Sex, Breath, and Decluttering to Heal Kundalini Blockage

Background

I am Guru Sanju. In this session, I was working with Caroline, a 40-year-old woman who had been experiencing intense Kundalini awakening symptoms since 2018. Her main complaint was a powerful energetic blockage around her nose and third eye, which had begun after she met a man she believed was her twin flame. Over the years she had gone through emotional purges, felt she could transmute low-frequency energies for herself and others, and even facilitated a release for a friend—after which a strong surge rushed into her head and the blockage around her nose began.

Since then, her sensations had become very physical and persistent. She felt this blockage clouded her clarity, blocked her ability to receive, and kept her in fear about her future and financial security. In this discourse, I, Guru Sanju, diagnosed her energy, dismantled her illusions about twin flames and entities, and guided her into real-world action: decluttering her environment, re-awakening her instinctive body through rock climbing, unblocking her sexual centres, and using specific breathing and vagus-nerve techniques to open her nostrils, strengthen her nervous system, and restore her life force.

Opening the Energy Diagnosis

I began by asking Caroline to look directly into the camera for some time. I told her she could blink her eyes; the important thing was that I could read her energy field clearly.

Then I asked her to show me her hands, one by one.

“First, show me your right hand in front of you, close to the camera like this. Yes… good. Now show me your left hand.”

Once I had read her palms and field, I asked her to close her eyes.

“Now close your eyes and just observe your body. I will guide your attention to different parts. As you focus there, notice whether you feel strong vibrations, pressure, or any sense of blockage. Sit in a relaxed way first.”

Scanning the Third Eye, Head, and Spine

I guided her attention step by step.

“First, focus your attention on your forehead and your face. Especially around your third eye area in the centre of your forehead. Do you feel any strong energy, pressure, or blockage there?”

She confirmed.

“All right. Yes. Your energy is blocked there. I will explain later what this means.

“Now focus your attention on your head region. Feel whether there is any pumping or strong vibration in your head—as if energy is trying to push out or come out of the head. Do you feel that?”

Then I took her awareness to the back of her head.

“Now pay attention to the back of your head. Notice whether the energy is trying to come out strongly, or whether it is mostly trapped inside the head, trying to tell you something.”

I further refined the focus.

“Exactly at the back of your head, in line with your forehead, there is a region you can concentrate on. Sense whether there are blockages or strong vibrations of energy there.”

Then I brought her awareness to the spine.

“Now, pay attention to your whole spine—starting from the brain at the top, down the neck, shoulders, the back of the chest, the area behind the solar plexus, and all the way down to your tailbone. Do you feel any movement of energy along the spine, like a to-and-fro movement?”

Finally, I asked her to scan the front side of the body.

“In the same way, focus on the front of your body, from your throat down to the pelvic region. Bring your attention to the chest, along the rib cage, the abdomen, the pelvic area, and the lower body including the genitals. Notice whether you feel any blockages there.”

She confirmed that the main intensity was in the forehead and head region.

“So, primarily, your energies are concentrated and blocked in the forehead and your head. I will explain this as you ask your questions, and I will answer them one by one. I will also see how far we can go in this session in clearing these blockages.”

Sanju Frequency and the Five Life Lessons

I asked her to open her eyes.

“Now tell me, did you watch the movie Sanju Frequency completely?”

She had.

“Good. Tell me five things from the movie that you learned and that you would like to implement in your life immediately. Close your eyes if it helps you reflect, and speak from your heart.”

She began to list:

  • “Spend more time in nature.”
  • “Observe everything in the present, without previous thinking—just as I feel it. Really feel nature completely all the time.”
  • “Walk barefoot on the ground, on the grass, especially in the early morning.”
  • “Release my fears.”
  • “Be in nature in the early morning and soak it fully.”

I summarised:

“So your five points are: being in nature, truly feeling everything in nature—the leaves, trees and the environment—walking barefoot on the ground in the early morning, consciously releasing fear, and using the early morning as a special time to connect deeply. Good. These are powerful first steps.”

Age, Core Question, and the Third Eye Blockage

I asked her age.

“What is your age now?”

“Forty.”

“Good. What is your first and most pressing question about your life? What is the core issue that worries you the most?”

She spoke about the feeling of not living life fully.

I reflected it back to her.

“Yes. These blockages are related to not living your life fully. You are living in your head, in thinking, with too many restrictions on yourself. You are living according to society, conditioning, patterns—not according to your true instinctive life.

