Background
This discourse records a week of lived signs—intuition saving money, torrents of ideas, surging energy during practice, racing thoughts at night, localised head sensations, and a spontaneous pull toward a different life. It unfolds as a direct teaching that diagnoses patterns in the nervous system, reframes them as signals of Kundalini-led transformation, and offers precise, embodied methods to ground, guide, and mature the process: palm-based energetic reading, quantum-field visualisation, Kund Breathing with grounding postures, mouth-exhalation release, conscious eating, music-assisted brainwave shifting, laughter as de-identification, and a middle path for life decisions. Read it as a complete, standalone teaching you can practise step by step.
Opening: Setting the Intention
Hello. Good morning. Good afternoon. I will diagnose you first, and then I will begin the session. Good.
Show me your hands, one by one.
This is your right hand. Correct—yes. I will tell you one thing: look at your right hand like this; look.
Once again, there are three lines. Can you see?
The third line originates here, like this. It originates and ends somewhere here—correct—it ends somewhere. In your case, I am looking at your palm photo. Let me tell you: there is no palm reading here. I read energetically, and there is a certain relevance in your hands.
This line is the lifeline, actually. It ends here. It ends, and it has that significance. If you go into palmistry, they will say your death is near—this or that. That is not true. This indicates your energetic death. Energetic means your freedom—the end of the ego and the beginning of freedom.
Death from the self.
Later, after some years, you will see that this line is growing, growing, growing—it is extending. As you start living the new life, you will see that certain lines are forming. Right now, there are not many lines. There are many hands with many lines; that indicates many karmas, many transactions, many deals to be completed. In your case, there is not much karma to burn. Only the last karma remains: burn the ego, burn the personality, and everything you are so far.
From today onwards, every effort, every energy work on you, and every Energetic Mastery Method you learn will be to burn your ego—and that is freedom. Slowly, slowly, you will move towards that point where you burn the ego. In every activity you do and every moment you live, your sadhana is to dissolve the ego that is rooted in the nervous system.
It is very practical to burn the ego by not focusing on the ego. If you focus on the ego, it never dies. I am a smart Guru: I do not give it importance. For example, you brush your teeth with your right hand. A habit forms. If you start thinking, “I should not brush with my right hand,” that focus strengthens it. Simply do the opposite: start brushing with your left hand. Paying attention to the left hand itself changes the habit formed around the right.
Slowly, slowly, you will gain the intelligence to notice the change in everything you do: “I work in a certain way. I do things in a certain way.” That rigidity has set in your nervous system. Once you begin doing things differently, you change—without giving importance to the ego formed from the old way.
For example, if you think you are a professional and you have been working in a certain way for twenty years, an ego forms. Just changing the way, little by little, dissolves it.
In your left hand there are certain lines indicating mental disturbances. These are connected to the karma you need to burn—that ego. At times everything is good, but somehow you are disturbed by the mind. That will go—with a different approach to whatever you do from today onwards.
I will first answer your last question from your updates: you have been feeling a strong urge to live a different life—the urge is making you quite detached from the existing life—and a very wild idea of requesting an overseas posting popped up, even though your logical mind says it is not the true path.
All right. I will take you into the quantum field and let you feel what it is to experience this as true. Close your eyes.
Guided Practice: Quantum Field Feeling for Life Decisions
1) Feel the current detachment.
Feel completely the detachment from your existing life—the non-connection with communication, with the current reality, with everything you are experiencing. Feel it completely.
2) Sense the movement in the spine.
Notice how your energy moves around your head and especially in the spine. It moves upward—towards a different reality, towards a new direction. It is like water rushing through a tunnel; the tunnel is your spine. Feel movement especially at the back of your heart chakra. You may feel a push, push, push—as if something is trying to come out.
3) Enter the headspace and visualise.
Focus only on the third eye. Be in the head region and visualise that you are working overseas. It could be a different country; it could be regular traveling. Exploring new possibilities. Whatever country comes first, let it come. Which is the first country where you have travelled overseas? Let the memory open the corridor of possibility.
4) Feel expansion.
