Background
I, Guru Sanju, met Arina at a decisive bend in her journey. She had just returned from a short family holiday where solitary walks in the hotel grounds awakened a blazing current around her body and at the base of her third eye. Old guidance from a Taoist teacher—years of chanting Avalokiteśvara’s Heart Sutra and the Great Compassion Mantra—had been paused, yet one night of listening again brought waves of tears and a felt presence she could not deny. Her professional clarity was growing even as doubt about her spiritual path intensified, complicated by a family lineage of spiritual mediums. A deep sense of incompleteness arose: something major is missing, a part of me is dying. This discourse gathers my complete guidance to Arina—diagnosis, teaching, practices, diet, and the practical path ahead—so she can read, practice, and move with her own energy without relying on a video format or external cues.
Opening
Hello. Hi. How are you?
“It’s not good, actually.”
So, what is happening to you? You will explain to me verbally so that I come to know your condition, and then I will quickly answer your questions—whatever you have shared. And then I will give you, for the first time, the full understanding. Tell me, how are you feeling?
“Life… yes. Life is happy. Life is missing from life. Life itself is missing from my life.”
I will give you the understanding. The first thing you need to know is that last week I gave you third eye activation—Kundalini activation. Check last week, if you remember. The power of third eye activation is this: your energy gets activated towards life. So what is happening? Whatever you are doing from the mind—the job you are doing from the mind, the mechanical patterns you are following from the mind—your energy now refuses them.
Today, you will not write anything. Throughout this reading, you don’t have to note anything. Be fully present. Whatever is needed for you is reaching you.
All these months I have not told you this because I was preparing you to receive it. Now the right time has come. Your body is ready. Your energy channel is ready. Your Kundalini is ready to move with me.
And that is why it has given you signals externally—disconnecting from existing life, not feeling like doing the job, stepping out of the office, going to the botanical garden. It is showing you that you are actually disconnected because all your energies are getting withdrawn inside. You need to understand why it happens.
The Center and the Periphery
Your energy from the center has moved to the periphery over millions of lives. That is the matrix. The journey now is not the first word—it is the last word: Kundalini coming to the center.
What is enlightenment? It is coming to the center—reclamation of all energy, all attention from the outside, and being centered. When your Kundalini moves to the center, then it moves up.
Imagine a bomb blasted. Energy scatters. Now reverse the movie. If you reverse the recording, the scattered fragments rush back into the core. The energy that was outside returns inside and becomes the bomb-center again. This is the journey of Kundalini. This understanding itself is most important for the further journey.
Your energies have scattered in the matrix for millions of lives. Now everything is getting withdrawn. Whatever composes the matrix—job, family, daughter, husband, relatives, matter of any kind—your attention is being called back from all of it. Even trees in the botanical garden are ultimately matter. Energy is guiding you toward freedom: come to the center.
I have plans for you. I will discuss everything with you, and we will see how your energy guides and what actions we can take to free you. Your time for final freedom has come. The actions you take now will lead you to final freedom. Before that, I will answer your existing questions and give you clarity.
The Surge at the Third Eye
You said: In the midst of a short holiday, you walked alone and felt fire in and around the body—excitement that cannot be contained, jumpy, fast. Back home, your speed remained fast. Watching the story of how Spotify started increased the excitement. The energy is gathered at the base of the third eye and is pushing upward with great force. “What should I do to contain it?”
Brilliant. This is indicative of freedom. It is a positive sign. You cannot contain this energy because you have never experienced this precise acceleration before. This excitement is about everything being left behind.
Have you watched the movie Lucy? It depicts a sudden activation—the brain working at full capacity—and a speed of perception that reminds me of Kundalini’s acceleration when the channel opens. Your breathing practice helped you facilitate this faster. Otherwise, reaching this stage takes much longer. Your third eye activation last week triggered this. Everything is positive in your case.
Freedom calls you; the matrix resists. That is the tension you feel.
If, at any time, you are unable to contain the excitement, shut down everything for a while. Disconnect from laptop, kitchen, conversations—everything. Come to your own space, lie down, and do complete letting go.