“In this session, you will tell me more about your life—from childhood till now. How your upbringing was, what you have gone through until forty, the major events of your life. From that, I will guide you, and if possible, heal some of the trauma that is making you think too much and preventing you from living.

“Energetically, you have blockages in your third eye, which is the pituitary gland region. This energy will remain blocked until you start truly living your life. It is telling you: Stop living the life of the matrix and start living your own life. But you are not yet able to do that.

“So I will go into your past and see where this major blockage formed. If possible, I will give you a trauma-healing technique to release it, and maybe when that energy is released, this blockage in the third eye will open.”

No Entity, Only Pranic and Nervous-System Blockage

Caroline had fears about entities. I addressed this clearly.

“There is no entity. Nothing paranormal. The blockage is in your nervous system and your energy channels. You do not have to worry about entities or paranormal activity.

“If your brain and nervous system are strong, you never need to worry about such things. It is all energetic. When there is an energy blockage at the pranic level—cosmic prana—tension accumulates in the body.

“You are an electromagnetic field of energy. Everything in you is energy in different formations. Whenever there is a blockage in that energy, you feel tension because the nervous system is not strong enough to handle it.

“I will teach you techniques to strengthen your nervous system and your brain. When you supply more oxygen to your brain and more negative ions to your body, this pranic blockage will start to clear. It is a blockage at the pranic level, not a ghost.”

Relationships, Sex, and Blocked Feminine Energy

Then I asked her about her relationships.

“Are you married, single, or in any past relationships? Tell me about your relationships.”

She explained that she had a child, an ex-boyfriend, and that they shared a space for the sake of the child. I asked:

“Do you have regular sexual interactions with your ex-boyfriend?”

She did not.

“How is your relationship with him right now, as you are taking care of the child together? Is there any physical intimacy?”

There was none.

“Do you not feel the urge to have sex with him? Or does he not feel the urge with you?”

She explained further, and I asked:

“Do you have any other person in your life with whom you have sex?”

She did not.

I spoke directly.

“Your sex centres are blocked. You are not having regular sex, and that creates neurosis. Until you are healed as a female, your feminine energies remain blocked and no real relationship can flourish.

“My advice: start interacting with men who are ready to have physical relationships and physical intimacy with you. Go and have sex without beliefs and notions suffocating it. Sex is physical and instinctive.

“Your sex centres are blocked, your life is blocked. It is that simple. You need to have sex to get free from many of these blockages in your life.”

Sex as Food, Minimum Frequency, and Temporary Boyfriend

I used a very practical metaphor.

“Sex is like food. At least you should have sex two to three times a week with a man. If there is no one suitable, then make a temporary boyfriend for a while, with a clear deal: we are only meeting for sex.

“Make it clear that this is for your health. I know this goes against many of your beliefs because you have heavy conditioning and blockages. But you cannot remove deep sexual blockages by any other activity—not even spirituality alone.

“Spirituality is different: it is sex rising to super consciousness. But until your sex centres are cleared, there is no real life.

“Right now you are just maintaining a child and sharing space with an ex-boyfriend. It is complicated. Either find a man with whom you can have regular sex and both of you are happy, or create a simple arrangement for sex that unblocks your centres.

“Plan something in your life that goes towards sex, not against sex and not away from sex—and most of your problems will reduce. I guarantee that if you begin to have sex, even with your ex-boyfriend—if both of you clearly agree that it is only for sex and not for possession—many blockages will dissolve.”

Twin Flames, Misconceptions, and Extramarital Affairs

Caroline had strong ideas about twin flame connections. I brought clarity.

“You say this man you met in 2018 is your twin flame, but he is still living with his wife, and you are the one hanging in between.

“He seduced you so that he could benefit in some way, and when that benefit is over, he does not leave his wife. This is not twin flame. It is an extramarital affair.

“Real awakening, when it involves twin flames, leads to togetherness. If both of you were true twin flames, you would not be separate. Life would rearrange itself so that you are together. If he is your twin flame, the wife would leave and both of you would unite.

“But if he lives happily ever after with his wife and you remain in the background, you are simply the extramarital affair.

“Do you want to stay in this hanging relationship, or do you want freedom?

“My guidance: free yourself. Block him from your life. Focus on your life and on your ex-partner, with whom you are raising your child.”

