Guru Sanju: Hello, Ahana. How are you? Am I audible to you?

Ahana: Yes, Guruji, I can hear you.

I smiled and said, “You’ve put on such big spectacles today—have you changed your glasses?” She nodded.

“Good,” I continued, “so tell me, how much weight have you reduced?”

She replied with quiet pride that she had dropped eight kilos since February.

“Wonderful,” I said. “In February, you were sixty-two kilos, and now, in October, you’re fifty-four. That’s eight kilos in seven months—a remarkable achievement. Tell me, how does it feel?”

“Conscious eating made it possible,” she said.

Conscious Eating and the Art of Awareness

I asked her to explain how she practices conscious eating. She said she now eats only when truly hungry, with awareness, except for a few moments when she forgets in company.

I reminded her gently, “Yes, this means when you are with people, your awareness scatters. But when you are alone, you eat consciously. This is progress—you’ve learned the essence of conscious eating. The only refinement needed is to maintain the same awareness amidst company.”

She agreed.

I continued, “So as a whole, you feel younger and lighter now?”

She smiled. “Yes.”

I observed her posture and added, “You walk straight, you sit upright—your body alignment has changed. So tell me, how young do you feel now?”

“Like I’m in my forties,” she replied softly.

“Ten years younger,” I said. “Beautiful. Because when transformation happens, you must feel it. Transformation is not mine; it is energy’s work through me. If you do not feel it, you cannot taste the joy of living. When you feel younger, you have extended your lifespan energetically.”

She nodded, understanding that her body had entered a new timeline of vitality.

Life Feels New Again

“At fifty-four,” I said, “you had begun to feel older. But now you sense possibilities returning—like the flow of youth within. Tell me two experiences from your outer life that reflect this inner change.”

Ahana paused and said that people had begun accepting her more—colleagues and friends were including her in activities again.

“So earlier you were left aside,” I said, “but now people invite you, involve you. That’s because your energy has become participative. You are radiating life.”

She laughed and agreed.

“Even your patients,” I continued, “they must enjoy visiting a young and vibrant doctor now. Energy doesn’t lie—it communicates before words.”

She nodded again.

Healing Her Mother through Kundu Breathing

I asked about her mother’s health. Ahana’s eyes lit up. She shared that her mother, who was bedridden with pain two months ago, had started walking again after receiving Kundu Breathing from her.

“Yes,” I said, “that’s exactly it. You already have living proof in your mother—she’s a demonstration of instinctive living. But your muscles became weak and your energy constricted. That’s why, during your stay here, I’ll dismantle you completely—mentally, emotionally, and physically—so the real you can emerge.”

She smiled, ready.

“It will take fifteen to twenty days,” I said. “Are you ready for full transformation?”

“Yes, I am,” she replied with conviction.

Rewiring the Habit of Anxiety

I explained gently, “Anxiety has been your habit for the last twenty years. The brain has learned only one response—to be anxious. So now you must re-educate it. Whenever you feel anxiety, sing a song, do mouth exhalation, or engage your body. You must replace the old response.”

Then I taught her the Mouth Exhalation with Pauses technique:

“Sit comfortably and close your eyes. Exhale slowly through your mouth. Let your belly deflate as you exhale. Make the breath long, soft, and continuous. After exhaling, do nothing. The body will inhale and exhale on its own. Just feel it.

“Don’t rush into the next breath. Feel the pause completely. Be with that silence between breaths. Only after you have fully felt it, begin the next exhalation.

“When exhaling, imagine each drop of air leaving you—one, two, three… slowly up to ten, twelve, fifteen, or even twenty counts. Make it gentle and long. Feel the peace that arrives between the breaths.”

Ahana began to follow my guidance.

I said softly, “Stay with the feeling. Don’t move to the next moment. Feel the natural inhalation after exhalation. This is how you dissolve anxiety. When done correctly, this technique empties the mind and brings you to the present moment.”

Preparing Her Energy for Travel

After five minutes, I said, “Now I will send Shakti to you—to make your journey to India effortless. You will travel in the quantum field before you travel in the plane.”

She smiled.

“You see,” I continued, “twelve hours of flight, including the airport and journey, can become blissful if you stay in the now. The mind jumps to future worries when prana and oxygen are low. But this breath technique fills your brain with oxygen and presence. That’s why, when you travel, breathe slowly from the belly, deflate completely, then let the body inhale naturally.”

Packing as a Meditative Process

I guided her next to begin Operation Pack-Up:

“Imagine your bags already packed. From today, begin the process calmly—one hour a day. Each time something comes to mind, place it in the bag. After a few days, organize, fold, and finalize. Bring fewer clothes—only essentials. Practical, comfortable wear. You are coming for instinctive activities, not for show. Avoid fancy clothes. Carry warm layers and simple clothes that let your body move freely.

“It’s as if I’m airlifting you to India—so travel light. Energy loves lightness.”

She laughed.

“If you forget anything, buy it here,” I said. “Keep your luggage light so your energy remains light.”

Anchoring in the Present

I told her, “You can stop decluttering now and focus fully on packing. After returning from India, you can declutter again with empowered energy. Don’t let the mind waste your energy in overthinking. You’ve already traveled to India once; you know the process. There’s nothing to fear.”

“In the next session,” I said, “I’ll guide you on food—what to eat, how to eat, how to start your morning. For now, simply begin taking protein, fats, and carbohydrates early in the morning before going to work. This will ground your prana.”

She listened with focus.

The Awakening of the Third Eye

“Now,” I said, “focus your attention on your third eye. Feel the vibration of Kundalini reaching there. It is guiding you to your new life—the younger version of you, more balanced, practical, and radiant than before. When you come to India, do not bring anxiety. Bring your new energy.”

She nodded deeply, eyes still closed.

I asked softly, “Feeling better now?”

“Yes, Guruji,” she replied, her face glowing.
