Breath-Based Healing for Suppressed Trauma Release

Background (about this case)

In this session, I, Guru Sanju, am working with Vandana in a live healing and concentration internship. She has already experienced improvement from our earlier work, yet she still carries unsettling, suppressed energy—especially in the lower body. My purpose here is twofold: to diagnose her energetic state through breath and nostril dominance, and then to move her into deeper release and awakening through Energetic Mastery Method techniques. As I guide her, I am not only teaching techniques; I am also transmitting power to unblock energies that she cannot access alone. This session is designed to melt and evaporate old traumas out of her system, activate her vagus nerve, open blood vessels through deep sonic exhalation, and balance ida–pingala flow through structured breath sequences. Finally, I take her into witness-consciousness, teaching her how to locate the center of awareness and remain there beyond the session.

Opening and Diagnosis

Hello? Yes. Am I audible to you? One second.

Yes. Are you ready? Yes. Good. I will diagnose you today again. And according to that, I will start the session. Okay. So please come a little clearer, closer. Yes.

Switch on the light on your face so that you are visible—not too bright or anything. Yes.

You will use the phone. No, keep your phone on silent mode. You are taking the session from your phone, so silent mode. Okay.

Just move the camera a little. Yes. Is it alright? Okay. You can blink your eyes. All right.

Now show me your hands one by one. Left or right hand first. Yes. And now your left hand. All right. Relax.

Mostly, I will be healing you today. Okay. So you just need to move from one technique to the other technique. Initially you don’t need to cover your eyes. Later I will tell you when to cover them. Yes.

You need to understand your case first. When you are detached from yourself, you will be able to understand what case you are solving.

Whatever I guide you in this session—whatever I teach you, and whatever power transmission I do, energy transmission I do—that directly affects your healing. I have the power to move your energies. I have the power to unblock your energies. So if you are totally present, you will get the benefits in the session itself.

At the same time, if you are learning the techniques and applying them again, you will heal faster. That’s the only thing. But there is no compulsion. If you are not finding time or you are not willing to do it, it’s all okay.

So you are feeling better than that day? After that day, you are feeling good? Yes. Alright.

Sensing the Energy in the Head

Now close your eyes and feel in your body, in your head first of all. Be aware of your head region from the front to the back. Do you feel any movement of energy on your forehead, on your crown, or on the back of your head? Any cooling sensation or heat sensation? Any vibration? Strong vibration.

You do not have to feel right or not. Just feel whether it is cool sensation, heated sensation, or none of this—just vibration.

Good answer. Because unsettling energy happens when you come in contact with my energy. All the suppressed energies are brought to the surface, and then you are released from them. These are traumas lodged deep down in your system, but you do not have the power to bring them to the surface and heal them. I have the power.

With my powers, all these energies merge—these get melted. Sometimes they evaporate and come to the surface. If it is melting, you will cry. If it is evaporating, you may become angry, but it will be released from the system. I will do that.

You just need to give me the right feedback so that I can work on you. All right.

Checking Nostril Dominance

Next step: I am guiding you. You just need to follow. Do not use your mind.

Put your hands like this—leave a little gap like a triangle in front of your nose. Breathe normally. While breathing, feel from which nostril your breathing is more dominant. First check whether any nostril is totally closed. Then check which nostril is sending more air.

Close your eyes. Take a few breaths. Keep your eyes closed and check.

Put your hands; don’t use your fingers. Just place the palms lightly in front of the nostrils while breathing. You need to be more aware: which side is dominant, left or right? Left. And the right side—is it totally closed? It is happening but very low.

This means your left is good. That is a good sign, but right should also be active. Since it is morning for you and right is less active, it’s because right nostril connects to sympathetic breathing, to pingala nadi. When right is active, you will be more active in life.

But you are working at night, so this is your night-time according to your body clock. After some time, you must be sleeping. So left being dominant is a good sign: you are in rest-and-digest mode.

These two should be balanced. For that I will teach you and take you through healing techniques today. You will feel the difference.

You told me you have unsettling energy. Let’s release that first. Where do you feel it in your body? Lower body. Good.

Om Exhalation to Release Suppressed Energy

How do you release it? You will release it with ten times of om exhalation. Om exhalation means you exhale from your mouth saying “om.”

Inhale slowly from your nose. Exhalation should be very slow, deep, complete, and long. Let the sound stretch till the end. Take it out from deep inside.

When you do it totally, your belly should go inside as you exhale. After that, the body will inhale on its own. You don’t need to focus on inhalation. Focus extremely on exhalation.

For this technique, tie a cloth over your eyes.

Sit in a good posture, chest up, shoulders straight. Hands on your knees in a relaxed yoga mudra. Inhale slowly. Be in your body. Feel the breath, and slowly exhale from your mouth:

“Oooooom…”

Make it deep. Longer. If it is not happening, make it slower. Take out the sound. The sound is important.

Are you finding it difficult? No.