Co-Parenting and the Child’s Space

I asked her about the arrangement with her ex-partner.

“What is the deal between you and your ex-partner about the child? How long are you going to stay together for the child?”

She explained that both were committed to giving the child the love of both mother and father.

“Good. Then accept that as a sacred responsibility without letting it trap you. There are many blockages in your life right now, and you must now get out of them one by one.”

Financial Insecurity and Professional Identity

Caroline’s third big concern was financial insecurity.

“You said your third question is about financial insecurity. Tell me what you do professionally. What is your educational qualification, and how are you living?”

She told me she was a designer of rock climbing walls and that she herself climbed rocks. I asked her to spell the word so I could see it clearly.

“Rock climbing walls. That is a very unique profession.”

I asked:

“Do you yourself do rock climbing?”

She did.

“Have you ever tried teaching other people rock climbing?”

She had done some teaching in the past.

Teaching Rock Climbing as Dharma and Business

I guided her into a new direction.

“Then you will explore the possibility of teaching rock climbing. If you are already skilled enough to do it yourself, you can be an excellent teacher.

“Teachers are always welcome in this world. Teaching is a profession in which everyone can flourish in the long term because you are transferring art and skill to others.

“There is also a high level of dopamine release when you teach—when you share something you love and master. Many new possibilities open.

“So, slowly, you will create awareness on social media. Show yourself rock climbing. Share your experiences. Start with simple awareness videos.

“If anyone is interested, they will join you for a rock-climbing experience. They might want to learn with you, or simply experience it once. These opportunities can open the door to both teaching and business.

“Focus on your fitness, on your climbing, and on everything connected to it. In this way, your energy will be directed positively into creating your life. When that happened, your financial insecurity would slowly disappear because you would have a living profession that expresses who you are.”

Rock Climbing and Primitive Intelligence

I explained why rock climbing was more than a sport.

“Why rock climbing? Because it activates your primitive intelligence—your primitive brain. Most people are stuck in the prefrontal cortex, in thinking, planning, and worrying.

“Rock climbing pulls you back into instinctive intelligence. Your whole nervous system must be present in the moment.

“This is what makes your offering unique. People who learn rock climbing from you will not only learn a sport; they will recover their primitive intelligence—the instinctive, alive, animal part of themselves that modern life has killed.”

Thirty Days of Decluttering and Minimalism

Then I gave her concrete protocols.

“First protocol: declutter your house for the next thirty days. Every day, spend at least two hours decluttering.

“Throw away old memories, objects you no longer use, clothes, notebooks, especially the countless things accumulated over ten years with your child.

“Your child is now ten. For ten years, you have collected dresses, school books, notebooks, souvenirs. Start letting these go. If your ex-partner is supportive, invite him to participate. Clean the space together.

“Imagine your home like a plant-filled open space with very few objects. A place where your energy and soul can actually reside. The more matter you collect, the more it becomes matrix. And what is matrix? A place from which there is no way out.

“Everything in your environment sits inside your subconscious brain. Your subconscious mind is always eating that energy. Your attention is your power, and it is being consumed by clutter.

“So, for thirty days, declutter: sell, donate, or trash what you do not need. Make your home feel like an Airbnb where you stay as a traveller, with only what you truly need.

“In the kitchen, keep only what you actually use. When something finishes, refill it and use it—not store in bulk.

“Clean your refrigerator: clear out all old sauces, butter, and stored items. If you have a car you do not truly need, sell it and free that energy too. Use public or shared transportation as needed.

“Decluttering is not just about objects; it is about clearing matrix-energy from your life so your soul has space to breathe.”

Rebirth of Feminine Energy and Dating

Then I addressed her feminine energy.

“Another area you must transform is your femininity.

“Look into the mirror and ask yourself honestly: Am I sexy? Am I nurturing myself like a woman?

“Do you take long, nurturing baths, pamper your body, care for your skin, hair, and clothes? Or do you just pour some water on yourself and rush out?

“Spend one, two, even three hours sometimes nurturing yourself—your body and your soul. Cook good food, not just because your child is hungry, but because your inner mother wants to nourish.

“Stop treating your ex-boyfriend like a stranger. Treat him like a human being. Cook him a beautiful meal and serve him, not as obligation but as kindness.

“This does not mean you must immediately have sex with him. It means you must come out of your emotional stiffness and return to being a warm, feminine woman.”

