The Question That Haunts the Morning
Every morning when you wake up, do you feel directionless? You do not know what to do with life, and the question arises in you: What next? Life itself is unpredictable.
You have conditioned yourself from the mind, and you feel that you can predict the future by doing predictable tasks. That is why you conditioned the mind to run in patterns. That is why you train yourself to learn the way of living life in patterns through the mind. And 99% of your life you have outsourced to the mind.
Your mind knows: every morning when you get up you need to rush for work. For 10 to 12 hours you are in the office doing a job that you hate at the core, and then coming back home, spending some time with your family members or getting into some addictions to run your life. And then the same pattern—going to sleep till 2:00.
You do not get sleep because there is no sense of completion in you. Your mind demands more, more, more, more—until the time comes when you have exhausted all the energy in the body, and still there is no guarantee that you get a good night’s sleep.
Somehow you sleep at night by making yourself super tired, super exhausted. And then the next morning when you get up, you feel the same question hunting you: What next?
Since you do not know what is next, you again go into the known territory—the territory of the mind that knows how to follow patterns, how to follow systems, how to follow the repeated patterns of living life that you have learned for the last 20, 30, 40, 50 years.
Since you do not know what is next—what is the unknown, what is the unpredictable life heading towards—you start operating from the same mental patterns, the same programming that you have been programmed with for 20, 30, 40, 50 years or 60 years or maybe more.
Flow or Pattern
You need to know one thing: if you want to really know what is next in your life, you have to flow with the life force. You have to be with the life that you are. You have to be one with the energy of consciousness and pure energy. The life force itself will guide you.
But if you are living in your mind—through mental patterns, through egoic conditioning, through your beliefs, through your insecurity, through your fear, through your lower energies of lack—where you do not trust life, you will not be able to flow with the life force. You will not be able to be one with the consciousness and live the life that you want to live.
Either you are following the patterns of the mind and living the same life, or you are open to the flow of life. You are allowing life to flow in you, and you are ready to be with life in the unknown land, in the unknown journey where you do not know anything.
You need to know that if you really want to change the way you are functioning in life, you have to be with yourself. Trust yourself. Trust your energy. Trust the inner guidance that comes from a higher source of consciousness. But that happens only when you are free, only when you are silent, only when you are ready for the unknown.
If you always remain busy, where will you get the space, time, and energy to peep inside—to go inside?
When Plan A Fails
If Plan A is not working for you—Plan A means working according to the plans of the mind, ego, societal conditioning, the matrix in which you are trapped—and you are getting the same results in terms of your career, in terms of your relationship, in terms of your health, in terms of your wealth generation, in terms of all the decisions of your life…
If you are following the decisions that the matrix takes, that the society takes on your behalf, or the similar decisions they take in their life—and you follow the same decisions—you will get the same result the way they are. They do not know what next. You do not know what next.
How is destiny created? How is the flow of life created? The more you are in the present and not in the past or future—in the present means you are one with the life energy. You are flowing with the life energy, and you know that nobody knows what will happen next. Still, you are one with this energy, so you are ready for the next movement: let me live this moment completely; then only I can move on to the next moment.
But if you are in the mind, you are either in the past—about the regrets, about the losses, about all the mistakes that you have done—or you are in the future, fearing or having desires to fulfill certain goals, certain ambitions, certain dreams that your mind wants to fulfill through you.
Once you know that if you follow life, your life is sorted. The question What next? will vanish because you are always ready for life. You do not know what life will bring, but since you are ready to take the challenge, to take the adventure, your brain is ready.
The Brain That Thrives on the Unknown
What next is connected to your brain. What next is connected to your potential to perform in life the way you want to perform—not as per the society or the matrix that wants you to perform in a certain way. You need to know one thing: our brain, the evolutionary brain, is designed in such a way that it is always ready for the surprises in life. It is always ready to take the challenge, to take the plunge, and to go into the unknown so that it can overcome those challenges and release real dopamine in you.
