Background
In this Energetic Mastery Method project session, I, Guru Sanju, worked with Aycan, a sensitive and creative soul deeply connected to music and guitar. Her brain and nervous system had been damaged by years of hyperactivity, overthinking, and living in the mind. Through our earlier work together, her consciousness had started rising: she began hearing a clear inner voice giving gentle, precise instructions—yet she often ignored it and stayed stuck in thinking and self-judgment.
In this closing phase of the project, I guided her to recognize the difference between mind chatter and consciousness, to act directly on the inner voice instead of thinking about it, and to use music as a live doorway into presence. I showed her how to use external breath hold techniques, how to reach and stabilize the blank, thoughtless state, and how to master each Energetic Mastery technique in the same way she had mastered guitar. This discourse is written in my voice so you can understand and practice these teachings in your own life.
The Inner Voice of Consciousness
I greeted her: “Hello. Yes. How are you?”
She replied, but I said, “Yes. I have not read what you have sent. It is too much detail now. I will read later.
“Okay. So last point I have read about this old voice and mind’s voice. That is: slowly, slowly, slowly your consciousness is rising.
“When your consciousness is rising, you will always find that someone is speaking inside. And that unconscious instructions…
“So you should follow that. It is not coming out of patterns. Those conscious instructions—everything will become conscious: Drink this much water. Get up from bed. Go out.
“This kind of guidance will start coming. And this is you—the consciousness itself. So you should not ignore that.
“You will see that a separate personality, the personality ‘agent’, is dissolving. And someone greater than you, more powerful than you, is leading you and is guiding you for everything—even taking your breath: Do this. Lift the spoon. Close the door. Go to bed.
“These kinds of instructions will keep on happening, and all the time it will happen. As consciousness rises, you will see that a separate ‘you’ has been created and that is always guiding you.
“That is never absent. That is always present.”
Letting Consciousness Speak and Acting on It
I said to her, “So close your eyes now, and just let it be, and you will feel it is speaking to you. Something is coming, something it is telling.”
I gave a direct example of how to respond:
“Play the guitar.
“Yes? Then get up, take the guitar and play the guitar. Do it.”
She followed.
“Start playing.”
I continued to guide her into deeper involvement:
“Get involved. Get involved. Don’t play like a statue. Get involved. Feel it completely. Close your eyes.
“Your spirit is here.”
She played, and I allowed space—inner and outer silence—while the guitar became an extension of her consciousness.
Later I asked, “All right. Yes. How did you feel when you played the guitar? What was your experience?
“I mean, I know, when you are one with that activity, how you are feeling. Are you feeling good or bad? Neutral?”
She answered.
I clarified, “Yes, when… when the guitar… That’s what I am asking.
“So play it again. Play some theme which you know you play better, and just get engrossed in it. And keep doing mouth exhalation and feel the difference.”
She played again, combining guitar with mouth exhalation as previously taught.
Returning to Inner Silence After Action
Afterwards I said, “All right. We’ll do. Okay. Now again, close your eyes. Keep your guitar aside.”
I guided her:
“Now again, see whether any voice is coming, or it is still empty.
“Is it empty now? Nothing is coming?”
She reported emptiness.
“So all these are coming from your consciousness.
“When you are getting such voices, instead of thinking about them, start acting. Do that act, and you will be free.
“This means that when the voice was telling you play the guitar and you played the guitar, that act is completed.
“This means the next action has come: Cook something.
“Till the time you don’t play the guitar, you are thinking about playing the guitar. You are not actually doing it. And that remains in the head.
“So life is all about action that comes from the soul: Cook something. Eat something. Sleep. Take rest.
“All these voices will come from the consciousness.
“But if it is coming as: Do a job. You should go to the job. You should do something. What are you doing? Are you wasting your time? You should give this time to something else also. I also, just also…
“All this judgmental, judgmental, judgmental talk comes from the mind.
“And instructional talks come from the consciousness.
“This is the difference. Instructions, pure instructions.
“Actionable instructions come from the consciousness. Look at them.”
Consciousness Instructions vs Mind Chatter
I told her, “If you keep on doing the practices which I have given you, then slowly, slowly, slowly that intensity of the mind will reduce.
“Okay, last time, what you learned? If you learned pretty well, I will see the video. I didn’t get time. I will see tonight if there is any correction that needs to be done.
“For two to three days I will be with you, to see whether you are doing everything correctly or not. After that, this project is over.
“After that, if you want, you can take my individual consulting of 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 60 minutes, whenever you want to. But you are free from the project.
“You can do regular sessions also. For example, once a week you can come, once in 15 days you can come, once in 30 days you can come.
“But project will not be there. You will be taking your own responsibility.
“And in one session, I can… I will teach you. After that, whenever you need, you can take. That kind of thing will be there. All right?”
She agreed.
“Yes. You will know, if you keep on practicing. After some days, you will know that, ‘Yes, my life is good. I am not in hyperactive mode.’
“You will accept. You have accepted what is going on. When you are healing, slowly, slowly, slowly you are healing.
“And whenever you feel that, ‘I have a few questions. I need again my presence. I need again Sanju’s presence,’ then at that time individual consulting you can take once a week, twice a week, or once a month, once in 15 days, once in two months. That is your choice.
“Because these techniques will make you powerful. If you do them well, they will make you powerful.”
Third-Eye Focus and External Breath Hold Technique
Then I said, “All right, so next is: close your eyes.