No, no, no—you have to exhale saying om and take out the sound. It is a technique. Do not go into spirituality or religion. It is a sound. “Om” releases electrons from your body, the extra charge from your body.

You have to do it continuously, understanding the technique. Take out the sound. What is the problem with taking out sound?

Do you want to suffer more? If you want to suffer more, it’s your wish. If suffering is enough, then do what I say. Otherwise I won’t be able to heal you, and you won’t be transformed.

Be like a child and do what I foresee.

Take out all the fear from your energy field. It is just a home. While you are fearing, you have to shout. Take out the sound. Continuous.

It will release your energy. You may feel like crying—then cry. This is a technique to release suppressed energy.

Keep doing it. When I say extend more, deflate your belly. Extend it more.

Alright, now stop this. You are unable to do it the way I want yet, so practice more. There are blockages not letting you speak it. It should be “Oooooom,” with your total existence involved.

The longer you do it, the easier it becomes to activate your vagus nerve. This technique activates vessel dilation. Vessel dilation opens your blood vessels so circulation improves. Otherwise vessels remain constricted and blood flow is blocked.

If you do this for 50 times, 100 times in one setting, your state changes. Everything changes. You have to release that energy from your system.

Four Rapid Breath Flush Techniques

Now second technique: you will flush out toxicity through blow exhalation.

Blow exhalation means short, sharp mouth exhales, belly deflating completely each time. Do it faster. Continuous for 20 times. I will count:

One. Two. Three. Four. Five. Six. Seven. Eight. Nine. Ten. Eleven. Twelve. Thirteen. Fourteen. Fifteen. Sixteen. Seventeen. Eighteen. Nineteen. Twenty.

Relax. Just relax. Keep doing gentle mouth exhalation to return to normal.

Now see how you feel in your overall state. Better. Good.

Next technique: fast inhalation from the nose. Imagine how you suck air in when you have cough or cold. Do that, but faster. Continuous. From the nose. Faster.

Stop. Keep your eyes closed.

Third technique: blow exhalation again. Keep your hands like this—lift them up to chest level. Do it 20 times. I will count:

One. Two. Three. Four. Five. Six. Seven. Eight. Nine. Ten. Eleven. Twelve. Thirteen. Fourteen. Fifteen. Sixteen. Seventeen. Eighteen. Nineteen. Twenty.

Relax. Do nothing. Let the body breathe on its own.

Last technique: nose exhalation blast. Mouth closed. Exhale powerfully through the nose, pushing it downward, like:

“Sh, sh, sh, sh…”

Do it 20 times. I count:

One. Two. Three. Four. Five. Six. Seven. Eight. Nine. Ten. Eleven. Twelve. Thirteen. Fourteen. Fifteen. Sixteen. Seventeen. Eighteen. Nineteen. Twenty.

Relax. Keep exhaling from the mouth slowly to stabilize.

Now see the difference in your state before and after these four techniques. Peace. Very good.

Now check your nostrils again. Which nostril is dominant now? Is the right working more than before? Yes. Good. You are moving deeper into rest-and-digest. Left is also working more. This is better.

You may feel sleepy later. Observe the quality of sleep tonight compared to earlier days.

The Birth of Witness-Consciousness

Now understand this: the consciousness in you is the witness. It watches mind, ego, everything. It is awareness behind everything. And that has activated in you. This is a good sign.

This awareness will keep increasing and you will see your own mistakes. No fear is there, because this is the death of ego, death of unconscious personality. Take it this way: the unconscious Vandana was living like this for millions of years, and now consciousness is watching as an observer, a spectator.

The unconscious Vandana must be answerable to the guardian in the body. You cannot make more mistakes. You cannot be more unconscious. You cannot play victim anymore.

If fear arises, it is a good sign. It means powerful forces in you have awakened. You are going through spiritual awakening. Since you are not ready yet to know more, I am not discussing details, but it has to happen, and it is happening.

Slowly, Vandana will resist: “No, I don’t want to die. I don’t want to lose this identity.” But it has to happen. It is a beautiful start. You will notice unconscious patterns. That is the birth of consciousness.

You will see the fear behind unconscious life—how you speak, talk, walk. I am going to teach you consciousness. I am going to infuse it in you so you see your own unconscious patterns.

This is the journey. When you wake up from a dream state, from unconsciousness, that is awakening, that is freedom.

For example, a drunkard cannot change while drunk. If you tell them, “you are a drunkard,” they will not stop. Same is the matrix. Life in the matrix is a drunken state. Victimization, dependency, unconsciousness—these feel normal inside them.

Ten people drinking and doing physical activities in drunken state don’t know what they did. When they wake up, they regret it. Similarly, consciousness awakening shows you what was your mistake and what was others’ mistake. Discrimination power comes. You see how unconscious you were living.

Thinking, thinking, thinking all the time is unconsciousness. When you stop being lost in thinking and start observing thinking, consciousness is born.

