How do I create empowered new women? Here I am going to talk about you as a female body. For the male body, I have covered that in another teaching, How to Create the Empowered New Man.
If you are born in a female human body, have you ever wondered why you experience that feminine energy within you? It is due to the presence of the dominant female energy in you—the Divine Feminine energy of the universe, working through you in the form of a woman.
This female form carries certain traits, which are most commonly expressed through women across the world. Yet feminine energy is not confined only to human beings. It is also seen in animals and other life forms, displaying similar characteristics of the feminine essence.
For example, consider the cow, often revered as a divine animal. It gives us milk and nourishes us through that milk. This nourishing quality of the cow arises from the presence of Divine Feminine energy within her. Similarly, in the human species, the female carries the energy of the Divine Mother, Shakti, predominantly in the form of the mother. It is this energy that brings with it nurturing, caring, and loving qualities—qualities more profoundly expressed in women than in men.
The Seven Layers of Feminine Existence
As a woman, you exist with seven layers or levels of existence. Each of these layers exists energetically within you.
Consider the lotus flower. Its petals cover and protect the central womb of the flower. When you peel back the petals one by one, you eventually arrive at the essence, the womb, the core of its being.
In the same way, your feminine energy has layers. To truly discover your power as a woman, you must be willing to go deeper into your existential reality.
Simply being born in a female body does not mean you automatically embody the highest feminine traits. The ultimate happiness and fulfillment of womanhood arise when you awaken those inner petals and live from the core of your feminine essence.
Why Women Today Feel Disempowered
Due to the evolutionary process and the presence of many toxicities—both physical and psychological—it is highly possible that you may not feel integrated as a woman. You may not feel like an empowered Shakti, radiating power, grace, and love.
This is partly because of the victimhood carried by the female form over generations. For centuries, women were suppressed, mistreated, or diminished in their roles. These scars of history still echo in the present. Many women today unconsciously carry this victimhood and therefore do not feel their natural power.
In the last fifty to sixty years, there has been a great emphasis on women’s empowerment. Much of this has focused on external qualities—education, professional growth, and confidence to live independently. These are important, but they are not enough. If you forget your original feminine qualities—your grace, beauty, creativity, and receptivity—you will never feel whole.
When you live from your authentic feminine energy, you become more attractive, radiant, and powerful. Men—whether husbands, boyfriends, or companions—naturally celebrate and welcome a woman who embodies her true feminine essence.
Feminine and Masculine: Two Halves of Wholeness
You must also remember that the female and male energies are complementary, not competitive. The woman is yin, the man is yang. Both are incomplete without each other.
A male will not fully welcome you if you carry too much masculine energy while being in a female body. Similarly, a female may feel disconnected if a man is too soft or feminine in his core. Balance and polarity are what create harmony.
You are complete only when you awaken both the feminine and masculine energies within you and express them in the right context. For example, when you are nurturing your family and your partner is providing and protecting, the harmony of yin and yang creates joy and peace.
The highest example of this union is found in the relationship between Shakti and Shiva. Shakti, when surrendered to Shiva, blossoms into her fullest power. Shiva, when united with Shakti, becomes complete. This divine balance creates bliss.
Qualities of the Feminine Essence
The feminine energy carries with it profound qualities that are not just personal but universal to the entire species of woman. Among these are:
- Creativity: The ability to give birth—not only to children but also to ideas, art, and solutions.
- Flexibility: The strength to adapt, bend, and flow without breaking.
- Spontaneity: A natural rhythm that is unplanned yet full of life.
- Multitasking: The capacity to manage many things at once with grace.
- Introversion and Depth: The power to expand inwardly, to connect with the womb of the universe within.
This is why the womb is sacred. It is the cosmic chamber in which new life takes birth. To be born with a womb is to carry the universe’s creative force within your body.
The Misconception of Sacrifice and Victimhood
Becoming a mother and nurturing a child is a sacred responsibility, but it lasts only a few years in its most intense form. After this, many women feel regret that they have not lived their lives fully.
I see many women trapped in this state of victimhood. They believe their life exists only for their children, husbands, or other family members. This is a misconception. You are not born to sacrifice yourself endlessly for others. You are born to radiate your strengths, your love, and your unique feminine qualities.
When you live in your grace, radiating compassion, peace, and joy, those energies naturally uplift your partner, children, and family. You do not need to suppress yourself to serve them. Instead, by living as your authentic self, you transform them.
From Victim to Power
You are not a victim. You are powerful. The shift happens when you stop looking outside for validation and begin to recognize the energy within you.
When you operate from your strengths, a sudden transformation occurs in the way you express yourself and live life. You become radiant, magnetic, and free.
Some women believe that women are destined to be victims. That is false. You do not need to compete with men, for men are not your enemies. Masculine and feminine are two different energies. You do not compete—you collaborate.
When you surrender to the masculine energy in harmony, you bloom like a flower. This surrender is not weakness but power. Just as the river surrenders to the ocean and in that surrender becomes infinite, so too does the feminine energy become limitless when it surrenders in trust and authenticity.
Recognizing the Divine Feminine in You
The feminine energy in you is none other than the Divine Shakti energy that exists in the universe. It is responsible for beauty, music, creativity, and all expressions of nature.
When you awaken to this truth, you begin to see how blessed you are to be born as a woman. You understand that empowerment is not about fighting, complaining, or competing. It is about radiating your essence, knowing your worth, and flowing with grace.
Do not waste your life in victimhood, regret, or blame. Do not hold excuses such as “nobody listens to me” or “others expect too much from me.” These are chains of the mind.
Instead, focus on your journey inward. Nurture your feminine energy. Discover what qualities it holds and how it can reward you. When you do, you will become not only empowered but also celebrated—loved by men, respected by society, and honored by life itself.
The Path Forward
If you truly wish to become an empowered woman, then take the first step: invest in yourself. Learn to radiate love, compassion, and strength. Learn to surrender without fear. Learn to express your creativity and spontaneity.
Empowerment is not an external gift; it is an internal awakening. No law, movement, or social reform can give it to you if you do not claim it within yourself.
I have walked this path myself. I am an empowered woman, expressing truth, radiating Shakti, and living from my essence. You too can awaken to this state. All you need is willingness, courage, and the guidance to walk this unique journey.
When you do, you will no longer be just a woman—you will be a new woman. A powerful being who is loved, respected, celebrated, and honored.
