Hello. Good morning. How are you? Good. I will share how I conduct the session. I am a scientist, and I work with energies. My process is to diagnose you and your energy field. From the diagnosis I come to know many things—blockages or anything that needs healing. It could be trauma or anything that will arise in the diagnosis. Are you ready?

I will diagnose you, come up with your blockages, and teach you techniques to overcome them. You will apply them and give me real feedback: how you are feeling after that. Anything connected to suppressed emotions may come up. Trauma lodged in your body which you haven’t addressed so far may come up. Anything can come up. Are you ready for it? Yes.

For the diagnosis, come a little closer and show me your eyes from a closer distance. Good. Now show me your hands one by one—right hand first, then left. Good. Relax. Close your eyes. Feel in your body, in your head, in your spine: do you feel any strong vibration? Vibration in your head, spine, front body, chest, or belly? Be present now and feel it now. Don’t think—feel.

If you are feeling energy, this is the signal that you are connected to me. When anyone connects, I am extremely powerful, and my energy gets transmitted to you. When you are connected, I can work on you. I will listen to your problems, but understand: you must feel everything in the present, not in the past or future. Energy is in the present. You have lived in a disturbed environment. You carry abandonment imprints. Even small episodes—someone scolded you in childhood—lodge in the subconscious and in the nervous system. Rheumatoid-like pain or tumor-like fears, the feeling of aging, and insomnia—these are often nervous system problems rooted in trauma and freeze. At thirty-five, what you are is a sum of all lived experiences.

Your nervous system is distorted and hyperactive. You are rarely in the present and cannot concentrate. Let me handle you. Understand: you have accepted a prison as home. You call it fine because your mind has no way out. That is the jail mindset. Facts are facts. Giving birth unconsciously is a sin because the child inherits karmic burdens. I am not asking you to blame; I am asking you to see facts so you stop running and you work. If you defend your patterns, even the best techniques will not help. If you allow, the shift will be fast.

Technique One: Solar Plexus Pressure with Blow Exhalation

Purpose: Release lodged trauma, thaw freeze responses, and discharge pent-up heat and pressure in the torso.

Locate the point: The solar plexus at the diaphragm—where the ribcage forms a soft triangle at the center. Place fingertips into that hollow and explore tenderness.

Action: Close your eyes. Press gently but clearly into the solar plexus. If there is pain, stay present. Keep pressing and perform blow exhalations through the mouth:

  • Mouth rounded; exhale in distinct, fast blows: “hum… hum… hum…”
  • Do continuous rounds while pressing, letting sound and breath drive the release.
  • Relax the body; avoid bracing. Let the torso soften as you blow out.

Cues: You may feel restricted at first—open up more. Increase the intensity slightly; let the rhythm quicken without strain. Continue until the tenderness reduces and the nervous system settles. This is trauma release; not slow balancing.

Technique Two: Slow Mouth Exhalation with Belly Guidance

Purpose: Balance the system, lengthen the parasympathetic window, and train presence.

Setup: One hand on the belly.

Breath mechanics:

  • Inhale naturally through the nose; allow the belly to inflate under your hand.
  • Exhale very slowly through the mouth; let the belly deflate completely.
  • Think of a ten-count exhale: “10… 9… 8… 7… 6… 5… 4… 3… 2… 1…”
  • Make the exhalation long and unhurried; do not cut it short.
  • Repeat for ten slow cycles.

Cues: The upward belly motion on inhale lifts your hand; the slow mouth exhale brings the hand back in as the belly deflates. This technique is different from blow exhalation. This is for balancing and multiple benefits across brain, breath, and attention.

Technique Three: Exhale–Hold (External Kumbhaka) with Third-Eye Focus

Purpose: Deep regulation, brain oxygenation via controlled CO₂, vagus activation, mental quiet, and centering in consciousness.

Sequence per round:

  1. Inhale naturally through the nose.
  2. Exhale through the mouth completely and slowly.
  3. When exhalation is complete, close your mouth and hold your breath gently for one to five seconds (no force).
  4. Let the body breathe on its own for one or two recovery breaths.
  5. Repeat for three rounds to begin; then extend.

Eye/attention focus: Keep eyes closed. Direct attention to the third eye (brow center). This internal gaze stabilizes awareness and pulls energy inward.

Refinement with eye covering: Use a light cloth (not heavy) to cover only the eyes, leaving the nose uncovered. Repeat the exhale–hold cycles with attention rooted at the third eye. Eye covering reduces sensory leakage and deepens parasympathetic entry.

Finger-to-third-eye focalization: With eyes open, slowly track your fingertip as you raise it to the brow center. Then close the eyes but keep the same internal eye position, as if still looking at the fingertip at the third eye. Maintain this internal gaze during the breath cycles.

Pacing note: “Make the exhalation as slow as possible.” Longer, smoother out-breaths increase benefit. If yawning arrives, good—that signals parasympathetic shift.

What Happens Inside the Body

When you hold after a complete exhalation, a brief, safe hypoxic window occurs. Carbon dioxide rises slightly; blood vessels in the brain dilate; oxygen delivery improves. Capillaries open; the brain receives prana and oxygenation it has been missing due to chronic fight-or-flight. This work can trigger stem-cell release and neurorepair cascades. Energetically, excess heat accumulated in the upper body settles; kundalini ascends through a centered channel and unites with pure consciousness. Mind activity slows; the autonomic state shifts from sympathetic to parasympathetic and then into robust vagal tone. When the vagus nerve is engaged, healing begins everywhere.

Daily Protocol and Counts

This technique is power for you. Begin today:

  • Starter target: Two hundred cycles per day.
    • A simple way: ten to twenty cycles per hour while awake.
  • Scaling: You may extend up to one thousand cycles in a day if done comfortably and sincerely.
  • Structure for today: After this reading, do at least one hundred slow mouth-exhale cycles before starting your day; then distribute the remaining sets in tens or twenties through the day.
  • Sleep hygiene: Do twenty cycles before sleep; do twenty upon waking.
  • Rule: Eyes remain closed during cycles (except when setting the third-eye focus). This prevents energy leakage and keeps attention anchored inside.

Keep your attention at the third eye; keep exhalations slow and complete; hold gently for one to five seconds, then let the body breathe.