Then I spoke about dating.

“You have many blockages around meeting men, dating men, and connecting romantically. You must break this.

“Get dressed. Go out. Join a dating app if you need to. Meet men at least for a cup of coffee. Start interacting.

“If any of them are genuinely interested and you feel safe and attracted, then have sex. Make it simple.

“Remember: you are searching for a Prince Charming. But are you the princess? Usually the answer is no. So first become the princess—feminine, open, radiant—and then look for your Prince Charming.”

The True Qualities of a Masculine Man

I told her what to look for in a man.

“If you are searching for a real man, look for these qualities:

He should be able to precede you—that is, lead you.
He should be able to provide for you—and you should be ready to receive what he provides, letting go of your insecurity and fear.
He should be able to penetrate you—not just physically, but energetically and emotionally—through sex that dissolves your ego and tension.

“Sex with a truly masculine man is therapy. It dissolves blockages in your system.

“Most women today do not get good sex because they are rigid, fearful, and full of doubt about men. Yet how can you doubt a man who is truly a man?

“Most people who condemn sex are those who are not fulfilled sexually. Those who are fulfilled look forward to sex because sex is fundamental to life.

“Even at the cellular level, sex is there—cells are sex cells, dividing and reproducing. The entire body is sexual.

“And our Kundalini energy—the fundamental energy of life—is sexual energy. She is the feminine sexual energy that activates sexuality in any person, male or female. Only then does Shiva, consciousness, the masculine energy, truly activate.”

Kundalini as Cosmic Sexual Union

I linked this directly to spirituality.

“What is this Kundalini awakening journey? It is a sexual cosmic orgasm.

“Kundalini lies at the root chakra. She travels upward to meet Shiva—the consciousness—at the crown chakra. When she unites there 100%, the sexual union of energy happens. Then the person is fully enlightened, and the rest of the journey continues in unison.

“This means you become one. There is no duality. This is real spirituality, real union.

“Until that union takes place, there will always be duality. So do not run away from sex. On this journey, you will discover a partner who truly completes you—though neither your boyfriend nor your so-called twin flame is that person.

“You will discover the real partner along the way.”

Returning to Youthful Energy

I then invited her to shed her inner old woman.

“Forget that you are forty. Go back to your inner age of thirteen, fourteen, fifteen—when you were a young girl without baggage, like a butterfly, wanting to experience life.

“You have become like an old lady of sixty, energetically. This you must change.

“I will tune you into higher feminine frequencies. When you become truly feminine, you will find that there are men searching for exactly a woman like you.

“But you must travel, move, and change. You cannot find that man by sitting in your room, surrounded by the same people and environment. You must attract him energetically and also physically by moving through life.”

Reframing the Twin Flame and Blocking the Affair

I returned to the twin flame topic once more.

“If this man, still living with his wife, was truly your twin flame, you would not be separated like this for so long. Twin flames are not meant to stay in this kind of hanging third-party drama.

“So be clear: this is an extramarital affair. Block him. Free yourself. Focus on your life, your child, your ex-partner’s practical cooperation, and your own path.”

Rock Climbing as Spiritual and Therapeutic Practice

I then connected rock climbing deeper with her spiritual path.

“From now on, start practicing rock climbing again, but with a new attitude.

“Your body already knows rock climbing. It is in your neural pathways. But now I want you to approach it fresh, with pure presence.

“When you climb, notice: as you place your hand on a hold, what is happening in your muscles in that exact moment? What thoughts are in your mind? Where is your attention?

“Observe the arms, shoulders, legs, feet—every movement.

“After climbing, come home and make notes. Journal your sensations and awareness. Because you will teach others, this observation will become your wisdom.

“Then, create simple awareness videos and share them on YouTube or other platforms. Explain the benefits of rock climbing—especially for people whose bodies have become stagnant and who suffer many issues.

“Study rock climbing more deeply. Read books, research online. Treat this as enrolling yourself into a new profession.

“When you give something new and authentic to the universe, new clients and opportunities will come. Keep offers for business consulting around rock-climbing walls and for teaching people how to climb.

“You are already working from home online. This can integrate beautifully with that life.”

Why the Third Eye Hurt

I summarised the core cause of her third eye pain.

“The pain and pressure in your third eye is because you are not living your true life. You are meant to do adventure, physical and instinctive, but you are not living that destiny. So the energy is getting stuck in your system.

