A Call to the Man Who Is Ready to Wake Up
Don’t adjust. Be expressive. Why? You are adjusting your life with everyone around you. As a man, I’m asking you this question: what is your problem? What is your limitation that is making you beg or adjust with people around you? This discourse is going to be an eye-opener for you, and if it does not transform you, then understand that you do not want to change.
If you want to change, you have to accept the harsh reality that the Guru is telling you, and you need to divert from this route toward a more empowering and powerful version of you.
You have never questioned yourself about the way you have been functioning in life. You have become a clone of the society—the stale society, the matrix, the dead world that does not know how to live. And you have lost your potential of being an independent man by adjusting your nervous system, your brain, and your life around this, as well as the people who are contributing to a stagnant and dead life. If you have the guts, if you have the energy to look into your own mistakes, then stay with me and understand each perspective. Only then will you be transformed. Otherwise you will die like a donkey who adjusts to whatever the donkey’s master gives—and you will lose the opportunity to create a powerful life in this very birth.
Let’s have a reality check of your potential.
A Reality Check: Your Health, Your Drive, Your Morning Wake-Up
First, let’s talk about your health.
Are you healthy? Are you fit? Are you energetic? Do you have the drive to live? Do you feel a reason to wake up in the morning and get going? Or do you feel dragged into the rat race to fulfill the dreams of your spouse, your family members, the expectations of society and the world—or the false image that you yourself have created?
You must ask yourself these fundamental questions. Do you feel fatigued throughout the day? Do you feel that your dopamine hasn’t been released for years—and that you don’t even know what real dopamine is? Do you want to run away from the work you are doing? If you are living the kind of life in which you don’t want to fulfill anything out of your own drive, this means you are lacking passion in your life—the real passion of the man—because you adjust every time to suit the needs of people around you who have turned you into a money-making machine or a bank account. Be it your children, your wife, anyone—even your parents—look at yourself and ask: for whom are you living?
Measure Your Energy: When Did Your Masculine Fire Last Roar?
Look at your energy.
When was the last time you felt masculine energy rushing through your system out of a sense of achievement—out of meeting a challenge—out of taking an adventurous decision or a real risk? When was the last time you did something that had no neat logical meaning but called you anyway? When did you last go on a drive toward a creation that has always lived in your heart—something you always felt like inventing, creating, and bringing to this world?
If you have never felt that energy, it means you are dead as a man. You are adjusting all the time to suit others’ needs.
The First Fatal Adjustment: Misaligned Education
The first adjustment you made—the one where your soul began to die—was to get an education, a degree, or a professional qualification in something your parents wanted for you. You never wanted to go into that field of study. You never wanted to become a doctor. You never wanted to become an engineer. You never wanted to become an AI professional. Then why did you do it? Because you adjusted.
You did a permutation and combination of the situations around you and fell into an education system that doesn’t teach you how to live an independent life—because you wanted security. Your parents wanted that security. But what is secure in this life? Nothing is secure. Life itself is unpredictable. In every moment, anything can happen. Then why are you living a life of predictability?
The society, the world, the matrix is made from the energy of predictability. Everything is predictable there. And since everything is predictable, you are adjusting yourself to those predictions: if you get a degree, and if you get a professional qualification, you will get a job, and you will get a fixed salary, and you will get a permanent source of income, and you will work for those number of years—and at sixty you retire, and thereafter you will live.
Your Life Is Singular—Stop Using Someone Else’s Map
You need to know that each life is individual. Each life is unique. You cannot keep adjusting your life to other people’s lives. Their life is given to them to live. Your life is given to you—to you—to live. If you are not living and enjoying your life the way you want to live, then you will die. You are dead already. Your soul is dead already. You do not feel. You do not immerse yourself in the life energy that is in you—that is you. You have created a false image, a false ego, a false personality with a set of traits—and these traits keep adjusting to the demands of your parents.
And when you get a job after fulfilling your parents’ dreams, the next adjustment you make is to get married—and then the real suffering begins. You have to adjust yourself to two families: the family of your spouse and your original family. All these people—with all their unconscious behaviors, dreams, and desires—come together to bully you and to extract every bit of you.
When you cannot fulfill these demands, you go into addictions. You go into pornography. You go into masturbation. You go into alcoholism. You go into drugs. You go into smoking. You go into all kinds of anxiety-increasing activities. You work late hours to avoid dissatisfaction at home and to keep fulfilling the dreams of these people—your wife, your dream girl.
Then come her dreams to become a mother—such a grand dream. And you are the mighty man to make her a mother and yourself the father—the proud father. Both of you become the proud parents of children whose destiny is not in your hands. You feel privileged to give birth to children, and then you adjust to your children—their schools, their education, their upbringing, their desires, their “overall development”—for twenty years of your life. And the man is dead. And the man is dead.
