The Missing Root Cause in Medical Science
Most of you who are suffering from bipolar disorder and schizophrenia are unable to find any real solution through conventional medicine. Why? Because the true root cause of these symptoms is unknown to modern medical science.
Though labeled differently, the symptoms of bipolar disorder and schizophrenia often mirror each other. Whether you are diagnosed with either one, the energetic reality beneath both conditions follows a similar pattern—and this is what we must work with to begin healing.
In this discourse, I will share powerful techniques that I use to heal my students who suffer from these conditions. With consistent application for a minimum of 100 days, they begin to experience measurable healing.
These methods are not just theoretical. They bring relief—some within 24 hours, some within three to seven days—depending on the severity and energy levels. Healing the brain and nervous system does take time, but if you commit to the process, you will be healed for sure.
Understanding the Symptoms Energetically
Let us first understand some key symptoms for which I am offering solutions:
- Persistent brain fog
- Inability to make decisions
- Disconnection from the surroundings
- Inhibited cognitive function
- Prefrontal cortex dysfunction
This happens because your brain becomes energetically clogged. The prana and oxygen required by your brain—especially the prefrontal region—are either insufficient or blocked due to energetic stagnation.
In schizophrenia, psychotic episodes or manic-like states occur due to excess mental activity disconnected from grounded presence. You experience disassociation, inability to act in life, or emotional and energetic imbalances that dominate your nervous system.
The key is to activate the brain’s energetic clarity, restore oxygen and prana, and balance the inner system.
Technique 1: External Breath Hold (Bahya Kumbhaka)
This is the first and most powerful technique to begin with. Practice this ten rounds at a time, several times a day.
Instructions:
- Sit comfortably or begin walking slowly in a room.
- Inhale slowly through the nose. Let your belly expand fully.
- Exhale completely. Let your belly contract and empty all air.
- After the exhalation, hold your breath externally.
- Gently press the nostrils or feel the tip of the nose with your fingers to anchor the awareness.
- Hold for 3–5 seconds or longer, as per your comfort.
- Then inhale again, relax, and repeat.
Do ten rounds in one set. You may do this multiple times throughout the day.
Effects:
- Clears brain fog
- Supplies oxygen and prana to the brain
- Calms excessive thoughts
- Begins nervous system regulation
If practiced consistently, you will feel your brain start to work again, returning decision-making power and awareness.
Technique 2: Internal Breath Hold (Antar Kumbhaka)
This is for those suffering from depression, lethargy, or stuck energy in the lower chakras (solar plexus, pelvis, genitals).
Instructions:
- Inhale slowly and fully through the nose.
- Hold the breath internally after inhalation.
- Hold as per your capacity—5 to 10 seconds.
- Then exhale gently.
- Repeat for ten rounds.
Benefits:
- Increases heat and metabolic activity
- Unblocks stagnant energy in the abdomen and pelvic region
- Increases life force in the body
- Helps release heaviness and emotional density
Walking with Breath Holds for Faster Results
If you have energy and want quicker results, practice both techniques while walking.
For Internal Hold while Walking:
- Inhale while walking → Hold → Walk → Exhale → Repeat
For External Hold while Walking:
- Inhale while walking → Exhale while walking → Hold externally → Walk → Repeat
This walking rhythm increases energetic flow and momentum. You don’t need to stop at one place. Whether in a room or an open space, keep walking gently as you do it.
Practicing breath holds while walking:
- Boosts circulation
- Awakens dormant vitality
- Clears the foggy mental field
- Amplifies healing at a faster pace
Lifestyle Shifts for Energetic Stability
These techniques alone are powerful. But if you wish for lasting transformation, you must stop certain energy-draining habits.
For Men:
- Stop watching pornography
- Stop masturbation
- Begin semen retention to preserve and recycle life force energy
For Women:
- Stop gossiping and emotional complaining
- Move out of the victimized mindset
- Preserve your emotional energy with silence and self-awareness
Your brain’s energetic shield—your mental aura—has weakened. These techniques rebuild that energy. When you preserve your vital fluid and prana, you operate from conscious awareness, not mental chaos.
Your Path to Healing
The moment you begin these breath techniques, the brain starts functioning, clarity returns, and the will to heal arises. Obsessive thoughts, brain fog, disassociation—they begin to dissolve.
