The Core Diagnosis: You Are Not Living Your Ikigai
Your first question: “I want to clear negative energies that hold me back from success and stagnation.”
You are not living your life purpose. You are not living your ikigai. Whatever you push yourself into does not match your frequency. Your frequency is something different, and until you do the different thing, your energy behaves like a dog who will not go out when it doesn’t feel to go, but barks at dawn to be let out the moment it does feel to go. Energy follows its own timing.
I will introduce you to the energetic dimension of life, activate the energetic aspect of your life, and strengthen your energy. Energy is your soul. Energy is your purpose. Energy is your life force. Energy is Kundalini energy—the determinant of your life. When you follow Kundalini, everything else falls into place. The rest will go as you move forward, once karmic transactions complete.
It is possible you are not in the direction of your energy. I will take you to a state where you can recall exactly when this divergence began.
Close your eyes.
It started around age six to eight. You stopped participating in life the way a child naturally participates. Until six to eight, or at most ten, you were good to go. After that you felt disassociated and disintegrated from the existing world. You pushed your studies and pushed everything given to you. Confusion became a pattern—what to do?—leading to mistakes: addiction, wasting time, consumption that continues till now. After that period, you never again felt integrated in doing anything. Without integration, you could not commit.
When you are not following your energy, you are in a jail. Your soul wants to come out, yet for certain reasons you remain inside. Even your marriage is not your conscious choice. The child may not be your conscious choice. Many events happened as forced or unconscious commitments in the matrix. Your soul does not want this.
I have solutions for changing this frequency.
How We Will Work
I will answer fast and primarily give you energy transmission to unblock energies so you gain lived proof that change is possible. Then I will guide your next steps.
You can tell me important dates. (For your career commitment on the 30th, we can aim morning sessions; if possible we can also do the 29th in the morning. Timings are critical.)

If you are thirty-six, then for the next three to four years do exactly what I say. Improve your health. After forty, life will be totally different. Until forty, complete karmas, remove blockages. I am extremely powerful. Your surrender and receptivity determine the speed. When you receive well, things happen faster than you can imagine—overnight. If you have suffered enough, let us turn suffering into intensity. Rate your suffering from one to ten… good.
The lust energy and other blockages are in the pelvic region. I will teach you a technique today. Do it in front of me; then repeat three to four to six times a day, as you can. This will improve everything in your life. I will teach many techniques connected to everything in life. That is why this is the Energetic Mastery Method. I will also give supportive discourses for an educated mind to read. Shifts will happen. You are enrolling in mastery of self—not forced commitment—an energetic connection you choose to change your life.

Your brain and nervous system are distorted; I work on that first. When circuit is good, energy flows. For Kundalini to flow, your nervous system and brain must be in excellent health. If they are not, Kundalini remains blocked and cannot clear karmas stored in the body (the mind, the ego, the carried-forward blockages). Imagine a pipe with a major clog: Kundalini pushes, but cannot pass. You cannot sit comfortably because of pain and fatigue—very common with blockages. I will teach you a technique to unblock energy continuously; you will feel the difference.
Master Technique 1: Mouth Exhalation (Your 24×7 Exhaust Fan)
Purpose. Continuous mouth exhalation clears apāna (toxic, down-moving winds), releases excess carbon dioxide in a dysfunctional pattern, calms survival over-breathing, and opens space for prana to enter naturally. Inhalation will take care of itself; exhalation is your conscious work.
Principle. Do not focus on inhaling. Inhalation is a stress response and survival reflex. When you over-focus on inhaling in meditation or prāṇāyāma, you tend to over-breathe. Let the body inhale on its own. You focus on complete exhalation.
How to practice.
- Sit or stand tall. Relax your shoulders and jaw.
- Make a small round opening with your lips, like a steady, thin stream.
- Exhale slowly through the mouth until the belly fully draws inward.
- Keep exhaling gently past the point of comfort—down to an easy, safe emptiness.
- At the natural urge, allow the body to inhale on its own (through nose or mouth—do not force).
- Repeat continuously.
