How I Transformed Monty’s Suicidal Tendencies through Energetic Mastery Method?

Part One – The Energetic Breakdown

Monty’s life was a battlefield of invisible forces, a constant clash between his longing to live freely and the suffocating weight of hopelessness that surrounded him. When he came to me at the age of forty, he was a man who had been worn down to the edge of nothingness. His eyes carried exhaustion, his body dragged itself through each day, and his mind whispered again and again that death was the only escape. For more than a decade, suicidal thoughts had followed him like shadows, becoming not just occasional impulses but a continuous state of existence.

He was not born this way. Monty had once been a man filled with potential. He had completed his MBA and carried the dreams of becoming an entrepreneur. He was clever, charismatic, and capable of creating something independent. Yet, as often happens in life, his path was derailed by forces outside of himself. Marriage, which should have been a sanctuary of love and support, became his cage. His wife, narcissistic in her behavior, constantly criticized, bullied, and controlled him. Her parents, standing behind her, treated Monty as a servant rather than a partner. Instead of being uplifted, he was crushed.

Monty wanted freedom, yet was pressured into a job that suffocated him. Every morning he forced himself into the office, dragging his body through a routine that drained him further. He despised the work. It offered no satisfaction, no meaning, no sense of purpose. Even when he delivered results, it felt hollow. The stress built until his health began to collapse. His body was constantly tense, his energy low, his sleep broken, and his nervous system frayed. The more he tried to endure, the deeper he sank.

When a man lives in constant conflict—hating his job, dreading his home, and feeling unwelcome in society—his inner chemistry collapses. Monty’s dopamine, the brain’s reward chemical, dropped to such low levels that nothing brought him joy. His stress hormones, cortisol and adrenaline, spiked until his system was trapped in permanent fight-or-flight. When the body remains in this mode for too long, the cells themselves begin to fail. The mitochondria, which produce ATP, the basic energy currency of life, shut down. The brain loses clarity, the nervous system weakens, the body grows heavy. This was Monty’s daily reality.

Hopelessness deepened as his environment offered no relief. At home, he was bullied. At work, he felt enslaved. In society, he was abandoned. Even when he filed for divorce five years earlier, hoping for freedom, no one supported him. Relatives turned away. Friends ghosted him. The world cast him as the villain, sympathizing only with his wife. He was left invisible, isolated, voiceless.

Imagine carrying that weight for a decade. Imagine waking up every morning already exhausted, already knowing that no matter what you do, nothing will change. That was Monty’s life. And in that state, suicide became his companion. He attempted it at least ten times, each attempt born not out of hatred for life but out of desperation to escape suffering.

This is why I say suicidal tendencies are not just mental illness. They are energetic breakdowns. They arise when your electromagnetic field—the invisible life force that integrates your body, mind, and spirit—becomes weak, porous, or broken. When life force fragments, hope disappears. And when hope disappears, death looks like liberation.

Monty was not weak. He was not lazy. He was not even mentally ill in the way society labels. He was simply disconnected. His trauma was unhealed. His energy was depleted. His life force was fragmented. Pills could not reach him. Therapy could not restore him. Conventional healing could not touch the root of his suffering. He needed something deeper, something that worked not on the surface but on the energy that animates life itself.

By grace, destiny, or sheer desperation, Monty found me. He came for a one-hour consultation, and in that single hour he gained clarity he had been missing for ten years. He realized his suffering was not personal failure—it was an energetic crisis. And if it was energetic, it could be healed. That realization lit a spark. It gave him the courage to commit to the 100-Day Freedom Project, the most intense and transformative process of the Energetic Mastery Method.

That commitment became the turning point of his life.

Part Two – The Healing Path

Healing suicidal tendencies is not about suppressing thoughts. It is not about numbing the mind with pills or endlessly analyzing the past in therapy. True healing requires restoring the life force itself, reuniting the fragmented energy that makes us whole. For Monty, this meant one thing: complete commitment to the Energetic Mastery Method.

From the very beginning, I told Monty that change would not happen overnight. It would require daily effort, discipline, and his willingness to face the pain lodged deep inside him. He agreed, not because he was strong in that moment, but because he was desperate. He had tried everything else and nothing had worked. This time, he was ready to trust the process.

Through the Energetic Mastery Method, I worked on four specific areas of his life:

  1. Trauma Release – addressing the frozen emotions locked in his solar plexus.
  2. Energy Restoration – reviving his vitality, dissolving chronic fatigue, and giving his body back its strength.
  3. Loneliness Dissolution – breaking the isolation that made him feel like he had no place in the world.
  4. Mind-Body Healing – strengthening his nervous system, brain, and physical body so that he could live with confidence.

These four pillars formed the map of Monty’s 100-day journey. Let me show you how they unfolded.

Solar Plexus Trauma Release

Trauma is not only psychological—it is biological and energetic. Every time Monty was humiliated by his wife, every time he was mocked by relatives, every time he felt abandoned by society, his solar plexus absorbed the blow. Over time, this energy accumulated like stones in a river, blocking the natural flow of life force.

To release this, I taught Monty a technique that directly targets the solar plexus. He would form his hands into a cup, press firmly into the center of his abdomen just above the navel, and exhale with a forceful sound—“Ohh, ohh…”—as if pushing the trauma out of his body.