Locating the Third Eye and the Inner Observer

Close your eyes right now. Focus on your third eye. Do you know where it is? Yes. Can you focus there?

Technique: Keep your hands like this in front of your forehead. Then bring them closer and a little upward, slowly, till the area between the eyebrows. Keep looking at that point. Then close your eyes, but keep the eye position. Roll your eyes upward.

You will find a point. Then slowly roll your eyes straight. You will locate it. Just seeing will happen.

Do you see the third eye from inside—just a point? If you can see that point, or even if it’s blank, go a little behind that point, three to four inches inside, and notice: there is someone looking at that point.

There must be a subject and an object. When you look at any object with open eyes, you feel you are looking from the eyes.

Now take any object. Hold your phone in front of you. Look at it with open eyes. You are looking from point A (your eyes) to point B (the phone). Correct.

Now close your eyes while holding it. Who is aware of the object now? You are still aware you are holding it, but that awareness is not coming from the eyes. It is coming from somewhere at the back, in the middle of the brain.

That awareness point is inside, not outside. The brain is an instrument. Like the heart or lungs. It is made of cells, protein, fat. Protein and fat don’t have power to see. There is someone who is aware.

Try to find that point. I will teach you. You do not have to struggle. You will automatically go there. That is the center.

If you divide your head like this, the third eye is here, and three to four inches behind it, in the middle of the head, is a point. That point is consciousness.

So close your eyes. Look at the blank space. First see if there are thoughts. If thoughts arise, look at the thoughts too. Keep looking. Do you have any thoughts now? No. Then don’t think. Just see.

Yes. This is my power. I take you into samadhi when you are in my presence. The moment you connect with me, you start coming to the center. All techniques are for that.

If you keep implementing techniques, you won’t just touch the center for a moment; you will know how to remain there.

Just like you drink water when thirsty, you will learn to be in the center.

I am removing lower, dark energies from your system. They are vanishing slowly. Keep observing. Every day you will feel a shift.

Breath-Hold Centering Practice

Now I will teach you how to remain there.

Keep your eyes closed. Don’t open in between.

Look at the blank space around your forehead from inside. Imagine two windows (your eyes). When windows are open you look out; when they close you look in. So look at the closed windows, the inner blank wall.

Now slowly exhale completely and hold your breath, as you learned that day. After one round, do it 20 to 21 times.

Now cover your eyes with the cloth. Do it 21 times.

When you exhale, make sure your belly is not moving after exhalation. When the hold is there, then only hold your breath.

Alright. Relax.

Final Healing and Deep Belly Breathing

Now I will give you the last healing part. Close your eyes and feel. Share it.

Something pushing… vibration coming, pumping like thumping of energy. Good. Your energy is moving. And how do you feel overall? Peace. Very good.

Now lie down on the bed. Adjust the camera if possible, then stay still.

Close your eyes. Keep your hands like this and place them on your belly level. Cover your eyes with the cloth. Put your hands on the navel area.

Try to breathe and be with the breath. Inhale and push your hands upward with your abdomen. When inhaling, relax your arms; they should rise only because the belly inflates.

Inflate the belly on inhalation. Exhale from the mouth and deflate the belly fully.

Do it with rhythm. Inhale slowly from the nose, inflate the navel and whole abdomen. Exhale completely from the mouth, deflate, pulling the belly inward.

Do it intentionally for five breaths. Inhale slowly. Inflate. Exhale completely. Deflate.

When exhaling, make sure the belly goes inside. Keep exhaling from the mouth and focus on exhalation. Inhalation will happen on its own after some time. Keep deflating the belly.

Are you exhaling from mouth? Yes. Good.

If you feel sleepy, relax. No need to force inhalation or exhalation then. Just keep hands on belly and rest. But while you are aware, focus on exhalation.

Pull the belly inside while exhaling. When inhaling, the whole abdomen should inflate like a balloon.

If you exhale more, inhalation becomes deeper automatically. Action and reaction: when you pull the bowstring back, the arrow goes forward. Likewise, when diaphragm moves down on exhalation, it moves up with the same force on inhalation.

So exhale deeply, belly in, and inhale will happen in extremes.

Then relax. Breathe normally through the nose, softly. Be aware of the breath touching the nose, entering, touching the belly, moving outward. Be aware of exhalation leaving the same way.

Keep observing, keep moving with the breath. Do not force; just be with it.

Occasionally, in this set, exhale through mouth and say “Ooooh.” Make it longer, elongated.

After this session, don’t get up immediately. Do at least 10 to 15 minutes of this belly movement breathing.

Whatever you feel to do in life, go with your feeling. No compulsion.

After 15 to 20 minutes of relaxing, you can share feedback of today’s session—your state changes, any experiences.

So relax, relax, relax. Let go. Let your hands sink. Keep lying in this position to get results. Don’t get up before 10 to 15 minutes. After that, get up when you feel ready.