Bio-energetic note. Exhalation empties the “house” of stale gases—the internal exhaust fan. Only when the stale gases leave can fresh air enter. Respiratory centers in the brain automatically balance O₂–CO₂ when you prioritize exhalation. With practice, neural pathways form and the body learns presence.
Do five rounds now. Small mouth opening, long exhale to a soft empty. Let the body inhale itself. Repeat five times.
Expected shift. Thought quiets. Silence and stillness appear. Oxygen reaches the brain; prana recharges energy channels in the head. Mind dissolves. One technique keeps you present and supplies the nervous system with what it needs.
Lifelong medicine. These are lifetime practices; they keep you healthy now and maintain health. With steady practice, they lead to samādhi. I will give you a glimpse today so you recognize the peak toward which we aim.
Sexual Energy, Masturbation, and How to Redirect
You want to recover from lust, sexual desires, and masturbation. Everything can be improved. For masturbation specifically, I will give you steps and supportive teachings.
Understand our working relationship: either as a student for long-term transformation, or as a patient for targeted resolution. Let your energy decide.
You want strength to retain semen and grow spiritually. I will free you; it is in your destiny. Look at your right hand—not palmistry, but energetic reading. You will notice one dark line ending mid-palm and a lighter line extending further. Freedom can come in one year if you go with me; otherwise within four years it will happen. From the divine perspective, you are a soul who has suffered; it is my duty to free you. When the right time comes, I will call you to a physical project—Himalayas, Thailand, wherever I am. Before that, purification of energy channels must be done. Give yourself like a child. You will feel the burden loosen—overnight relief can happen. You do not need to think about your life as before. Career, Money, and the Only Investment With Compounding Dopamine
You want success in career and finances, and you have a plan. The most viable investment is investment in self. Financial markets may or may not give returns, and they do not give dopamine. Investment in self gives immediate dopamine and compounding returns beyond markets.
Try a solo trip done for yourself. Feel the change in dopamine. Then compare it to investing in a stock. You will discover investment in self is best: invest in your health, your life, required training, and new experiences. I will introduce you to possibilities you have not tested—modeling, acting, music, travel. When you enter such fields aligned to your energy, your brain learns a different truth from the quantum field: there are endless possibilities.
I can make you healthy and wealthy. Financial returns will follow as you align energy, purpose, and service.
Close your eyes for a moment. Visualize a life where you are fully healed and transformed; from that state, you teach others health. This is ikigai:
- What you love to do—your passion and inner calling.
- What you are good at—your skill.
- What the world needs—your service.
- What the world will pay for—your profession.
When these four align, you can operate without conventional jobs. The present world’s comforts dull growth; I take you to the instinctive life where you create from the quantum field, from zero, and build anew.
Feel that it is already done. Feel spiritual freedom, energetic freedom, total health, and the leadership to guide others. I moved your energy to the quantum field. From there you saw what I can see. This is the highest.
Practice Framework: Ten Minutes Each Hour
To stabilize this high state in daily life, we use a repeated hourly cycle: ten minutes of practice, forty minutes of living.
- Five minutes: Mouth Exhalation (Technique 1).
- Five minutes: External Kumbhak breath holds after full exhale (Technique 2).
- Then forty minutes: live your tasks, while casually favoring mouth exhalation whenever you remember.
These techniques take you to center—your default state. Over time, the brain stops functioning as memory and future-projection; it works in the present. Because these practices are embedded with my energy, presence follows when you do them.
Master Technique 2: External Kumbhak (Exhale-Hold with Nose Pinch)
Purpose. Rapidly centers consciousness, moves Kundalini upward to meet Shiva, and de-conditions compulsive breath-seeking patterns tied to ego fear. It also stimulates vagal pathways and changes energetic pressure in the cranial vault.
Setup.
- Sit upright. Eyes closed. One hand on the abdomen for biofeedback.
- The other hand ready to pinch the nose (both nostrils) softly.
One round.
- Inhale slowly and naturally (do not force).
- Exhale completely through the mouth until the belly draws fully inward.
- At end-exhale, engage a gentle abdominal hold (do not strain).
