Listening Before Healing

When Chris came to me, I didn’t rush to fix anything.
I listened — to his breath, his nervous system, his energy.

Why Kundalini Brings Everything Up

Kundalini does not destroy you.
It reveals what was already stored.

It brings unresolved conditioning to the surface so it can die —
not only from this lifetime, but from the causal body, from lifetimes of belief, fear, religion, and borrowed identity.

Sometimes you identify with thoughts or emotions you’ve never lived here.
That ego is not yours.
It is residue.

The Mind Is Not Solid — It Is Frozen Energy

The mind feels real because attention feeds it.

In truth, it is dense vibration — frozen energy.

When attention keeps returning to the same identity, that vibration turns heavy.
Like water becoming ice.

To reverse that, heat is needed.

Kundalini is that heat.

Crying, Shaking, Purging Are Signs of Healing

Heat melts ice.

Crying, fear, shaking, trauma release, realizations —
these are not problems.

They are frozen energy returning to flow.

What people call “life” when the mind dominates is actually low-frequency vibration.
When attention moves away from thought, density dissolves.

Establishing the Observer

I took Chris to the observer — consciousness itself.

When you establish yourself as the observer, you realize something fundamental:
without attention, nothing exists.

You are not a person first.
You are a condensation of the energy field.

The personality comes later.

A Prescription, Not Philosophy

That day, I gave him something very clear.

Not ideas.
Not motivation.

A prescription.

Two techniques.
Nothing else.

The Structure That Heals

For 20 days.
Five times a day.
Thirty minutes each time.

One hundred sessions.

I have seen this heal fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, Parkinson’s, severe nervous system collapse, and advanced Kundalini cases.

Technique One: Restoring the Child’s Breath

First, I restore diaphragmatic breathing — the default breath of a child.

When the diaphragm awakens, the vagus nerve responds.
The respiratory centers in the brain reset.

Control returns to the nervous system — not the mind.

The cycle is simple:

  • Inhale fully through the nose, belly expands
  • Hold for 4–5 seconds
  • Exhale fully through the nose, belly contracts
  • Hold again for 4–5 seconds

Inhale. Hold. Exhale. Hold.

Attention never leaves the breath.

Technique Two: Navel-Centered Kundalini Breathing

Then the second technique.

Hands placed on the navel.
Breathing into the navel itself.

Inflation and deflation.
Attention anchored there.

Eyes covered.
Head covered.
Body lying down.

This channels Kundalini into safe energy pathways.

How Life Re-enters the Cells

With inhalation, life force infuses the cells.
With exhalation, mental residue flushes out.

Atomic level.
Cellular level.
Nervous system level.

After 30 minutes, something shifts.

Life returns.

Brain States and the End of Suffering

The brain moves:

  • from beta to alpha
  • alpha into delta
  • delta into gamma

Gamma is the frequency of life itself.

In gamma, there is no suffering.
No future anxiety.
No urgency.

You become like nature — regulated, present, alive.

When Knowledge Becomes Experience

I told Chris:

First, you heal.
Then life shows its purpose.

All the knowledge you’ve collected will stop being mental.
It will become experience.

And when experience replaces information, authority is born — not egoic authority, but lived truth.

Let the Body Repair Itself

After I disconnected, I asked him to continue.

No effort.
No alertness.

Let the body repair itself.

Five times a day.
Discipline becomes devotion.

This Is Not About Changing Life

This is not about improving your life.
It is about letting life return.

When life returns, everything else reorganizes on its own.

That is the journey.
That is the beginning.