What does it mean to explore new possibilities? Feel it completely. It may be a different location, a different position, a different kind of experience—expanding in nature, challenging yet expanding. This is what you wanted from life: to break the routine and start living a new, unique life that expands you.
5) Let the energy crown.
Feel the energy move from the heart chakra toward the head. Slowly, slowly it taps the crown chakra. It tries to go out. That is a signal: take the step. At least ask. If you do not ask, the answer is always no. If you ask, either no or yes. If no, something else comes. If yes, move in that direction—do not let the mind become an obstacle by remaining only in the head. Action is required toward every decision.
6) Use the body as oracle.
Before taking any decision, do this energy piece—two minutes are enough. Do not think; simply feel, and your energy will respond. Banana or apple? Close your eyes, ask the body, and it will tell you.
7) Live by feeling.
If you do this, clarity enters every decision. Slowly, feeling takes over your life and thinking sits aside. You do not have to think about life; you have to feel life, get the signal, and do that. That is your real life.
8) Primal orientation.
Imagine you are in the jungle. There are no guidelines. You must follow the intuitive brain—the sixth sense—Kundalini, the life force, the bio-electricity, the prana. In the physical body it is oxygen; in the subtle body it is prana. These signals show how to live. Follow them and you are liberated now. Ignore them and you are in bondage—the cage of the ego.
9) Burn the collective mind.
The collective mind in you is strong; the individual mind is weak. The collective mind became your individual mind. Who stops you from living? You stop you—your ego, your beliefs, your conditioning. Let go. Burn the boat completely and start living a new life. Do not think about the insecurities the mind shows. The worst thing for the mind is that you start living. The best thing for you is that you start living.
10) Practical instruction: attention shift.
Stop the mind by not stopping the mind. Withdraw attention from it, pay attention to feeling. Stay with the feeling of working overseas and regular traveling—how it feels.
11) Dissolve identity in pure consciousness.
Forget the year, time, age, skin colour, height, appearance. Experience blankness—pure consciousness. You are not even the center. You are nowhere. Feel the non-awareness of personal existence. You are not even a drop in the universe.
12) Rocket visualisation.
Visualise sitting in a rocket leaving the earth. See people, buildings around the launch site. Rise: people fade, buildings fade, trees fade—only colours remain: brown, green. Higher: clouds only. Higher: the clouds fade; the earth becomes a small marble ball. Higher: the earth is a drop. Near the sun—cross the sun—enter a different dimension. The multiverse opens.
13) The black hole.
Everything goes to nothing. The black hole—eternity of nothing—from which the formless becomes form. Stay in the black hole and start creating life. Black hole is the beginning of new life. Black hole is death; white hole is life. Die completely to experience life completely. From this black hole, see there is no role: no mother, no daughter, no professional to live the next life. You are no one. The universe takes care of food, clothing, shelter—everything you need. No insecurity is needed.
14) Dismantling neural pathways.
Dismantle the old self. Whatever neural pathways you learned in forty years—dismantle them one by one. Whatever society taught you—dismantle it. Be energy that can do anything, every moment. If you do not pay attention to a memory, it erases. You do not remember each day of twenty years in school because you do not repeat those days. But what you repeat becomes mind. If you stop repeating, memory erases gradually. If you keep repeating, it becomes muscle memory; neural pathways harden; the nervous system responds before feeling. Therefore, activate feeling and practise living based on feeling.
15) Stay in the black hole and design life.
Remain in the black hole. Visualise the life you want. One by one, visualise everything: the freedom you want, the health you want. You are not old; the mind shows you that. If you work on energy, you become a sexy female with feminine energy—twenties in spirit—excited about life, excited about doing new things. Feel alive in your marriage through real intimacy. Do not live dead, only to be pushed into disease later. Commit to your new life and feel strength from me. Initially it is difficult to break pathways. If you commit—I can do that. Whatever I say, start doing from today. Resistance will come; release it with mouth exhalation.