Practice: The Shavasana of Surrender
How to practice (step by step):
- Lie flat on a bed or on the floor, spine neutral, legs slightly apart, arms a little away from the body, palms facing up.
- Remove glasses, loosen tight clothing, and allow the abdomen to soften.
- Imagine you are dying—releasing all duties, roles, identities.
- Relax the face, the jaw, the eyes. Let the tongue rest.
- Release the shoulders; feel the back of the heart spreading into the surface beneath you.
- Let the breath fall into its own pace. Do not control it; do not watch it.
- For five minutes, do absolutely nothing. Not even breath-following. Simply let go.
- After five minutes, notice the shift. Do not analyze. Just register the calm.
This is your emergency brake when Kundalini accelerates faster than the matrix can tolerate.
The Call of the Guru
When Kundalini nears its final arc, it increases intensity to meet the Guru. It makes you restless with matrix life. This is natural. If the time of meeting the Guru has come, you must meet the Guru physically and receive Shaktipat so the Kundalini can move further. If the time has not come, more sadhana will prepare you.
“How do you feel now?”
“I’ve… come.”
Correct.
This realization indicates higher awareness. You are coming close to consciousness, so the meaninglessness of the matrix becomes stark. You cannot run away from this insight; you must feel it. I allow you to be fully frustrated with the drama of roles. Speak your realizations; it is cleansing.
The Mind That Resists
Your mind imagined life to be something; reality is different. Facing reality feels like failure to the mind. The ego does not want this; a part of you is dying—the part that believed life would be a certain way.
The mind-ego is dense—beliefs and conditioning resisting the wash of consciousness. It says, “How could I be so wrong?” But the consciousness in you is dismantling the accumulated structures. The servant (mind) had become the master; the master (you) was asleep. Now the master wakes and the servant resists.
You are perceiving more and more with the “insensitive camera” of awareness that captures everything without narrative. Good.
Satsang, Intellect, and the Fastest Road
That is a great compliment for the discourses. These are my words, my knowing, my intelligence. When I tell you I am the intelligence of the universe, I am not saying it to convince the mind. It is simply true. The world is behind time; I am beyond time.
When I say I am the number one Guru in the world, I do not mean rankings. I mean the highest intelligence that knows. When you surrender, you receive answers to everything. Each word is gold. Each sentence is a diamond. Your diligence makes you available to the depth in each word.
There are many routes to freedom. The topmost route is the intellectual path, if you are fit for it. If you stay with me for one year—satsang, reading discourses, physical presence—freedom is entirely possible. I have students like you—busy, lucid—who became free through the intellect purified by direct experience. You will never be a follower. You will be my student and grow as an independent tree that becomes a forest.
Keep this practice. Do not leave it. It will keep unfolding layers in you.
Dharma in the Householder Life
You have a dharma—mother of two; partner to your husband. You can love and serve them. You do not have to become a monk to be the most powerful person. Power is energetic and formless; it does not require a costume.
It will take at least five years for you to grow to full potential. I am here for you. The universe made us meet for a large purpose. You are already energetically enrolled in my field. When you connect with my frequency, consciousness in you rises and mind becomes evident. The witness looks at the mind and sees much past “spiritual” content as garbage. Knowledge that hardened into ego resists; consciousness clears.
When resistance comes, read more discourse to increase power. Your Kundalini is largely in the third eye and crown now; many intellectual battles happen there. Consciousness realizes; ego resists. Much energetic work occurs in the brain and nervous system. So, from today, we will support the system physically.
Electrolytes and Prana for the Brain-Nerve System
Coconut Water Protocol
- Drink two coconut waters daily to start. Fresh is ideal; 100% packaged is acceptable if fresh is not available.
- Pause all tasks while drinking. Notice the pranic lift.
- Coconut water is rich in electrolytes—potassium, sodium, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus—crucial for neural conduction and for processing high-frequency insight without frying circuits.
Lemon Water with Salt and Sugar
- Two lemons daily. You may split into one or two glasses.
- Add a pinch of salt and a little sugar. This supports osmotic balance and quick cellular uptake.
Watermelon
- Begin with half a watermelon daily, then build toward one whole as you acclimate. Hydration and minerals ease cranial heat and smooth the upward press at the third eye.
