You can balance your Kundalini energy with your daily life by adopting conscious living. But what is conscious living? It is the art of being present in every moment—with awareness, with intention, and with full attention. This is the secret I am teaching you today. And if you understand this simple technique and start applying it, you will notice its effects immediately.
Let me guide you step by step.
The First Moment of the Day: Attending to Yourself
When you wake up in the morning, your very first action should be to attend to yourself. How?
Even before opening your eyes, as your awareness returns from sleep, begin your day by practicing Kumbhaka Pranayama—the breath retention technique.
Practice: Kumbhaka (Breath Retention)
- Stay in bed with your eyes still closed.
- Inhale slowly through your nose (about 3–4 counts).
- Exhale gently through your nose (double the time—about 8–10 counts).
- Hold the breath after exhalation (start with 5–6 seconds).
Repeat this cycle 10 to 20 times while still lying in bed. Over time, you can gradually increase the duration of your breath hold. For example, increase it by one second each day depending on your body’s capacity and immunity.
Do not force your body. Let it grow gently into this practice.
Why is this important?
During the night, many energetic downloads occur. These are energetic processes, especially during a Kundalini awakening, that shift your consciousness. You may wake up feeling disinterested in life’s mundane activities, feeling detached, or lacking excitement. This is natural.
But even so, you need to function in daily life. You need to participate in the world while your Kundalini is still processing.
Build Neural Pathways to Integrate Energy
Kundalini awakening can take a week, a few months, or even twenty years to fully integrate. During this time, your nervous system needs rewiring. If you resist this energy, your system will remain in a constant state of tension. You will feel disconnected from your own life.
But if you merge with this energy through conscious living, you will feel joy, clarity, and a newfound balance.
So, after Kumbhaka, continue your day by slowing down every action.
Do everything with gratitude, attention and intention. Allow long exhalations. This will supply your brain with the oxygen it needs to integrate the night’s downloads. Use long, slow mouth exhalations through the day.
Simple Asanas for Morning Integration
Within the first hour of waking, your focus should be on merging with your Kundalini energy. Here are three practices to support this:
- Balakasana (Child’s Pose) – Stay in this posture for 10–15 minutes.
- Vajrasana – This will be taught in depth when you reach out for guidance.
- Vipareeta Karani – Do this for 25 minutes.
These poses calm your system and help distribute the Kundalini energy evenly throughout the body. If done under guidance, you will feel aligned and energized within an hour of waking.
Create New Neural Pathways: Use the Non-Dominant Hand
One more secret:
Start using your left hand (if you’re right-handed) for daily tasks like brushing your teeth. Why?
Because when you use your dominant hand, your actions are automatic—you drift into your thoughts. But when you use your non-dominant hand, you are forced to be present. You must pay attention to what you’re doing, thus rewiring your brain with awareness.
This one simple act evolves your attention, your intention, and your presence.
Throughout the Day: Stay with Your Breath
Every hour, pause.
Take a moment to:
- Inhale slowly
- Exhale fully
- Hold the breath for 5–10 seconds
Do this in small sets. These breath holds integrate the Kundalini energy running through your system. They supply your body and brain with the support they need to hold this new frequency.
When done regularly, these techniques will help you feel aligned, energized, and able to live your life without resisting the power of awakening.
Personalized Guidance Is Essential
If you are experiencing other symptoms beyond general energy integration, I encourage you to reach out for a personal diagnosis and coaching session with me. Each soul’s journey is unique. Each nervous system is processing different karmas and energy patterns. What works for one may not be enough for another.
But these three foundational techniques—Kumbhaka, mindful movement, and left-hand neural rewiring—are universally applicable for those going through a Kundalini awakening without other severe complications.
Apply them. Begin now.
And if you feel the call, connect with me directly. Your integration can be joyful, graceful, and divinely aligned.
Take care, and may your day be full of presence and peace.