Instruction: Ten conscious mouth exhalations
Focus on the third eye. Exhale through the mouth in ten steady, audible releases. With each exhalation, let tension, thoughts, and identification leave. Feel that everything is happening now. In the quantum field there is no future—your different life with frequent traveling and enjoyable work exists here and now. You are doing what you love; you love what you are doing.
Open your eyes when complete.
How was it? Whatever you experienced, you may share.
Note on tears and release.
Kundalini herself releases—with gratitude and with the hope that we are getting free. Often, tears come in sessions because I am bringing you home. The very energy of going abroad—with these possibilities—made your soul free from the matrix you are living.
The Middle Path: Explore, Return, Integrate
There will be compromises. If the matrix goes, it goes in different ways. Not necessarily living away from family. In your case, there could be a transition you decide, because after a point you cannot continue the old life. In three to six months you will be frustrated with the present life and forced to live differently. Possibilities have already come—from the universe.
Explore higher-quality, authentic lifestyles—mountain regions, protected traditions in places like China and Japan. They keep them sacred because the materialistic world cannot follow a heart-led life. Your Kundalini wants you to explore such possibilities. If you live that way, when you become a healer, you become an exemplar for others. If you keep repeating the old work pattern, the next life never begins. If you start living differently with existing opportunities, you develop new qualities and can become a consultant—an energy consultant, a healer—an exemplar who guides others.
You are already interacting with worldly people and those who live differently. Choose the middle path: explore the opportunity. You do not have to leave your family now. If you get the chance to go, visit. Attend the meeting. Test the possibility. Or simply travel there. Then come back home. Spend months understanding how energy is working.
Your energy is changing in the next six months. With my intensity, everything is happening fast. I thought of calling you to India after six months for a physical project, but now I need to free you sooner. Your energy has become very fast—very fast.
Kund Breathing: Power, Grounding, and Structure
Quantum Breathing (Kund Breathing) is about freeing you and grounding you. This breath alone has the power to free you and ground you, and then everything happens.
What is happening in you is a positive sign. It tells you that you cannot live the same life. That is the best thing. It kills ego identification and the energies that restricted you. With the power of Kund Breathing, the channels open; dilatation happens fast. Kundalini moves and brings what you need.
Right now, you may feel disconnected because the “matrix” surrounds you. Yet it is positive: you are converting into an energy body. The energy body travels; it is not trapped in the physical. When it travels, it brings possibilities from the quantum field. The quantum field is beyond time, here and now. Everything that happened, exists, or will happen is already there. Suppose something is set to occur in five months—it shows you now and asks, “Why not act?”
Intensity matters. To balance intensity, combine Child’s Pose and Advasana (Reverse Corpse Pose) with Kund Breathing.
Posture Instruction: Child’s Pose (Balasana)
- Kneel with big toes touching, knees apart as comfortable.
- Sit back on the heels; fold forward, resting torso between thighs.
- Extend arms forward on the floor, palms down; or place arms by the sides.
- Soften the belly. Let the forehead rest.
- Breathe naturally for 5 minutes, feeling the belly inflate against thighs.
- Use this as pre-grounding or post-breath grounding.
Posture Instruction: Advasana (Reverse Corpse Pose)
- Lie prone (on the belly).
- Arms along the sides, palms facing up; or folded under the forehead as a cushion.
- Let the belly contact the ground fully; relax the lower back.
- Breathe quietly into the back and ribs for 5 minutes.
- Feel the front body surrender to earth—this is deep grounding after energy rises.
Technique: Kund Breathing (Quantum Breathing)
- Lie down comfortably on your back for the breathing phase.
- Let the jaw relax, tongue relaxed, eyes gently closed.
- Breath pattern: Smooth, continuous inhalation through the nose; relaxed, open-mouth exhalation that slightly audibilises release (like misting a mirror).
- Count: Practise for 30 minutes per session. You may do it up to three times a day if your system permits.
- Attention: Keep attention at the third eye while allowing breath to flow. On each exhale, let go of thoughts, tension, and identity.
- Safety: If energy rushes too strongly to the head, pause and rest in Child’s Pose or Advasana for 5 minutes, then continue.