“Focus your attention on your third eye—between your eyebrows, in the center of the forehead.
“Inhale slowly.”
I guided the breath:
“Inhale slowly. And exhale completely from your nose or mouth.
“And hold your breath externally this time. Hold it for longer duration, as much as you can.
“Relax only when you feel that you are becoming breathless. Let the body take a few breaths.”
Then I repeated, “Again, do it. Do it three times.
“Inhale slowly from your nose. Exhale completely from your mouth. Slow exhalation. Only when the exhalation is complete, hold your breath.
“Let the body inhale and exhale on its own.”
We repeated this cycle.
“Relax, and don’t open your eyes. Just remain where you are.
“And see whether you are having any thoughts, or you are blank completely.”
She reported blankness.
“Good. So this is the state where you should be most of the time.
“This technique of external breath hold—whenever you feel thoughts are coming—instead of thinking about thoughts, writing about thoughts, do this technique. The thoughts will be gone.
“And likewise, a thousand times. If a thousand thoughts are coming and you keep doing it throughout the day, you keep doing it.
“Okay, so now this is your state. I can take you to a more deeper state.
“Repeat again for five times. Now you have come to a state. Again, repeat for five times.”
She did.
I allowed her to go deeper in silence.
Deepening into Blankness
After a long while I said, “Good. We’ll do. Stop now.
“Keep your eyes closed, and just look at your state.”
We remained in silence again.
Then I invited, “You can open your eyes now.”
She opened and said, “Yes. Blank.”
“Yes, yes. What… what that voice was telling you?”
She explained what the inner guidance was saying in that blank state.
I responded, “Okay. So you should be in this state always. You should be in this state.
“And when you do anything from this state, your life will be good.
“Your brain is healing. You need to know that your brain has been damaged. Your nervous system has been damaged.
“So whatever I have given you, each technique is individually powerful—in that PDF and that day I taught you. Each technique is powerful.
“So how you can master it? Practice each separately.
“Instead of doing them together, when you are doing this external breath hold, you are focusing only on this. Just do it ten times and that’s it. Or 21 times, it’s done.
“When you are doing that other technique, then you do it 21 times, like this.
“You can master each one of them. Can you do that?”
Mastery Like Guitar: One Technique at a Time
I continued, “The way you practice guitar. This is the same.
“No—you do everything, but you do each one, you master it. The way you master guitar: you master a tune, you play it 100 times, 1,000 times to master the technique. You have learned guitar that way.
“Likewise, this is Energetic Mastery Method. Mastery means: you have the mastery.
“For example, you are doing ‘come back’ (the comeback-to-center practice). You have the mastery over this technique.
“And this technique, if you master it, will give you the benefits, isn’t it?
“Your mind is chattering, this, that, this. You do this technique: you are present.
“This is so powerful.
“Like this, each technique is powerful.
“How will you come to know it is powerful? When you practice it. When you practice it like this: fully present, doing this technique.
“And you will see that, yes, it is powerful: you feel good, your brain fog is gone, you are able to think well.
“Like this, every technique is powerful for a specific reason.”
I told her, “Okay, so for now, the new journey is beginning.
“A new journey means: you will learn Energetic Mastery Method.
“In each session you take, I will teach you only one technique.
“But that technique—you will master it. Is it possible for you to learn this way, to go this way?
“For example, once a week you take one session, for example. It is your wish. I am just giving you idea.
“And you learn one technique. For one week you keep practicing only that one technique and you master it.
“When you master it, you will know what is happening in your mind, in your body, in your energy.”
Physical Transformation and Patience
I observed, “This way you will improve, not by doing everything together.
“Now instinctive activities are helping you. Five hours it is helping you.
“Your face is becoming a little thinner. Earlier it was with extra fat.
“That fat going down—that is not eating, eating, eating, eating.
“Like this, you have become… now it is slimming down, becoming like a female.
“The buttock is still big. So wiping the floor, mopping the floor, buttocks will go.
“At least six months you have to be patient.
“And how will you be able to do that? If you do this comeback.
“If you do it, you are in present.
“Now, from this state, whatever you want to do—play the music again for five minutes.
“You have five minutes. Take the guitar now.”
Playing Music from Presence
She took the guitar.
“And play it completely.”
After some playing, I asked, “What is happening?”
She responded.
“All right. Play anything like a child. Like a child, play anything. Just play with the guitar. Yes.”
She continued.
“Very good. Very good. Continue. Continue.”
She played, immersed.
Then I said, “Then, you continue with playing this after my session. Session is over.
“After this, create something for one minute, two minutes. Play, record the video, and send it to me. All right?”
She agreed.
“Yes, yes. Guitar. Play something interesting.
“Okay, you are in it. Yes. This is healing. Energy is raised. Now you are in this more trance state.
“Continue. Bye. Yes. Yes. Thank you.
“Play, play more with this energy. I can teach you more. So look forward.”
Freedom Project Completed, New Phase with Music
I reminded her, “Okay. This project was for freedom. So I have made you free to reach to this extent.
“All right, now after this, whatever interaction will happen, it will happen in a new direction.
“I will make you learn music in a new way. With M, only two things will be there: M and music.
“Every session you will learn music in my presence, and it will be embedded with your technique.
“Excited?”
She was.
I said, “Say thank you.
“Feel it—how, what it means to be grateful. Feel that energy.
“Yes, for a few seconds. And with that gratefulness, create some music and share it with me.
“All right. Bye. Good. I am happy. I am happy. All right. Bye.”