The Seed That Never Sprouted
The dream, the potential, the seed with which you were born—even before sprouting—is gone. There is not an ounce of chance for that sprouting to re-happen until and unless you realize what mistakes you have made.
That is why people take multiple births to realize one simple decision: stop adjusting to the matrix, to the… bullshit of society, the so-called civilization. Stop doing that. Stop right now—and start expressing.
Most of you don’t even know what expression means. Most of you do not even have a glimpse of your potential. You don’t even know why you were born. You have the potential to be a lion. But since you have spent your life adjusting to the herd of sheep, you have become a sheep. You have no vision. You don’t know that you can hunt, you can run, you can be on your own. You don’t even know what it means to be a human being in the form of a man—who is most powerful when he is himself.
Energy Reality: Ojas, Vibration, and the Masculine Field
From where will you get the power of a man if you have lost your semen in all kinds of addiction? You don’t have the ojas. The powerful bio-electricity in your body is weak. Your cosmic electricity is weak. Your energy field is weak. Your radiance is subtle—vibrating so low that you cannot radiate higher, cannot become the lion, cannot become the phoenix.
To be the lion, to be the phoenix, you must radiate from higher vibrational frequency. Only then will something happen in your life. If you radiate lower energies, then a hundred percent you cannot feel yourself as a man. Your lower energies of lust drive you. You do not have control over your nervous system when it comes to sexual desire and fulfillment. You are not satisfied with your wife. You are not satisfied with anything. Your brain does not work.
Your body holds too many problems. You have issues related to sexual health and the genitals. You have constipation. You have irritable bowel syndrome. You have problems with urination. You have erectile dysfunction. You have premature ejaculation. You cannot perform in bed. You cannot retain your semen. And since you cannot retain your semen, your health declines. Your lower, darker, denser energies—vibrating at very low frequency—keep you dense and dark. You have no desire to perform in life. You do not know how to express.
Man was never born to sit at one place from nine to five. Man was born to explore, to take challenges, to take adventures, to go into the unknown, to take risks. The comfort you have chosen is making you sick. You fear all the time. You have anger issues. You get frustrated too soon. You get depressed. You even want to take away your life because there is no drive. There is no life purpose—because of these adjustments you keep making.
The Turning Point: Semen Retention and the Rebirth of Purpose
So you must recognize this: if you want to grow higher as a man, if you want to tap your masculine energy, start retaining semen. When you start retaining semen, your masculine forces will increase. Your dopamine level will rise. Your testosterone will rise. Your brain will start functioning well. When your brain starts functioning well, you are more productive—and you will recognize your life purpose as it emerges from within you. If you retain semen for one year, your life purpose will reveal itself to you.
But for that, you must start expressing.
Expression means: whatever you feel, start living that authentic reality. Stop fooling yourself. Stop wearing the mask in the name of rules, relationships, identities, and self-creations that are not yours. You are adjusting to everything and everyone around you on the basis of what they want from you. You are people-pleasing. You are approval-seeking. You want permission from others—and only then you feel that what you’re doing is right. Your inner voice is not authentic enough to give you your approval that you are doing right.
So understand this: if you want to live the life meant for you, start speaking the truth. The first thing I advocate strongly is: start speaking the truth. Stop telling lies.
When Adjustment Makes You Sick: The Cascade of Disorders
All kinds of diseases crowd your brain when you live in lies and adjustment. You create mental-health breakdowns. Your memory loss might lead to Alzheimer’s later—or you may already be in a dementia-like condition where cognitive functions are failing. You may show schizophrenia-like symptoms, bipolar patterns, or the symptoms of multiple sclerosis where the whole system feels re-wired and erratic. You may suffer neuropathy, arthritis, Parkinson’s-like symptoms, paralysis-like episodes, even partial-coma-like states. You may experience depersonalization-derealization disorder where you feel you are not located in the body. If you are going through awakening, these can blend into other conditions.
You may have digestive problems. You may have breathing problems. You may not be able to breathe well. You may not breathe from your belly. You may always be breathing from your chest because you live in anxiety.
You feel heavy and loaded with too much unprocessed energy—tons of stagnant energy that leads to chronic fatigue syndrome. You feel pain and fatigue all the time. Fibromyalgia-like patterns appear. Name a disease and you have echoes of it. You take too many medications to cure yourself, but they do not work—because you are still adjusting, and your brain is forever in freeze, flight, and fight. Your amygdala—peanut-shaped, deep in your brain—keeps you in survival mode.
