Background
In this session I worked with Alisa, a sensitive woman whose nervous system had been living in freeze mode for several decades. Her body carried deep emotional shock, long-suppressed experiences, and a long history of neurosis that had hardened inside her fascia and muscle memory. As Guru Sanju, I approached her not merely through explanation, but by working directly with the primitive brain, the body’s natural pulsation, and the spontaneous shaking mechanism that mammals use to restore safety after threat.
My intention was to take her out of intellectual understanding and return her to the direct intelligence of her organism. By using body based energy work, I guided her into deep relaxation, allowed natural tremors to emerge, and released trauma through shaking, vibration, and surrender. As her body realigned, I also worked on her brainwaves and showed her the imprint of a future life aligned with health, nature, and creativity. What follows is the complete teaching of that process.
Meeting Alisa and preparing the body
I greeted Alisa gently and asked how she was feeling. After her response, I told her that I was fantastic and ready to work deeply with her. I introduced the day’s purpose: I would teach her a technique that she would practice in my presence, and then continue on her own for the next seven days.
I instructed her to prepare the floor with a mattress and, if needed, a blanket so that she would be comfortable and warm. I told her not to place a pillow under her head for this practice. First she needed to listen fully to my guidance. After that she would follow everything step by step.
I asked her to lie down on the mattress, remove any pillow, and settle her body so she felt completely supported. Only then could the real work begin.
Deep relaxation without controlling anything
Once she lay down, I guided her into the essential foundation of this technique: complete non-doing.
I asked her to relax her entire body—the hands, the feet, the jaw, the stomach, the shoulders—and to let go of every unconscious effort to hold herself together.
I told her: Do not try to change anything. Not your breath, not your posture, not your thoughts. Simply allow.
This is the highest level of the technique. I explained that if she understood the knack of this state, she would be free from much of the neurosis, freeze mode, and trauma stored inside her.
I reminded her that my purpose was to train her body to release past trauma trapped in her nervous system, fascia, and entire physical structure. For the first time, she was treating her body as a physical body—not through concepts, not through spirituality alone, but through direct physical intelligence.
Understanding the human organism as a mammal
I then brought her to a crucial insight: she was a mammal.
I told her that mammals—lions, dogs, whales, four-legged creatures—release threat and trauma by trembling, shaking, and resetting their nervous systems.
“You are from the ape family,” I told her. “You are an organism before you are anything else.”
By remembering this, something softened inside her. She let go of unnecessary tension about her health and dropped heavy layers of identity.
As she relaxed into her mammalian nature, her body began to respond.
The first spontaneous shaking
Her body started to shake on its own.
I acknowledged it immediately: “Very good, Alisa. This is what is required.”
I guided her to allow every tremor, vibration, or emotional movement to happen. If she felt like crying or shouting, she was to let it happen without holding back.
The body knew exactly what it needed to do.
Introducing the knee-shaking technique
To intensify the process, I introduced the structured part of the technique.
I told her:
- Fold your knees.
- Place your feet flat on the ground.
- Begin shaking your knees loosely and continuously.
I asked her to keep shaking, to let the movement grow naturally, and to allow her body to find its own rhythm.
As she shook her legs and knees, I watched her system release layers of stored trauma.
Trauma release and the rhythm of life
I told her: “Very good. The trauma is releasing beautifully.”
The vibrations were aligning her with the natural rhythm of life. A time would come when the shaking would transform into deep peace.
After a period of shaking, I instructed her to lie back in shavasana and feel the movement of energy along her spine. I asked her to sense how the chemistry of her body was shifting.
If the shaking continued for 30 minutes, she was to let it continue. Nothing should be stopped.
The body was reorganising itself.
Repeating cycles of shaking and rest
I brought her into another cycle:
“Fold your knees again. Start shaking.”
As the shaking intensified, the energy moved up her spine, into her head, and released through the crown. Extra tension left her system.
“You must do this technique for at least 20 minutes,” I told her. “Only then does the magic begin.”
Why many sessions are required
I explained that her nervous system had been in freeze for nearly forty years. Trauma stored at such depth requires repetition—sometimes hundreds of sessions—to fully unwind.
“No other method releases this level of contraction,” I told her.
Her body knew how to heal, and this technique awakened that intelligence.
Body lifting from the ground
At one point her body lifted slightly from the floor.
I said: “Beautiful. Your body is aligning with life energy. Let it happen. Even if you feel tired, allow the process. You can rest afterwards.”