“When you declutter, climb rocks, open your femininity, and take real-world action, this energy will move and the pain will reduce.”

For Now, Separating “Man” from “Sex”

I gave a practical interim step.

“For the time being, remove the concept of ‘finding the man’ from your mind.
Just focus on the physical aspect of sex when it naturally arises:

  • If you genuinely feel, I want to have sex with this man, ask him directly, Are you ready?

“That kind of dating—simple, honest, instinctive—can work for you.

“Three main actions for now:

  • Decluttering your home and life.
  • Re-starting rock climbing with presence and teaching.
  • Dating men in a fresh way and opening to sex without old beliefs.

“See how your life shifts with these.”

Checking the Energy Shift

I asked her to close her eyes again.

“How are you feeling now? Are the blockages the same, or have they shifted a little? Can you feel a tiny opening?”

She reported a slight opening.

Nostril Blockage and Sympathetic Dominance

I noticed her nostrils were blocked.

“Your breathing is not happening properly because your nostrils are blocked. I will teach you a technique to open them. When the nostrils open, your brain and nervous system will relax.

“For the next ten to fifteen minutes, I will guide you step by step. You can then practice this daily.”

Step One: Checking Nostril Dominance

“First, check which nostril is more dominant.

  1. Place both hands under your nose, palms facing up.
  2. Gently exhale and feel which side—the left or right—has more airflow touching your hands.”

She checked and found that the left was more blocked, the right more dominant.

“When the left nostril is blocked and the right is more active, your sympathetic system is more activated. This means more stress hormones, more mind activity, more fight-or-flight.

“With the technique I show you now, your vagus nerve will be activated and your system will move into parasympathetic dominance.”

Step Two: Tapping Around the Nose and Third Eye

“Now we will stimulate vasodilation and nerve activation around your nose:

  1. Close your eyes.
  2. With the fingertips of one or both hands, start tapping gently but firmly all around your nose, the bridge of the nose, the sides of the nose, and up towards the third-eye region.
  3. Cover the whole area around the nose and between the eyebrows.

“Keep tapping continuously for around five minutes.

“This tapping increases blood flow and vasodilation in the nerves around the nose and helps activate breathing.”

After a few minutes, I told her to pause and breathe.

“Now stop tapping and take a natural breath. Feel the difference in airflow.”

Her left was still blocked, so I added another step.

Step Three: Arm-Under-Armpit Vagus Technique

“For a stubbornly blocked left nostril, do this:

  1. Sit in a relaxed position.
  2. Place both hands under your armpits, crossing your arms if you like, so the hands are snugly held under the arms.
  3. Tilt your head slightly to one side in a relaxed way.
  4. Close your eyes and just sit like this for ten to fifteen minutes, breathing naturally.”

I explained why this worked.

“When you sit in this posture, the pressure of the hands under the arms sends a specific biofeedback signal to the brain.

When your chest is open and you sit in an upright, tense posture, your brain reads ‘fight or flight’. An angry or frustrated person never sits in a relaxed, folded, self-holding position.

But when you sit like this—arms relaxed, hands under the armpits—the brain receives the message: Everything is safe, you are held.

“The vagus nerve receives this signal, your respiratory centres in the brainstem activate properly, and the nostrils begin to unblock.

“Sit like this for ten to fifteen minutes. Now, we will try it for about five minutes and then check your breathing again.”

After some minutes, I asked her to check with her hands again.

“If it feels a little less blocked, that means this technique works for you. Practice it four to five times a day for ten to fifteen minutes each time. In sitting position, it gives maximum benefit.”

Mouth Exhalation Technique for Daily Reset

Next, I taught her the mouth exhalation technique.

“There are two techniques I want you to include in your life permanently, even if you never meet me again:

  • Mouth exhalation throughout the day.
  • Abdominal breathing while lying down for sleep.

“First, mouth exhalation:

  1. Sit or stand comfortably.
  2. Inhale normally through the nose (or as best as you can).
  3. Then exhale slowly and powerfully through the mouth, as if you are blowing out all the stale air from deep inside you. Your lips can form an ‘O’ shape or a firm blowing shape.
  4. Continue exhaling until your belly deflates fully and goes inward.
  5. At the end of the exhalation, pause and let the body inhale and exhale on its own once.

“One round means: deep mouth exhalation to the very end, then letting the body inhale and exhale naturally.

