Kundalini Shaktipat Through Tree and Earth Vortex – Grounding with Guru Sanju

Background

In this sacred session of Kundalini Shaktipat on Grass and Ancient Tree Vortex, I guided a student into the deeper dimensions of grounding and presence. This session took place in a secluded natural space, surrounded by ancient trees and cool, moist earth. The purpose was to awaken the student’s capacity to feel life directly, without mental interference. The focus of this transmission was to experience how mind delays life, while grounding through the earth and tree vortex instantly brings one into the now.

As the session unfolded, I explained how inflammation, disconnection, and inner restlessness arise from excess electrical charge in the body—how the Earth, being the great absorber of negative charge, heals this imbalance when we ground barefoot or through direct touch with living trees. This transmission was not merely an exercise; it was a direct Kundalini Shaktipat, activating the body’s intelligence to release its accumulated tension and merge with the frequency of the Earth.

The Dialogue of Presence

When you act through the mind, every experience becomes delayed. It passes through multiple layers of judgment, interpretation, and memory. You begin to analyze what is happening rather than feel it. I explained to my student, “When you experience something directly, it happens in the moment—instantly. But when you process it through the mind, it gets filtered, colored, and shaped by your past. What you end up perceiving is not life itself, but an edited version of it.”

He nodded, realizing that his previous way of living had been through interpretation, not presence. I continued, “The moment you consciously change your responses, your entire energy begins to shift. When you are grounded in awareness, your response is spontaneous. When you are trapped in the mind, your response is delayed and distorted.”

The Experience of Grounding

I then asked him to become aware of what he was feeling while standing barefoot on the grass. The ground was cool, moist, and alive. Leaves were falling silently around us. I said, “Now you see the difference—when you ground yourself in nature, the delay between life and experience disappears. You feel instantly. The body and Earth connect in one flow.”

He confirmed this sensation. There was no delay in experiencing life. His awareness expanded, free from analysis.

I explained further, “When you are on the grass, the practical aspect of this grounding is healing. The inflammation within your body begins to disappear. The free radicals—extra electrons that cause inflammation—are absorbed by the Earth through the force of gravity. The Earth is the great reservoir of negative charge. Our body, filled with excess positive charge due to stress, emotions, and toxins, is instantly balanced when we make contact with it. Walking barefoot transfers these charges, restoring harmony. The result is the integration of Kundalini energy within you.”

The Tree as a Living Vortex

I guided him to an ancient tree nearby. “Now hug this tree,” I said. “This is not just any tree—it is a living vortex. Embrace it lovingly.”

He hesitated, unsure how. I instructed gently, “Not with hesitation—hug it with your full being. Like you would hold your partner, your beloved, your wife. Let the whole body make contact. The trunk should touch your chest, your palms, your face. Close your eyes and surrender.”

He followed. As his arms wrapped around the trunk, his energy began to shift. I could feel the vibration of his field merging with the life pulse of the tree. I guided further, “Now, place your feet fully on the ground. Feel the coolness beneath you. Let your toes spread naturally, the soles pressing gently into the earth. This is how the grounding circuit is completed. Breathe. Let your body become one with the living tree.”

The Integration of Energy

As he held the tree, I watched the stillness settle into his nervous system. His breath slowed down, his face relaxed. The mind was no longer active. I said softly, “Now, feel how light you are becoming. Your body is absorbing the vibration of the Earth and the consciousness of the tree. These trees have seen hundreds of years of silence. They hold the memory of balance. By embracing them, you are remembering your original balance.”

After a few moments, he smiled, eyes still closed, whispering, “It feels unique… I’ve never experienced this before.”

I laughed gently and said, “Yes, it is unique. Because it is real. When you connect to the living Earth through your body, you experience life without delay, without distortion. The Kundalini energy flowing in you now is being grounded into the Earth through your body. This is true integration. Without grounding, energy remains chaotic—rising up without purpose. But when grounded, it becomes consciousness.”

Living the Grounded Life

We remained silent for some time, surrounded by the rustling leaves and the faint hum of nature. The Earth, the tree, and the human body had become one circuit of energy.

I finally said, “This is the art of Energetic Mastery through Grounding. When you walk barefoot, when you hug trees, when you sit on the earth after a Shaktipat, your body stabilizes the energy that I have transmitted to you. Do not underestimate the intelligence of the Earth. She is your mother, your healer, your silent Guru.”

He nodded again, his eyes filled with calm clarity. “It’s so unique,” he repeated.

I smiled. “Yes. Unique, yet it is the most natural thing in the world. You were meant to live like this—from the Earth, through the body, into the Spirit.”

And in that stillness, beneath the ancient tree, the Shaktipat continued—wordless, timeless, grounded in the eternal hum of life.
