Healing Schizophrenia Through Kundalini Postures and Natural Activities

Background

In this discourse, I, Guru Sanju, share the healing journey of Ahana, a student suffering from schizophrenia. Over the course of several sessions, I guided her through natural and spiritual rehabilitation — a combination of postural therapy, grounding, breathwork, and instinctive activities. This method, part of my Energetic Mastery framework, works not through medication but through deep realignment of the body’s energy channels, spinal flow, and Kundalini current. Each activity is designed to reawaken the primitive intelligence of the brain, regulate the nervous system, and restore balance to the chakras.

Ahana’s condition had kept her in a state of fear, anxiety, and physical rigidity. Through consistent practice — including specific sleeping postures, Shavasana, house-grooming movements, and interaction with animals — she began to experience calmness, confidence, and mental coherence. This discourse captures one of her live sessions and the techniques I shared to help her body, mind, and Kundalini flow in harmony.

Healing Through Observation and Physical Awareness

Today, I asked Ahana about her present state — her health condition, food habits, sleep, and general wellbeing. I wanted to understand whether her daily rhythm was improving.

I began by asking, “How is your sleep quality?”

She replied affirmatively, saying she was sleeping well. I asked whether she was completing her sleep cycle of eight to nine hours, even if it was interrupted. She confirmed that she was. Then I asked, “When you wake up, do you feel fresh or tired?”

She mentioned occasional fatigue, which indicated that her spinal and heart energy were not yet fully balanced.

Teaching the Ardha Shalabhasana Variation for Spinal Flow

To correct her posture and restore spinal vitality, I instructed her to perform a variation of Ardha Shalabhasana (the half-locust pose) using a pillow.

I explained gently, “Place a pillow beneath your chest and lie down in a relaxed way. Let the pillow lift your chest slightly while your head rests comfortably to one side. The abdomen should remain soft, and the spine should form a natural curve.”

I demonstrated how the pillow must be correctly positioned — under the chest, not under the stomach or neck. I told her to ensure there was nothing blocking her movement and to remove any extra fabric that disturbed the posture.

Once she adjusted, I said, “Now lie down completely. Let your body rest. Stay in this position for five to ten minutes.”

As she relaxed, I guided her, “When you stay in this pose for an hour or two during the day, your spinal alignment will be restored. After any physical activity, you can return to this pose for rejuvenation. In this position, the Kundalini energy flows smoothly through the spine because the curvature of the spine is maintained in its natural, divine geometry.”

Entering Stillness and Observing Relaxation

I asked Ahana to continue lying in the pose while I spoke softly. I told her, “Forget that this is a session. Just close your eyes, breathe naturally, and surrender to stillness.”

Her breath slowed, and the state of relaxation deepened. I asked her to cover her eyes gently with a cap to block external light and to observe the internal calmness rising from within.

After five minutes, I asked her to slowly sit up and become aware of her body. “Now,” I said, “feel the difference before and after this posture. Notice whether your body feels lighter, whether the mind feels more peaceful.”

She smiled faintly, acknowledging that her body felt calmer.

Counterpose: The Power of Shavasana

To balance the backbend, I instructed her to move into Shavasana — the corpse pose.

I guided her, “Now lie flat on your back, arms slightly away from the body, palms open. Keep your feet relaxed and eyes closed. Let your body completely surrender.”

She removed the pillow, but I told her, “If you feel strain in your back or neck, you can use a thin pillow under your head. The goal is total relaxation, not stiffness.”

Both these poses — the chest-supported Ardha Shalabhasana and Shavasana — work in tandem. One restores the spinal curve and energy flow; the other releases muscular tension and integrates the healing.

Unlocking the Heart Chakra Through Posture and Movement

After she completed Shavasana, I asked her how her jaw and shoulder tension felt. She said it was reduced. I explained, “This tension is arising because your heart chakra is still blocked. When the heart is heavy with unprocessed emotion, it reflects as tightness in the jaw, shoulders, and neck. We will work on this gradually through movement and activity.”

Then I told her to begin grooming — sweeping or cleaning the floor — as an energetic exercise.