If your life is always predictable, after a certain time your brain stops releasing dopamine. Your brain stops releasing adrenaline, and these two hormones are responsible for your growth, for your prosperity, for your masculine energy to grow. Increased dopamine will lead to an increase in your testosterone level, and that will lead to an increase in your masculine energy that will take the risk, that will be always ready for what next.
If you do not know the solution, then do not get stuck in the problem itself. Since you do not know the solution, you are stuck in the problem and you are expanding the problem by mental masturbation. If you do not have any solution to the life that you are living, then take the unknown route. Take the unknown path. Do something different. Do something out of the box. Do something which is not according to your mental patterns.
The Maze of the Matrix
Matrix means you are circling around the same thing. You are in the maze. You are going from this direction, coming to this direction, then again coming to this direction—and again getting stuck. You are in the maze. When you are in the mind, all the options of the mind are predictable—and the results are predictable too.
Once you know that if you choose the other path—that is, the life path—you will keep yourself lighter. Lighter means you will not be bonded to unnecessary engagements or commitments that do not serve you. If your relationship is not working well with your spouse, with your children, with your parents, with your friends, society, or anyone—if the matrix that you have created, the world that you have created, is suffocating—you will get out of it.
You will keep yourself free enough so that you can live your life, and you know exactly what to do next. All right. Not a problem. The next moment is waiting for me. I am ready. I am ready to see what this next moment will bring.
Health: Return to Instinct
If you are unhealthy—if your health is not working with all the methods that you have tested till now—you will move towards the instinctive life. You will move towards the primitive life: Let me relax now. It is not my work to look into each and every organ, how to function. That is the function of my brain. Let the brain do it, and I be relaxed.
Who is this I here? I here is the energy, the life that you are—the consciousness, the pure energy that you are, the soul, the spirit that you feel.
Your task is to keep the brain in safe mode. Safe does not mean comfort zone. Safe means giving your brain the necessary conditions in which it can grow, it can prosper, it can take the challenges that need to be met for your health.
If a certain medicine is not working for you, stop taking it. Why are you abusing the whole body by taking medicines in wholesale quantity? Just stop it and let your body recover on its own naturally. Be sure that you are providing the basic things that are required for you when they are required. You need to eat healthy. You need to eat fresh vegetables, fish, fruits, nuts, seeds. Carbohydrates, proteins, minerals—everything is available from the food that you eat if you eat in the proper way—and your body will heal; the brain heals.
When you stop forcing outcomes and keep pushing from ego, from mind, from conditioning, and you allow other people to work on your body like a guinea pig, your brain is always under a sympathetic nervous system–activated mode. It is always under fight, freeze, and fight mode.
Your cortisol, the stress hormone, gets released unnecessarily. When too many people “take care of you” or surround you in the form of doctors, in the form of healers, in the form of family members—and you yourself, the ego—it is like too many surgeons working on the same guinea pig, and the guinea pig knows that it is going to die.
That happens with your brain.
A 30-Day Solitude Healing
If you want to know how your brain operates in real time to heal you, go on a solitude journey—a solo trip to an unknown place in nature—and do not do anything. Just do not do anything. Allow yourself to heal. Even if you are bedridden or having chronic health conditions for years, months, decades—you will heal in 30 days.
Once you know the taste of what it means to be healed—health itself means heal; health is through healing; healing is health—in 30 days you will come to know what true health means, what it means to take pleasure from the body.
And if it works for you, then make your life like that, where you do not need to decide what next. Life does not need this answered. What next? Anything can happen the next moment—and you will be ready for it.
If your health is good, you will become more productive—always. If you have a decision to take among all these areas of your life—health, wealth, relationship, and life in general—take the decision of health first, then go for relationship. Health is connected to your physical, mental, emotional, psychological—every aspect of your being. Once all aspects are energetically healed, you will be bold enough to take decisions for your relationship issues that have created trauma in your life, and you will want a permanent solution to get out of the matrix.
Relationship Truths and Independence
If you are married and in an unhealthy relationship with a narcissist wife, then take a divorce. Get out of that. If you are living with your parents and they are bullying you—even if you are an adult—if they are taking decisions on your behalf or they always make sure that you are answerable to them, then leave them. Once you have reached 20 years of age, leave your home and start your own life.
