Healing Trauma, Kundalini Awakening, and Rebuilding the Nervous System

I speak to you directly. Directions means the way I ask you. The question is twofold: how to totally heal your trauma and how to break your bond with the traumatic past. This means your karmas. If you are spiritually aware, then you must know karma’s effect in your past lives. That past life regression—I also do sometimes if you are taking my further consulting or projects or anything; that is a little thing.

Diagnosis: Are You in Kundalini Awakening?

First of all, you need to know whether you are going through Kundalini awakening or not. You must know this. The diagnosis is important. You need to know if you are born with an awakened Kundalini. When you are born with an awakened Kundalini, you are getting too many traumas from your past birth. And this is the birth for suffering those karmas. That is why, from the very beginning—even before taking birth in the womb—you suffer, and your nervous system is created in such a way, your brain is created in such a way in the womb, that the child is so much sensitive in the womb it actually absorbs all the negativity from the environment itself.

For example, if your mother is pregnant and at that time she has an abusive relationship with your father, then all the energies they are sharing—and that prime energy that has been carried forward to you—you need to know is the energy of insecurity and extreme fear. Your root chakra is extremely weak and you have never felt safety. From your birth, you never felt safe. And since you have never felt safe, your prime diagnosis is: your brain is never under rest and digest mode. It is always hyper-activated. Your fight-flight-freeze mode is activated ever since you are born, and that has led to the creation of the weak nervous system which has never felt being surrounded in a safe environment. That is the prime reason behind your state of life, or whatever experiences you had in life regarding your relationships with partners or anyone.

My Role and Your Commitment

I can work on you. I can help you. I can totally transform you. But the level of commitment from your side should be such that you are sick of your old life and totally ready for transformation. The solution is extremely direct. Considering your case and your condition, the solution is the Phoenix Project. The Phoenix Project is of 18 months where you will be connected to me for 18 months. I will be working on your brain and nervous system through many techniques, many breathworks, and many life-transformative actions. The project itself is for completion. The project itself is for making you a phoenix. Phoenix means you are burning your old self and becoming the new you who is a transformed version of yourself. You are becoming a butterfly, and the butterfly is and behaves in a different way. The nervous system and brain of the butterfly is not the same as the caterpillar, who was once confined to the cocoon. Got it?

Surrender, Receptivity, and Extreme Methods

My powers will work for you only and only if you are receptive. First of all, you are surrendered completely. If I tell you to jump from the cliff, you need to jump from the cliff. I am not going to tell you to jump from a real cliff—but you need to understand that the ways are extreme. Ways are extreme means you have already left your home, so there is nothing much to do regarding leaving the home. But if there are certain actions that you need to do, you have to do them. All right.

Practical Foundations: Independence and Gradual Strength

Are you independently, financially independent, or dependent on parents or anyone? If for the time being you are getting help, then not a problem at all. Gradually, as you become stronger, as your brain and nervous system become integrated, you can start your own ikigai—you can move in that direction. Till the time you are getting help from immediate family, I may tell you to go on a trek. That trekking experience is not the trekking experience that the world takes in the form of groups. It is for your brain and nervous system. I will be teaching you many techniques that you need to do on the trek. If you do that, the energetic changes that will happen during the trek are very important and you will come rejuvenated. Then the next step. Then the next step. Likewise, all will be practical steps.

I will not tell you to run ten miles a day. Not like that—but basic action. Action.

Addiction Rewiring: Conscious Technique and Withdrawal

Maybe you have addictions of many things, and I will be removing all addictions from your life automatically. This will have withdrawal symptoms, and you have to manage those withdrawal symptoms. I have the solution for how to manage it. Those actions you need to take. For example, suppose you are addicted to smoking and I ask you not to smoke. Your brain and nervous system are wired to ask for the smoking, and I tell you that you don’t smoke—or even if you want to smoke, smoke this way. This is the conscious way of smoking, and you have to do it for 21 days, 30 days, 60 days to remove that addiction. It will not go in one day. Apply the techniques that I tell you to leave the smoking. Everything will be very practical and included in your life. Nothing outside your life, no extra spending of money. The only money you will need is to invest in yourself—good food, going to some place that will rejuvenate you—these investments will be required, but nothing beyond that. You are not to blindly follow any technique. Every technique that I teach you will involve your brain and nervous system.

Technique 1: The One-Eye Perception Test (Gut–Vision Link)

Set-up: Sit comfortably. Soften your jaw and belly.

  1. Look at the world with both eyes for a few breaths.
  2. Gently close your left eye and look only through your right eye.
    Notice your gut region (solar plexus/diaphragm). Sense any constriction, blockage, limitation, or “restricted life” feeling.
  3. Switch: close your right eye and look only through your left eye.
    Again, track the gut sensations, any haziness or blurriness in perception.
  4. Open both eyes. Feel the contrast—often a relief and opening.