This was a sign of deep reorganisation inside her fascia and primitive brain.
The body as vibration and pulsation
I explained the deeper science:
“We are energy bodies. Everything inside you—organs, cells, mental patterns—is pulsation and vibration. When vibration gets stuck, it lodges in the fascia. That creates contraction. Contraction blocks nerve function. Blocked nerves create freeze mode. Freeze mode creates stagnation in life.”
Her life had been stagnant because her body was stagnant.
With this technique, flexibility and movement were returning.
Allowing the body to work
I reminded her: “You are not doing anything. Your body is doing everything.”
The trauma still held in her subconscious, muscle memory, and primitive brain was coming to the surface. I encouraged her to allow every sound, posture, tear, or vibration.
“This is the dimension no doctor can work on,” I told her. “Stay honest with the process.”
Brainwave transformation and new reality
After the trauma release phase, I began altering her brainwaves.
Through energy transmission, I guided her toward a reality beyond her past trauma. I told her she would experience the taste of her new life today itself.
“Your past is not your future,” I said.
Clearing the chakras through shaking
I guided her into another round of shaking so that the energy could rise up the spine and clear her chakras. Her energy centres realigned naturally.
“This is the built-in mechanism of the organism,” I reminded her. “Your heart rate, brainwaves, and total body are aligning with life.”
Surrendering all control
When the time arrived to pause, I asked her to rest completely.
If crying came, she was to cry. If screaming came, she was to scream. Judgement was not allowed.
“This technique works only when you surrender,” I told her.
Entering the primitive brain
Her body moved into primitive mammalian postures, responding exactly as animals do after danger.
I explained that mammals shake to release trauma when threatened. Her organism was doing the same.
Decades of suppressed energy were leaving her system.
Moving into brainwave rest
I asked her to cover herself with a blanket and place a pillow under her head so she could enter a deep state of homeostasis.
For the next 30 to 60 minutes, she was not to move.
She would rest, absorb the energy work, and allow her system to stabilise.
Daily practice for seven days
I instructed her:
- Practice this technique twice daily for one week.
- Once after waking up.
- Once before sleeping.
- If possible, add a midday session.
I explained the law of repetition:
“If you need 100 sessions, and you do four per day, in twenty days you will be free from most blockages.”
Consistency was everything.
Dropping the time factor
I guided her into a state beyond the human concept of time.
“There is no time factor in nature,” I told her. “Stress comes from time. If you don’t know when you are, there is no stress.”
I asked her to imagine herself as a simple organism—like a deer, a lion, a sheep—lying on the earth, unaware of clocks or calendars.
Her heart synchronised with the slow rhythm of life.
Changing the brainwaves from beta to alpha
I explained how acceptance slows the brainwaves:
“In total acceptance, your beta waves shift to alpha. Alpha means your brain has received the message: everything is alright.”
She entered this state naturally as she listened to my guidance.
Visualising life in the mountains
I showed her a future reality:
“You are in the mountains. You breathe clean air. You live close to nature. You create music from the inspiration around you.”
As she visualised it, her body began shaking again.
Her system recognised this future as truth.
I told her she would reach this life through effort, not destiny. The time of destiny was over. The rest required conscious action.
Facing emotions and staying honest with the process
I told her:
“You must remain honest with this process. Do not mix anything else. Do not bring your knowledge. Drop everything.”
Her body would heal. Her mind might resist. She must follow the body, not the mind.
“Face your emotions,” I said. “Do not run from them.”
Closing instructions and integration
I guided her to place her hands on her belly, breathe deeply, and focus on long exhalations.
If she felt tired, she could fall asleep.
After thirty minutes she could eat, move, or rest, but she had to tell her brain repeatedly:
“I am healing. I am becoming better. Music is my purpose. That is my ikigai.”
Practical life, money, and sustaining freedom
I explained:
“A free life is not free. It requires money, time, and energy.”
She would need to work, save, and invest in her future in the mountains.
All efforts now were directed at freeing her from neurosis and restoring her to a functioning human organism capable of independent life.
Closing the session
I ended with calm clarity:
“Relax completely. Let go of everything. I will close the session now. We will speak soon.”
Message for others
This technique releases trauma at the deepest physical and energetic level. Alisa received results in the first session, but she will need many more as her system unwinds decades of contraction.
If you too carry deep trauma, this is the right time to undergo body based energy work and set yourself free.