If you want to thrive, you must start expressing. Only expression will change the amygdala’s response. Because your constant adjustment chronically releases stress hormones, you remain a prisoner of survival. You have caged yourself in an environment that keeps you “safe” and small—and the sympathetic nervous system stays over-activated. With that hyper-activation, you live in restlessness, chronic anxiety, and depression. You cannot function well at work. Your boss or seniors feel like a threat. Your wife feels like a threat. Your children feel like a threat. Your parents feel like a threat. Who created this life? You did. By adjusting. By remaining a victim. By refusing to become a leader.
Productivity Without Purpose Is Dopamine Without Joy
Because your energy is low, your health fragile, your frequency dull, your productivity remains low. Efficiency never rises. You never invest in multiple skills. Twenty years ago you took a degree, got a qualification, and then became a donkey doing a job. There is no authentic dopamine in the work you do. Not a single reason to thrive. The thriving response of the brain emerges when you live your life purpose. Expression means you are living your ikigai. You have found your purpose. Every day a surge of energy rises. You wake with a reason. Your life has meaning—not because “life” has meaning, but because you define it from consciousness, not from the collective mind of society or the world.
The world, the society, the matrix has made men handicapped. What appears as “men” around you are not living masculine energy. Real masculine energy is power. Real masculine energy is protection. A masculine man protects himself first. He is a warrior. He penetrates life. He leads. He dominates in sex and in life—not as a tyrant, but as a grounded protector who sets direction.
He is not a victim. He is a provider—but “provider” does not mean funding the endless consumerist desires of your wife, the collection of clothes and jewelry. Provider means he brings power, structure, direction, nourishment, and safety to his field.
Power. Provide. Protect. Precede. Penetrate. These five are qualities of the real man—the instinctive, powerful man.
I create powerful men. I create masculine men who are independent, who take decisions for their life, who are expressive as men—and that is why they are free. They are powerful. They are happy. You are not happy because you are adjusting. Only when you start expressing your true nature and true purpose will you become powerful—and that power will come with intention.
The First Daily Practice: Semen Retention as a Discipline
The first step is simple to say and difficult to live: as a man, retain your semen. Semen retention will reveal your life purpose to you. It is not a one-day task. Extreme willpower is required. You must lower lust energy and transmute it into work, creation, and purpose. You must strengthen your core. You must strengthen your solar plexus. Only then will the fire required for purpose rise and burn upward.
How to Begin Semen Retention (Foundational Protocol)
- Set a clear vow and counter-vow.
Decide the number of days you will retain (start with 21; aim toward 90 and then 365). Pair it with a counter-vow: if you break, you restart immediately and add one day to the target. No self-shaming—only recommitment. - Change your inputs.
Remove visual triggers (pornography, erotic social feeds). Replace late-night scrolling with a fixed lights-out time. Keep the phone outside the bedroom. - Redirect the surge within 30 seconds.
When arousal rises, stand up, breathe down to the belly (instructions below), and move—push-ups, squats, a cold splash on the face, or a brisk 3-minute walk. You are training a new circuit: surge → breath + movement → creative action. - Transmute daily.
Channel the saved energy into a concrete output—writing, building, selling, training. One useful thing every day, shipped before sleep. - Track signals.
Note morning energy, mood, focus, sleep, training load. Make it visible. When you see progress, the brain releases real dopamine for process, not illusion. - Guard recovery.
Sleep 7–8 hours. No screens 60 minutes before bed. Breath down to the belly as you lie down. Wake at a consistent time. - Share truth, not details.
If someone asks why you look different, say: “I’m focusing my energy.” Keep it clean and powerful.
The Second Daily Practice: Diaphragmatic Breathing and the Solar Plexus
Power lies at the solar plexus. To activate it, the diaphragm must move up and down—all the time. You must keep training it until lower-belly breathing becomes your default.
Diaphragmatic Breathing (Step-by-Step)
- Posture.
Sit upright on a firm chair or kneel on a mat. Lengthen the spine. Relax the jaw and tongue. - Hands as biofeedback.
Place one palm on the navel (belly), the other on the lower ribs or sternum. The belly hand must move outward on the inhale; the chest hand remains comparatively quiet. - Inhale gently through the nose for 3–4 seconds.
Imagine the breath traveling to the lower belly and back body. Feel the navel expand into your hand. Keep the shoulders relaxed. - Exhale through the nose for 4–6 seconds.
Let the belly fall naturally—do not suck in. Visualize a warm coil of energy settling downward and centering. - Pacing.
Practice 5–10 minutes, 2–3 times daily. Over weeks, let the breath lengthen organically. Do not force. - Make it functional.
Throughout the day—before a call, a meeting, a tough conversation—take three slow belly breaths. Train your “state switch.” - Advance to external kumbhak (optional).
Once the breath is smooth, add a comfortable 2–3-second pause after exhale for 3–5 rounds. Never strain. The aim is steadiness, not heroics.