An adult man should not spend time with the family members as if he were handicapped. You should be protected, you should be taken care of, but not like someone who cannot stand on his own. You are mature enough to take care of yourself and become self-disciplined in life. Those who become self-disciplined in life do not need their parents—and parents do not make you disciplined. They bully you, they insult you, they make you feel that you are never enough. Even if you are the highest achiever in the world in any field of work, they will always say, “No, my son, you can do more.” Do more and more—waste more of your life energy into working more and more hours.
If you are earning in millions, they will ask you to earn in millions more. They are never satisfied. Their desire is never satisfied. And the same is with your spouse—she is never satisfied. A woman can never be satisfied with the man in terms of money and in terms of sex. She is never satisfied because she is the one who is the negative force in your life.
Understanding women is a different degree altogether to be taught later, but you need to know that you must not get into the trap of your parents, your spouse, or sometimes your children. Your children—whom you have given birth to—after certain years become a burden. Only the first two years of life that you spend with your children are filled with unconditional love.
Because in these two years, the children are innocent; they do not have mind. And then what happens? They carry the mind of their own from the previous birth, and in the same environment, with your wife, with you, the negativity that you share in the environment is transferred to the child automatically. If both of you are fighting, the children will learn how to fight. If both of you are competitive, the children will learn how to be competitive. They imbibe the same qualities as you, and then you say that they are not loving you. Are you loving your children unconditionally after two years of age, or are you putting pressure in the form of peacock parenting on your children?
You yourself are an outcome of peacock parenting from your parents. Parenting means that the ego of your parents is created from the achievements and the success that you are attaining in life. If you are studying well, then they find it prestigious to show off in the world, in the matrix—and nowadays on social media. Your parents take pride in your achievements, and that is why they invest in you—so that you grow higher in life. That is the investment of a real parent? A real parent will be unconditional with you. They will be concerned with your happiness. They will let you grow like an eagle. They will not make you a crow. They will not make you a sheep. They will make you a lion. But such parenting and such parents are rare in the matrix.
Look at yourself and see whether you are that peacock parent to your children.
Whatever be the complications in your matrix, in your life, in the world that you have created—you need to get out of it. Then the what next will not haunt you. Your mind will be dissolved because the very root cause of the problem is gone. That root is relationship. Where there is no relationship, there is no problem. And you are independent enough to take care of yourself. As long as you live, you will live freely. That is why you are born. That is what life’s message is.
Ikigai: The Direction of Purpose
When you are independent and your health is good—when you have no relationship issues—all the energy conserved will be utilized to live your life purpose. That is the what next: how to live your life purpose. Find your ikigai.
What is ikigai? First, discover what you love. Are you really passionate about it? Do you feel the drive to get up in the morning and follow your passion? If you have the drive, then that is your ikigai.
For example, you love photography. Every morning you get up and you start capturing moments or anything that feels like filming. You take the camera—or nowadays your phone—and you start recording something or the other. This means that is your ikigai. You love doing it; you are passionate about it. Then you learn the professional skills: good photography, good recording. If these are in tune with your energy, you go for the next two: does the world need it? Yes—100%. The world needs good professional filmmakers, editors, animation experts, graphic designers, and so many things. You can explore. If you are creating from your source with your passion, it will reach and touch other people.
You need to know this: if you can touch the lives of other people through your creativity, that will be the reason of your being. Once you start doing it, you will get all the insights, all the direction, all the intuition from inside about how to go about it, how to tread this path. This is just one example. You could be born for a specific reason. You could be a scientist. You could be a chef. You could be a creative person in any field. You could be an artist. You could be a dancer. You could be a singer, a musician. These professions are created from the source—not by society. Nobody can create a musician. Nobody can create an artist. Nobody can create a scientist. You could be an inventor. You could be a writer. You could be a good orator. You could be a dynamic influencer from superconsciousness.
