  3. Radiate the chosen signal. Gratitude, abundance, and clean ambition are high-frequency signals. Sit for two minutes radiating them through the chest as if light fills the room.
  4. Present-moment drill. Practice a friction-free micro-task: stand, walk to the kitchen, drink water, return, sit. No inner commentary. This demonstrates the principle: when attention is undivided, action is effortless. Apply the same state to your meeting.
  5. Aftercare. Immediately after the meeting, do not replay. Breathe, place attention at the navel center, and seal the field with a long exhale.

  2. Inhale gently through the nose.
  3. On a forceful but controlled mouth exhale, press inward and slightly upward under the sternum.

  5. Continue until you feel a clear fatigue or a wave of relief.