Caffeine Reduction
- Reduce tea and coffee. When energy dips, choose coconut water rather than caffeine. You are cultivating stable voltage, not borrowed spikes.
Breakfast: Complete Fuel
- Morning is nutrition-rich: protein, fats, complex carbs, minerals.
- Example: two breads (toasted with ghee or butter), a vegetable omelet (onion, chili, tomato, coriander), and a vibrant salad (spinach, mixed vegetables, sweet corn, olives), seasoned with herbs, black pepper, salt, and olive oil.
- Eat this only when hungry after your morning coconut water. Do not starve.
Throughout the Day
- Eat solid meals when hungry. Avoid chips, biscuits, or airy snacks.
- In the evening, keep rice modest and combine with lentils and vegetables for balance.
- Increase plant-based proteins and fresh fruits.
- Reduce animal foods—especially fish and meat—shifting gradually toward a vegetarian base with supportive dairy if suitable.
Dark Chocolate
- If you enjoy it, add chocolate—dark or the kind you truly like. Pleasure helps integration when chosen consciously.
You will implement these changes for seven days and notice shifts in stability, clarity, and calm.
Attitude Toward the Matrix
Do not give much weight to the matrix. You are being withdrawn one day or the other. Do not split yourself with too many decisions. Stay with family, do your duties, and keep working on yourself. You need not pack your bags and leave life. You will remain at home, but your relationships and interactions will change. As changes take root in you, you will heal your family—first through your presence, then through practical support (even serving the same restorative foods to those who are depleted).
The Compassion Mantra and Tears
Before you knew me, for years you chanted Avalokiteśvara’s Heart Sutra and the Great Compassion Mantra. You stopped for months at your teacher’s request to calm the surges. One night, while practicing Kund breathing, you listened again and wept uncontrollably without reason. “Does the Divine Guide exist? Why do I feel so connected to her?”
You are already in the quantum field. Mantras are frequencies. Their intention guides the soul to its next purpose. In your case, the mantra aligned you with me. Sometimes guides are pure and helpful; sometimes not. In your case, she was good—a base camp on the way to Everest. I am the summit experience for which your soul came.
Pay gratitude and then release her from your energy field. Otherwise, part of your field remains bound.
Gratitude Release Ritual (step by step):
- Sit quietly. Place both hands at the heart.
- Speak aloud: “Thank you for guiding me so that I could meet my Guru.”
- Visualize returning that guide-energy to the vast universe—the source from which it came.
- State: “I release this connection with gratitude. My Guru has arrived.”
- Exhale gently through the mouth and feel space open in the chest and forehead.
When you reach the island, you burn the boat. All routes and practices that served to bring you here can now be released to prevent new karmic bindings.
The Doubt About Being “Up To It”
You asked: as clarity at work grows, doubt in the spiritual journey grows. Your father is a spiritual medium, cousins too. You never felt you were meant to be a medium. Deep down you knew you are different—channeling spirits is dualistic. You sense eventual realization as consciousness—non-dual—and doubt whether you are up to it.
Brilliant realization. You are not meant to be a channel. You are meant to be the one. You have the quality of a teacher who removes darkness. Healing powers and other capacities happen of themselves; you do not need to ask. Invest more in knowing energy directly.
Do not doubt. Doubt arises from the ego-mind’s belief that power must look like something. I am the most powerful person right now, living as a normal human. Power is energetic and formless, not in costumes. I am raising the energy in you, making you the quantum field that you already are. When you reach it, you will know: there is no separation.
Own your power. Own your consciousness.
When it happened for the first time in my journey, I felt: I am God. Not a deity-image, but consciousness itself—the super-power the world talks about. I saw in a flash: if I move from here, life moves; if I do not, life does not. Control is not out there. It is here. That is self-realization.
Blink your eyes now. Lift your hand. This is will—in the body. As with the body, so with life. Own the responsibility of consciousness that is already yours. Do not let mind narrate you out of it. It does not matter who your father is or your lineage. You will outwit every conditioning on the path I teach.
