Healing Fibromyalgia and Nervous System Pain Through Kundalini and Breathwork

Background

Kristine joined The Freedom Project after years of suffering from chronic pain, insomnia, and nervous system imbalances. She had been consulting multiple external sources and collecting fragmented information about her symptoms, which only deepened her confusion. When she approached me, Siddha Guru Sanju, I identified that her pain was not purely physical but rather energetic—stemming from disrupted Kundalini energy, unresolved trauma, and a severely disintegrated nervous system. This session marked the beginning of her healing process through surrender, breath regulation, and energetic restoration. The following discourse captures the complete guidance, techniques, and energetic transmission shared with her during her first Freedom Project session.

Surrendering the Mind to Begin Healing

Kristine, from today onwards, you are part of the Freedom Project. For the next thirty days, you are under my direct guidance, and I will be working on you deeply. Therefore, you must stop all other consultations. You need to surrender fully to this process.

If you continue to carry layers of information and knowledge gathered from outside sources, I cannot work effectively on you. Healing begins only when the mind stops interfering. My first condition is simple: trust me, surrender your accumulated knowledge, and let me do the work.

All that you are experiencing—your sleeplessness, your pain—is connected to Kundalini and trauma. I can remove that pain. I can restore your sleep. But for that, your surrender must be total. Leave all your analytical thinking aside; it only feeds resistance.

Understanding Fibromyalgia as Energetic Pain

You do not have a purely physical pain. It is a stimulated pain, a triggered response of the nervous system. When your brain perceives thoughts as threats, it begins to create pain sensations in the body without any real event.

This pattern is known as fibromyalgia—a condition where pain is generated by overstimulated neural pathways rather than injury. For example, the mind may create a sense of war when there is no actual danger. The nervous system keeps firing survival responses, producing pain and fatigue.

Your energy field has become functionally disintegrated, too distorted for normal nerve communication. Therefore, before addressing your emotions or thoughts, your brain and nervous system must be healed through energetic recalibration and breathing techniques.

Preparing the Mind and Body

Now, let us begin. Keep your phone at a stable position. Sit comfortably and be free.

We will start with a simple breathing technique that will bring stillness to your nervous system. Your only role is to follow my instructions with awareness and trust.

The Healing Breath Technique

Sit comfortably. Keep one hand on your chest and the other on your belly. Keep your head slightly tilted forward—not too much, just enough to keep your spine relaxed and your neck free of tension.

Now, inhale slowly through your nose and exhale from your mouth completely. As you exhale, deflate your belly fully. Let all the air, all the trapped gases, be released. Your belly should move inward as you exhale.

Continue this for a few breaths. Inhale through your nose, exhale through your mouth.

Now, after a full exhalation, hold your breath for a few seconds before you breathe in again. Do not strain. Just observe.

Inhale—exhale completely—then hold. Repeat this cycle gently: inhale, exhale, hold.

When you exhale completely, your belly must feel empty and soft. Keep your eyes closed throughout the process.

Breathe in again, exhale slowly through the mouth, and when the exhalation ends, hold your breath for a moment. Then let the body breathe on its own. Do this rhythm several times.

Entering Deep Stillness

Continue inhaling and exhaling consciously. Feel the tension melting away with each breath.

When you exhale, imagine all the mental noise, all the accumulated worries, leaving your body with the air. Feel the belly deflating fully as if all the stress trapped in your gut is being released.

Keep your eyes closed. Feel your entire being slowing down.

Breathe in deeply through your nose, exhale slowly through your mouth, and then hold. Let the stillness enter you during that hold.

Repeat this process two more times. Inhale, exhale, hold. Then relax completely.

Observing the Energy Shift

Now, get up slowly. Walk around the room and observe your body. Notice how your inner state has changed.

Do you feel a shift in your fear levels?

Observe any sensations in your body, especially your hands.

You might feel a burning or tingling sensation in your palms. That burning pain is energy release—it is a good sign. It shows that the suppressed trauma and nervous energy are beginning to move out of the system.

Healing Through Rest and Mouth Exhalation

Now lie down. Place both your hands on your navel—palms facing downward. Your hands should rest comfortably over your belly.

Close your eyes and begin to exhale from your mouth slowly.

Do this continuously for thirty minutes. The exhalation should be gentle, deep, and natural. If you fall asleep, allow it to happen. Sleep itself will assist the healing process.

After thirty minutes, take a short break. Eat something light or drink water, then repeat the same process again for another thirty minutes.

So, in total, you will complete one hour of mouth exhalation practice.

After finishing, message me, and I will take your next session within the next one and a half to two hours.

Purpose of the Practice

This process will bring calm to your nervous system and eliminate the burning sensation. It will restore the flow of Kundalini in the body. When the belly is deflated through exhalation, the body’s energy moves downward, grounding the system and balancing the excess charge that causes pain.

Inhalation will happen naturally on its own. You are not forcing it. You are simply allowing your system to release the old trapped energies.

Remember: keep your eyes closed, exhale through your mouth, and surrender to the rhythm.

Do not think of anything while doing this. Just be with your breath.

Integration and Closing

Kristine, what you are experiencing is not a disease—it is an awakening gone through imbalance. Your nervous system is trying to adapt to a higher frequency, but trauma and resistance have distorted its signal.

Through this breathwork, your body will start to recalibrate itself. Pain will reduce, sleep will return, and the brain will begin to trust life again.

Today marks the beginning of your healing. Surrender fully for these thirty days, and let me work on your energy field. Together, we will bring your Kundalini into harmony and awaken your natural sleep, vitality, and peace.