- Signs: Bubble-popping sensations in the stomach or soles, excited movement in channels, heat rising—these are normal signs of opening.
Sometimes I suggest 30 minutes of breathing followed by 30 minutes of Advasana if you can spend one hour. On days when energy is high at night, spend two hours before sleep: breathing, then Advasana, then sleep.
Music as a Bridge: Shifting Brainwaves
You can use background music while practising. High-frequency energy music can shift brainwaves—beta to alpha, alpha to gamma, passing through theta and delta. Lying down, play music you love: Himalayan, African drums, film scores—experiment. If music distracts you, stop it. First experiment; then implement. The core is Kundalini practice itself.
Your Updates Answered, One by One
1) Intuition and the Air Tickets
You were about to pay for a family trip; prices kept rising; the agent rushed you; intuition said “wait.” After lunch, prices dropped by $400. Such “wait and see” signals happened a few times. Is this normal?
Yes. It is a clear intuitive signal. Kundalini is guiding you. Your energy is taking over your life. Allow it. You have practised Kund Breathing for more than thirty days—more than one hundred times. As you move toward five hundred and a thousand sessions, life becomes 100% intuitive. That is the purpose: you will not be able to act from the mind. Congratulations—stand still until you stabilise. It will take about a year to stabilise this feeling and this consciousness.
2) Torrents of Ideas and Overwhelm
There is a gushing download of ideas for projects—non-stop generating ideas for days. You write them down so they do not vanish. Is this “work-work-work” drive bad?
No. It is not bad. Check ideas through feeling. Let the body oracle decide: two minutes, eyes closed, ask. Act on the ideas that “light” the body and relax the brow; postpone the ones that tighten the jaw or the throat. Let intensity organise itself through the breath.
3) Adjusting the Practice to Ground the Energy
After three days of 30-minute sessions, three times a day, you adjusted to Child’s Pose (5 min), Kund Breathing (30 min), and Advasana (5 min) because energy rushed to the third eye.
Good. That adjustment is wise. The energy is active and excited; you are experiencing life energy. It will push you to live. If the solar plexus is blocked, it tries to come out through the heart; if it is stuck at the heart, continue the breath and grounding until it moves. Your structure—Child’s Pose → Breath → Advasana—is sound.
4) Racing Thoughts and Sleep
Your mind jumps topic to topic—work, family, random. Sometimes you drown in it; sometimes you observe. On some nights, racing thoughts wake you. Do you need to worry?
No. It is release. In your case there is not much trauma; the “trauma” is the mind itself. Overthinking arises as the channels open. If it becomes overwhelming, use continuous mouth exhalation for ten counts—repeat in sets until calm. Then rest in Child’s Pose or Advasana. Prioritise night practice: two hours before sleep, if possible—breathing, then Advasana.
5) Head Sensations: Piercing, Soreness, Numbness
During Kund Breathing the energy in the head feels like piercing toward the back. After, you feel localised soreness or numbness when you touch that area. Normal?
Yes. There is heat. Sometimes small “lumps” or tenderness appear, like when dandruff flares. Kundalini burns through the head; skin may feel sensitive; the nervous system is being rewired. Cooling nourishment is helpful: drink lots of water; sip small amounts of cold milk directly from the refrigerator, like a cold drink; add ghee (clarified butter) to your diet.
Ghee instruction:
Add two teaspoons daily. Mix with soups, lentils, or rice, or take directly. Choose a high-quality organic ghee. If Patanjali brand is available near you, it is suitable.
Conscious Eating: Making Food into Medicine
Today I teach the basics; later we go deeper. Your mind requires gentle onboarding; otherwise, it revolts.
Principle: Eat as if seeing and tasting a food for the first time.
Apple Practice
- Hold the apple as if you have never seen one. Feel the texture with your fingers.
- Look intentionally at the colour—see red as if for the first time.
- Take a small bite. If the piece is big, break it into smaller pieces.
- Close your eyes. Taste as if tasting a new fruit—discover the nuances.
- Chew and move the food across the whole mouth: right, left, front, back.
- Continue until the food turns into soup—liquid, almost tasteless at the end.