“Now get up and start grooming the house,” I instructed. “Use your full body, not just the hands. When you groom, involve the shoulders, back, and legs. Move consciously — standing first, then sitting. This activity awakens the root and sacral chakras while balancing the spine.”

She started sweeping. I observed her movements and guided her posture.

Correcting the Movement for Energy Circulation

I noticed she was using a short broom, which restricted her motion. I told her, “Do you have the long, traditional broom — the one used in Indian homes? The long broom allows the full movement of the body. When you use a short one, only your hand muscles are engaged. But the long broom activates your arms, shoulders, spine, and abdomen.”

I explained by lifting an object to demonstrate, “When you hold the long broom and sweep in large arcs, the energy moves through your entire body. Your hand moves outward, your back stretches, and your pranic flow increases.”

She nodded, understanding the importance. I asked her to buy the longer broom for future practice, but for now to continue with what she had.

I encouraged her to keep moving rhythmically and said, “Let every stroke of the broom become a dance of awareness. Breathe out as you move, and let the body express itself fully.”

Engaging the Full Body in Natural Motion

As Ahana continued sweeping, I guided her to synchronize her breath and movement. “Involve your full body. Let your hips move naturally, let your spine bend gently. Don’t hurry. This is not mere cleaning — it’s grounding. It’s meditation through movement.”

After several minutes, I asked her, “Is the entire room done?”

She smiled and said, “Almost.”

I replied, “No, do it completely. Finish what you start. Completion builds energy integrity.”

When she finished, I congratulated her and said, “Good. You are improving. Your stamina and focus are increasing.”

Reconnecting with Nature and Instincts

Next, I asked her about her comfort in nature. She said she could now climb and move around more easily. I encouraged her, “That means your body’s coordination is returning. Nature is your medicine. Continue exposing yourself to it.”

Then I spoke about her fear of dogs. “When you meet dogs, don’t panic. Offer your hand and let them smell you. Speak lovingly to them. Animals sense your energy better than humans. If you are fearful, they respond with fear or aggression. But if you are loving, they reflect that love. They are coexisting beings — extensions of the same universal consciousness.”

I told her about my upcoming movie Sanju Frequency – The New Life Frequency, which demonstrates how I connect with animals — monkeys, dogs, and many others — through energy and instinct. “When you watch it,” I said, “you will understand how energy communication works between species.”

I reminded her, “All fears belong to the mind. When I expose you to natural experiences, I am actually helping you dissolve that mind. That’s where healing begins.”

Preparing for the Next Phase of Healing

I explained to Ahana that after a few more days of home-based activities like grooming and mindful movement, I would take her to a natural forest or open space. There, she would practice instinctive physical activities — walking barefoot, connecting with the soil, observing animals, and activating the primitive brain through sensory engagement.

“If the internet connection supports it, I will guide you live from nature,” I said. “Otherwise, I will give you the instructions to do it yourself. Your brain is healing gradually, and your primitive intelligence — the core instinctive part of your consciousness — is being reactivated.”

I asked her to keep watching my upcoming series on Negative Ions and Kundalini Healing, which explains how the natural environment charges the body with life energy. “Don’t miss any episode,” I told her. “The movie will come first, followed by the episodes. They will show you the next stage of your journey.”

Integrating the Lessons and Closing the Session

I concluded the session by summarizing the three pillars of her healing practice:

  1. Breathing and posture techniques — such as Ardha Shalabhasana with a pillow and Shavasana.
  2. Grooming and natural body movement — to reawaken physical intelligence and release emotional stagnation.
  3. Interaction with nature and animals — to dissolve fear, reconnect with instincts, and balance brain chemistry through grounding and negative ions.

I told her, “Continue these practices until our next session. I will take your progress report on the fifth day.”

Then I ended gently, “You are healing beautifully. Remember — when the body, mind, and nature move together in harmony, schizophrenia dissolves naturally. The more you live instinctively, the more your true self awakens.”

Reflection

This case demonstrates that schizophrenia is not merely a psychological condition — it is an energetic imbalance. Through spinal alignment, movement, and grounding in natural environments, the disturbed mind finds stillness. The body remembers its rhythm, the heart opens, and the Kundalini flows freely once more.