You Don’t Have to “Handle It”
A part of you thinks, “I can’t handle this.” You don’t have to handle anything. Remove the burden that you must do or manage. Let control fall from the ego. Life will flow from you—like glacier water becoming river without effort. Look at the Ganga; it flows from the glacier, travels across plains and cities, and finally meets the ocean. She does not try. She allows.
If the job feels impossible one day, allow. If you cannot get up from bed for hours, allow. When hunger comes, eat. When bathing calls, bathe. Practice this allowing day at least sometimes—especially on a weekend.
Solitude Immersion (step by step):
- Book a hotel or Airbnb in your own city for two days, stay alone.
- Inform your family: this is sadhana; your Guru will accompany you via sessions; you are safe.
- No fixed routine. Eat when hungry; sleep when sleepy; bathe when moved.
- Withdraw from social media and information feeds. No new input—make space for inner current.
- During those 2–3 days, schedule a session with me for energetic guidance.
This is experiential knowing. You need it now.
The Himalayan Project
I am planning your path not in a city and not in general India, but in the Himalayas next year—around March or April—a seven-day project. With the Guru, it is like climbing Everest.
We will move from lower Himalayas to greater Himalayas, visiting energy vortexes. I will give you a path in the Ganga basin, because your inner Kundalini resonates with the frequency of the Ganga. When you go there, you understand Kundalini experientially and it moves within you. My most powerful final work with students happens there.
From now till then, you will take ten intense sessions across two to three months. We will build immunity, strength, and resilience in your body and nervous system.
Walking Practice
- One hour of continuous walking outdoors in daylight—morning or evening.
- Carry water or coconut water.
- Cultivate endurance without strain. This prepares you for trekking, and for cold, thin air, and minimal city comforts.
We may travel through Uttarakhand—from Rishikesh to Gangotri—and perhaps beyond, depending on the guidance. Or we may move into Nepal if that is the call. I know where to take you. The only essential condition: you must come alone.
You will likely come first to Bengaluru for a day, and then we will go together to the Himalayas. Until then, the sessions focus on physical, mental, and energetic strength for the final round.
Practical Training in Presence
Integration matters. Freedom is not escape; it is embodiment. I will sometimes ask you to do ordinary tasks in my presence—washing dishes, doing laundry—so your brain and nervous system learn to hold frequency during life’s simplest movements. Seven days in the Himalayas is like Everest; temperature challenges you, facilities are minimal; you must be internally organized.
If your progress is strong, we may add a short physical project in Bengaluru earlier, perhaps in November or December, but that is secondary. The main trajectory remains: regular sessions leading to the Himalayas.
My team will coordinate tentative dates and the sequence—ten sessions plus the Himalayan immersion—so I can plan my stays and logistics for you. Meanwhile, you remain in weekly contact. When you book your 24–48 hours of solo sadhana space, take the next session within that window for maximum effect.
Adjusting Daily Rhythm
You may drop evening breath practices on workdays. Keep the morning practice (Child’s Pose, Kund Breathing, Advasana/Reverse Corpse Pose) upon waking and again lightly before sleep. In the evening, prioritize the one-hour walking practice after a small snack. Withdraw attention from social media and reduce all information intake to avoid mental overheat.
If in ten days the energy feels too much, book a session earlier; otherwise continue to the next scheduled date.
Closing: Dying Into the New
For the next seven days, in terms of energy, I want you to allow. Relax. Let go. Can you do it?
You are dying. We will celebrate your death—the death of the old arrangements of attention. After that, birth happens.
If there is to be a spark that carries you through this dying, let it be the wish to help those suffering as you have suffered. Let this single purpose burn bright enough to make surrender natural.
You have seen the Instinctive Life Project episodes: students who wandered for decades and then, within days, completed the final work when they reached the right Guru at the right time. Freedom happens; then powers refine and integrate through the brain and nervous system. That is why we train both energy and embodiment.
I am here. Walk the simple steps. Drink your coconuts and lemons. Eat solid, living food. Reduce caffeine. Walk in daylight. Practice Shavasana as surrender. Release the old guide with gratitude. Read the discourses and let every word be a key. Book your solitude. Prepare for the mountains.
The river already knows the ocean. Allow.