- Pinch the nose (closing the nasal cavity). Keep lips softly closed after the exhale.
- Hold 3–5 seconds at first (later 7–10, and eventually longer). Quality over quantity.
- Release the pinch, let the body inhale itself. Do not force the inhalation. Allow natural in–out cycles once or twice.
- Repeat.
Bio-energetic focus. One hand on the abdomen ensures the abdomen remains softly engaged at the empty-lung hold. The nose pinch is powerful biofeedback—do not skip it.
Progression. Start with 3–5 seconds. Over days/weeks, extend as the body allows—7, 10, 15, even 20–30 seconds. Do not chase numbers; chase center. Each round differs.
What happens inside. In this empty hold, the scattered energies converge toward center in the head. Consciousness resides within the cranial space; Kundalini resides at the root. In a fraction of a second during the hold, Kundalini meets Shiva. It will not be permanent at first; you may repeat 1,000 – 10,000 – 100,000 times over months and years. Each successful convergence dissolves thought, past, and future. Only the present remains.
Advanced glimpse (ego-death threshold). On a few rounds, extend the hold to the safe outer edge—right up to breathlessness and the taste of I am dying without breath. Stay with eyes closed. When the reflex arrives, let the body breathe. Experience the death of ego and a direct touch of the divine. This glimpse imprints your system with the destination.
Immediate after-effects. Nostrils open, breathing becomes smooth, the chest is clear, you feel life. A sense of freedom and possibility arises. You may feel to say aloud: Yes, I love myself. I will do everything for myself.
Hourly plan. Every hour: five minutes mouth exhalation + five minutes external kumbhak. The rest of the hour, live normally, favoring gentle mouth exhalation whenever you remember.
Signs You Are Doing It Right
- Thoughtlessness appears without effort.
- A clean emptiness at end-exhale feels safe rather than panicky.
- Spontaneous inhalations feel smooth (no grabbing).
- Facial muscles and jaw let go; the scalp relaxes.
- Pelvic region softens; subtle warmth or vibration arises there.
- Chest feels light; heart area expands without strain.
- Subtle vertical current along the spine into the head.
- Eyes feel cool; forehead tingles at the third eye.
Sexual Conduct for Healing (Immediate Protocol)
From today:
- Stop masturbation.
- Stop porn.
- Have real sex with your wife when possible. If semen releases initially, allow it. I will show you how to bring the right energy into sex so that, with time, retention becomes effortless, not forced.

Kund Breathing is a structured sequence to repattern your brain–nervous system and move Kundalini without over-breathing. Practice once to twice daily as a dedicated session (in addition to hourly micro-practices).
Preparation.
- Empty stomach or light belly.
- Sit upright (floor or chair), spine long, chin slightly tucked.
- Eyes closed, jaw relaxed, tongue resting gently.
Cycle (one set).
- Mouth Exhalation Flow (2–3 minutes). Establish the thin, steady exhale stream, letting inhalations be reflexive.
- External Kumbhak Pulses (6–10 rounds). After each complete exhale, pinch nose and hold 3–10 seconds, then release and let the body inhale.
- Stillness Sit (1–2 minutes). Do nothing; feel the center. Let prana arrange itself.
- Gentle Nasal Breathing (1–2 minutes). Natural in–out through the nose without control—simply aware.
- Seal with one long Mouth Exhale and brief hold. End the set in silence.
Session length. Start with 15 minutes; build to 30 minutes. Twice daily accelerates change.
Why it works. It couples Technique 1 and Technique 2 in a coherent arc, then seals the nervous system in stillness. Over weeks, compulsions reduce, pelvic charge stabilizes, and attention defaults to the present.

Safety, Sensitivity, and Pacing
- Never strain the hold. The right hold is the one you can release without gasping.
- If dizziness arises, pause, breathe naturally through the nose, then resume softer.
- If pelvic tension spikes, soften jaw and lips, extend exhale, and allow a micro-sigh at release.
- If anxiety appears, reduce effort by 20%, shorten holds, increase stillness sit.
- Practice on an empty or comfortable stomach; avoid soon after heavy meals.