“Do ten such rounds, with eyes closed.

“This technique deactivates the overthinking respiratory pattern in the brain and activates new circuits. It also helps vasodilation and allows the body to absorb more negative ions from the environment.

“After ten rounds, you will feel a certain calmness and peace. This is because your vagus nerve is activated, your thinking mind is deactivated, your sympathetic system is calmed, and your parasympathetic system is awakened.”

Abdominal Breathing in Lying Position (Sleep Breathing)

Then I guided her into a long lying-down breathing practice.

“Now we will do a sleeping breathing technique that you must practice for thirty minutes, four times a day if possible.

  1. Lie down on your bed with a pillow under your head.
  2. Cover your eyes with a cloth to reduce visual stimulation.
  3. Place both hands on your navel, one over the other.

“As you breathe:

  • When you inhale, your belly should inflate and move up.
  • When you exhale, your belly should deflate and move down.

“Yes, the rhythm is: inhale—belly rises; exhale—belly falls.

“Relax your shoulders completely into the bed. Drop all tension. Let the past fall away with every exhalation. Let the bed hold you.

“Do this breathing continuously for thirty minutes, at least four times a day.

“At the beginning, do not expect dramatic miracles. You may only feel relaxed and sleepy. That is fine.

“But as days and weeks pass, you will notice you feel more like living, more able to take initiative, more willing to start a new life. This breathing gently rewires your nervous system.”

Heat, Mucus, Hot Water, and Sunlight

I also addressed her physical constitution.

“You need more heat in your body. You live in a cold climate, and there is a lot of cloud and mucus formation inside your system.

“To counter this:

  • Drink hot water sip by sip throughout the day.
  • Use the hands-under-armpits technique four to five times a day for ten to fifteen minutes.
  • Take warm sunlight regularly. Whenever the sun is available—morning or daytime—expose your body to sunlight for thirty minutes to one hour.

“Sunlight, heat, and hot water will slowly dissolve mucus, open the nostrils, and support all the breathing techniques.”

Nature, Movement, and Sanju Frequency

I reminded her of the earlier lessons from Sanju Frequency.

“Start going into nature regularly—forests, parks, any natural spaces. Everything you learned from Sanju Frequency you must now practice:

  • Spend time in nature, especially in the early morning.
  • Walk barefoot on the ground or grass.
  • Observe everything in the present moment without old thoughts.
  • Release fears deliberately.

“In the coming time, I will release more videos. Watch them, implement what resonates, and keep moving.

Movement is the key. Not just thinking, not just watching.”

Vagus Nerve Activation and Sleepiness

I noticed she felt sleepy.

“Now relax completely in the last few minutes. You are feeling sleepy—this is a sign that your vagus nerve has been activated.

“After our session ends, continue this lying abdominal breathing for another twenty to thirty minutes. You will feel that a lot has changed in just one session—subtly, in your nervous system.”

Letting Go of the Past and Choosing the New Life

I closed with an inner reminder.

“Let go of fear, of restrictions, of heavy beliefs. The more you hold on to the past, the more your new life gets blocked.

“Each day you will become a little freer from fear—that is the secret.

“Keep doing the exhalation and the lying-down breathing. Sometimes you can deliberately exhale strongly; at other times, just relax and let the breath flow on its own.

“Then get up, take action—decluttering, rock climbing, dating, sunlight, hot water. These are the real medicines.”

Caroline’s Written Intention for the Session

At the end, I read Caroline’s written description of her situation, which gave context to everything we addressed:

She wrote that she had had Kundalini awakening symptoms since October 2018, the day she met a man she believed to be her twin flame. From that moment, she experienced emotional turmoil, purges, and began feeling she could transmute low-frequency energies in herself and others.

Around two and a half years earlier, a friend had come to her home feeling unwell. Caroline lay on the floor next to her and invited her friend to release what was bothering her. As the opening and release happened, Caroline sensed in her own body what was going on. When the release peaked, something rushed into her head. From that day, she had felt a significant energy blockage around her nose, and since then the sensations had been intensely physical.

The intensity varied throughout the day. Her intention for the session was for me to sense and see what the blockage was and what steps she could take to release it fully—especially around her third eye. She felt a lot of fear about financial security and felt this blockage clouded her clarity about which direction to take and even made it harder to receive, feel gratitude, and experience abundance.
