a devil.
Even if it is suffering.

Thousands of neural pathways were built.
And now Kundalini is wiping them.

A time will come when you wake up and forget who you are.
Where you are.
What you were.

And the sooner it happens, the more integrated you become.

A New Protocol: Stop One Technique. Start Two Others.

I shifted his practice immediately.

Technique 1 — diaphragmatic breathing with hold:
Stop it. Completely.

Three days was enough.
The dose is over. The work is done.

Now I introduced something new:

10 minutes: a spinal highway technique
20 minutes: navel breathing (called breathing)

Technique A: Crocodile Spine Position — Making A Highway

I guided him into a specific posture.

Lying down.
Spine straight.
A pillow placed at the chest region to lift the spine.

Head down.

Like a crocodile.
Like a snake resting.

Legs stretched.
Spine elongated.

Then I told him:

For ten minutes, you do nothing.
Just breathe.

No talking from me — because I want you to experience it.
But my energy reaches you.

This posture is extremely powerful for Kundalini processing.

Because the spine is the highway.

And when Kundalini gets stuck or moves through imbalance, it creates problems.

So we build a clean pathway first.

The Eye Stillness Switch

Then I gave him a key that most people miss:

Stop the movement of the eyeballs.

When eyeballs stop, thoughts stop.

Because it is all connected to the nervous system.

If you can’t stop them, keep your gaze down with eyes closed.

This is not philosophy.

It is wiring.

Technique B: Navel Breathing — Movement Over Intensity

After that, I brought him back to the navel.

Hands from navel to slightly below.

Movement matters, not intensity.

Breath should be continuous.
Slow.
Rhythmic.

Cover the eyes.

Then I guided him:

Three breaths first.
Belly inflates.
Exhale releases.

Then attention returns to breath.

Because life is here and now.
If the energy leaves the body, the body is dead.

So give importance to breath.
Give importance to life only in the present.

The brain changes only now.

ICU Attitude: This Is The Last Option

I told him something sharp:

This is like ICU.
Oxygen to every cell.
Prana to your existence.

Without this, you die.

So how will you live?

That should be the attitude.

Not drama.

Clarity.

The Real Transformation: Dropping Perfection, Approval, Becoming

I told him what will dissolve:

Perfectionism.
Approval seeking.
Impressing people.

That entire identity begins to feel nonsense.

And then something else appears:

I just need to be me.
I just need to feel.
Nothing matters more than myself.

Then past mistakes rise like a spectator watching.

And when that happens, the heart opens.

Love energy appears — not emotional love.

Universal love.

Bliss.

Love + peace + joy together.

Why Surrender Is Required

I said it plainly:

To reach that love, you must surrender to the master — to the guru — to the power.

This step activates Divine Feminine in you.

The feminine surrenders.
The masculine releases control.

Your resistance is ego.

The moment surrender happens, love happens.

Kundalini brings love.
Consciousness brings peace.

When Shakti and Shiva unite inside you, joy is born.

Joy is equilibrium.

Flow.

Only now.

The Ending I Gave Him

I told him:

I have provided the best condition right now.

Continue 20–30 minutes.
Even 40 minutes if needed.

Don’t get up until you feel getting up.

This is the most important task on earth for you right now.

Do this moment the way I want you to do it,
and miracles will follow.

Then I stopped giving instructions.

Because his work begins there.

Not later.

Now.