- Aim for roughly 50% saliva and 50% food by volume in the mouth before swallowing.
Why:
When you eat this way, nutrition enters the bloodstream through saliva. The stomach receives prepared food; digestion eases; blood purifies; cells rebuild with less waste. Over time, you need fewer medicines. Food becomes medicine; the body becomes the doctor; the body starts guiding what, when, and how much to eat.
Peanut Example
Try raw peanuts (fresh, pink skin if available). Notice the earthy pink colour; chew into soup; move it everywhere in the mouth. Discover taste changing to no-taste; that shift marks full extraction of nutrition.
Implementation:
Start with one meal or snack per day—alone, unhurried. Tea, soup, fruit, noodles—anything. Devote time as if learning a new skill. With practice, this single skill solves most life problems by restoring presence, purity of blood, and stability of nerves.
I have a separate demonstration for drinking tea consciously; you can follow the same principles.
Laughter as a Cleanser
Make a mockery of the mind. When the mind says things, respond: “hahaha!” Do this often. After some time, real laughter erupts—hahaha! Laughter wipes off mental residue. Use it as a daily cleanser.
Scheduling and the Life Project
As for physical projects: I watch the energies and signals. If necessary and feasible, we adjust timings. At least a month before, you will be informed of possible dates—in India or Thailand. Many changes are happening after 31 October. In any case, within the coming six months, a physical project is very likely.
We have launched the Life Project (a one-year commitment). If, when the page and details reach you, you feel, “Yes, I commit,” then join. It includes weekly 30-minute sessions, energy transmission, and physical projects when the time comes. In the Life Project you give your life to me, and I give full attention to your life. I recommend it only for total transformation.
Right now you are in graduation. After 300–500 sessions of breathing, graduation completes and the next level begins—the energetic step.
You need not feel alone. Focus on the present:
- Can you do breathing? Yes.
- Can you do conscious eating? Yes.
- Can you live life based on feeling? Yes.
These are your fundamentals. If you are doing them well, do not listen to the mind. Withdraw attention from it and place attention on feeling.
Practical Consolidation: Your Week’s Signals Mapped to Practice
- Intuitive ticket timing → Keep using two-minute body-oracle checks before decisions.
- Idea torrents → Write lists; then test each item with a two-minute internal check.
- Energy rushing to third eye → Keep the structure: Child’s Pose (5), Breath (30), Advasana (5). Increase grounding time if needed.
- Racing thoughts at night → Two hours pre-sleep: Breath → Advasana. Add sets of ten mouth exhalations when overwhelmed.
- Head soreness/piercing → Hydrate; sip cold milk; add two teaspoons ghee daily; rest scalp if tender.
- Detached urge for a new life → Follow the middle path: explore opportunities, travel/meet, then return and integrate.
- Stabilisation horizon → About one year to stabilise fully into intuitive living; continue daily practice.
Detailed Techniques (At-a-Glance)
Mouth Exhalation (Release Set)
- Posture: seated or lying.
- Focus: third eye.
- Action: exhale through mouth with soft “haa,” ten times in a row.
- Cycle: rest; repeat as needed until the system settles.
Child’s Pose Grounding
- 5 minutes before and/or after breath; breathe into the belly against thighs.
Advasana Grounding
- 5–30 minutes after breath, as needed; feel front body surrender into earth.
Kund Breathing Session Template
- 30 minutes breathing; 5–30 minutes Advasana. Up to 3 sessions/day as capacity allows.
Music-Assisted States
- Try different genres; keep volume low; stop if distracting. The aim is effortless depth.
Conscious Eating
- One dedicated snack/meal daily in full presence; chew to liquid; 50% saliva rule.
Laughter Cleanse
- Several times a day—short, spontaneous hahaha! to reset identification.
Closing Counsel
You are progressing well. Be with the flow. Do not look for security in the mind; find orientation in feeling. If you do not ask, the answer is always no. Ask; then either a no redirects you or a yes moves you. Live by signals, not by fear. In the quantum field, your life is already happening—here and now. Walk into it.