Meaning: All your traumas are stored in this region—diaphragm, solar plexus, gut. When you close one eye, the nervous system reveals stored constriction. With both eyes open and integrated, clarity and opening return. Your brain is giving a signal that something is wrong; the gut is reporting it. I begin releasing some of that trauma so you feel the difference in energy and perspective about life. Everything is stored in your nervous system; it is in your subconscious. The way you view life is totally different when you have never been safe—not with boyfriends, not with friends. You always see life as limited, as “I cannot.”

Knowledge Overload vs. Acceptance

Accumulation of too much knowledge will make you discharge your own energy. Acceptance is first: accept you are going through Kundalini awakening. If you are going through Kundalini awakening, then going this way, that way, that way will not help. Ultimately, she is making you experience the truth. She is making you experience that you must not run away from your problems. What you have done so far is running away. You have to face the demons. You have to face your internal fear. Accept that yes, you are a coward. You are fearful about everything. You fear relationship. You do not want to make connection. You are very poor at trusting people. Because your parents were not in a healthy relationship, your subconscious, your brain, has taken it that “it is not possible for me to form a healthy relationship,” and that fear leads to all the relationship problems you have faced so far. Accept it, and I will help you accept it and release that energy.

Technique 2: Diaphragm Press with Conscious Exhalation (Trauma Release)

Set-up: Sit or lie semi-reclined. Keep eyes closed.

  1. Place your fingers along the ribcage under the sternum (diaphragm).
    Start pressing gently but firmly.
  2. While I send you energy, trust. You may feel like crying—if so, keep pressing; let it release.
  3. Exhale slowly through the mouth, long and complete, as if fogging a mirror.
    Feel the exhale drain fear, distrust, hypervigilance.
  4. Repeat several rounds. Let the body tremble or cry if it wants; do not suppress.

Inner Work During Practice:
“I do not trust anything. I do not trust the universe. I do not trust energy. I am all the time fearful, all the time in trauma. I doubt when someone comes close; I doubt his intention. I expect a lot; and that becomes a cage for the other person.” See how your own feeling of unsafety creates a cascading effect on others. They feel unsafe in your field and pull away. Doubt, confusion, extreme possessiveness—these are symptoms of psychosis on the surface; you appear normal, yet you may have symptoms of bipolar stress, erratic states, even schizophrenic tendencies in spikes. Sometimes you go mad; sometimes you are uncontrollable with lust energy and make abrupt relationships with men who are not tested and verified. Compulsion creates sexual and relationship issues; later, when you become conscious, you repent. That is karma. Sometimes you seduce with energy, they come close, and then you chase them away. You do not trust yourself and feel unsafe with yourself. You radiate distrust and push people away—even good ones who wanted to accept you. You must transmute this energy to feel safe with yourself.

Reframe: Tell your brain: I am safe. I am grounded. It’s okay to be single. Not a problem. I can take care of myself. I should love myself. Open your chest. Open your heart to accept yourself wholeheartedly. The situation in which you were born is not your fault. Forgive the child who suffered so much. Relax your nervous system. You are a child of the universe.

Boundaries and Energetic Closure

You may remember a person who violated your boundaries. From today onwards, for a lifetime, you will not meet that person or interact. Delete that person from your life. If you feel a need for revenge—an energy that demands expression—take action that frees you: speak your truth directly and strongly when you have the courage and strength, or write and release it, or enact a cathartic ritual under guidance. The point is freedom from stored poison. (Choose any action that is safe, legal, and truly liberating.)

From now onward, be truthful with me and with yourself. If you hide or half-share, the trapped energy remains. Today, that energy begins to release; you need never feel it again.

Parental Enmeshment and Detachment

Your worth is not dependent on what other people think about you. You are a child of the universe. Maybe from his sperm you are born, but that doesn’t mean he owns you or your life. To become an exemplary father, one must live that responsibility. If he did not, his biology does not grant him authority over your destiny. Detach by purging each association that binds you. Now that you are living alone, the only solution for recovery is to become independent in life—do something that moves you to a different level and into the distance from people who caused trauma.

Ikigai: The Seed of Your Work

What do you love? What can you do with your energy? Go deep. Close your eyes. Focus on your heart chakra. This is new life; you are newly born. Ask: What makes me feel expanded if I do it alone? You may feel the call to become a healer, a wellness coach, someone whose presence heals. Then first get healed. Work on your brain and nervous system, energy, trauma, past blockages. Getting transformed is the process through which you know the universe of energy and how energy works.

Technique 3: Belly–Heart Coherence Breathing (Third Eye Awareness)

Set-up: Lie down or sit upright. Place one hand on your belly (navel) and one hand on your chest (heart).