This training quiets the amygdala, regulates the autonomic nervous system, improves focus, and feeds real power to the solar plexus—the center of agency, direction, and will.
Speaking Truth: The Daily Muscle of Expression
The first thing I advocate strongly is to speak the truth. Stop telling lies. Your brain rots when you live in falsehood. Your body collapses. Your relationships fester.
A 7-Day Truth-Speaking Drill
- Day 1 — Minor honesty.
Tell the truth in ten small places (schedule, appetite, preference). Keep it kind and clean. - Day 2 — One boundary.
Say no to one thing you don’t want to do. Breathe down to the belly while you say it. - Day 3 — One difficult truth.
Share one fact you have avoided. Speak slowly, own your part, don’t justify. - Day 4 — Money clarity.
Reveal one financial fact to yourself and, where appropriate, to the relevant person. - Day 5 — Work reality.
State clearly what helps you deliver and what gets in the way. Offer a solution. - Day 6 — Desire.
Admit one healthy desire (creative, physical, vocational). Take one concrete step toward it. - Day 7 — Integration.
Write a one-page letter to yourself titled “This Is the Man I Am Building.” Read it aloud.
This is expression. This is leadership. This is medicine for the nervous system.
When You Need a Mirror: Diagnosis and the Phoenix Path
I share many techniques to strengthen the core. If you need specific guidance on how to strengthen your core, you must be diagnosed by me—through my clairvoyant power and my capacity to transform you into a man. If you are unable to work on yourself alone, then the Guru is here to work with you. But you must remain committed for eighteen months to become a phoenix. It is not a one-day task.
Understand clearly: your brain and nervous system are disoriented and weak; your energy field must be strengthened. The discipline required is immense—more difficult than climbing Mount Everest. In fact, climbing Everest becomes easier at one point, but working on yourself with the Guru is the most challenging thing—because you must face your own demons and your own mistakes. Your ego does not want to do this. Your ego does not want to surrender. Your ego does not want to die. That ego—trained for years to adjust to everything—must suddenly learn to express.
And expression is not possible until you separate consciousness and ego. You must raise your consciousness. The consciousness and the ego must be seen as distinct. You must become a conscious man. Only then can you work on yourself. Until then, nothing is possible. All this is possible with the Guru and you in the Phoenix Project.
Comfort Is the Cage; Decision Is the Key
You must understand: the way toward masculinity is only one—and that is decision. You are too comfortable. Everything seems “fine,” and one day you will die in that comfort zone. Real dopamine will release when you have the felt sense of achievement that comes from transforming yourself. The brain is intelligent; it releases real dopamine for real transformation and right action—not for empty busywork.
It will not release your dopamine for working in the office just to fulfill the needs and greeds of society and other people. So it’s time to take a decision. Stop adjusting and be expressive. This is a glimpse of expression; in further discourse, I will take you ahead. Have a great day.
A Field Manual for Men: Daily Structure You Can Use Today
You asked for a path that turns words into embodiment. Use this as your blueprint for the next twelve weeks.
Morning (45–60 minutes)
- Wake and hydrate.
Stand tall. Take ten diaphragmatic breaths. - Movement.
15–20 minutes of strength work (push, pull, squat, hinge; keep it simple and progressive). - Cold or cool rinse (optional).
30–60 seconds. Breathe down as the water hits. - Purpose block (20 minutes).
Single, needle-moving task on your most important creation. Ship something small every day.
Midday (10 minutes)
- Breath reset.
Three rounds of slow belly breathing; eyes soft; jaw loose. One honest act (an email, a boundary, a decision).
Evening (30–45 minutes)
- Walk, stretch, or mobility.
Untie the day from the tissues. - Reflection.
Write three sentences: what I did, where I lied or adjusted, what I will express tomorrow. - Lights-out ritual.
No screens for the last 60 minutes. Read, journal, or breathe. Sleep is your masculine forge.
Weekly (90 minutes)
- Skill and exposure.
Learn one career-relevant skill; face one fear in the smallest viable dose. This shifts the amygdala from “threat” to “growth.”
Non-Negotiables
- No porn. No doom-scrolling at night. Phone stays outside the bedroom.
- Protein-rich food, hydration, sunlight if available.
- One clear boundary per week. One spoken truth per day.
- Track retention days. Track purpose outputs.
Final Word
Stop adjusting. Be expressive. You have heard the truth. You know the medicine. Start now. Speak one truth today. Take one breath into the belly before every decision. Retain your semen and transmute the saved energy into creation. Strengthen your core. Feed your solar plexus with steady breath. Protect your field. Provide direction. Precede with action. Penetrate life.
This is the path of the lion. This is the path of the phoenix. If you do not transform after hearing this, understand that you do not want to change. If you do want to change, decide—and begin.