The act may sound simple, but its effect is profound. With each press and exhale, he was breaking through layers of frozen energy. At first, it was painful. The solar plexus, when burdened with trauma, resists release. He would sweat, tremble, sometimes even cry. But I reminded him that this was the body’s way of letting go.

Monty practiced this around 2000 times a day. It became his anchor. Each session peeled away another layer of despair. Slowly, the grip of suicidal thoughts loosened. He began to feel a little lighter, a little freer.

Mouth Exhalation in Square Pose

After releasing trauma, the next task was to cleanse his body of the toxic energy that had been trapped for years. I guided Monty to sit in square pose, cross-legged and grounded, and practice slow, deep, complete exhalations through the mouth.

Ten minutes at a time. Ten times a day.

This was not just breathing. It was detoxification at the energetic level. Every exhale was like clearing smoke from a suffocated room. Monty described it as “breathing out ten years of suffocation.” Sometimes the exhalations came with yawns, sighs, even tears. But each session ended with a sense of relief, as if the heaviness in his chest was finally lifting.

Energy Booster Breathwork

The third step was to recharge his system with energy. Trauma release and cleansing created space, but that space needed to be filled with life force. For this, Monty practiced energy booster breathwork.

The practice had two steps:

  1. 100 blow exhalations through the mouth in one sequence.
  2. 100 fast inhalations through the nose immediately after.

This rhythm recharged his mitochondria, the powerhouses of his cells, and activated his vagus nerve, which calms the nervous system and supports healing. At first, Monty found it exhausting. His body resisted the intensity. But with persistence, he noticed something extraordinary—energy began to flow. The fog in his brain started clearing, his body felt more alive, and moments of vitality returned.

He performed this 1000 times a day. It was demanding, but every time fatigue tried to pull him down, this practice lifted him back up.

Daily Discipline and Handholding

Of course, techniques alone do not heal. Presence matters. Monty reported to me daily. Sometimes his voice shook with exhaustion, sometimes he confessed he wanted to give up, sometimes he admitted the suicidal thoughts still whispered. In those moments, my role was to remind him of his path, to hold him accountable, and to lend him the strength of my energy.

Healing is not just about the practices you do—it is about the energetic container you are held in. Monty was no longer alone. That in itself dissolved some of the loneliness that had been eating him for years.

The Gradual Shift

Weeks passed, and the changes became undeniable.

The constant heaviness that once wrapped around him like a chain began to loosen. The suicidal tendencies, once overwhelming, started to fade into the background. His mornings no longer felt like waking into despair. Instead, he began to feel small sparks of vitality, glimpses of joy, and moments of peace.

His body changed too. The fatigue lessened. The tightness in his chest released. His breathing became deeper and calmer. His brain fog began to clear. Even his posture shifted—he sat straighter, walked with more steadiness, and looked people in the eye again.

Every day was still a challenge, but the balance had tipped. For the first time in a decade, Monty was moving toward life instead of death.

Part Three – The Transformation

By the end of the 100 days, Monty was not the same man who had first walked into my consultation. The man who once carried only despair now radiated energy. The man who had attempted suicide ten times now spoke of plans for his future. The man who once dragged himself through life now stood upright, breathing deeply, ready to live.

The most profound change was not simply that his suicidal tendencies dissolved. The deepest transformation was that Monty rediscovered himself. He realized his importance. For years, he had been living in the shadows of others’ expectations—his wife’s domination, her parents’ control, society’s judgment. He had forgotten who he was. Through the Energetic Mastery Method, he reconnected with his essence.

Monty began to love himself again. He started to believe that his life had value, that his dreams mattered. The energy of fear, insecurity, dependency, and despair that once governed his system melted away. In their place arose courage, clarity, and freedom. This inner transmutation was the true healing.

With this renewed energy, Monty made the decision he had postponed for years—he finalized his divorce. He broke free from the toxic marriage that had consumed his life. The chains were gone. For the first time in more than a decade, he could breathe as a free man, both energetically and practically in the world.

But his transformation did not stop at leaving the past behind. He also stepped into a new future. Monty rebuilt his daily rhythm: mornings began not with despair but with breathwork, with energy booster practices, with gratitude. He no longer dreaded the day. Instead, he welcomed it. His entrepreneurial spirit, once buried under layers of hopelessness, began to reawaken. He started to think creatively again, to dream of possibilities, to feel inspired.

His physical body reflected the change too. The heaviness left. The constant fatigue dissolved. His nervous system calmed. His brain fog cleared. He began to feel strong, confident, and grounded in his body. His posture straightened, his eyes grew brighter, his presence became magnetic.

The most beautiful transformation, however, was not visible on the outside. It was the quiet sense of peace that radiated from within him. Monty no longer feared his own thoughts. He no longer entertained death as an escape. Instead, he felt a deep connection with life. He spoke of himself not as a victim of circumstances, but as a man who had reclaimed his energy and his freedom.

Monty’s story is living proof that suicidal tendencies are not permanent. They are not a life sentence. They are symptoms of an energetic crisis. When your energy field fragments, you lose hope. But when your energy field is restored—through presence, guidance, and daily practice—life returns. Hope returns. Freedom returns.

This is the essence of the Energetic Mastery Method: restoring life force, integrating fragmented energy, and helping you rise from despair to vitality. Monty’s journey shows that no matter how lost you feel, no matter how broken you believe you are, transformation is possible.

His life now stands as a reminder to everyone who suffers in silence: when energy shifts, life shifts.