Breath Mechanics:

  • Inhale slowly through the nose. The belly inflates like a balloon; the chest remains relatively still.
  • Exhale very slowly through the mouth; deflate the belly completely.
  • Keep attention gently at the third eye (between the eyebrows, inward).

Do 10 breaths:

  1. Inhale fully—make space inside; more space means more soul, more energy.
  2. Exhale extremely slowly. Let the nervous system downshift.
  3. Be with the breath. Do not go into the next moment.
  4. Keep your inner gaze at the third eye.

If you become more relaxed, the technique is working for you. Inspire yourself to continue.

Posture and Micro-Vibration Reset (Shoulders, Back, Chest)

If you feel congestion in shoulders and back:

  1. Open the chest—spread your arms wide; lift the sternum.
  2. Mouth exhalation—long, easy sighs.
  3. With eyes closed, look upward internally toward the brow.
  4. Make gentle fists; create a subtle vibration from the neck—shake lightly to discharge residual tension.
  5. Relax completely; return to observing the breath.

Notice the rhythm becomes calmer, peaceful. Sometimes thoughts stop. Try to think something—you may find it difficult. This thoughtless awareness is a glimpse of samadhi, a no-mind state. If this is possible now, it can become more stable and, one day, permanent.

Gratitude and Vow

Say thank you. Pay gratitude to the guru with heartfelt devotion. Feel the heightened energy that gratitude brings; it can heal you. If you get healed and if I tell you, you will do this for others who are suffering. Want to heal? Become a healer—a new profession, a new career.

Seven-Day Protocol and Readiness Test

I now give you a technique you must do 100 times a day for seven days. Do it diligently. If you get results, understand the next step has come. If it doesn’t happen, your ego and lower self may be resisting. Increase willpower. If you do it, something is coming—the old life is going; new signals are arriving.

Daily Core Practice (4×30 minutes):

  • First thing in the morning (after or before breakfast), lie down for 30 minutes.
  • One hand on chest, one on belly.
  • Breathe as taught; keep third-eye awareness; be completely present.
  • Repeat at midday, evening, and bedtime.
  • For seven days, write after each session: what you experienced, what shifted.

For these seven days, do not consume other teachings; keep your field clear. Challenges will come—blockages are hard-rooted in the subconscious. The mind is strong; it will come to disturb you. Become a woman of will. Keep your willpower strong: whatever happens, I am not going to give up. These seven days can be the turning point of your life.

The Guru Principle and Ending the Endless Seeking

You don’t trust anyone; in the same way you will not trust the guru who has come into your life in my form. After this, you may seek another, then another, then another. The guru has come in the form of grace to transform you, to free you—but if you do not recognize, you suffer and revert to old patterns. A point must come when the seeking ends and action begins. After so much cheating through different healers, stop this process. Read people. Read energy. Right now, feel in your heart: do you feel a gentle touch, love, compassion flowing? If yes, you have met the right person who has come to rescue you from your problems. I will be silent within and your Kundalini will give you the signal whether I am the person who can heal you. You do not need anyone outside you to tell you. Just feel the relief and difference. Start trusting right now. Trust me and feel the shift. I am transmuting your energy of distrust.

Imagine this: you are a little child, and I throw you in the air. I am the guardian who catches you. You laugh because you trust you will not fall. The universe has come to rescue you. Give your hands. Be free. Take out everything. All the problems you have faced—release from your body, from your system. You do not need to hold them any longer. You have made many mistakes. It’s okay. You are human. It’s okay to make mistakes; it is even more okay to go beyond them and learn.

Sleep, Hunger, Ordinary Greatness

Your hyper-activated nervous system does not allow you to rest; you may not sleep at night. Do not hide. Let what comes, come and go. Train your nervous system to be parasympathetic again. Tell your brain: it is okay to be not perfect, okay to be ordinary. Everyone is ordinary; what makes them extraordinary is consciousness. As you become more conscious, you become extraordinary for yourself—not for the world.

Eat when you feel hunger. If you cannot feel hunger yet, keep practicing; safety signals will return, and appetite with them. If family supports you while you heal, accept it temporarily, and use it to build independence.

Case Study: A Student from the USA

One of my students from the USA was born within a disturbing parental relationship. From birth, problems with her nervous system and brain. She had never felt safe—fights, narcissistic patterns, the upbringing she received. She had the worst relationships with partners; her father was extremely possessive about her sexual relationships and never allowed her to rely on other people. He came in between to spoil relationships. After her parents’ divorce, the family business dissolved. Her brother, also unwell, became the only earner. She did not know what to do with life. Her Kundalini is awakened. In the first session, I took her to the state of samadhi—the thoughtless awareness. In her energy it is destiny to become a healer, a spiritual healer.