But all of this you need to discover. You need to give time. When you give yourself that space, time, and energy to discover your ikigai, the first three factors will be fulfilled—and the last part comes at the end: the world is ready to pay for it. Pay for what? Pay for your talent. Pay for your creativity. You are bringing to this earth something new, and they are ready to learn from you, ready to invest in you, in your work, in your productivity, in your creativity. They also want to know the secret of tapping their ikigai.
You could be a consultant of the craft you have mastered. That is how the evolutionary journey has been so far, and you have lost it in the present world by being addicted to all the nonsense the matrix is serving you. Since the evolution of human civilization, we have learned how to teach anything you are expert at. You can teach others. You can be a consultant. You can be a coach. You can be someone who is showing the path. You could be a good leader. You can manage. There are so many multiple dimensions of energy you get acquainted with when you live life on its own and do not disturb it with your mind.
A 24-Hour Sadhana in the Unknown
To begin with, start with one day—24 hours. Do not do anything that is from the mind, from the patterns, from the conditioning, from the programming. Sit and wait for what life is guiding you towards. What is next coming up?
How to practice for 24 hours:
- Morning waking: Do not rush. Do not pick up the phone. Sit on the edge of the bed and feel the body’s sensations from feet to crown. Notice breath. No decisions yet.
- Water ritual: Do not drink a glass of water unless you feel genuinely thirsty. Wait, wait, wait. A moment will come—you will take the glass of water and drink one sip. Wait. Feel the body. If thirst is true, take the second sip. Wait. If the body asks, take the third. Stop when the inner signal ceases.
- Movement arises: If the next moment brings a subtle urge to move, let the body move. If you feel like dancing, dance. If you feel like stretching, stretch. If you feel like walking, walk—without destination.
- Sound and voice: If the next moment brings song, sing softly. If it brings silence, honor silence. If it brings recording or writing, do that—without editing, without judgment.
- Food: Eat only when hunger is felt in the belly—not in the head. Chew slowly. Put the spoon down between mouthfuls. Pause. Wait for the signal for the next bite.
- Rest: If tiredness arises, lie down. Close your eyes. Breathe as the body breathes itself. Do not “try” to sleep. Let sleep happen.
- Action: If an impulse for a task arises—not from compulsion but from freshness—do the smallest possible next step. Pause. Feel. Let the next step reveal itself.
- Sunset check-in: As day turns, sit quietly and scan your field. Ask no questions. Simply be. Let the next authentic movement arise.
- Night practice: Before sleep, review the day not with judgment but with awareness: where did you follow mind-patterns, and where did you follow life? Then release the review and rest.
Do not be in a hurry to go into the next moment until you get the guidance from inside. The next moment you may feel like dancing—you feel like moving your body—do that. The next moment you feel like singing—you feel like recording something—do that. Whatever comes—you feel like writing something—do it. Go with your feeling. The answer to What next? is: go with your feeling. Do not follow thinking. Thinking is of the mind, which is dead.
Life and death are here and now. And that is why I teach, I preach, and I live. This is my life: Live the moment and live the moment alive. Live the moment—and live here. Live the moment. This is my life. This is the Guru’s life. I live each moment. I do not move to the next moment until I have lived my life completely. This is the answer to your question What next? Live this moment and live this moment completely.
The Cascading Field You Create
When you live fully, you are ready again, with a new birth—and the new life is waiting for you the next moment. You live that life, and then again live that life; and then the next moment—whatever energy you radiate in this moment—is automatically transferred to the next moment. If you are living this moment completely, the positive and the high energy of life will be transferred to the next moment. That has a cascading effect because it vibrates.
The same is true if you are dying this moment—if you are negative in this moment, if you are depressed in this moment—you are carrying the same energy into the next moment. That is how your new destiny is created. So if you want to create a great future that you will enjoy in the present of that future moment, you need to live it now.
So what next? Life—only life. No death. Death happens to the ego. Death happens to the mind. Death never happens to life. The opposite of life is death—so live. Completely. Fully.
Create your wealth from this source by following your ikigai. Create your abundance. But for that, you have to be in this moment—completely, totally—being present with yourself, and seeing what is coming from higher consciousness.
Have a great day. Thank you.
